The purpose of this study this study describes the realization form of vowel phoneme, consonant phoneme in Indonesian language. Through this research, it is hoped that it can be useful for the Indonesian speakers, especially educators and students. In addition,In  addition, this research is expected to inspire linguistic experts to examine more comprehensively related to the realization of Indonesian vowel phonemes. This research uses descriptive qualitative method by using a collective case approach study (collection case study). Data collection using observation, listening and note-taking techniques. The Indonesian capital market is a dynamic and challenging area for investment stakeholders, especially stock portfolio holders. This objective is to measure and analyze the performance of stock investment portfolios using standard deviation as a key indicator to measure equity market volatility in the Indonesian capital market. The writing method used is a descriptive method using standard deviation. The result of the standard deviation shows that the higher the investment risk between risk and return to compensate the return corresponding to the greater level of risk taken, but also increases the potential loss. The performance of the stock investment portfolio in 2022 can be said to be good. This can be seen from the growth in portfolio value that continues to increase from month to month. The portfolio's average return on investment (IRR) is 8%.

Providing education to the community about the importance of growth and development screening of infants, toddlers and APRAS is very useful for mothers and health cadres. Where mothers or cadres can detect early developmental deviations in children in their growing age. The purpose of this community service is to provide education about the importance of early detection of growth and development and screening to determine whether the growth and development of children is in accordance with age. The implementation of this education uses leaflets and teaching sheets and growth and development screening using KMS and KPSP which is one of the instruments to determine the normal or deviant growth and development of children. The number of counseling participants was 29 people (20 parents and 9 cadres) while the number of screening participants was 20 people. After being given education to mothers and cadres, it is very helpful for mothers and cadres to increase their knowledge and get the results of screening 20 normal children according to age.

The granting of marriage dispensation by judges experienced a discourse from the age of marriage, which originally occurred because of the age difference between men and women, which caused family conditions that were not solid, with the younger age of women causing marriage to look more discriminating against women in the purpose of marriage. Then it changed to a regulation that equalized the age limit for marriage for both men and women. In the treatment of deviations from the rules of marriage age, it is also emphasized that there is equal treatment. However, this cannot limit the judges' ability to render judgments. The examination of marriage dispensation must be carried out thoroughly, so the focus of this study is on how the dynamics present in each decision by judges need to be analyzed. The research method is a study of normative law related to the provisions of the marriage dispensation. The analysis is carried out with the theory of judicial power, which includes legal justice, legal certainty, and legal expediency. The results showed that every judge's decision is affected by the disparity of the judgment on the granting of marriage dispensation when the judge does not examine all the offenses of the application for dispensation in the search for the application for dispensation, which becomes the basis for the judge to consider the decision. So that stigma for urgent reasons does not become unclear and clear. Therefore, every trial must systematically follow the judicial process in order to realize the purpose of marriage

Humans are required to have good ethics and are in harmony with the nation's ideology. Regarding this matter, Pancasila is emphasizing in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia as a guide, source of law, and legal principles in drafting laws and regulations regarding the environment, especially forests. This research aims to analyze time and cost control on the ITC Pole Fiber Optic project managed by PT. LUM uses the Earned Value Management (EVM) method. EVM is an effective method for measuring project performance and progress by combining cost, time and completed work data. This case study uses secondary data obtained from project progress reports and PT financial data. LUM. Analysis is carried out to identify cost variance (CV) and schedule variance (SV) as well as cost performance index (CPI) and schedule performance index (Schedule Performance Index - SPI). The research results show that the ITC Pole Fiber Optic project experienced several deviations from the planned budget and schedule, with CV and SV showing negative values ​​at several project stages, indicating cost overruns and delays. The CPI and SPI values ​​obtained also provide an overview of the efficiency and effectiveness of project implementation. Based on these findings, several improvement steps are recommended to optimize time and cost control to improve project performance in the future. This research makes an important contribution in providing insight into the application of EVM in fiber optic installation projects and can be used as a reference in managing similar projects in the future.

