Spinal anesthesia is a widely used anesthetic technique, particularly in surgeries involving the lower body, due to its effectiveness and safety profile. A critical component of post-spinal anesthesia recovery is the assessment of patient mobility, which can be quantitatively measured using the Bromage Score. The Bromage Score evaluates the degree of motor block, which is essential for determining when a patient can safely begin mobilizing after anesthesia. The education and implementation of the Bromage Score in hospitals are designed to enhance healthcare professionals' understanding of its significance, ensuring a more objective and systematic approach to patient recovery monitoring. This educational program involves a structured training session for healthcare workers, distribution of educational materials such as brochures and manuals, and evaluations both before and after the intervention to assess changes in knowledge and application. The results of the program indicate a significant increase in healthcare professionals’ understanding of how to apply the Bromage Score and improved quality in the monitoring of patient mobility after spinal anesthesia. The consistent and accurate implementation of the Bromage Score is crucial as it helps medical personnel determine an appropriate and safe time for patient mobilization, thus reducing the risk of complications such as falls, orthostatic hypotension, or delayed recovery. As a result, the program is recommended as a standard practice in healthcare settings to improve post-spinal anesthesia recovery outcomes and patient safety.

Uric acid or urine acid is a product of purine nucleic acid catabolism. Uric acid is produced from within the body (genetic) and from outside (food consumed). Uric acid is measured to assess purine metabolism abnormalities, to confirm the diagnosis and monitoring of treatment, and to detect abnormalities in kidney function. In this situation, the results of purine metabolism (uric acid) that should be excreted out of the body through the kidneys do not occur, so that uric acid in the blood will increase over time. Kidney failure disease kidney organ function has decreased so that eventually unable to work as a filter, dispose of body electrolytes, and maintain fluid and chemical balance in the blood or urine production. This study aims to determine uric acid levels and the percentage of uric acid levels that are outside the normal range and the relationship between hemodialysis time and uric acid levels in patients with kidney failure. The research method used is the descriptive method and the examination method uses the uricase enzymatic method. For data analysis using the SPSS Bivariate test program with Spearmen's Rank test with a sig value of 0.608 which was carried out on 32 samples of serum from hemodialysis patients at random. The results of this study showed that the average uric acid level was 7.1 mg/dL, while normal uric acid levels were 2.7 mg/dL, and the highest was 10.2 mg/dL. Uric acid levels that showed normal results were 12 respondents or 37.5% and increased results were 20 respondents or 62.5%. There is no relationship between the length of hemodialysis time and uric acid levels in patients with kidney failure.

Remote temperature monitoring is needed in hazardous area conditions or fast data retrieval is needed without being limited by distance. This condition can be overcome by monitoring and measuring the temperature from a remote location using internet technology that is currently developing, namely the Internet of things. There are many implementations of remote temperature monitoring systems, but the measurement results of these sensors sometimes have very significant differences even for measuring the temperature of the same object. This study aims to analyze the implementation of an effective and efficient remote temperature monitoring system. The temperature measurement process uses the LM35 and MLX 90614 sensors based on Internet of things technology using the Message Queue Telemetry Transport (MQTT) protocol. After obtaining the results of temperature measurements using different sensors, the measurement results are analyzed and compared with standard temperature measuring instruments to obtain an effective and efficient implementation. Based on the analysis, the results of temperature measurements using the MLX 90614 sensor are effective and efficient sensors.

Management of medical actions carried out in handling patients who are ODP (people under monitoring), OTG (asymptomatic people), PDP (patient under monitoring) and positive Covid-19 patients is carried out based on assumptions, such as self-isolation, hospitalization, or special treatments in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) room. The condition of the body in each patient is different, a patient may have same symptoms but the treatment is different, especially in elderly patients. Many problems occur in determining medical action because the patient's body condition is different. Therefore, it needs to be appointed as a research. The research method used in this study was Nive Bayes algorithm with supporting application Rapid Miner. It was applied to carry out the process of testing on patient data as much as 500 data, 25 variables or patient symptoms and 3 outputs as a form of medical action. Based on the results of the analysis carried out in this study, prediction of medical actions for ODP, PDP, OTG and positive Covid-19 patients were obtained by comparing training data with testing data using Rapid Miner application. It resulted that an accuracy rate of 76.00% was obtained

