Since early 2021, the population administration service in Bandung Regency has been supported by service innovations implementation through an online service system, with the presence of the SAKEDAP application. Hence, the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bandung Regency makes use of Information and Communication Technology as an application of Agile Governance in order to deal with the dynamics of the environment. Nevertheless, at the implementation level of the newest version of SAKEDAP application, the limit of the Q-Ban is only 150 queues a day from 4,000 applicants per day. To tackle these problems, outreach should be tailored through a broad range of accessible media platforms, the recruitment of IT specialists to assure the strength of the system and the ability to increase capacity when necessary. Such measures, which, will enhance public understanding and easier access to services, are consistent with the ideals of the good governance which espouses efficiency and responsiveness. The objective of this study is to discover and analyze Agile Governance based Integrated Population Queue System Service in the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bandung Regency. Observer-participant, in-depth interviews and document review were the main data collection techniques used. In addition to Good Enough Governance, business- driven, Human Focused, Based on Quick Wins, Systematic and Adaptive Approach, Simple design and Continuous Responsiveness, based on the research conducted, the researcher found the responsiveness factor or the ability factor, which is intended to help and provide fast service to customers with clear information and can support the successful implementation of Agile Governance.

This research examines the transformation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning in the Plus Class of Zainul Hasan 1 Genggong Middle School, which previously used traditional methods with blackboards, now switching to the use of digital technology. The background to this research was triggered by the development of information technology which is changing the education system and the need to update learning methods to make them more relevant to the digital era. With a descriptive qualitative approach, this research explores the transition process, the challenges faced by teachers and students, and the impact of the use of technology on the quality of learning. The research results show that the application of digital technology enriches the learning experience, increases student engagement, and provides more flexible access to material. However, the main challenges faced are the need for training for teachers and limited infrastructure improvements, which need to be addressed immediately to optimize the potential for digital transformation in PAI education.

Digitalization has become a transformative force reshaping how organizations innovate and sustain competitive advantages in an interconnected global economy. This study explores the intricate relationship between business digitalization, innovation capabilities, and sustainability outcomes. Employing a comprehensive literature review, it examines how digital transformation fosters innovative practices and supports sustainable business models. Key findings reveal that integrating digital technologies, such as artificial intelligence, IoT, and blockchain, significantly enhances innovation capacity by accelerating product development cycles, improving decision-making precision, and fostering collaborative innovation ecosystems. Moreover, digitalization optimizes resource utilization, minimizes environmental impact, and strengthens stakeholder engagement, contributing to measurable economic, environmental, and social sustainability outcomes. The synergy between digital transformation and sustainability initiatives provides organizations with strategic advantages, including improved operational efficiency, customer loyalty, and competitive positioning. However, challenges such as implementation barriers, balancing digital-sustainable priorities, and managing unintended environmental impacts persist. Future research should focus on empirical validation, industry-specific applications, and longitudinal studies to further elucidate the pathways through which digitalization supports sustainable innovation and long-term business resilience. This study underscores the imperative for organizations to strategically align digital transformation with sustainability objectives, ensuring their future success in a rapidly evolving business environment.

This study analyzes the procedures for employee payroll documentation and data transfer at PT PLN Nusantara Power Services to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of human resource (HR) administration. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through library and field research. The findings indicate that digitalizing HR administration improves operational efficiency, transparency, and compliance with regulations. Digital transformation also minimizes errors and supports data risk management. The author's internship experience highlights the importance of responsibility and accuracy in data management to meet professional standards. This research contributes to the development of technology-based administrative systems in the energy sector.

The implementation of digital technology in the judiciary system has become a cornerstone of public service improvement. This study examines the effectiveness of the E-Court application in optimizing public service quality at the Class 1A District Court of Batam City. The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing data gathered through interviews, observations, and document analysis. Findings indicate that the E-Court application significantly enhances the accessibility, efficiency, and transparency of court services by reducing processing times, minimizing manual paperwork, and fostering accountability. However, challenges such as technical limitations, digital literacy gaps, and resource constraints impede its full potential. Recommendations include infrastructure enhancement, comprehensive user training, and policy support to maximize the benefits of digital integration in public service delivery. This study contributes to understanding the transformative role of technology in judicial administration and its impact on public satisfaction.

The rapid advancement of digital technology has transformed how public services are delivered and accessed. This research examines the relationship between education levels and public awareness concerning adopting digital-based public services. In the digital transformation era, understanding the factors that influence the adoption of digital public services is crucial for improving the effectiveness of e-government implementation. This study surveyed 500 respondents from various demographic groups across multiple regions through a quantitative approach, utilizing stratified random sampling to ensure representation. The research employed a structured questionnaire and analyzed the data using multiple regression analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings reveal a significant positive correlation (r = 0.76, p < 0.001) between educational background and digital service adoption rates. Additionally, public awareness emerged as a crucial mediating factor, explaining 45% of the variance in digital service utilization patterns. The study also identified key barriers to adoption, including digital literacy gaps and accessibility challenges, particularly among lower education groups. These findings provide valuable insights for policymakers and public service administrators in developing targeted strategies to enhance digital service adoption. The research contributes to the growing body of literature on e-government implementation and digital transformation in public services, while offering practical recommendations for improving public service delivery in the digital age.

