This study explores community social activities within the tradition of Wayang Golek performances as a form of living hadith in the city of Bogor. The Wayang Golek tradition reflects the practical implementation of the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad SAW in the daily lives of the Sundanese community. Using a qualitative approach, the study involved participant observation and in-depth interviews with puppeteers and audience members. The findings indicate that Wayang Golek performances function not only as cultural entertainment but also as an indirect medium for strengthening moral values, mutual cooperation, and Islamic preaching. Social activities surrounding the performances include communal interaction, preservation of local culture, and reinforcement of religious identity amid the challenges of modernization. The study further reveals that the concept of living hadith is embodied in wayang narratives that convey ethical messages aligned with the sunnah of the Prophet. These findings highlight the importance of revitalizing local cultural traditions as an effective medium for contemporary Islamic education and value transmission.

The maternal mortality rate in Indonesia remains high, reaching 305 per 100,000 live births in 2021, with one contributing factor being the lack of maternal knowledge regarding pregnancy danger signs. Prenatal classes are considered a strategic intervention to improve pregnant women’s understanding of critical warning signs such as bleeding, severe abdominal pain, and infection symptoms. This study aims to analyze the influence of pregnancy classes on pregnant women’s knowledge of danger signs. The research employed a quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach involving 30 pregnant women selected through purposive sampling at several community health centers. Data were collected using validated and reliable questionnaires, with measurements conducted before (pre-test) and after (post-test) participants attended at least three prenatal classes. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with SPSS. The results showed that most respondents were aged 20–35 years (63.3%), had a high school education (36.7%), were housewives (60.0%), and multigravida (56.7%). Before the intervention, 50% had poor knowledge and only 20% had good knowledge. After attending prenatal classes, 63.3% achieved good knowledge, while only 10% remained in the poor category. The Wilcoxon test showed a significant difference (p = 0.000). Thus, prenatal classes effectively improve knowledge and support early detection of complications, potentially reducing maternal and infant mortality rates.

The tradition of mohataman Al-Qur'an is one of the religious practices that is alive and thriving among Indonesian Muslims, especially during Ramadan in preparation for Eid al-Fitr. In Kampung Pos Sentul, this tradition is carried out collectively by the community as a form of gratitude for the completion of fasting and as a means of strengthening Islamic brotherhood. This study aims to examine the tradition of mohataman Al-Qur'an from the perspective of living hadith, which is to see how the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad is understood, internalized, and manifested in the social-religious practices of the community. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the tradition of mohataman Al-Qur'an is based on the community's understanding of the hadiths about the virtues of reading the Qur'an, the encouragement to increase acts of worship during Ramadan, and the importance of togetherness in doing good. This tradition is not only ritualistic in nature, but also has social, educational, and spiritual dimensions that strengthen the religious identity of the Pos Sentul Village community. Thus, mohataman Al-Qur'an can be understood as a form of actualization of hadith in real life that continues to live on and is passed down from generation to generation.

The practice of fishing using bombs (blast fishing) presents a serious threat to marine ecosystems and the sustainability of coastal communities' livelihoods. Law enforcement against these violations faces complex challenges, especially in large areas of water with limited fleet and patrol personnel. Perpetrators who move quickly and change locations, coupled with the lack of reports from the public due to fear or social ties, further complicate enforcement efforts. In addition, access to hidden locations and coordination between law enforcement agencies that are not optimal are also the main obstacles. Global studies confirm that the lack of effective law enforcement and adequate governance is a significant driver of these destructive practices, even beyond socio-economic factors. Therefore, a comprehensive strategy is needed that includes strengthening integrated marine patrols on a regular basis, imposing strict sanctions, increasing socialization of the dangers of fish bombs, and the active involvement of coastal communities as supervisors. A synergistic approach between law enforcement officials and local communities, combining prevention and joint management measures, is key to achieving effective marine conservation and sustainable management of fishery resources.

