The current phenomenon is that higher education has become a commodity that is needed by society in an effort to improve people's living standards. Where quality tertiary institutions are seen literally by the community from the facilities and infrastructure they have as well as the satisfaction of students within the tertiary institution itself. So the aim of this research is to see the influence of service quality on student satisfaction in the political science study program at Jambi University, both simultaneously and partially. The data used are primary and secondary data. Where primary data was obtained from distributing questionnaires to 85 students who were the research samples. The research method used is a quantitative method, while the research tool used is path analysis. The research results show that there is a significant influence of service quality on student satisfaction, both simultaneously amounting to 75%.

The study aims to analyze the impact of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction in Pegadaian Pesero Branch Gubug district of Grobogan. The design of this research uses a quantitative approach. Samples are taken by random sampling. The method of analysis used is to test the product moment hypothesis. The results of the research indicate that this Product Quality has a positive impact on Customer Satisfaction, as well as on the Quality of Service has a negative impact on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, both Product Quality and Service Quality together have a positive effect on the Customer satisfaction in Pegadaian Pesero Branch Gubug district of Grobogan.

This study aims to analyze the effect of  work engagement, work motivation,  organizational culture and work discipline on employee job satisfaction. The type of research used is quantitative methods with descriptive analysis. The data collection technique was carried out online with a questionnaire using a Likert scale of one to five and obtained by a simple random sampling method on 126 respondents with criteria over the age of 18 years and had worked or were working. The data analysis techniques used in this study are: Outer Model with Convergent Reliability, Composite Reliability, Cronbach's Alpha and Inner Model calculations with T statistic, R-Square, f-Square, and VIF calculations using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) tools version 4.0.9.3. The results showed that: 1) Work involvement has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. 2) Work motivation has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. 3) Organizational culture  has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. 4) Work discipline has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction.

This research is motivated by the problem of transparency carried out by the Jambi City Baznas not being able to provide trust to the wider community, lack of trust is one of the obstacles for the community to pay zakat through zakat institutions, the lack of transparency carried out by the Jambi City Baznas causes a lack of trust in the Jambi City community so that the people of Jambi City feel dissatisfied and have not used the Jambi City Baznas Institute. This research aims to (1) To find out whether there is a significant influence of transparency on Muzakki's satisfaction in paying zakat at Baznas Jambi City, (2) To find out whether there is a significant influence of trust on Muzakki's satisfaction in paying zakat at Baznas Jambi City, (3) To determine whether there is a significant influence of transparency and trust on muzakki satisfaction in paying zakat at Baznas Jambi City. In this research, researchers used the Quantitative Descriptive method. The technique used in sampling is the saturated sampling technique, namely the technique used when the entire population is used, the questionnaire method used is using a Likert scale. To collect data using Questionnaires, Interviews and Documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this research are Data Quality Test, Classic Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Coefficient of Determination. The research results show: (1) There is a significant influence between the transparency variable on the satisfaction of muzakki paying zakat at Baznas Jambi City. (2) There is no significant influence between the trust variable at Baznas Jambi City. Providing education to the entire Jambi City community that the Jambi City Baznas programs can be implemented well and can provide real transparency regarding both fund management and data input. In this way, it can maintain muzakki or become loyal to muzakki in Jambi City Baznas.

The quality of health services is a manifestation of the results of the performance of health workers which results in patient satisfaction, if the service meets or exceeds what the patient expected (Antari, 2019). Service quality is assessed from five variables, namely Reliability, Responsiveness, Physical Evidence, Guarantee and Empathy. The aim of the research was to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing services and the level of outpatient satisfaction at RSBT Karimun in 2023. The research carried out was descriptive correlational research and a cross-sectional approach. The sampling method used was consecutive sampling with a sample size of 174 outpatients at Bakti Timah Karimun Hospital in 2023. Research data was collected by filling in questionnaires by respondents. The research data were analyzed univariately with frequency tables and bivariate tests with the Chi Square test. The results of the univariate analysis show a picture of Service Quality from the reliability variable. The results of the bivariate analysis of the Reliability and Satisfaction variables were obtained, so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between service quality and satisfaction of outpatients at Bakti Timah Karimun Hospital in 2023. It is hoped that this research's suggestions will enable the educational institution at Awalbros University, Batam, to increase nurses' knowledge about the quality of nursing services. to increase patient satisfaction.