This study aims to determine the budget as one of the performance control tools at the Regional Finance and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of North Sumatra Province, Medan City. The data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. The types of data used are quantitative data and qualitative data. The source of data used in this study is secondary data, in the form of Regional Budget Realization Reports. The analysis method used is a comparative descriptive analysis method, namely by comparing the budget with realization in various sources of financing using variance analysis. The results showed that there were irregularities in excess funds of 68.41%, 69.96%, 99.20%, and 32.52% in the budget of BPKAD Medan City for 2022. The conclusion from the analysis and realization of expenditures is that in the 2022 fiscal year, the BPKAD Medan City experienced deviations. Where deviations occur due to the budget that is not absorbed in the budget and expenditure realization. Performance control at the Medan City BPKAD for 2022 is considered good because the budget is greater than the realization in terms of budget variance and expenditure realization variance.

Spatial resolution is the ability to show objects or organs with a high level of contrast. Noise is the standard deviation percentage of the sum of pixel values obtained from the waterbath image. Methods; This type of research is quantitative research with an experimental approach to analyze the effect of slice thickness variations on image quality using variations of 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, and 6 m. The school environment is the second major educational environment after family. Students, administrator teachers, counselors live together and carry out the educational process in an organized and planned manner. The problem examined in this study is how the influence of the environment situation of Pasundan 3 Cimahi Middle School on student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects. The location in this study is Pasundan 3 Cimahi Middle School. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence the school environment has on learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects. The sample in this study were 33 students from all students with details of 11 students from class VII, 11 students from class VIII and 11 students from class IX. To obtain valid data, researchers used data collection tools such as questionnaires, documentation and observation. As for data analysis, researchers used quantitative methods using statistical formulas namely Mean (average), Standard Deviation (SD), TSR, then product moment correlation and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of hypothesis testing that the school environment can influence student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the value of "r" of 0.539 with a significance level of 0.355 (5%) and 0.456 (1%). Thus the "r" count 0.539 is greater than the "r" table both at the significance of 5% and 1%. Then the calculation of the coefficient of determination obtained R2 0.290. Meaning 29% student learning outcomes are influenced by the school environment. So the alternative hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This means that there is a significant influence between the school environment on student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMP Pasundan 3 Cimahi.

The hypothesis in this study is "There is an effect between parenting and compliance in members of the Sabhara Police Unit at Police Station X". The statistical description test showed mean results on the parenting variable of 4.12, a median of 4.0 and a standard deviation of .45, on the compliance variable, a mean result of 4.46, a median of 4.54 and a standard deviation of 5.0. Based on the normality test with Kolmogrov Smirnov Residual, it is known that the monte carlo sig (2-tailed) value of 0.441 results can be interpreted as normal distributed data. The results of the linearity test obtained a significance value of 0.811, it shows that p > 0.05 which means that there is a linear relationship between the parenting variable and the compliance variable. Based on the correlation test, the correlation coefficient value of the parenting variable with compliance is .409** with a sig (2-tailed) level of 0.000 (p< 0.05) so that it can be stated that there is a positive relationship between parenting and compliance at police station x. The results of the study based on regression tests showed that parenting contributed 16.7% to compliance.

The purpose of research is to study influence of implementation early breastfeeding initiation ( IMD ) on the maternal uterine involution in BPS flora. This type of research is the study cohort analytic design Prospektive. Population and sample in this research is maternal in BPS flora in 2013 with techniques samples is concecutive sampling . The variables studied in this research is dependent and independent variables ,dependent variable studied were uterine involution while independent variables were early breastfeeding initiation (IMD). Quantitative data analysis include univariable and bivariate analysis with using t test. The results showed that average Height of uteri Fundus on day 6 postpartum that give Early Breastfeeding initiation ( IMD ) is 10,54 cm with standard deviation of 1.103 cm while Height of Fundus uteri in mother don;t give IMD is 13.33 with standard deviation 1,129 . based on statistical tests found an average difference both of them is p value of 0.000 with 95 % CI 2.143 to 3.440. There is a significant fundus height difference between mother that give IMD and who does not in BPS Flora . Health workers, particularly midwife are expected to be able to perform delivery assistance with IMD.

