This research began with initial observations that showed that public services at the Langkaplancar District office were not optimal, so that the people served were not satisfied. Contributing factors include limited employee abilities and skills, suboptimal service, and slow service process. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a population of 8 employees in Langkaplancar District, Pangandaran Regency, using census techniques or saturated samples. Data is collected through questionnaires, interviews, and observations, as well as documentation of relevant activity and regulatory reports. The results of the study show that: Work culture has a positive and significant influence on public services; the better the work culture, the better the public service, the effectiveness of the organization also has a positive and significant effect on public services; the better the effectiveness of the organization, the better the public service, the work culture and the effectiveness of the organization together have a positive and significant effect on public services; The better the work culture and organizational effectiveness, the better the public service.

Writing this paper or research paper has the aim and objective of knowing the Procedure for Handling the Arrival and Departure of Export Ships Loaded with Liquid Bulk at PT. Tarahan Cipta Kencana Branch, Lampung Branch. The methods applied are the literature method or (library research) as well as the field inspection method (field research) by describing the Arrival and Departure Handling Procedures for Export Vessels Containing Liquid Bulk Cargo at PT. Tarahan Cipta Kencana Branch, Lampung Branch. In this paper we have explained the obstacles faced, including the cargo not being ready from the shipper and the cargo analysis results not yet being published from the customs and excise agency. There are things that can be done to achieve the goal so that the ship is not hindered in the ship loading process and there are no delays in the ship's departure. So that the ship agency service process can run smoothly, precisely and quickly, PT. Tarunabuat Kencana must pay attention to and prepare all the facilities and infrastructure needed in the ship service process.

The role of educational leadership is very important in developing entrepreneurial skills in students, especially in the era of globalization that requires graduates to have independent and innovative abilities. Educational leadership acts as a catalyst in creating a conducive learning environment, facilitating an entrepreneurship-based curriculum, and integrating entrepreneurship programs into the learning process. This study aims to explore the role of educational leadership in developing entrepreneurial skills in students. Educational leadership has an important role in shaping students' character and skills, including entrepreneurial skills. The research method used is a literature study to collect data and information relevant to the research topic. The results of the study indicate that effective educational leadership can provide encouragement and motivation to students to develop their entrepreneurial skills. The implication of this study is the need for an active role of educational leadership in creating a learning environment that supports the development of entrepreneurial skills in students.

This research aims to find out whether Brand Image can influence Viral Marketing and Product Design on Purchase Intention in Aerostreet Shoes products at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The sample used was 170 respondents and focused on students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya. The sampling technique uses Purposive Sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use statistical methods with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this research show that there are variables that influence each other, as in the following brief explanation: 1). Viral Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention, 2). Product Design has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention, 3). Viral Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Brand Image, 4). Product Design has a positive and significant effect on Brand Image, 5). Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention, 6). Brand Image is able to fully mediate Viral Marketing on Purchase Intention, 7). Brand Image is able to fully mediate Product Design on Purchase Intention.

The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Work-Life Balance and Work Stress on the Performance of Generation Z Employees (Study of students from the Faculty of Economics and Business Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya University Class of 2020). The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a type of survey method. The number of samples used in this study uses the calculation of the slovin formula as many as 100 respondents. The data processing tool used in this study is using SPSS software version 27. The results in this study show that the work-life balance variable partially has a significant effect on employee performance, the work stress variable partially has a significant effect on employee performance. The results in this study show that the variables of work life balance and work stress simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

