Information technology has an important role in the continuity of business activities for MSMEs. The application of technology to build a business is called effective and efficient digital transformation for MSMEs. One form of digital transformation is in the aspect of recording transactions and finances called Point of Sale (POS). POS is an application in the form of an online cashier with integrated electronic transaction service features which is aimed at increasing the sustainable development of digital entrepreneurs or Digipreneurs through digital transaction services to analyze administrative and financial matters which can help MSMEs. This research aims to prepare for the digital transformation of MSMEs in using digital POS system applications using the I-TOE framework. This research is qualitative in nature with data collection techniques by conducting interviews with 6 MSMEs in Salatiga, Central Java. From the interview results, it can be concluded that through the I-TOE framework, it is known that the readiness for digital MSME transformation is influenced by several aspects (1) Type of business, (2) Age of the manager. (3) Human resources and (4) Environmental demands.

This study aims to determine the impact of implementing Augmented Reality (AR) features on mobile shopping applications on purchasing decisions of Generation Z consumers, especially first-time buyers. The research method uses a quantitative approach, the study involved 385 Generation Z respondents (aged 18-25 years) who were using AR features for shopping for the first time. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that AR Visual Quality (X1), AR Interactivity (X2) and AR Ease of Use (X3) have a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions (p <0.000). The study revealed that 78.5% of AR features influence Generation Z in deciding to purchase on mobile shopping applications. In this case, it can be concluded that the presence of AR features can reduce Gen Z's hesitation in deciding to purchase for first-time buyers. Key factors influencing purchasing decisions include AR visualization quality, ease of use, and feature interactivity.

Digitalization has become a transformative force reshaping how organizations innovate and sustain competitive advantages in an interconnected global economy. This study explores the intricate relationship between business digitalization, innovation capabilities, and sustainability outcomes. Employing a comprehensive literature review, it examines how digital transformation fosters innovative practices and supports sustainable business models. Key findings reveal that integrating digital technologies, such as artificial intelligence, IoT, and blockchain, significantly enhances innovation capacity by accelerating product development cycles, improving decision-making precision, and fostering collaborative innovation ecosystems. Moreover, digitalization optimizes resource utilization, minimizes environmental impact, and strengthens stakeholder engagement, contributing to measurable economic, environmental, and social sustainability outcomes. The synergy between digital transformation and sustainability initiatives provides organizations with strategic advantages, including improved operational efficiency, customer loyalty, and competitive positioning. However, challenges such as implementation barriers, balancing digital-sustainable priorities, and managing unintended environmental impacts persist. Future research should focus on empirical validation, industry-specific applications, and longitudinal studies to further elucidate the pathways through which digitalization supports sustainable innovation and long-term business resilience. This study underscores the imperative for organizations to strategically align digital transformation with sustainability objectives, ensuring their future success in a rapidly evolving business environment.

This study explores the application of machine learning to predict students' GPA based on behavioral and time-related factors, including study hours, extracurricular activities, sleep, social interactions, and physical activity. Seven regression algorithms were employed to evaluate predictive accuracy using metrics such as MAE, RMSE, and R2 Among these, Regularized Linear Regression demonstrated the highest accuracy and interpretability, highlighting its suitability for this dataset. The findings emphasize the potential of machine learning in identifying key predictors of academic performance and offer practical applications for personalized academic advising and time management. This research provides a data-driven framework to support students and educators in optimizing learning outcomes.

In today’s date Artificial intelligence (AI) has substantially transformed marketing strategies and specifically Viral Marketing by enhancing the content personalization, targeting the audience and real time campaign optimization. The study explored the Artificial Intelligence impact on Viral marketing with a comprehensive review of 20 literatures that highlights the diverse applications of AI such as predictive analytics, natural language processing (NLP) and AI-driven visual content creation. This study employed meta analysis approach to evaluate how effectively AI could boost marketing reach, engagement and return on investment (ROI). The finding of the study indicates a positive correlation between the efficiency of Viral Marketing campaigns and the integration of AI, despite the fact highlighting ethical and transparency. The study concludes with practical suggestions for using AI in Viral marketing in a responsible and efficient manner to enhance its potential while mitigating related dangers. This study also highlights AI’s revolutionary role in changing market dynamics.