This study aims to develop a fuel inventory control system so that it can facilitate monitoring the volume of fuel stock from each bunker ship and can be reported at any time, so that the leadership can estimate the addition of fuel orders to PT. Pertamina for each bunker ship that is adjusted to the incoming fuel request order. If there is a sudden fuel order by the customer, the company can still serve the customer well, so that the fuel stock can be controlled and can be monitored properly at any time. The research method used in the information system monitoring the pump fabrication process is Research and Development (R&D) in this study only until the 6th (sixth) stage and produces the final product in the form of a prototype, so it does not reach the product implementation stage. The six steps are Research and information collecting, Planning, Develop preliminary form of product, Preliminary field testing, Main product revision and Main field testing. This application is made using Macromedia Dream Weaver and MySQL database.

Especially with today's socialization, parents must also participate in monitoring the socialization of their children, because one of the factors causing underage marriage is uncontrolled socialization so they are afraid of causing accidents. The above fact is an interesting phenomenon to study. Therefore, it provides an opportunity for writing to analyze the factors that cause early marriage in Tamanan District. In addition, the opinions and solutions of religious leaders regarding early marriage.In this study, the research used by the compiler is a type of field research (field research), to the Tamanan KUA and several Tamanan religious leaders regarding their views on early marriage. The nature of the research used is descriptive, analytical, primary data, namely the original source without previous intermediaries, which is the source of data on the words or actions of a person who is observed or interviewed. In this study, the authors used Law No. 16 of 2019 concerning marriage, especially articles related to the discussion in this thesis. Based on the methods used above, it was revealed that the factors causing early marriage in the District itself, namely: environmental factors, economic factors and also factors regarding understanding of religion. these factors are what cause many early marriages in Tamanan District. Then the opinion of the figures is that there are some who agree with the existence of early marriage or in the legal language of marriage dispensation. Because there are dasrnya that allow marriage dispensation. Some religious leaders disagree with early marriage. Because a marriage needs readiness from various aspects. One of the figures agreed with early marriage, as long as the marriage was carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions.

Monitoring realizes efforts to improve the quality of health services. To obtain information on patient condition data during treatment. The monitoring process is done manually. So that it has an impact on the service and condition of the patient during treatment. The design of monitoring the patient's body temperature and heart during treatment with IoT can be controlled through the NodeMCU sensor ESP8266, MLX9014, MAX30100 sensor and Arduino IDE software program. Furthermore, it can detect the patient's temperature and the patient's heart rate during treatment. And processed by the NodeMCU ESP8266, the data from the two sensors is displayed on the SSD1306 OLED LCD and also to the smartphone of the medical officer on duty via Blynk. In order for the tool to work properly and optimally, it is necessary to adjust the pin placement so that it can work optimally. The problem of internet connection interference causes delays, resulting in a mismatch between the measurement of the test equipment and the standard tool. Data values are taken with an accuracy of 70%-93% for the MAX30100 sensor, for the temperature sensor it is close to optimal with a value that is read on a standard tool with an accuracy of 97%-99%.

Jamur tiram (Pleurotus ostreatus) merupakan komoditas pangan yang sangat diminati masyarakat selain kandungan nutrisinya yang tinggi jamur tiram juga dapat diolah menjadi berbagai ragam makanan, Jamur tiram tumbuh baik pada temperatur 16 - 30°C dan kelembaban relatif 80 – 95%, Intensitas cahaya yang optimum bagi jamur tiram yaitu intensitas cahaya rendah, atau bahkan tanpa adanya cahaya. Akan tetapi, pada saat fase tubuh buah dewasa jamur tiram tidak dapat tumbuh pada kondisi cahaya gelap, melainkan dapat tumbuh dengan optimal pada lingkungan yang agak terang. Menyikapi masalah diatas maka dari itu penulis ingin mencoba melakukan percobaan penelitian dengan menerapkan pencahayaan dalam ruangan (box) dengan tiga jenis warna lampu yaitu merah (Red), hijau (green) dan biru (blue). dan perlu adanya suatu alat yang dapat melakukan monitoring, serta pendataaan pertumbuhan tanaman jamur tiram yang kemudian akan diambil datasetnya. Alat monitoring dan pendataan secara realtime dengan menggunakan multi sensor berbasis arduino untuk pendataan pertumbuhan jamur tiram ini dibuat sistem aplikasi android sebagai media untuk pemantauanya, data yang ditampilkan di aplikasi monitoring adalah hasil pembacaan dari beberapa sensor yang dipakai antara lain dari sensor load cell, sensor ultrasonik, serta sensor LDR dan sensor DHT11, Sistem monitoring dan pendataan multi sensor ini juga memiliki fitur untuk melakukan penyimpanan data, hasil data disimpan di penyimpanan internal smartphone, sehingga dari data tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai bahan untuk mengambil keputusan dari obyek yang sedang dimonitoring tersebut.