Dalam artikel ini, dijelaskan pengembangan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) yang menggunakan metode VIKOR untuk menentukan platform iklan online terbaik bagi sebuah perusahaan distributor alat kesehatan yang menargetkan wanita kelas menengah berusia 25-50 tahun. Studi ini bermula dengan latar belakang yang menekankan pentingnya iklan online dalam era digital saat ini, khususnya bagi perusahaan yang mencari metode efektif untuk menjangkau audiens spesifik mereka. Kelima kriteria utama yang menjadi fokus adalah jangkauan audiens, segmentasi audiens, biaya iklan, kemudahan penggunaan, dan fitur analitik, yang semuanya dianggap krusial dalam pemilihan platform iklan. Metode VIKOR dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam menyediakan solusi yang seimbang antara kondisi ideal dan kondisi terburuk dalam konteks yang multi-kriteria, serta kemudahan dalam menangani preferensi yang beragam dan saling bertentangan. Matriks keputusan dibentuk dengan nilai-nilai yang menggambarkan kinerja setiap platform iklan berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Langkah analisis VIKOR meliputi normalisasi data, penentuan solusi ideal positif dan negatif, perhitungan jarak setiap alternatif dari solusi ideal, dan penghitungan nilai Qi​ untuk menentukan peringkat akhir. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Google Ads merupakan platform terbaik berdasarkan kriteria yang ditetapkan, diikuti oleh Instagram Ads. Hasil ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi perusahaan dalam memilih platform iklan online yang paling sesuai dengan strategi pemasaran mereka, dengan mempertimbangkan keseimbangan antara efektivitas biaya dan kemampuan menjangkau serta menargetkan audiens yang tepat. Sehingga hasil dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya metode analitik dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis tetapi juga menunjukkan potensi metode VIKOR dalam menyederhanakan kompleksitas pilihan secara subyektif.

This research was motivated by several problems, namely, employees' health conditions, use of uniform, food processing and conditions of premises and equipment. The aim of this r esearch is to analyze hygiene and sanitation in food processing in the kitchen of the Hotel Rangkayo Basa Padang.  This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The type of data used in this research is primary data, namely data obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. Data collection techniques in this research are interviews, observation and documentation. The research instrument used in the research was observation using Aiken V. The results of this research indicate that the analysis of hygiene and sanitation in food processing in the kitchen of the Hotel Rangkayo Basa Padang still needs some evaluation in hygiene and sanitation in food processing. Regarding personal health, personal hygiene, cleanliness of uniforms, employees are expected to have a health check at least once a year, maintain personal hygiene such as cutting their hair and wearing gloves and to be able to wear brightly colored uniforms. Then the equipment storage is still not up to standard and the cleanliness of the equipment is appropriate because there is already a place to wash the equipment and it is washed using a special liquid.

The purpose of this research is to examine the role of business process agility in creating a significant relationship between digital marketing capabilities and marketing performance in construction companies in Java. The research method was carried out quantitatively by collecting data by distributing questionnaires through electronic forms and printed formats which were delivered directly to respondents where the respondent was a director working for a contractor company on the island of Java. The sampling technique was carried out purposively based on the criteria for a director who has worked for at least five years in a contractor company on the island of Java. Based on these criteria, there are 211 company directors who have met these criteria. Data were analyzed using statistical software AMOS 22. The results showed that digital marketing capabilities had a positive and significant effect on business process agility. Digital marketing capabilities have a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. Likewise, business process agility has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance

This research was motivated by the discovery of problems related to promotion via social media Instagram and electric word of mouth (ewom) on the decision to visit the documentation center. The aim of this research is to find out and describe the influence of promotion via social media Instagram and electric word of mouth (ewom) on the decision to visit the documentation center. The type of research used is quantitative with a causal associative approach. The type of data used in this research is primary and secondary data. The population of this research is visitors to the Minangkabau culture of PDIKM Padang City. The research sample consisted of 103 consumers with a sampling technique using non-probability sampling using purposive sampling. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire with a Likert scale which had been tested for validity and reliability. Data from this research were processed using SPSS 25.00. The results of this research show that promotion via social media Instagram is in the sufficient category with a value of 3.40, then the electric word of mouth (ewom) variable is in the sufficient category with a value of 3.40, and the decision variable to visit the documentation center is in the sufficient category with a value of 3.40. value of 3.40. The influence of promotion via social media, Instagram and electric word of mouth (ewom) on the decision to visit the documentation center with an adjusted R Square of 49.3% and 50.7% influenced by other factors.

