The issue of nazir waqf, which is still traditional-consumptive due to lack of knowledge about waqf and poor human resources, is one of the obstacles in the implementation of waqf legislation. The problem of naziran will be discussed in this article, along with its definition, tupoksi, professional nazir standards, challenges, and solutions. The findings of this study lead to the conclusion that morality, management, and business, along with other additional information and insights, are necessary for professional nazirs. Professional Nazirs also need to have human skills, technical abilities, and interpersonal skills. Other challenges include expertise, coaching, recruitment, incentives, competencies, and supervision. In addition, the paradigm shift and the existence of Nazir are some of the solutions that can be applied, such as associations, the establishment of Nazir schools, and the improvement of Nazir welfare. The guidance and supervision of Nazir Waqf is carried out by the Minister and the Indonesian Waqf Board, with the aim of improving professionalism and ethics in the management of waqf. Improving the quality of professional nazir is expected to have an impact on increasing the productivity of waqf assets, increasing public trust, and making a real contribution to economic and social development.

The phenomenon f fatherly parenting plays a vital role in shaping the emotional and social experiences of daughters, particularly in forming romantic relationships. The role of fathers is often overlooked in parenting, even though it significantly influences the development of a daughter's personality and interpersonal relationships. Fathers who are emotionally involved can provide a sense of security, confidence, and an understanding of love. This study aims to describe the experiences of young adult women regarding their fathers' parenting roles and their impact on romantic relationships. This study adopts a phenomenological approach using purposive sampling techniques. The research was conducted over four months, and data were collected through interviews and observations. Five participants aged 18 to 25 years, with experiences of both positive and negative fatherly parenting and a history of romantic relationships, were involved in this study. The results show that positive fatherly parenting fosters positive romantic relationship experiences, such as the ability to build trust and intimacy. Conversely, hostile fatherly parenting leads to negative relationship patterns, such as distrust or a need for emotional validation. The lack of fatherly parenting also drives women to seek a father figure in others and to feel less trustful toward their partners. These findings demonstrate that the father's role in parenting has a significant impact on young adult women's romantic relationships.

Stress and burnout among healthcare workers represent a global crisis with significant implications for psychological and physical health, job performance, and interpersonal skills. These conditions are linked to anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, substance use, poor quality of life, digestive disorders, and cardiovascular diseases. Burnout is characterized by emotional fatigue, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment, often caused by chronic workplace stress. Factors such as demographics, fatigue, and resilience influence its development and severity. Traditional stress management interventions, such as counselling and leave, often prove insufficient in addressing these challenges. Recent advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) provide innovative tools for stress and burnout management, including mobile applications offering mindfulness, meditation, and self-care resources. AI systems like IBM Watson and Google DeepMind are being tested to enhance accessibility and effectiveness in stress management. Additionally, Stress Inoculation Training (SIT), involving methods such as meditation, yoga, cognitive-behavioural therapy, and biofeedback, has been recognized as a proactive approach to mitigating stress. This review explores the factors contributing to stress and burnout in healthcare workers and evaluates interventions aimed at improving well-being and productivity, emphasizing the potential of AI and SIT in preventing and managing these conditions.

This study highlights the importance of implementing human relations principles in creating a harmonious and productive work environment. Open communication, empathy, and constructive conflict management were found to be key factors in building positive work relationships between employees and managers. Employees who feel valued and listened to tend to be more engaged in their work, increasing motivation and morale, which ultimately impacts the performance of the team and the organization as a whole. In addition, effective conflict management can strengthen interpersonal relationships and create a work atmosphere that is more conducive to collaboration and innovation. This study also shows that poorly managed conflict can damage work relationships and reduce productivity. In such situations, a tense work environment can lower employee morale, increase turnover rates, and hinder the achievement of organizational goals. Therefore, organizations need to actively develop strategies that support clear and effective communication, as well as pay attention to employee emotional well-being. Building an inclusive work culture and providing constructive conflict resolution mechanisms are essential to maintaining the stability and sustainability of productivity in the long term.

This study aims to analyze the role of interpersonal communication in conflict resolution between employees in corporate organizations. The results of the study indicate that conflict is often caused by unclear instructions, misunderstandings in conveying messages, and emotional factors such as frustration and personal tension. However, effective interpersonal communication, such as active listening, expressing feelings without blaming, and an open attitude, have been shown to help resolve conflicts constructively. In addition, organizational culture plays an important role in influencing conflict resolution styles. In organizations with an open and collaborative communication culture, approaches such as negotiation and compromise are more often applied, resulting in mutually beneficial solutions. In contrast, more hierarchical organizations tend to avoid conflict or use coercion, which often results in dissatisfaction. This study emphasizes the importance of developing interpersonal communication skills and an organizational culture that supports openness to create a harmonious and productive work environment.