The increasing integration of digital technology into the daily lives of Generation Alpha has contributed to reduced physical activity, highlighting the need to understand the factors shaping children’s movement behaviors. This study employed a quantitative correlational approach to examine the relationship between parental educational background and the physical activity levels of students aged 13–15 at SMP 1 Waru Sidoarjo. Data were collected through a parental education questionnaire and the PAQ-C instrument, which assesses children’s physical activity over the past seven days. A total of 45 respondents participated, and the data were analyzed using Pearson or Spearman correlation tests, depending on distribution. The findings revealed a positive and statistically significant—though weak—association between parental education and children’s physical activity levels. Parents with higher education tend to promote more active lifestyles by regulating screen time, providing access to sports facilities, and modeling healthy behaviors. These results underscore the essential role of families in developing healthy routines among Generation Alpha and the need for educational initiatives to enhance parental awareness of physical activity in an increasingly digital environment.

Continuous chemical control of rat pests (Rattus spp.) can sometimes lead to resistance and resurgence problems, and even some cases of inaccurate targeting ultimately killing livestock. The idea of repelling rats in rice fields using vibrations of crickets and other natural animals transmitted via radio has been done and the results are quite optimal for rat control, but it has not been done in corn cultivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cat sound audio on the intensity of rat pest attacks (Rattus spp.) in corn (Zea mays L.) plantations. The research location was in a farmer's land owned by a farmer in Dagan Village, Solokuro District, Lamongan Regency. Observations were carried out on two corn fields, each measuring 1400 m2 with a distance of 1 meter between the two fields. Determination of sampling points using the diagonal method, each into 5 sub-observation plots. In each sub-plot, markers were placed as sampling points. Audio with cat and bird sounds was played continuously from 05.00 pm - 07.00 am. Observations were conducted at 7:00 a.m. at all sampling points at 30 and 60 days after planting. Observations were conducted for three days using audio and three days without audio. Damage symptoms were observed directly at each sampling point. Corn plants showing symptoms were then recorded and analyzed using the Damage Intensity formula. Observations showed that the use of cat sound audio was able to reduce the level of rat infestation. At 30 days after planting, the damage percentage was reduced by 8.33%. Meanwhile, at 60 days after planting, the damage percentage was reduced by 18.33%.

The pluralistic development of Indonesian national law creates a dynamic relationship between national civil law and customary law, including in the context of resolving inheritance disputes in Chinese families who adhere to patrilineal traditions. Supreme Court Decision No. 1204 K/Pdt/2024 shows that there is a tension between legal certainty under the Civil Code and substantive justice originating from living law. This research aims to analyze the judge's interpretation of family documents as a basis for inheritance rejection, inheritance sharing mechanisms that ignore Chinese customary norms, and their implications for legal pluralism in Indonesia. The method used is normative juridical with a case study approach and a descriptive-analytical legislative approach, using literature studies of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The results showed that the ruling applied neither the Civil Code nor the principle of Chinese customary inheritance consistently. The family declaration on which the judge relied was not actually a refusal of inheritance, but an internal agreement granting authority to the testator. Moreover, the distribution of inheritance carried out is not in accordance with the principle of patrilineal custom which places the eldest son as the recipient of the largest share. This finding shows the weak application of legal pluralism (weak legal pluralism) and reveals the gap between das sollen and das sein, so it is necessary to strengthen the role of judges in exploring the traditional values that live in society.

The growth of online shopping has encouraged brands to utilize live-streaming as a promotional tool to attract consumers, including Parfumoist in Lampung, which actively broadcasts product demonstrations to increase audience engagement. However, whether these broadcasts truly build trust and stimulate purchase intention remains uncertain, forming the central problem of this research. The research tried to analyze the influence of interactivity, visualization, entertainment, and professionalization during live-streaming on consumer trust and purchase intention. Using Stimulus-Organism-Response framework, live-streaming elements are positioned as stimuli, trust as the organism, and purchase intention as the response. A quantitative approach was employed, with purposive sampling of viewers who watched Parfumoist live streams and had made or intended to make a purchase. Data from an online questionnaire then analyzed with SEM-PLS. The findings reveal all four dimensions of live-streaming significantly affect purchase intention, mediated through consumer trust. The findings highlight that effective live-streaming depends not only on frequent broadcasts, but also on the ability of the host to interact meaningfully, present attractive visuals, entertain viewers, and display professionalism. This study concludes that improving the overall quality of live-stream sessions strengthens trust and intention to buy, offering theoretical implications for digital marketing research and practical recommendations for MSMEs to optimize live-streaming strategies in competitive markets.