Bank Central Asia Tbk is one of the leading private banks in Indonesia that has been recognized by the wider community among the many banks in Surabaya City, a very professional management team and an extensive network. Bank BCA as a transactional bank that offers a range of banking services that have Cash and Non-Cash ATMs provided in various strategic locations throughout Indonesia to meet the diverse needs of customers. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction and promotional strategies on customer satisfaction. The type of research used is quantitative research and the sampling technique is purposive sampling technique with the number of samples obtained based on criteria and data analysis techniques using SEM Amos. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires through 100 respondents. The results showed that service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction for BCA Veteran Surabaya Bank customers and promotional strategies have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction for BCA Veteran Surabaya Bank customers.

The aim of this thesis is to determine the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction with People's Business Credit (KUR) financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia Sub-Branch Office (KCP) Paser Tanah Grogot. Based on the Validity Test which contains 26 statement items, it is declared valid, because rcount > rtable, with an rtable value of 0.3120. The results of the Reliability Test which contains 26 statement items are declared reliable, because the Cronbach alpha value is greater than 0.6 then the Multiple Linear Regression Equation which contains the value of each variable is Y = 1.488 - 0.001X1 + 0.313X2 - 0.035X3 - 0.216X4 + 0.560X5. Based on the Correlation Coefficient Test (R), it shows a value of 0.760 and is in the Coefficient interval 0.60 – 0.799, which means there is a strong influence between Direct Evidence (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4) and Empathy (X5) on KUR Financing Customer Satisfaction (Y). The results of the Adjusted R Square Determination Coefficient (R2a) show a value of 0.515 or 51.5%, which means that Direct Evidence (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4) and Empathy (X5) provide a percentage contribution or the contribution that influences the KUR Financing Customer Satisfaction variable (Y) at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Paser Tanah Grogot is 51.5% while the remaining 48.5% is contributed by other variables not included in this research. The results of the F test calculation analysis (simultaneous) obtained an Fcount value of 9.295 and Ftable using a significance level of 0.000 while the Ftable value was 2.49. So Fcount is 9.295 > Ftable value is 2.49 and the hypothesis test is accepted because there is a significant influence on KUR Financing Customer Satisfaction. The results of the t test calculation analysis show that the t value of the Reliability variable (X2) is 3.341 with a significant level of 0.002, Empathy (X5) is 4.017 with a significant level of 0.000 which has an influence on KUR Financing Customer Satisfaction (Y). Meanwhile, the t-calculated value of Direct Evidence (X1) is -0.007 with a significant level of 0.995, Responsiveness (X3) is -0.187 with a significant level of 0.853, and Guarantee (X4) is -1.819 with a significant level of 0.078 and has no effect on KUR Financing Customer Satisfaction (Y). Based on the calculations above, the Empathy variable (X5) has a dominant influence on KUR Financing Customer Satisfaction (Y) with a t value of 4.017 with a significance level of 0.000. Thus, the second hypothesis in Chapter II which states that the Guarantee variable (X4) has a dominant influence on KUR Financing Customer Satisfaction (Y) is not proven correct (H0 is accepted Ha is rejected).

This research was conducted at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) in Kapuas Hulu Regency. The aim of this research is to determine Service Management at the Kapuas Hulu Regency Drinking Water Company (PDAM). This research is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach, namely the author conducted interviews with informants who were directly involved. In this research, the informants were the heads and staff of PDAM employees who were directly involved in service activities. The author uses data collection techniques, observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are the services provided by the Drinking Water Company (PDAM) of Kapuas Hulu Regency, Dihalralpkaln kepaldal petugals Perusalhalaln Daleralh Alir Drinking (PDAlM) Kalbupalten Kalpuals Hulu Dalpalt, which has resulted in reversing the performance of public services in algalr permalsallalhaln permals. allalhaln recognizes turbid flow and the water does not flow and the installation is immediately resolved and the process of carrying out routine internal and external internal checking results in a process of recurrent quality problems.

Pamsimas is a program implemented by the government to help the community in providing drinking water and overcoming difficulties in getting clean water. This research aims to determine the influence of Pamsimas Management on Customer Satisfaction of Community-Based Drinking Water (PAMSIMAS). The Pamsimas program is one of the programs implemented by the Indonesian Government. The aim of this research is to find out about the "Influence of Pamsimas Management on Customer Satisfaction in Gempolrejo Village, Sumberjo Hamlet, Tunjungan District, Blora Regency" to see how the Pamsimas program is in terms of its management, researchers want to know what strategies management uses to overcome water problems during the dry season. and the level of community satisfaction. Researchers use data collection techniques with techniques; interviews, observation, documentation and using qualitative data analysis techniques. Indicators of the success of the Pamsimas program are: Fulfillment of clean water needs every day and a good level of community satisfaction. Research results related to the success and strategy of providing community-based drinking water in Gempolrejo village, Sumberjo hamlet. The program is said to be successful because Porgam's objectives have been achieved, but there are still obstacles in several aspects, such as a lack of water during long dry periods and a lack of community satisfaction. In this case, support from the government and society is really needed.