This study aimed at assessing the effectiveness of the Collaborative Strategic Reading (CSR) technique in enhancing reading comprehension among the eleventh-grade students at SMKN 1 Keruak during the academic year 2023-2024. A pre-experimental research design was employed, with 33 students from a single class serving as the sample. Data was collected through pre- and post-tests in the form of objective assessments, and analyzed for mean scores, standard deviation, normality, and homogeneity using SPSS 17.0 for Windows. The findings revealed that the mean score for the pre-test was 14.12, which improved to 17.18 for the post-test. The two-tailed t-test resulted in t(df=32) = -15.750 with p=0.000, indicating a significant improvement. This suggests that the Collaborative Strategic Reading technique had a noteworthy impact in enhancing reading comprehension for the eleventh graders of SMKN 1 Keruak in the academic year 2023-2024.

This research approach is descriptive qualitative, which is in line with the research findings, namely in the form of a description of the Indirectness of Expression in the Song Lyrics of the Album Human Karya Tulus. This type of research is qualitative, because the data found were not obtained using statistical (quantitative) calculations but in the form of phrases, clauses or sentences contained in indirect expressions in the lyrics of the song Album Human Karya Tulus. The results of this research show that the analysis of deviations in meaning and creation of meaning in the lyrics of the song Album Human Karya Tulus obtained data that the indirectness of expression in the song lyrics in the form of replacement of meaning in the form of metaphor amounted to eight quotations, personification amounted to eleven quotations, deviations in meaning in the form of ambiguity amounted to six quotations , contradiction of three quotations, creation of meaning in the form of rhyme totaling six quotations and creation of meaning in the form of typography totaling three quotations. Thus, the indirect expression in the song lyrics that is most dominantly used in the Human Album by Tulus is the indirect expression in the song lyrics in the form of changing meaning in the form of personification totaling eleven quotes. The implications of the analysis of indirectness of expression in the lyrics of the song Album Human Karya Tulus for literature learning in junior high schools are expected to provide an understanding of the types of indirectness of expression in a song lyric. These implications are also expected to become additional teaching material to improve students' abilities in understanding the building blocks in a song lyric as well as creating a work of song lyrics.

PT Bangun Tenera Riau is a company engaged in the processing of oil palm fresh fruit bunches, located in Pantai Raja Village, Perhentian Raja District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The problem faced by PT Bangun Tenera Riau is that the company has not maximally utilized the by-products produced in the form of waste. This research aims to improve the production process by selecting alternative solutions to increase and enhance the initial green productivity index value so that productivity can increase and the impact on the environment can be reduced. The method used in this research is the green productivity method. Based on the environmental performance indicator (EPI) calculation, it is known that the value of biological oxygen demand (BOD) liquid waste has a deviation of -0.63% and an EPI value of -0.16 which exceeds the waste quality standard based on Kep-51 / MENLH / 1995 so that it is necessary to improve the quality of waste through alternative solutions. The alternative solution chosen is an anaerobic biogas reactor and rotating biological contactor (RBC) used to improve waste quality and company productivity. The study's results using the green productivity method obtained an average final total productivity of 1.31 with the initial value of the average productivity in each month being 1.17. The productivity value of the company increased by 0.21 with the efficiency of improving the quality of waste by BOD by 96.81% and converting liquid waste into biogas which is beneficial to the community

This research is classroom action research (PTK) carried out at SMAS GUPPI Samata, Gowa Regency which aims to improve mathematics learning outcomes by using the Example Non Example type cooperative learning model. The subjects of this research were class XII students with a total of 26 students. Data collection was carried out using learning outcomes tests. The collected data was analyzed using quantitative and qualitative analysis. The research results showed that the average score of student learning outcomes in cycle I reached an average of 82.38 and in cycle II reached an average of 86.15. The standard deviation in cycle I was 5.721 and in cycle II was 4.315. Based on the category of completeness of learning outcomes used, the score obtained for students' mathematics learning outcomes which were categorized as complete in cycle I was 73.07% and in cycle II it increased to 100%. From these results it can be concluded that there has been an increase in mathematics learning outcomes by using the Example Non Example type cooperative learning model.