This study explores the integration of critical pedagogy with digital literacy, aiming to reconceptualize digital literacy beyond its traditional focus on technical proficiency and operational skills. Traditional digital literacy models emphasize the ability to navigate and use technology, primarily focusing on operational tasks such as managing digital devices, utilizing software, and performing specific functions. However, these models often overlook the broader implications of technology on society, including its role in shaping power dynamics and perpetuating social inequalities. By integrating critical pedagogy, this study argues that digital literacy should not only encompass technical skills but also encourage learners to critically assess the social, political, and cultural implications of digital tools. The critical digital literacy approach promotes social justice, equity, and empowerment by encouraging learners to question, reflect on, and challenge the ways in which technology influences their lives and society at large. Through critical engagement with digital tools, learners are empowered to challenge existing power structures, fostering social transformation. The study discusses how educators can integrate critical digital literacy into teaching practices, moving beyond traditional skill based models by encouraging critical thinking, ethical use of technology, and a deeper understanding of the role digital technologies play in shaping societal structures. Moreover, the study highlights the transformative potential of critical digital pedagogy, proposing it as a tool for educational equity and social change. By reconceptualizing digital literacy through a critical pedagogical lens, this study offers a framework that empowers students to become not just proficient digital users but active participants in societal transformation, contributing to a more inclusive and just digital future. The study also suggests areas for future research, including empirical investigations on the practical implementation of critical digital literacy frameworks across various educational settings and contexts.

Divorce is a social phenomenon that is increasingly common and has various social, economic, and psychological impacts, especially for women as the most vulnerable party. Divorce not only results in changes in the legal status of husband and wife, but also affects the emotional condition and social well-being of women after the end of the marriage bond. From an Islamic legal perspective, the 'iddah period functions as a protection mechanism for women after divorce, which aims to maintain honor, ensure clarity of pregnancy conditions, and provide certainty of legal status. However, in practice there are conditions that resemble the 'iddah period without fully fulfilling the formal provisions of Islamic law, known as Syibhul 'Iddah, due to the unclear status of divorce or differences in legal interpretation. This concept has an important role in protecting women's rights, especially regarding livelihood, residence, and legal certainty after divorce. This study uses a library research method with a normative legal approach. Data were collected through a review of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials, including the Qur'an and Hadith, Islamic jurisprudence literature, laws and regulations such as the Compilation of Islamic Law, and relevant journals and scholarly works. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively using descriptive-analytical methods to examine the concept of Syibhul 'Iddah and its implications for the protection of women's rights after divorce.

The Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model is a teaching strategy that focuses on students being the main participants in their education by engaging in the resolution of actual problems. This article looks into how PBL is applied in the classroom, its effects on enhancing students' critical thinking abilities, and the primary attributes of this model that aid in developing problem-solving skills. PBL consists of five key phases: identifying a challenge, organizing research efforts, performing both individual and group inquiries, gathering and sharing findings, and reflecting on the process. These phases create a learning experience that promotes teamwork, self-directed research, and thorough analysis of information. Findings from this research reveal that PBL significantly enhances students' critical thinking skills, particularly in areas like analysis, assessment of evidence, solution formulation, and articulating arguments logically. Furthermore, features of PBL, which include prioritizing students, addressing real-world issues, fostering self-directed learning, encouraging group collaboration, and positioning the teacher as a guide, play a crucial role in enhancing problem-solving capabilities. By tackling issues that relate to their daily lives, PBL motivates students to independently build knowledge, foster innovation, and reinforce their autonomy in the learning journey.

The development of AI is now changing many aspects of our lives, especially in the digital world. However, along with these advances, new challenges have arisen, particularly in the form of digital disinformation. Technologies such as deepfake and voice cloning have made it easy to manipulate a person’s image or voice, often for malicious purposes such as online fraud and the spread of fake news. This study focuses on the ethical violations that occur with the use of AI, particularly in the context of these technologies. It also evaluates the effectiveness of Indonesia's legal framework in combating digital disinformation. Using qualitative research methods based on literature studies, the results highlight several ethical concerns. Fundamental principles such as responsibility, honesty, and justice are often overlooked in the development and application of AI, leading to unethical behavior in the digital sphere. Additionally, the study reveals that the legal regulations currently in place in Indonesia are insufficient to adequately protect the public from the potential abuses of AI technology. This research emphasizes the need for stronger legal and ethical standards to address the growing concerns about AI misuse and to safeguard the public from digital manipulation and disinformation.