The study aims to find out the impact on compensation, motivation, and the working environment in creating job satisfaction which in turn is expected to have a positive impact on employee performance. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. The data was collected through the distribution of online questionnaires using the Microsoft Forms platform. The survey respondents consisted of 101 employees of different age ranges in one company. The data obtained from the questionnaire is measured using a Likert scale from one to five, which allows respondents to give the level of agreement or disagreement with statements related to compensation, motivation, work environment, job satisfaction, and employee performance. Data analysis is done using several steps, including the Outer Model and the Inner Model. Outer Models involve calculations of Convergent Reliability, Discriminant Validity, Composite Reliability, and Cronbach's Alpha. This aims to ensure the validity and reliability of the data used in the research. Meanwhile, the Inner Model involves statistical T, R-Square, f-square and VIF calculations using the SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) analysis tool version 4.0.9.3. Research results show that compensation, motivation, and the working environment have a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of brand image and product differentiation on sales at PT Aerofood Indonesia Kualanamu Branch and the extent to which product differentiation influences customer satisfaction at that location. Quantitative methods are applied. The population of this research is all customers who have used products and services from PT Aerofood Indonesia Kualanamu Branch. 110 respondents were given a questionnaire to fill out in order to do this. The findings of this research show that at PT Aerofood Indonesia Kualanamu Branch, product differentiation has a good and significant influence on customer satisfaction. However, at PT Aerofood Indonesia Kualanamu Branch, brand image does not have a real impact on customer satisfaction, either positively or negatively. At PT Aerofood, customer satisfaction and sales are significantly influenced by product differentiation and brand image.

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and product quality on repurchase intention with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable at UD. Rizqi Food Supplier Yogyakarta. The impact of Covid-19 has caused a decrease in meat shipments, but extra services and promos during the pandemic have increased interest in repurchasing. After the pandemic, expansion into restaurants and hotels resulted in a significant increase in sales. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents. Data analysis used multiple regression and Sobel's test to test consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The results showed that service and product quality had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction and repurchase intention. However, customer satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between service quality and repurchase intention, as well as the relationship between product quality and repurchase intention. Improving the quality of services and products at UD. RizqiFood Supplier is expected to increase consumer satisfaction and encourage repurchasing interest. This is important for company management to retain loyal customers and achieve business success.

Satisfaction is a person who has compared in terms of performance and also the expected results through the level of a person's feelings. In another theory written by Wilton, it is stated that satisfaction or dissatisfaction is the result of the final evaluation of the customer's response, namely the suitability that has been felt by the customer with the expected performance of the product that can be felt after the customer uses it. (Abarca 2021) Family planning is an effort by husband and wife to measure the desired number and distance. The effort in question includes contraception or pregnancy prevention and family planning. The basic principle of contraceptive methods is to prevent male sperm from reaching and fertilizing a woman's egg (fertilization) or preventing a fertilized egg from implanting (attaching) and developing in the uterus (Th. Endang Purwoastuti, 2016).From a preliminary survey in January 2023 at the Siloam Clinic, West Siantar District, Pematangsiantar City, 20 women of childbearing age were found, of whom 7 people expressed dissatisfaction with contraceptive services. Human resources are important because they affect the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. One of the things that needs to be considered in HR management is employee performance. High employee performance is of course highly expected by every company because it will encourage the development of the company. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze employee job satisfaction in an effort to improve employee performance in the Regent's Office in the field of Economics and Natural Resources, Aceh Singkil Regency. The research method used is qualitative descriptive method. The results of the research show that there is a sense of injustice felt by honorary employees. Because they feel that the existing compensation system is not transparent enough. This is of course a separate note for the agency to be able to measure how satisfied employees are with the existing compensation system. In creating job satisfaction, the management of the Regent's Office for Economics and Natural Resources, Aceh Singkil Regency, through the HR department, has focused on creating job satisfaction through three aspects, namely good HR management, a supportive work place and atmosphere, and an organizational culture that is in accordance with the agency's needs.

