Learning technology continues to develop as time goes by. Technology is the science of tools and skills that make humans work more efficiently. The implementation of daily learning often follows technological developments in the world of education, as do teachers and lecturers. In the field of education, technology has an influence on improving the quality of education, types of educational technology, information technology and communication and learning technology have a major role in learning. The role of technology in the field of education is as an information center and doing new things to illustrate learning and determine online learning methods. With increasingly developing technology, it can also provide benefits that have both good and bad impacts. One of the developments in technology has had a good influence by increasing self-openness in terms of expanding knowledge as information for all life in the world across borders, places and times. Negative impacts include changes in behavior, morals, rules or morals of life so that they conflict with the moral rules that apply in society. Therefore, to prevent the negative impact of using technology in learning, it is necessary to supervise parents and educators who work together in carrying out teaching and supervising children in using technology. The presence and function of technology in the world of education provides the development and growth of human resources as a determinant in achieving success in education. This kind of thing is caused by human resources themselves which are still lagging behind in using this technology in training. With today's technological developments in education, there are many new innovations to support learning. In this case, one way is to provide changes in educational facilities which are increasingly increasing and developing rapidly through technology.

Since early 2021, the population administration service in Bandung Regency has been supported by service innovations implementation through an online service system, with the presence of the SAKEDAP application. Hence, the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bandung Regency makes use of Information and Communication Technology as an application of Agile Governance in order to deal with the dynamics of the environment. Nevertheless, at the implementation level of the newest version of SAKEDAP application, the limit of the Q-Ban is only 150 queues a day from 4,000 applicants per day. To tackle these problems, outreach should be tailored through a broad range of accessible media platforms, the recruitment of IT specialists to assure the strength of the system and the ability to increase capacity when necessary. Such measures, which, will enhance public understanding and easier access to services, are consistent with the ideals of the good governance which espouses efficiency and responsiveness. The objective of this study is to discover and analyze Agile Governance based Integrated Population Queue System Service in the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bandung Regency. Observer-participant, in-depth interviews and document review were the main data collection techniques used. In addition to Good Enough Governance, business- driven, Human Focused, Based on Quick Wins, Systematic and Adaptive Approach, Simple design and Continuous Responsiveness, based on the research conducted, the researcher found the responsiveness factor or the ability factor, which is intended to help and provide fast service to customers with clear information and can support the successful implementation of Agile Governance.

This study is titled "Analysis of the Level of Digital Marketing Literacy Using the Experiential Learning Method Among Hospitality Students at Politeknik Harapan Bersama." The objective of this research is to evaluate and understand the level of digital marketing literacy possessed by hospitality students at Politeknik Harapan Bersama across various aspects, including the use of information technology, digital communication, online collaboration, and data security. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method, with questionnaires distributed to 26 students. The findings indicate that most students have an excellent level of digital marketing literacy, with an average percentage of 84.78%. However, there are still areas that need improvement, such as understanding digital ethics and selecting valid information. These findings provide valuable insights for developing more effective training programs to enhance digital skills in Hospitality Study Program.

The rise of hoaxes is currently increasingly undirected, along with the rapid growth of information and communication technology. In almost all aspects of life, hoaxes appear. The topic of health is not free from hoax news. Public officials are also often involved in reporting hoaxes related to health. Public Relations of RSA UGM as one of the pilot hospitals also took part in explaining the existence of health hoaxes. RSA UGM Public Relations took action to resolve this problem. This research analyzes how RSA UGM's public relations strategy responds to health hoaxes. The analysis was carried out using Ronald D. Smith's (2005) concept of public relations strategy which is divided into proactive strategies and reactive strategies. The results of the research show that in responding to health hoaxes, RSA UGM Public Relations recruits carried out preventive efforts well in advance in the form of proactive action and communication on their social media. When hoaxes emerged, RSA UGM Public Relations through its social media accounts provided education and adopted reactive strategies to respond to turmoil in society. In carrying out a strategy to respond to hoaxes, RSA UGM Public Relations relies more on social communication media than conventional communication media.

Effective network management is the main need in the world of information technology, especially for companies engaged in network infrastructure. One of the devices that is often used to support network connectivity is MikroTik. This journal aims to design MikroTik configuration learning based on the OSI Layer Model at PT Proxi Jaringan Nusantara, focusing on setting MikroTik so that it can be connected to the internet. The learning method is designed using theoretical and simulation approaches, including the introduction of the OSI Layer Model as the basis of network communication and the technical steps of MikroTik configuration, such as IP Address settings, NAT (Network Address Translation), DHCP Server, and basic Firewall. The simulation results show that the configuration carried out in accordance with the OSI Layer Model can improve network stability and efficiency. This learning is designed to provide practical and in-depth solutions for authors in understanding MicroTik-based network management.

In increasingly advanced digital era, the professionalism of Christian Religious Education (CRE) teachers has become extremely important. CRE teachers must not only possess strong academic abilities but also be prepared to face new challenges in the implementation of technology in the teaching and learning process. The Society 5.0 era demands integration between the virtual and real worlds, where advancements in information and communication technology have transformed the way education is delivered, including in CRE practices. The professionalism of CRE teachers in this era is determined by their mastery of 21st-century competencies, which include critical thinking, creativity, innovation, collaboration, and digital literacy. Therefore, CRE teachers must be able to develop innovative and engaging learning materials. This can be achieved by utilizing video tutorials, virtual simulations, and technology-based interactive games to enhance student engagement and the quality of learning. Thus, strengthening the professionalism of CRE teachers not only focuses on academic aspects but also on the application of Christian ethical values within a dynamic and digital learning environment.

Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid faces challenges in developing limited Information and Communication Technology (ICT) learning. The main problems faced are inadequate ICT infrastructure, lack of teacher ICT knowledge and skills, and lack of structured ICT curriculum. To overcome these problems, community service was carried out using the Community Partnership Program (PKM) method. This PKM includes ICT teacher training, improving ICT infrastructure, and preparing an integrated ICT curriculum. The implemented solutions successfully increased the use of ICT in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid, improved teacher competence in teaching ICT, and provided a strong foundation for further development in ICT learning. In conclusion, community service with the PKM approach is effective in increasing ICT capacity and infrastructure in madrasahs, supporting the improvement of the quality of education in the digital era.ICT infrastructure

The role of ICT on the growth of the accounting profession in Nigeria was the main focus of this study. Using a tool called the role of ICT in Accounting Questionnaire (RIAQ), 60 accountants' opinions were purposefully gathered from the teaching and bursary staff of Nasarawa State University, Keffi, as well as the six banks that operate in Keffi Metropolis, in order to implement the survey study design. The chi-square statistic was employed in the data analysis to determine the degree to which ICT has helped the accounting industry, and the association between ICT and job competency in the accounting industry was examined using regression analysis. In summary, the study discovered a substantial correlation (P<0.05) between accounting proficiency and ICT use. According to the study's findings, ICT is crucial to Nigeria's accounting and Vision 2024 progress and achievement. It was suggested that accounting professionals should receive ongoing training in order to embrace and use ICT into accounting practice.

As a student legislative body, DPM has the task of forming regulations, overseeing the implementation of policies, and carrying out supervisory functions over the executive budget institution. However, communication challenges often hinder the effectiveness of DPM's performance, such as the lack of integrated communication channels, low understanding of organizational communication, and information gaps between DPM, students, and the campus. Therefore, an innovative communication policy is needed, both internally and externally. Internally, this policy must encourage openness, transparency, and collaboration between members. Externally, an effective communication strategy will strengthen the relationship between DPM, students, and the campus, so that the legislative function can run optimally and create a synergistic relationship.

This study uses a descriptive, qualitative research approach with triangulation data collection, the object of this study is social media accounts used by the community. A qualitative descriptive approach is used to analyze and interpret the content of religious media. The author can analyze the text, images, or videos in religious media to understand the messages conveyed, the representation of religion, or the communication patterns that occur. Based on the results of the study, there are advantages and disadvantages in the relationship between human life and technological advances, especially mass media. Although religious messages and public understanding are greatly enhanced by mass media, there are also disadvantages, such as the spread of misleading information. To reduce the negative impact of mass media, it is important to use it responsibly and monitor it.

This article comprehensively analyzes the primary vulnerabilities and risks associated with IoT, exploring innovative strategies and effective solutions to strengthen its security framework. The article highlights the critical role of secure device authentication, data encryption, regular updates, and continuous monitoring by addressing the intricacies of communication protocols and emphasizing the need for standardization. Ultimately, this work advocates for a holistic approach to IoT security, where robust, adaptable solutions are developed to safeguard against the evolving landscape of cyber threats.

In the midst of increasingly complex globalization, organizations must continue to innovate and maximize the potential of existing resources to achieve competitive advantage. Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a strategic role in managing employees as important organizational assets. This research uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to review various literatures that discuss the relationship between HRM strategies and achieving competitive advantage. The results of the literature analysis show that effective HRM strategies, including competency-based recruitment, employee development through training and education, fair reward systems, and the use of technology such as Human Resource Information System (HRIS), can improve organizational performance and competitiveness. In addition, transparent performance management and good internal communication are also important supporting factors. Nonetheless, challenges in implementing HRM strategies remain, such as changes in organizational culture and budget constraints, which require an adaptive approach. This research provides insights into how the right HRM strategy can contribute to the achievement of competitive advantage in the face of fast-changing global market dynamics.

The rapid development of the financial technology (fintech) industry has brought various innovations in financial services, but also poses challenges related to conflict resolution between users and service providers. This study aims to analyze the user experience in resolving disputes through fintech platforms, with a focus on the effectiveness of existing dispute resolution mechanisms. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with active users of fintech platforms who have been involved in disputes. The results of the study show that although fintech platforms provide various channels for settlement, such as mediation or arbitration, many users complain about transparency, complexity of procedures, and unclear information regarding their rights and obligations in the process. In addition, the trust factor in third parties involved in the settlement is also a major issue. These findings provide insight into the need to improve the resolution system by improving communication between fintech service providers and users, as well as clarifying settlement procedures to create a better user experience. This study is expected to contribute to the development of policies and regulations related to dispute resolution in the fintech sector. Advances in information and communication technology have had a significant impact on the world of education, especially in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the learning process. One technology that is often used is Microsoft PowerPoint as learning media. This study aims to analyze the effect of using PowerPoint media on student learning interest in Islamic Religious Education and Ethics subjects at SMKN 3 Solok City. This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method using a nonequivalent control group design. Data were collected through tests, questionnaires, and observations, and analyzed using normality, homogeneity, and t-test. The results showed that the use of PowerPoint media had a positive and significant effect on students' interest in learning. The experimental group that used PowerPoint had a higher level of interest in learning than the control group. This is due to the presentation of material that is more interactive, interesting, and systematic, so as to motivate students to be actively involved in the learning process. The t-test value shows that there is a significant difference between the experimental and control groups, with a t-count value of 5.384 (p < 0.05). This study concludes that PowerPoint learning media is effective in increasing students' interest in learning Islamic Religious Education and Ethics subjects. Hopefully, this finding can be a reference for educators in developing technology-based learning models that are more innovative and relevant to modern learning needs.