The mutual influence relationship between literature and tourism occurs in creative inspiration and destination promotion. An interdisciplinary approach is needed to understand the contributions of both. Laskar Pelangi, by Andrea Hirata, is an example of literary success in promoting Bangka Belitung. This research aims to examine the tourism values in this novel and in the context of how literary works are able to increase the popularity of the destination. This research uses qualitative methods with a hermeneutical approach. The findings of this research conclude that the value of tourism in the novel Laskar Pelangi is reflected through natural beauty, cultural richness and emotional experiences. This has the potential to increase the popularity of tourist destinations, especially in Bangka Belitung.

This study discusses, in general, the role of the village leader in efforts to increase the capacity of village devices. Enhancement or development of the capacity of the village equipment is carried out by the village head through the implementation of education and training. The research carried out included qualitative descriptive research. The object of this research is the Head of Untang Village Office, Banyuke Hulu District, Landak, West Kalimantan Province. The results of the research show that the role of the village chief in trying to increase the capacity of the villages has been very good. The activities carried out by the village chief as an attempt to develop capacity towards the village devices are direct observation of the performance of the village equipment, direct guidance, procurement of training related to administrative governance, and the use of information technology. The efforts made by the village chief can improve the competence or capacity of the village unit, thus having an impact on the fulfillment of the tasks and responsibilities assigned as well as the services rendered to the community.

This research aims to determine: (1) The influence of internship experience on the work readiness of Management students in the class of 2018 & 2019. (2) The influence of soft skills on the work readiness of Management students in the class of 2018 & 2019. Based on the results of initial observations on 40 Management students in the class of 2018 and 2019. Of those who have carried out internships, only 42% have work readiness and 58% do not have work readiness. This can be concluded that students who do not have work readiness are influenced by the lack of work readiness that half of their work experience has. So researchers conducted this research using a quantitative approach. Data collection in this research used observation, documentation and distribution of questionnaires. The population of this research is Management Students Class of 2018 & 2019, Nineteen November University, Kolaka, totaling 281 students. Meanwhile, the sample for this research was 165 students. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is testing the measurement model (outer model) and testing the structural model (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the research results, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the Internship Experience variable on work readiness as indicated by a P-Value of 0.001. Meanwhile, the Soft Skill variable has a positive and significant effect on work readiness as indicated by a P-Value of 0.002.

Kesadaran dan kreativitas adalah dua konstruk psikologis yang menarik perhatian dalam bidang kepribadian dan studi kreativitas. Kesadaran, yang ditandai oleh sifat-sifat seperti kerajinan, disiplin, dan ketekunan, sering dikaitkan dengan perilaku yang bertanggung jawab dan patuh pada aturan. Di sisi lain, kreativitas melibatkan generasi ide-ide baru dan bernilai, pemikiran orisinal, dan kemampuan untuk keluar dari norma konvensional. Artikel ini menjelajahi hubungan antara kesadaran dan kreativitas, mengkaji mekanisme yang mungkin mendasari hubungan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan, yaitu serangkaian kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kesadaran dan kreativitas.

Materi ini membahas tentang penelitian yang menggambarkan budaya, dimensinya, dan dampak budaya pada proses kepemimpinan. Adapun metode penulisan kajian pustaka atau studi kepustakaan yaitu berisi teori teori yang relevan dengan masalah–masalah penelitian. Pada bagian ini dilakukan pengkajian mengenai konsep dan teori yang digunakan berdasarkan literatur yang tersedia, terutama dari artikel-artikel yang dipublikasikan dalam berbagai jurnal ilmiah. Temuan dari GLOBE bernilai karena mereka muncul dari desain penelitian kuantitatif yang dikembangkan dengan baik. Kesimpulan dari proyek ini membuat pernyataan utama tentang bagaimana budaya di seluruh dunia melihat kepemimpinan. Kekuatan lain adalah desain penelitian kuantitatifnya, suatu klasifikasi dimensi budaya yang diperluas, daftar dari karakter kepemimpinan yang diterima secara universal, dan kontribusi yang dibuat dari hal itu untuk pemahaman yang lebih kaya akan proses kepemimpinan. Di sisi negatif, kajian GLOBE tidak memberikan temuan yang membentuk teori tunggal tentang bagaimana budaya terkait dengan kepemimpinan.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara retensi pelanggan dengan kualitas layanan, kualitas produk, dan upaya pemasaran. Dalam penelitian ini, semua tamu Hotel Kartika One Jakarta dianggap sebagai bagian dari populasi sampel. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 orang ditentukan melalui pemilihan secara acak. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai alat untuk mengumpulkan informasi dalam penelitian ini. Setelah survei selesai, regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk memeriksa data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun kualitas produk yang ditawarkan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap retensi pelanggan, namun kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan. Variabel promosi juga secara signifikan mempengaruhi pilihan retensi. Ketika dipertimbangkan bersama-sama, kualitas layanan, kualitas produk, dan kualitas iklan memiliki dampak 69,7% terhadap retensi pelanggan. Sisanya sebesar 30,3% mencerminkan faktor yang tidak diketahui yang diabaikan dalam analisis.