The institution of marriage in Indonesia has long been considered a social and moral milestone. However, in the digital era, shifting gender roles and the rise of social media have significantly transformed how young women perceive marriage. This study aims to explore the perceptions of early adult women (aged 18–25) toward the #MarriageIsScary narrative on TikTok, focusing on content from the account @bobahagia19. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using interviews, observations, and content analysis of selected TikTok videos. The findings reveal that the #MarriageIsScary trend represents a collective expression of emotional anxiety, self-awareness, and social critique of traditional marriage norms. Participants perceived marriage as an uncertain institution, often associated with emotional instability, betrayal, and loss of autonomy. Yet, the same discourse also fostered empowerment and solidarity among women, forming what scholars describe as digital sisterhood. The discussion integrates sociological and media theories (Giddens, 1992; Papacharissi, 2015; Banet-Weiser, 2018) to illustrate how digital narratives both reflect and reshape cultural meanings of marriage in contemporary Indonesia. Overall, the study concludes that TikTok functions as a participatory space where young women redefine marital expectations through shared emotions, storytelling, and online community engagement.

Football is far more than a game; it is a cultural language that brings people together across nations and generations. In Indonesia, this passion for football extends beyond domestic leagues, where local supporters also form strong communities around international clubs. One of these is the Chelsea Indonesia Supporters Club (CISC) Bekasi Region, a collective of Chelsea FC fans who not only share admiration for the team but also nurture social bonds and a sense of belonging within their community. This paper offers a conceptual exploration of how cohesiveness among members of CISC Bekasi contributes to the creation of a positive community image. Building on ideas from scholars such as Mulyana (2016), Collins and Raven (in Arifuddin, 2016), and Muniz and O’Guinn (in Ratnawati & Lestari, 2018), the discussion focuses on the role of group communication in fostering solidarity and collective identity. Within the group, communication is not limited to exchanging information but also functions as a medium for emotional support, shared values, and moral responsibility. The argument put forward is that effective communication and social cohesion can transform a fan club into a respected social group that embodies unity and positive representation. The experience of CISC Bekasi illustrates how sports enthusiasm, when supported by strong interpersonal ties, can encourage inclusive participation and strengthen the public image of football supporter communities in Indonesia.

This study aims to analyze the concept of "loving for the sake of Allah" based on the Qur'an and Hadith and examine its application in social life, particularly within the campus environment of Zainul Hasan Islamic University, Genggong Probolinggo. The concept of loving for the sake of Allah is a spiritual value that underpins interpersonal relationships in Islam, emphasizing compassion, brotherhood, and selfless sincerity. Using a qualitative approach with field studies and documentation methods, the research involves students, lecturers, and campus administrators as subjects. The findings reveal that the values of loving for the sake of Allah are applied in various social activities on campus, such as religious programs, organizational collaboration, and community service. Qur'anic verses like Surah Ali Imran (3:31) and Hadiths on Islamic brotherhood serve as the primary references for understanding this concept. The implications show that implementing the value of loving for the sake of Allah fosters a harmonious campus atmosphere, strengthens Islamic brotherhood, and motivates students to contribute positively to the community. However, challenges in consistently applying this value arise, particularly due to external influences and a lack of deeper understanding. Therefore, strengthening religious programs and Islamic character development on campus is essential to ensure the sustainability of these values in social life.

Humans themselves are social creatures who need to interact with other people to build relationships in their daily lives. Current technological developments make it easier for us as humans to communicate interpersonally, not only directly but can be done using platforms to make friends, one of which is the Bumble application. This research aims to analyze interpersonal communication in making friends. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques, namely interviews, literature study, and observation to assess the effectiveness of communication on Bumble based on five aspects of interpersonal communication according to Devito (1997): openness, empathy, support, positivity, and similarity. The research results show that these five aspects support effective communication, facilitate interaction, and strengthen connections between users, especially if there are similar interests or backgrounds. However, challenges in the form of negative behavior, such as hate speech, are still often found. In conclusion, the Bumble app can facilitate positive interpersonal communication, but requires mutual respect to build a better user experience.