The enforcement of justice as an important element of human rights, should actually be built and realized in any legal state system. In addition to presenting a quality judicial system and personnel, it also needs to be supported by a mechanism for recruiting and fostering judges and other law enforcers who are honest and with integrity. judicial commission which is officially mandated by the constitution and Law no. 18 of 2011 to realize the authority of the judiciary so that it will be trusted again by the community.2The Judicial Commission, which was born because of the reform, is aimed at creating a clean, independent, independent, transparent judiciary and upholding justice for all levels of society. Moreover, the constitution clearly states that the main authority of the Judicial Commission is to maintain and uphold the honor, dignity, and behavior of judges.The implementation of Law No. 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission in the realization of a clean judiciary in the Semarang District Court is carried out by establishing a liaison for the judicial commission in the regions, in this way the judicial commission carries out its duties and functions as a liaison for the creation of a clean court system in the Semarang District Court. This is in accordance with Article 3 paragraph (2) of Law Number 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission which reads "The Judicial Commission can appoint liaisons in the regions according to need". Whereas the authority of the Judicial Commission in terms of supervision of judges is only limited to providing recommendations to the Supreme Court regarding the imposition of sanctions. It is necessary to agree with the judiciary on how to increase the capacity of the judicial commission's authority to play a greater role in upholding a clean and authoritative judiciary. It also requires the active participation of the community in monitoring by collaborating with the Judicial Commission through the coordination post for judicial monitoring. In 2018, Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) data showed that the prevalence of wasting in children under five in Indonesia was 10.2%, while in the age group under two years (baduta) it was higher, namely 11.7%. Nutrition Status Monitoring Data for 2017 also shows that the prevalence of wasting in under-fives is higher, which is 12.8% when compared to the toddler group, which is 9.5% (Ministry of Health RI, 2018). Based on the WHO classification, wasting in the underdog group in Indonesia is categorized as a serious public health problem, with a prevalence in the range of 10-14%. Malnutrition that occurs in 1,000 HPK, besides being at risk of inhibiting physical growth (failure to thrive) and being susceptible to disease (metabolic disorders: DM. Hypertension, obesity), also inhibits cognitive development (motor cognitive impairment) which will affect the level of intelligence and productivity of children in the future.

This study aims to determine the effect of pentagon fraud on fraudulent financial reporting. Pentagon fraud is proxied by five variables, namely the pressure factor which is proxied by external pressure, the opportunity factor is proxied by the ineffective monitoring, the rationalization factor is proxied by the audit opinion, the competence factor is proxied by the change of directors and the arrogance factor is proxied by the dualism of positions which are hypothesized to affect the fraudulent financial reporting. Population in this study were property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2019. There are 36 company data with the number of observations for 4 years (2016-2019) as many as 144 research samples obtained by purposive sampling method. Methods of data analysis using the SPSS 26 program. Results of this study indicate that external pressures have a negative and significant effect on fraudulent financial reporting. Meanwhile, ineffective monitoring, audit opinion, change of directors and dualism of positions did not have a significant effect on fraudulent financial reporting.

