This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Rengginang MSME registration on Google Maps as a strategy to strengthen the economy in Pahang Village, Babata Village. The background of the research shows that most MSMEs still rely on conventional marketing so that business visibility is relatively low. With a qualitative case study approach, this study explores the experience of the owner of Rengginang Azam MSMEs, Mrs. Siti, who registered her business location on Google Maps. The results of the study show that digitalization through Google Maps has a positive impact in the form of increasing accessibility and reach for customers, especially from outside the village. The real impact felt is an increase in sales and profits without additional promotional costs. This study concludes that the use of Google Maps as a digital promotional medium is an effective strategy in strengthening the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era. In addition, this finding confirms the importance of digital literacy for MSME actors to utilize technology as a means of business development and strengthening the local economy.

In terms of marketing, the partner has not yet optimally utilized digital technology and still relies on repeat orders, or in other words, orders that come mostly from customers who have used the partner's services before and also from direct recommendations from customers to potential new customers. For furniture design, the partner still uses manual methods by drawing designs on paper for the size and model of furniture desired by customers. This greatly affects the accuracy of the size and model after production because there may be differences between the final product and the initial design desired by the customer, so sometimes the finished product has to be redone. The partner also lacks understanding in utilizing digital technology to find and obtain the latest custom furniture models and designs that keep up with the times. The development of the sharia financial system is marked by the establishment of various sharia institutions and the issuance of various sharia-based financial instruments. One of the most prominent institutions is sharia banks, which not only serve as financial intermediaries that collect and distribute funds to the community but also provide various services, including pawning. Bank Syariah Indonesia is one of the leading banks offering a gold pawn product, which has been considered successful due to its continuous growth every year. Sharia gold pawn financing is a product that channels funds in the form of loans, based on the qard principle, where gold serves as collateral for the customer’s money. The process involves several stages that must be followed by both the bank and the customer. Bank Syariah Indonesia has managed to set relatively low rental fees for its gold pawn products compared to other financial institutions, making it an attractive option for customers in need of short-term financing. In this community service activity, the aim is to provide a detailed explanation of the mechanism behind the gold pawning product at Bank Syariah Indonesia. By doing so, the public is expected to become more familiar with the services, operations, and benefits offered by sharia banks, particularly in the context of gold pawn financing. This initiative aims to increase the understanding and awareness of the public about the advantages of using sharia-based financial products, as well as highlight the role of such services in supporting the financial needs of individuals while adhering to Islamic principles. Through this outreach, it is hoped that more people will consider utilizing these financial services, thus contributing to the broader development of sharia finance

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a crucial pillar of economic development in Indonesia, playing a significant role in job creation, increasing community income, and driving regional economic growth. Mie Ayam Pak Bari is one such MSME located in Tireman Village, Rembang Regency, Central Java. This business is characterized by delicious flavors, affordable prices, and a unique location that lacks similar competitors in the surrounding area. Despite its significant potential, Mie Ayam Pak Bari faces several challenges, including limited marketing reach, limited exposure to local communities, and volatile raw material price fluctuations. To address these challenges, mentoring focused on strengthening business management strategies and increasing marketing effectiveness. The mentoring included creating a banner as the business's visual identity, developing an attractive and informative menu catalog, and establishing an Instagram account to expand online promotional reach. This strategy is expected to attract new customers, increase consumer loyalty, and build a positive image for the business in the eyes of the wider community. The mentoring results indicate an increase in the completeness of promotional tools, the formation of a clearer business identity, and an increase in communication channels with consumers through social media. The menu catalog helps customers understand product variety and pricing transparently, while banners serve as physical markers, making it easier for customers to find the business's location. Meanwhile, the Instagram account serves as an interactive platform that allows businesses to reach potential customers outside of Tireman Village. This mentoring activity demonstrates that implementing visual and digital media-based marketing strategies can be an effective solution for MSMEs to survive and thrive in an increasingly competitive market.

