The purpose of writing this article is to present a learning design using the Ethnomathematics-based Realistic Mathematics Education learning model to provide several learning design options that can be used by junior high school teachers in providing learning material on geometric transformations. This learning design is devoted to material on geometric transformations, reflection, rotation, dilation and translation which relate to regional culture. This learning design uses steps based on the characteristics of RME. As well as using needs analysis, student analysis, and task analysis.

This article provides students with an understanding of the important role of Pancasila education in forming the character of elementary school students who are intelligent, creative and have noble character. The problems currently occurring are a lack of understanding about right and wrong behavior and a lack of direction from the school regarding character education. This research uses Systematic Literature Review (SLR) or systematic literature review. This research focuses on the use of clear and defined scientific methods to identify, select, evaluate, and summarize the results of relevant studies. Therefore, Pancasila has an important role in shaping the character of students in elementary schools, so it is necessary to instill Pancasila values in students through education. Character education through Pancasila needs to be implemented in elementary schools in order to improve the quality of Indonesia's young generation in the future. Therefore, it is hoped that Pancasila education can shape the character of students in accordance with Pancasila values.

This study aims to identify the main challenges faced by teachers in the management of students' disciplinary character at SMK 2 Yayasan Perguruan Bandung as well as the efforts made by teachers to shape students' disciplinary character.Qualitative research methods were used with a focus on interviews as a data collection technique.The results of the interviews show that students' discipline and character problems are complex, influenced by internal and external factors such as family and social environments. Teachers use a behavioral counseling approach to help students change behavior and improve character. Thus, this study provides new insights for teachers and related parties in improving discipline management in schools. Improving students' disciplinary character does not only involve teachers, but also requires support from parents and students' social environment. Through this collaborative approach, it is hoped that a conducive learning environment can be created for the formation of quality student character.

The purpose of this study is to describe the process of developing students' character through Scouting education and to find out the elements that support and hinder Scouting activities in elementary schools. Students, teachers, and community members are the topics of this qualitative research. Methods to obtain data with research, observation, and documentation. The main tool used is the use of instruments for data collection of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results emphasize how important scouting activities are in helping students develop independent, mutual cooperation, nationalist, religious, and ethical traits. Daily scout lessons are used to implement these activities; scout activities, marching activities, and educational resources are used in the Dasadarma and SKU by using five different teaching approaches, namely punishment or sanctions, exemplary, habituation, lecture, and habituation.

The cultivation of character education values to students is very important. The results obtained based on initial observations at SDN 060824 Sutrisno are that when lining up before class there are still some students who are less orderly, when the teacher gives advice students are less focused, and when there are other students who make mistakes there are still students who laugh at them. Based on these problems, it is known that the values of character education are not yet present in students. This study has the aim of knowing how the role of scouts is to instill character education values at SDN 060824 Sutrisno. A qualitative approach was used in this study. To collect information using interview and observation methods. The results can be obtained after this study there is a change in the attitude of students of SDN 060824 Sutrisno with scout activities that have been carried out. The values of character education have begun to exist in students as a result can be brought into their environment. Within students there are character education values that have been developed, namely religious attitudes, honesty, tolerance, discipline, hard work, independence, friendly or communicative, care for the environment, social care and responsibility.

Character training is a significant part in the advancement of moral schooling. Exploring training plays a significant part in molding the personality of understudies, particularly grade school understudies. Scout extracurriculars can assist understudies with creating mental, emotional and psychomotor abilities, as well as structure characters like discipline, participation, initiative, love of the nation and useful abilities. The expect to be accomplished is to figure out the job of scout extracurricular exercises in forming the personality of grade school understudies. The examination strategy utilized is library study or writing is one of the exploration methodologies utilized and considered. Scouting activities can assist students in developing responsible character, such as an awareness of responsibility and the capacity to make the right decisions. Scouting activities play an important role in forming students' social care character, such as concern for society and awareness of the environment.

Current developments greatly influence human behavior, especially elementary school children. In order for elementary school students to remain focused on positive rules, of course there needs to be good, directed and targeted provision with the aim that elementary school children can grow into students who obey the rules. Teachers provide knowledge of traditional arts to students so that students can know and preserve traditional arts culture, with the other aim of ensuring that traditional dances do not fade with the times amidst the current onslaught of modern dances. Of course, it is not an easy matter for teachers to carry out achievement targets in preserving traditional culture for students. The task of teachers and parents is clearly needed so that children do not fall into negative things, especially in the school environment. Looking at the aspect of the dance environment at Ta'allumul Huda Elementary School by strengthening the character of Pancasila students, it is necessary to provide provision, training and assistance to teachers, grades 4, 5 and 6, by providing traditional dance material and also assistance with basic traditional dance techniques. Central Java. The result of this service activity is that all class teachers can understand aspects of traditional dance by strengthening the character of Pancasila students, and teachers can learn the movements and names of basic Central Javanese traditional dance movements, and teachers can practice basic dance movements through Banyumasan dance.