Recently, the need for cellular telecommunication services in Indonesia refers to a very large number. This customer growth rate must be balanced with infrastructure development. PT. Telkomsel carries out scheduled maintenance or maintenance activities on BTS devices. Based on these problems, the research carried out by the author aims to find out and understand the repair or repair procedures on computerized BTS devices at PT. Telkomsel, Karawang. The result of the research is that it is known that the application of a computerized system at PT. Telekomunikasi Selular GraPaRi Karawang helps the process of repairing BTS devices in meeting information needs. To monitor damage to BTS equipment, it is done by means of an alarm monitoring system using the iManager u2000 software.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of hexagon fraud which is proxied by financial stability, financial targets, external pressure, cooperation with government projects, change of directors, ineffective monitoring, turnover of auditors, the ratio of total accruals to total assets, external auditors quality, and the company's existence towards fraudulent financial statements in banks listed on the BEI 2015-2019. The sampling method used was purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 29 companies with 145 data. The type of data used is secondary data from annual banking reports. Data were analyzed using SEM PLS with WarpPLS 7.0 software. The research results prove that financial stability, financial targets, and ineffectiveness of monitoring have an effect on fraudulent financial statements. Meanwhile, external pressure, cooperation with government projects, change of directors, change of auditors, ratio of total accruals to total assets, external auditors quality, and the existence of companies have no effect on fraudulent financial statements.

Perkembangan teknologi semakin maju, kemajuan perkembangan ini dapat memberi keuntungan kepada masyarakat seperti perkembangan pada bidang Kesehatan seperti pada penelitian ini yang membuat aplikasi monitoring kadar gula darah dan tingkat dehidrasi dengan menggunakan MIT App Inventor. MIT App Inventor sendiri merupakan aplikasi web sumber terbuka yang dikembangkan oleh google. Dalam pembuatan aplikasi di MIT App Inventor programnya menggunakan blok-blok yang sangat mudah. Aplikasi ini dapat memonitoring kadar gula darah dan tingkat dehidrasi karena terdapat bantuan dari Bluetooth hc-05 yang berfungsi sebagai komunikasi data pengiriman data monitoring dari Arduino ke android.

Security is an aspect that is needed by all circles today. With security, it can reduce the risk of crime and worry about the crime. This study discusses a room monitoring camera system using a PIR sensor, if a movement occurs it will be detected by this sensor. To process it, NodeMCU is used, then using the Telegram Bot as a notification if a movement occurs. The way this system works is that the PIR sensor will detect the presence of people or not in the room that is given this security system, then NodeMCU will process the data to send notifications in the form of messages and the IP Camera will display live video broadcasts.

Monitoring is a process of monitoring and analyzing information based on certain indicators. Every company engaged in distribution and promotion must carry out monitoring activities. Including PT. Single Paint Factory, Djaja Indah, Kediri Branch, which also continuously monitors the sales results of the sales consultants who work in several partner stores. The process of reporting sales results that have been carried out so far is still using conventional methods so that sometimes it interferes with the monitoring process due to delays in sending reports. To make this easier, the author makes a website-based monitoring application to help smooth the monitoring process of Sales Consultant sales results. To produce a quality application, the author uses the goal question metrics method as a method for measuring application quality. Goal Question Metric (GQM) is a method used to define application measurement models. The application of the GQM method in this study was carried out with the initial stage of factor analysis of the application quality model based on the ISO 25010 Quality Model. The next stage was making questionnaire questions regarding application characteristics and calculating the results of the questionnaire with the weighted summattion metric. From the results of measuring the quality of this monitoring application, the average quality value is 3.08, which means that this monitoring application is included in the application with good quality (Medium). The functionality available in the monitoring application is in accordance with the needs of users of the sales consultant monitoring application.

Stock reports on purchases and sales of a period. useful for helping employees to assess the amount of inequality in the flow of purchases, monitor stock / inventory of goods, and provide reports both purchase reports, sales reports, stock condition reports, and profit / profit reports to management to determine further business policies The process of recording transactions in a conventional or paper-based manner is identical with several weaknesses, namely easily damaged, difficult / long when looking for stored data, difficult / long when it comes to generating reports. These weaknesses can be corrected by implementing computer-based monitoring applications. If the monitoring application is planned/made properly, the computer-based information system is relatively safer. The model to be developed refers to the Research and Development (R&D) model from Borg and Gall and the tools used and the tools used to design the system are use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. while the implementation of making stock/inventory monitoring applications is done with PHP web-based programming and databases using MySQL. This application can help and get more accurate information about the stock data of goods that have run out.