This research aims to examine the effect of synergy between the application of digital technology and entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of coffee shop MSMEs in Bojonegoro. The results of the analysis show that the combination of these two variables significantly improves business performance, exceeding the individual impact of each variable. These findings underline the importance of a holistic approach in developing MSMEs in the digital era, which combines technological innovation with. entrepreneurial spirit. The use of technology such as online ordering applications, inventory systems and data analysis allows MSME coffee shops to operate more efficiently, saving time and costs, as well as reducing errors. The implementation of Islamic economics in Indonesia's development administration during the digital era presents a significant opportunity to build a system founded on inclusivity, fairness, and sustainability. Digital transformation plays a pivotal role in optimizing sharia-based financial technologies, empowering community economies, and enhancing resource management efficiency. Technologies such as halal e-commerce, blockchain, and sharia-compliant financial applications extend access to financial services in previously underserved remote areas. However, challenges such as low digital literacy levels and insufficient regulatory frameworks remain obstacles. Collaboration among the government, Islamic financial institutions, businesses, and communities is essential to ensure the effective implementation of this system. Financial management is one of the key factors in determining the success of a company, especially for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the digital era. This study aims to analyze the literature that discusses the influence of financial management practices on MSME performance, considering the role of digital technology in financial management. This study explores key aspects of financial management, such as financial planning, budget control, cash flow management, and investment, and how the application of technology can improve its efficiency and effectiveness. The results of the study show that the use of digital technology, such as cloud-based accounting applications and digital payment systems, can improve the accuracy and speed of financial management, which ultimately has a positive impact on MSME performance. This study provides important insights for MSME actors and policy makers in integrating digital technology to strengthen financial management and improve business competitiveness.

Induction motors are components that convert electrical energy into mechanical energy and are very much in demand among industries, with low prices, sturdy construction and easy maintenance making these induction motors used for heavy industrial applications. However, the 3-phase induction motor at this time chooses a low torque and speed so that it affects the efficiency of the induction motor performance, which will decrease.  This study examines the effect of unsymmetrical 2-layer 6-phase induction motor design on the torque and speed of 3-phase induction motors using the finite element method. This research was conducted using Ansys software, which aims to see the magnetic flux density and the effect of 6-phase induction motor design on the torque and speed of a 3-phase induction motor using the finite element method. The induction motor that is the reference for this research has specifications of a 3-phase induction motor: 0.75 KW, 1 HP, 220/380 V, 3.5/2 A, 50 Hz, 1390 rpm. Digital transformation in the tourism industry is an important element in increasing competitiveness and tourist destinations. One sector that has great potential to adopt digital technology is religious and cultural tourism, which has high historical and cultural value. This research aims to analyze the implementation of digital transformation in the management of religious and cultural tourism with a case study in the Sultanate of Banten, a historical site that is an important part of Indonesia's historical journey. The Sultanate of Banten has adopted several digital technologies, such as marketing via social media, mobile applications for tourist information, and the use of technology-based visitor management systems. However, the application of digital technology is still limited to promotional and information aspects, while digital-based tourism experience management such as augmented reality (AR) or virtual reality (VR) has not been fully implemented. The challenges faced include limited human resources, technological infrastructure, and understanding the long-term benefits of digital transformation. It is recommended that local governments and related parties increase human resource capacity in the field of technology, strengthen digital infrastructure, and develop more interactive digital platforms to improve the quality of tourism experiences. Effective digital transformation can contribute to the management of religious and cultural tourism that is more sustainable and attractive to the younger generation.

The advancement of payment technology has shifted the role of cash to non-cash systems. Generation Z plays a significant role in the adoption of this technology. One of the innovations introduced by Bank Indonesia is the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), launched on August 17, 2019, to support digital payments through server-based e-money applications, e-wallets, or mobile banking. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing QRIS usage behavior among Generation Z based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). The study employs a quantitative method involving 275 respondents collected through an online questionnaire. Data are analyzed using SmartPLS. The results show that performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, and social influence have a positive influence on QRIS usage behavior. In contrast, effort expectancy does not have an influence. These findings are expected to support strategies for increasing QRIS adoption among Generation Z.