This study examines the effectiveness of e-government implementation in improving public service quality in Makassar City Government. The rapid development of information technology has prompted local governments to adopt e-government systems, yet their effectiveness in enhancing public service delivery requires comprehensive evaluation. This research employs a mixed-method approach, combining qualitative and quantitative data collection through interviews with government officials, surveys of 200 citizens, and direct observation of e-government services. The findings reveal that Makassar's e-government initiatives have significantly improved service delivery efficiency, with 75% of users reporting increased satisfaction in public services. However, challenges persist, including digital literacy gaps among citizens and occasional technical infrastructure issues. The study identifies key success factors such as strong leadership commitment, adequate IT infrastructure, and regular system updates. These findings contribute to the growing knowledge on e-government implementation in developing regions and provide practical recommendations for local governments seeking to enhance their digital service delivery systems.

The notary profession in Indonesia is experiencing a critical transformation driven by technological advancements, changing legal landscapes, and the imperative of modernization. This research comprehensively examines the current regulatory framework governing notaries, analyzing the multifaceted challenges and potential opportunities for substantive reform in the contemporary legal ecosystem.The study employs a mixed-method approach, integrating qualitative legal analysis, comparative research, and empirical investigation to provide a holistic understanding of the notary profession's evolving role. Through in-depth examination of existing regulations, stakeholder interviews, and comparative international perspectives, the research identifies key systemic barriers and innovative pathways for professional development.Critical findings reveal significant challenges, including technological adaptation gaps, regulatory inflexibility, and inconsistent professional standards. The research highlights the urgent need for a dynamic regulatory approach that balances traditional legal principles with emerging digital authentication technologies. Key opportunities emerge in areas such as blockchain-based document verification, comprehensive digital skills training, and adaptive professional development frameworks.The study proposes a comprehensive reformation strategy encompassing technological infrastructure development, professional skills enhancement, and regulatory modernization. Recommendations include establishing dedicated innovation units, implementing mandatory technology training programs, and creating flexible regulatory mechanisms that can rapidly respond to technological and professional landscape changes. By providing a nuanced analysis of the notary profession's current state and future potential, this research contributes critical insights to the discourse on legal professional modernization in Indonesia. In the era of digital transformation, online learning has become a dominant mode of education, emphasizing the need for intercultural competence to ensure inclusivity and equity. This study explores strategies for fostering intercultural competence in online learning environments by examining best practices in curriculum design, communication, and technological integration. Utilizing a qualitative research approach, data were collected through interviews with educators and students from diverse cultural backgrounds. The findings reveal that interactive learning activities, culturally responsive pedagogy, and adaptive learning technologies significantly enhance students’ intercultural competence. The study highlights the importance of fostering a supportive online community, encouraging cross-cultural collaboration, and implementing inclusive instructional strategies. These insights contribute to the development of equitable education policies that address cultural diversity in virtual classrooms.

Information technology has an important role in the continuity of business activities for MSMEs. The application of technology to build a business is called effective and efficient digital transformation for MSMEs. One form of digital transformation is in the aspect of recording transactions and finances called Point of Sale (POS). POS is an application in the form of an online cashier with integrated electronic transaction service features which is aimed at increasing the sustainable development of digital entrepreneurs or Digipreneurs through digital transaction services to analyze administrative and financial matters which can help MSMEs. This research aims to prepare for the digital transformation of MSMEs in using digital POS system applications using the I-TOE framework. This research is qualitative in nature with data collection techniques by conducting interviews with 6 MSMEs in Salatiga, Central Java. From the interview results, it can be concluded that through the I-TOE framework, it is known that the readiness for digital MSME transformation is influenced by several aspects (1) Type of business, (2) Age of the manager. (3) Human resources and (4) Environmental demands.

In the rapidly developing digital era, technology provides opportunities and challenges for society, especially in the economic and business sectors. This study aims to review digital marketing strategies that can help the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Using qualitative research methods and literature studies, this study found that digital marketing allows MSMEs to expand market share, attract customers, and build closer relationships with consumers. Digital marketing also provides the competitive advantage and innovation needed in this era. However, MSME actors still face obstacles in understanding technology, budget, and adaptation to digital transformation. Therefore, it is important for MSMEs to conduct an in-depth analysis of business needs and challenges, and evaluate the performance of digitalization strategies to ensure business sustainability and growth.