Within mental disorders there are several diagnoses, one of which is schizophrenia. Schizophrenia is a serious mental disorder characterized by decreased or inability to communicate, cognitive impairment, inability to think abstractly, and experiencing difficulty in carrying out daily activities. Schizophrenia is a mental disorder that is a major problem in countries where schizophrenia is a type of psychosis that ranks at the top of all existing mental disorders. Schizophrenia is part of a mental disorder characterized by strange behavioral and speech deviations, incoherent thoughts, delusions, hallucinations, where this condition occurs due to changes in the physical structure and chemistry of the brain (Tri et al., 2020).

This study aims to understand the degree of correlation between teacher character and student learning motivation in the teaching and learning process of first year students at SMP Negeri 3 Terara. The sample of this study is that of all students of the SMP Terterara, a total of 60 students, and is divided into two groups: 30 students 1a and 30 students 1b. In this study, researchers used non-test technology by using a questionnaire-related instrument to collect data to express data about teachers' characteristics in the teaching process towards the motivation of students to learn. The analysis results showed that the maximum score was 46, the minimum score was 6, the average score was 23 and the standard deviation was 10.46, and 15 students received scores between 24-29. Based on the analysis of the teacher's character and the motivation of the students, r-count was found at 0.337 and the significant rank of 5% (5%) at 30, it was found at 0.361. The results of the teacher's hypothesis character showed that there was no correlation between the teacher's personality and the teaching of students.  

, This research aims to determine: the effectiveness of audio-visual learning media on Writing Skills, Personal Experiences of Class IV students at Rappojawa State Elementary School. This type of research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with a type of experimental research. Experimental research involving one class, this research includes pretest, treatment and posttest tests. This design was used because this research only involved one class, namely the experimental class which began with a pretest before being given treatment and a posttest after being given treatment. The results of the research show that the use of audio-visual media on writing skills. Personal Experience of Grade IV students at Rappojawa State Elementary School is effective, as can be seen from. The average score of the Indonesian language learning results test in writing Personal Experiences using audio-visual media is 87.20 with a standard deviation of 4.10. From these results it was found that 26 students (100%) had achieved individual completeness and this means that classical completeness had been achieved. achieved, there was effectiveness in student learning outcomes after applying audio-visual learning media because the average value of the normalized N-Gain Test results was 0.70 and was generally in the medium and high categories. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that audio visual media is applied in Indonesian language learning in class IV of Rappojawa State Elementary School, there is significant effectiveness in the use of audio visual media in improving Personal Experience writing skills.    

Background: Colostrum is the type of breast milk that is richest in protein and provides extra protection against germs that attack the baby's digestive tract. Colostrum is the first immunization that babies receive which contains up to 17 times more anti-infective substances than other breast milk. How to stimulate colostrum production can be done with maternal nutrition. Giving honey to mothers is beneficial because honey contains nutrients (energy, carbohydrates, protein) which function as energy for the posterior pituitary to produce the hormones oxytocin and prolactin. Research Objective: To determine the effect of giving honey on colostrum production in primiparous postpartum mothers at Asy Syifa' Sambi General Hospital, Boyolali Regency. Research Method: Pre-experimental research type with posttest only with control group design. The population of this study was all post patum primiparous mothers on day 1 from 5 May 2023 to 28 June 2023 at RSU Asy Syifa' Sambi, Boyolali Regency, totaling 39 respondents. The sampling technique used consecutive sampling technique, the sample in this study was 16 respondents per group. The data analysis technique used is the Mann Whitney test. Research Results: The time to expel colostrum in primiparous postpartum mothers who were not given honey at Asy Syifa' Sambi General Hospital, Boyolali Regency had a mean of 3.31 hours, a median of 3.25 hours. The time to expel colostrum in primiparous postpartum mothers who were given honey had a mean of 0, 84 hour median 0.75 hours and standard deviation 0.25. There is an effect of giving honey on colostrum production in primiparous post partum mothers (0.000<0.05). Conclusion: There is an effect of giving honey on colostrum production in primiparous post partum mothers.