In today's digital era, teachers are faced with increasingly greater learning challenges. The ability to create interesting, innovative and creative learning media must be possessed by teachers at all levels of education. However, not all teachers have the facilities to learn hpw to create learning media. Various tools and applications have been developed to support the learning process. Some of these applications are Canva, crossword puzzle and Assemblr Edu. These three applications are very helpful in creating learning media to attract students' interest in learning. Community service activities have been carried out at SDN 01 Duren Seribu which is located in Depok City, West Java. The activities carried out were in the form of training in creating learning media by utilizing the Canva, crossword and Assemblr Edu applications for teachers of SDN Duren Seribu 01. The teachers were asked to practice directly creating learning media according to their respective subject areas. After this training, the teachers stated that this training was very useful and made them more proficient in the application in creating learning media so that they could create interesting and creative learning media

Madrasah Tsanawiyah Azzidin Medan is a junior high school in Medan Denai District that promotes not only through manual media, but also through social media. However, during the period of 2023, the number of students who want to attend Madrasah Tsanawiyah Azzidin has decreased from 85 students in 2022 to 73 students in 2023. This is because there are still many teachers, education staff and school marketing staff who are unable to convey good and positive communication to prospective consumers through e-wom facilities, so they are less able to give a positive impression when conducting promotions. As a result, promotions with e-wom have not been utilized optimally, which makes parents of students as consumers unable to communicate carefully every message and positive impression through the school, because they still prioritize manual promotions, so that many of these prospective consumers have not been moved, so they decide not to attend Madrasah Tsanawiyah Aidin Medan Denai so that training and teaching are needed regarding the implementation of e-WOM. The method of implementing this training is done by conducting lecture methods, as well as through real presentations and simulations in implementing e-WOM applications on social media to carry out promotional activities in order to increase the number of students attending Madrasah Tsanawiyah Azzidin Medan. From the results of community service in the form of training on implementing e-WOM marketing applications, it can be seen that 37 education personnel, teachers and marketing personnel at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Azzidin Medan can improve their ability to implement the use of e-WOM applications when conducting promotions to increase the number of students who will attend Madrasah Tsanawiyah Azzidin Medan.

UMKM is an economic platform for the community which is a basic component in the development of economic pillars starting from the lowest level, small and medium enterprises (UKM/UMKM) are types of companies in Indonesia which are owned by individuals or business entities in accordance with the criteria set by Law No. 20 of 2008. UMKM is able to defined as business run by individuals, households, or small-sized business entities. The classification of UMKM is based on limits on annual revenue turnover, total assets, and number of employees. The development and quality improvement needs to get serious support for its further growth, this is not only in terms of capital and ease of doing business, but also needs to be done in terms of management up to the ability of the perpetrators, one of that the UMKM perpetrators must learn about management, especially in financial management, starting with simple things such as preparing a cash book. Most UMKM are run by individuals who do not have special skills. UMKM run as they are and do not have a good financial planning system and financial management system, this is one of the weaknesses of UMKM, so they cannot make plans for future business development. The cash book preparation training aims to increase the financial management capacity of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). The training method is designed to provide a basic understanding of accounting principles, financial statement preparation techniques, and practical applications that are relevant to the needs of UMKM. This training program is expected to improve the quality and financial performance of UMKM, so that they can be more competitive and sustainable in the market.

This research aims to measure the influence of dependence on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) applications on the learning effectiveness of Islamic Education Management students. Using quantitative research methods, data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 150 students at several universities. Data analysis was carried out using a simple linear regression test to determine the correlation between the dependency variable on AI applications (X) and learning effectiveness (Y). The research results show that 78% of respondents use AI applications in their daily learning activities, with 65% of them feeling more efficient in accessing information. However, there are 40% of students who show decreased motivation for independent learning due to dependence on AI applications. The results of the regression test show that there is a significant positive correlation between the use of AI applications and learning effectiveness with a correlation coefficient of 0.52 and a significance of p < 0.05. These findings indicate that the use of AI plays an important role in increasing learning effectiveness, but also has the potential to reduce motivation for independent learning. It is hoped that the use of AI will be accompanied by learning strategies that support student independence and critical thinking.