Marketing a product effectively goes beyond showcasing attractive photos; it involves creating engaging videos that can better explain and demonstrate the products on existing social media platforms. In today’s digital age, maximizing a product's effectiveness through social media marketing is essential. CapCut, a user-friendly video editing application, offers a range of features that enable users to create professional-quality videos easily. These features can be utilized to effectively market a product by conveying its specifications and unique features in a visually compelling way. Recognizing the importance of video content in modern marketing strategies, we organized a training session at Cynara’s Corner, a retailer specializing in children’s and Muslim clothing. This training was designed to teach participants how to utilize CapCut for creating marketing videos. We used the drill and practice method, which involved hands-on exercises to help participants learn how to edit and produce engaging product videos. The training sessions focused on creating videos that could effectively communicate product specifications, such as size, material, and design, in a way that would appeal to potential buyers. These videos, once created, would be shared on social media platforms to provide comprehensive and informative content to attract potential customers. The training aimed to equip participants with the skills necessary to produce engaging content that would increase product visibility and appeal. By the end of the training, the participants were able to create professional videos that could be used for social media marketing. These videos not only showcased the products but also provided valuable information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. This initiative will enable Cynara’s Corner to strengthen its social media presence and ultimately boost its sales by engaging potential buyers more effectively through creative video content.

This study aims to analyze the influence of the lifestyle of credit relationship managers (RMs) and the potential for fraud on the occurrence of non-performing loans in the banking sector. Relationship managers are the spearheads of credit distribution, interacting directly with customers, so their behavior, lifestyle, and integrity have a significant impact on the quality of a bank's credit portfolio. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a systematic literature review approach, reviewing various recent studies related to bank employee lifestyles, factors driving fraud, and their correlation with non-performing loans. The results indicate that a consumptive lifestyle disproportionate to income can increase the risk of fraudulent behavior, such as manipulation of credit analysis or collusion with customers, which ultimately results in an increase in non-performing loans. Furthermore, weak internal control systems, pressure to achieve credit targets, and moral hazard exacerbate this risk. A lifestyle that prioritizes social symbols and self-image can also encourage employees to engage in deviant behavior to maintain this lifestyle. Several studies have shown that RMs trapped in a hedonistic lifestyle are more vulnerable to conflicts of interest and violations of professional ethics. Meanwhile, the potential for fraud in banking practices is also influenced by employees' weak personal financial literacy, as well as limited training in risk management and ongoing work ethics. In an organizational context, a work culture oriented toward achieving targets without regard for the quality of credit analysis has the potential to create a work climate that is permissive of irregularities. This study recommends strengthening a culture of integrity through the establishment of a firm code of ethics, technology-based supervision (such as an AI-based fraud detection system), and regular training on a healthy financial lifestyle and risk management for RMs.

Distribution is the process of moving, managing, and storing goods from suppliers to customers in the supply chain. This process includes not only the delivery of raw materials from suppliers to manufacturers, but also the distribution of finished products to the end consumer. Distribution plays an important role in a company's profitability because it affects operational costs, delivery efficiency, and perceived value by customers. Successful well-managed distribution will increase customer satisfaction and strengthen the company's competitiveness in the market. PT. XYZ is one of the LPG distributors that provides 3 kg cylinders. This company serves a variety of consumers, ranging from households, small businesses, to retailers, with a coverage of distribution areas in Serang City. The distribution process is carried out based on sales orders and needs in 14 bases, where each base has a different level of demand according to consumer needs. However, PT. XYZ faces obstacles in achieving the optimal level of service, where the average service level only reaches 97.40%. An imbalance between inventory and demand at the base often leads to an oversupply or understock, resulting in backorders on some demands. This condition has a negative impact on customer satisfaction and overall distribution effectiveness. To overcome this problem, PT. XYZ developed a distribution dashboard by applying the Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) method. Through this approach, distribution planning becomes more systematic, base needs can be met appropriately, and stocks can be managed more effectively. This dashboard also supports delivery scheduling and more coordinated marketing activities. The results of the implementation of the DRP dashboard in 2023 show a significant increase with a service level that has successfully reached 99%, minimizing backorders, and increasing customer trust and satisfaction.