Museum Adityawarman  merupakan museum yang berada di Padang, Sumatera Barat. Museum ini merupakan salah satu museum di Indonesia yang  memamerkan artefak dan benda-benda seni budaya Minangkabau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh museum experience terhadap minat berkunjung kembali wisatawan di Museum Adityawarman. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian yang bersifat asosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan data kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh wisatawan yang pernah  berkunjung ke Museum Adityawarman dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden menggunakan teknik insidental sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner(angket) yang disusun berdasarkan skala likert. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 26.00 dan hasil analisis tersebut disajikan dalam bentuk tabel. Hasil penelitian adalah museum experience pada Museum Adityawarman dalam kategori sangat baik dengan persentase 75%. Minat Berkunjung Kembali wisatawan di Museum Adityawarman dalam kategori sangat baik dengan persentase 70%. Hasil uji T menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh museum experience terhadap minat berkunjung kembali wisatawan di Museum Adityawarman. Nilai Adj. R square sebesar 0,514 artinya variabel museum experience berpengaruh sebesar 51,4% terhadap minat berkunjung kembali di Museum Adityawarman dan 48,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya.

Penulis menyumbangkan sedikit usaha dan pemikiran untuk membantu usaha kecil bertahan dan tumbuh dalam segala situasi. UMKM Desa Magrove enu, jahe instan merupakan produk makanan dalam bentuk bubuk, minuman jahe instan digunakan untuk menciptakan produk yang hemat dan memiliki banyak manfaat kesehatan yang disukai oleh semua kalangan mulai dari anak-anak hingga orang dewasa karena sangat mudah disajikan dan bisa juga diminum untuk orang tua, muda atau bahkan anak kecil. penulis berusaha memberikan solusi dan inovasi untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan mengembangkan produk UMKM Magrove di era teknologi yang berkembang. Penulis mencoba membuat label baru untuk UKM jahe instan. . Dengan label yang menarik dapat meningkatkan minat konsumen. Konsumen lebih tertarik dengan label daripada produk yang tidak memiliki label. Label mampu menjadi identitas dan akan masuk dalam ingatan konsumen, hal ini sangat mempengaruhi konsumen jika konsumen berniat untuk membeli kembali.

  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pembelajaran literasi siswa pada GLS di SD Inpres Boyaoge, penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriftif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi Subjek penelitian terdiri dari siswa SD Inpres Boyaoge. Dari hasil pengamatan  di temukan bahwa di SD Inpres Boyaoge telah memiliki kegiatan program literasi melalui 3 tahap yaitu; fase pembiasaan, fase pengembangan dan fase pembelajaran hal ini dapat di terpkan kepada seluruh siswa gar mampu mengembangkan pelajaran yang tepat sehingga dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan juga meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan potensi siswa sutuhnya.

Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dalam menerapkan budaya perusahaan dan motivasi kepada karyawan tergantung bagaimana perusahaan memahami kebutuhan karyawan dan dalam membangun budaya perusahaan tidak semudah yang dibayangkan, keragaman latar belakang budaya yang dibawa oleh karyawan menjadi halangan bagi perusahaan dalam menerapkan budaya perusahaannya. Ketidakselarasan antara perusahaan dan karyawan dalam membangun budaya perusahaan, akan dapat mengganggu stabilitas perusahaan dan jika setiap karyawan menerapkan budaya perusahaan dengan baik, maka akan tercapai kinerja karyawan yang terbaik.