The rapid development of financial technology (fintech) provides innovative solutions to improve efficiency and accessibility in the Islamic finance sector. Islamic finance, based on Islamic principles, faces challenges in financial inclusion, high operational costs, and limited access to financial institutions. This study aims to explore the application of fintech as a solution to these issues. The research method used is literature review and qualitative analysis of various fintech models based on sharia principles, such as peer-to-peer lending, crowdfunding, and digital payments. The results indicate that fintech has significant potential in enhancing operational efficiency and expanding accessibility to sharia-compliant financial services. By utilizing technologies such as mobile applications and blockchain, fintech can reduce transaction costs and offer solutions for underserved communities. However, challenges related to sharia compliance and clear regulations need to be addressed to ensure the successful implementation of fintech in this sector.

The study highlights the effects of digital applications on HR processes such as recruitment, promotion, performance evaluation, employee satisfaction, and staff retention. It emphasizes the need for further development in HR practices to address challenges and seize opportunities in the digital context. The findings reveal that leveraging technology in HRM improves organizational efficiency, enhances employee satisfaction, and supports the development of an adaptable and innovative workforce essential for thriving in a dynamic digital workplace.

This research aims to describe digital marketing management regarding promotions In tourist attractions, the Cirendeu traditional village is often little known. This background is designing, developing and promoting a destination for the purpose of achieving tourism benefits. This marketing focuses on creating sustainable relationships between tourism businesses and consumers by utilizing digital technology such as social media, websites and tourism applications. The problems found in the field are 1. internet limitations and lack of understanding of the importance of digital promotion 2. adaptation in digital era: Technology towards changes that continue to develop, 3. businesses in the tourism sector must have high creativity so that consumers can produce digital content with valuable quality according to their interests. The methods used include direct observation, interviews, distributing questionnaires and heritage studies. The results of this research show that the management of the Cirendeu Traditional Village tourist attraction does not understand digital-based promotion in the current era, due to internet limitations.Apart from that, this research can provide understanding and insight for Cirendeu traditional village tourism managers to be able to develop digital promotion strategies that are more effective and sustainable

Transparent, accountable, and efficient village financial management is an important element in supporting sustainable village development. However, village financial management often faces various challenges, such as limited human resources, technological infrastructure, and the risk of manual errors in preparing financial reports. In an effort to overcome these challenges, the application of computerized applications such as the Village Financial System (Siskeudes) is a relevant solution. This study aims to identify the role of computerized applications in improving the quality of the preparation of village financial reports, reveal the perceived benefits, and explore the constraints and strategies for optimizing implementation. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews, observations, and document analysis in several villages that have used computerized applications. The results show that the use of computerized applications significantly improves the efficiency of the financial administration process, reduces recording errors, and produces financial reports that are more accurate and in accordance with government accounting standards. In addition, the application supports transparency and accountability of village financial management through easy access to data for stakeholders. Obstacles faced include the low digital literacy of village officials, limited technological infrastructure, and resistance to the application.

Truth and responsibility are fundamental ethical principles that shape leadership practices in corporate settings. This study explores the philosophical foundations of truth and responsibility and their applications in leadership ethics within organizations. Using a systematic literature review approach, the research synthesizes findings from various philosophical schools, such as deontology, utilitarianism, and virtue ethics, to examine how leaders can navigate ethical dilemmas, foster integrity, and build trust. The results reveal that embracing truth and accountability enhances decision-making processes, strengthens organizational culture, and mitigates ethical risks. This study highlights the significance of philosophical reflection in addressing modern leadership challenges, particularly in fostering transparency and ethical responsibility in complex business environments. Future research should focus on integrating these principles into leadership development programs to promote sustainable and ethical organizational growth.