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Training, Work Discipline and Competency on Performance through Job Satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis. The data analysis technique used in this research is filling out a questionnaire. In this study, researchers used a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was distributed to 120 respondents or employees. Analysis tools use Partial Least Square Software (Smartpls 4.0). The calculation results show that: (1) the training variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) the discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) the competency variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The psychological and emotional state that a person feels in relation to their job is called job satisfaction. It indicates how satisfied, happy, and content a person is with their work environment. Positive feelings about the job itself, the work environment, relationships with coworkers, pay, promotions, recognition, and other elements of the job can be part of job satisfaction.    The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method which requires identifying and analyzing the problems found. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine employee job satisfaction that occurs at PT Digivla Indonesia.      The results of pre-research data on 20 employees show that 30% of employees are not satisfied with their jobs and 50% are satisfied with their jobs at PT.Digivla Indonesia. The results of the interview show that job satisfaction affects employee performance, this is supported by the Company's efforts to increase job satisfaction and a supportive environment is one of the factors in employee job satisfaction.

This research investigates the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Pawnshop. Through analysis of survey data, it was found that service quality, including responsiveness, reliability, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence, positively influences customer satisfaction. These results provide insight for PT. Pawnshops to improve their services, strengthen ties with customers, and increase customer satisfaction. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The descriptive method is considered suitable for explaining the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Pawnshop. The data in this research report was obtained in accordance with books, journals, articles, theses, the internet and so on related to the research topic. The results of the research and discussion can be concluded from the five dimensions of service quality, the most important dimension for customers is guarantee, because customers prioritize security, comfort and trust in transactions with PT. Pawnshop. Conclusion This research has the implication that PT. Pegadaian must maintain and improve service quality to achieve higher customer satisfaction. PT. Pegadaian must also strengthen relationships with customers by providing services that are in line with customer expectations and needs

KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah Tambakromo branch is one of the KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah branch offices located in Tambakromo district, Pati district. The aim of this research is to find out whether the variables of service quality and employee performance affect the satisfaction of members of the KPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah Tambakromo branch. The method used is associative because it aims to determine the cause and effect of two or more variables. The sample was obtained from 100 respondents, savings members of the KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah, Tambakromo Branch. The questionnaire method is the sampling technique used. Data is processed using reliability tests, validity, multiple liner regression tests, simultaneous tests. From the results of statistical tests there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously on the variables of service quality and employee performance on KSPPS member satisfaction. Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah Tambakromo branch is proven by an Fcount value of 133,016 and a significance level of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance level of 0.05, because Fcount is greater than Ftable which is 2.36. So it can be decided that the hypothesis is accepted which states that there is a significant influence and simultaneous between service quality and employee performance on member satisfaction of KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah Tambakromo branch.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of performance benefits and interpersonal communication on employee performance with career satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population in this study were all employees of the Regional Secretariat of Batang Regency, totaling 114 employees. The number of samples taken in this study were all members of the population using the census method. The data processed after distributing the questionnaires were 101 bundles. Methods of data analysis using regression analysis and data processing using SPSS. The results of hypothesis testing show that performance allowances have a positive and significant effect on career satisfaction, so it can be interpreted that the better the performance allowances, the higher career satisfaction. Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on career satisfaction, so it can be interpreted that the smoother the interpersonal communication, the higher the career satisfaction. Career satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so it can be interpreted that the higher career satisfaction, the better employee performance. Performance allowances have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so it can be interpreted that the better the performance allowance, the higher the employee performance. Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance so that it can be interpreted that the smoother the interpersonal communication is carried out, the better the employee performance. The results of the analysis of mediating variables using the Sobel test found that career satisfaction can mediate the effect of performance allowances on employee performance. This proves that career satisfaction is a mediating variable from the effect of performance allowances on employee performance. Career satisfaction can mediate the effect of interpersonal communication on employee performance. This proves that career satisfaction is a mediating variable from the effect of interpersonal communication on employee performance.

Health services which is execllent is able to refer to prime levels that are implemented on basis of service and code of ethics. Those will create a satisfaction for each patient. To measure the quality of service, there are several references, including; tangibles, reliability, empathy, assurance, and responsiveness. This study investigated the correlation between service quality and outpatient satisfaction at Manguharjo Lung Hospital (RS Paru Mangunharjo), Madiun, East Java. All the specimens in this research were outpatients where purposive sampling is used to determine the research sample. Data Accomodation technique is carried out by questionnaire. The  output of the research, from 80 respondents asked about the relation between service quality and outpatient satisfaction at Manguharjo Lung Hospital, it can be concluded that there are dealings among Reliability, Assurance Tangibles, Empathy, and Responsiveness. The outcome of this research is ecpected to contribute theoritically such escalating quality development especially in public institutions, namely hospitals. Practically, It can be a consideration in arranging the policies that relate about hospital service particularly for outpatient service cases.