The results of the analysis show that the combination of these two variables significantly improves business performance, exceeding the individual impact of each variable. These findings underline the importance of a holistic approach in developing MSMEs in the digital era, which combines technological innovation with. entrepreneurial spirit. The use of technology such as online ordering applications, inventory systems and data analysis allows MSME coffee shops to operate more efficiently, saving time and costs, as well as reducing errors. This research aims to analyze the influence of the application of information technology on increasing the efficiency of business processes in the banking sector. In an increasingly competitive and dynamic business environment, operational efficiency is one of the keys to success for banks. The application of information technology through various digital systems, such as Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and cloud computing-based platforms, has been proven to speed up transactions and reduce operational costs. Apart from that, automating business processes through ERP and CRM also increases accuracy and makes data-based decision making easier. However, the implementation of this technology faces challenges, such as limited technical skills and organizational cultural resistance. However, proper use of IT can increase productivity, customer satisfaction and strengthen the bank's competitive position. This research provides insight into the importance of IT investment in supporting digital transformation and operational efficiency in the banking sector.

This research explores the challenges and opportunities faced by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in implementing information technology (IT) and digitalization. Through a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with MSME owners and managers in various sectors, the results show that MSMEs experience a number of obstacles such as limited financial resources, lack of technological knowledge, and inadequate infrastructure. However, the use of IT can increase efficiency, productivity and market access for MSMEs. External support such as technology training and subsidies from the government are important factors in overcoming this challenge. This research concludes that digital transformation is the key to increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in the ever-growing digital era. It is hoped that the recommendations will help MSME owners and policy makers formulate strategies to support IT adoption effectively.

With technological innovation in the financial sector (Fintech), the development of digital technology has brought great changes to the financial industry. However, behind these advantages, there are challenges that need to be overcome, one of which is data security and user privacy which is a major issue that must be faced by the financial industry. This study aims to see how regulations help the digital transformation of Indonesia's financial industry (fintech). This study is a qualitative research, in accordance with the object of study, this type of research falls into the category of library research.Regulation of the financial technology (fintech) sector is borne by many parties, including the government, non-governmental organisations, and industry players. In Indonesia, institutions such as the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI) are responsible for shaping fintech policies and regulations.Regulations serve as a strong foundation to drive digital transformation in the financial industry. Flexible and inventive regulations protect consumers and encourage profitable investments for industry players. A clear legal framework allows financial institutions to innovate and produce financial goods and services that better suit the needs of society.

This research explores the digital transformation in Islamic philanthropy, particularly through the optimization of zakat and waqf management using Islamic fintech. The digital economy and fintech present significant opportunities to enhance the efficiency and transparency in collecting and distributing Islamic philanthropic funds. By leveraging modern financial technology, zakat and waqf can be managed more effectively, ensuring precise and accountable distribution. The study also emphasizes the importance of Islamic financial literacy in supporting public participation in the digital economy. The findings show that integrating fintech in zakat and waqf management not only improves transparency and efficiency but also strengthens public trust in the Islamic financial system. Therefore, this research suggests further development of Islamic fintech technologies and enhanced educational programs to support the growth of Islamic philanthropy in the digital era. The research further emphasizes the necessity for comprehensive financial education programs and easily accessible information to enhance Islamic financial literacy among the broader public. Collaborative efforts between the government, financial institutions, and educational bodies are crucial to developing and promoting fintech solutions that comply with Sharia principles. The rapid advancements in automation and artificial intelligence (AI) have significantly transformed various industries in Indonesia. While these technologies enhance efficiency and productivity, they also pose severe challenges to employment, notably the increasing prevalence of layoffs (PHK). This article critically analyzes the legal framework in Indonesia governing worker protection against layoffs caused by automation and AI. It highlights the inadequacies in current regulations, such as the Employment Law and the Job Creation Law, in addressing the unique challenges posed by digital transformation. Using a normative legal approach, the study emphasizes the need for adaptive policies, including reskilling, upskilling, and enhanced social security programs like the Employment Loss Insurance (JKP). Lessons from countries like Germany and Singapore underline the importance of government and industry collaboration in workforce readiness. The findings advocate for a holistic and inclusive policy framework to mitigate automation’s adverse effects while leveraging its potential for sustainable development.

The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of teacher Pak in implementing modern-based learning at the junior high school level. With a qualitative descriptive research method with a literature study approach or library research. Christian Religious Education (PAK) plays a very important role in shaping the character, nature, and behavior of students, and the most important thing is the growth of their faith. Currently, in the twenty-first century, when internet technology is widely used to process information, this has significant consequences for the world of education, with both positive and negative consequences. Digital learning is an effort to improve the quality of learning and not just utilizing digital tools in the classroom. Therefore, digital learning cannot be a trend to use digital tools but a responsibility to improve the quality of learning. By mastering digital competencies and the availability of facilities that support the implementation of digital-based learning, it can be applied maximally and teachers can pour out their creativity to create a new innovation in learning. The limited devices owned by students as a supporter of the learning process are one of the obstacles in implementing technology in the digital transformation era besides signals that we cannot control because not all students are able and come from families with upper economies who at least have android or laptop facilities.