Learning in the era of independent curriculum development is an opportunity for educators and education units to improve competence. Active and participatory learning is one of the targets in developing learning to implement the independent curriculum. Case learning is something that can be applied to realize the learning objectives of the independent curriculum. this study aims to provide recommendations for developing learning in the implementation of an independent curriculum in Ambon City Public High School. The integration of the Exo Olo Task learning model developed in local wisdom-based case learning is part of what is developed in this goal. This research was conducted in the form of descriptive qualitative research. In this case, collaboration (cooperation) with several related parties (Stake holders) to develop a local wisdom-based case learning pattern that supports the implementation of an independent curriculum in Ambon City State High School. Data obtained through observations and interviews were analyzed using qualitative research techniques using the mile and huberman method and continued with policy direction analysis through AHP method analysis. Recommendations are given with priority to 1) Increasing the use of local wisdom cases as participatory teaching materials and media, 2) Development of strategies and mastery of educators in preparing lesson plans, 3) socialization of independent curriculum-based learning programs, 4) increasing partnerships in developing learning projects and improving character through the project of strengthening the profile of Pancasila students (P5), 5) educator literacy education through reflection with outputs in the form of scientific papers with a Consistency Ratio of 0.09.

The character of students at school is decreasing, especially the students. There are some students who are lazy about attending lessons, there are some students who skip school, there are students who do not take part in learning activities in a particular subject, and also the indifferent attitude of students in paying attention to the explanation of the teacher who is teaching in front of the class. Therefore, the role of the school committee is very necessary by collaborating with the school to find ways to guide students in character building. This research aims to determine the role of committees in developing student character as well as the obstacles faced by committees and schools in developing student character. The research method uses qualitative research, through observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques. Research subject; Mr. Husni as the School Committee, Erda Wika as Deputy Head of Public Relations and 3 parents, namely Mr. Hendri, Mrs. Evi Aidar and Mrs. Mariana. Research results: (1) Committee planning can be seen in determining tasks and goals in accordance with what is to be achieved. The committee also discusses the planning of the program that will be implemented, the planning is discussed together with the school community and parents/guardians of students using various delivery methods, where in the planning there is the formulation of objectives, formulating tasks and developing work strategies. (2) The Committee regulates the strategy for developing the character of students in accordance with the work agenda as discussed in the work agenda directly at school meetings or general meetings which also include parents, guardians/students. (3) The obstacles experienced occur more often outside the school environment, due to the lack of parental supervision of children so that they are more likely to enter into free association. Meanwhile, in terms of funding, the obstacle experienced by the committee is that most parents of students are economically weak, because a weak economy can also be a problem or obstacle for students who want to go to school.

Teachers must create a safe, comfortable and positive environment during learning so that students experience a pleasant process so that they focus on learning.  Students should not be stressed when taking lessons because it will make students not want to be creative. Teachers are often seen as authoritarian figures who can intimidate students, as oppressors who only want to impose their will without considering students' needs. The method used in this research is a qualitative method through literature study sourced from various journal articles, books and other references to facilitate understanding of the objects discussed. The focus of this research is whether teachers are bullies or teachers who are not bullies. Teachers have good character or good personality competence, respect other people, have a passion for teaching, nurturing, encouraging and motivating, and create a safe and positive learning environment to produce students who are useful to many people. Teachers are not oppressors. Teachers are not people who force or pressure students, but rather educators who are wise, encouraging, and a source of comfort and support for students' positive development. Interactions between teachers and students should be based on respect, understanding and good communication. So the profession shown by a teacher is that teachers are not oppressors.

The definition of Social Sciences (IPS) in Indonesia refers to the integrative study of human life in various dimensions of space and time and its activities. In the education sector, social studies refers to knowledge about the relationship between humans and their social environment. Character education, on the other hand, refers to a system of instilling character values ​​that includes the components of knowledge, awareness, and action to apply these values ​​in various contexts. The importance of character education in developing responsible, caring and empathetic individuals is emphasized in the culture and social environment concerned. The importance of integrated social studies includes several in-depth aspects, including a holistic understanding of the relationship between social science disciplines, development of critical and analytical thinking skills, development of social and emotional skills, and a broader understanding of human values, justice and democracy. Through various learning methods such as introduction to material, project-based learning, group discussions, case studies, simulations, and field visits, students can get to know integrated social studies well. After studying integrated social studies, students can show improvements in characteristics such as courtesy and responsibility. Through integrated social studies learning, students learn to respect cultural differences and be tolerant towards other people.

Engineering is a science that studies the skills of creating tools and processing methods to perform various human tasks. Education is the conscious effort to prepare students for future tasks through teaching, learning and/or training. Character is a set of qualities that are always admired as a sign of a person's goodness, virtue and moral maturity. The purpose of this research is to conduct a literature review, ie. to find out the importance of technology in the development of a student's character. The method used is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) strategy. SLR is a research method that aims to systematically identify, examine and interpret information obtained from journals at certain stages. The research results show that the integration of technology into education not only supports the learning process, but also plays an important role in the development of the student's character. Technology-based education encourages students to think critically, collaborate and adapt to the rapid changes of the digital age. Therefore, technology is an important tool to develop students who are academically intelligent in accordance with the values of Pancasila, but also with strong character and noble morals.

The practice of creating the P5 concept in the Islamic religious education curriculum is a process aimed at developing understanding and application of the principles of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (P5) in the context of Islamic religious education. The P5 concept refers to five core values, namely Belief in One God, Humanity, Unity, Democracy, and Justice. In the context of the Islamic religious education curriculum, the practice of creating the P5 concept involves the development of learning materials that integrate P5 values into every aspect of Islamic religious education. This is intended to shape students' characters to be virtuous, patriotic, respectful of diversity, and have a sense of law and justice. The process of creating the P5 concept in the Islamic religious education curriculum involves various stages, starting from identifying relevant P5 values to Islamic teachings, developing learning materials that support the integration of these values, to assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of implementing the P5 concept in teaching. With the practice of creating the P5 concept in the Islamic religious education curriculum, it is hoped that students can become a generation with moral awareness, ethics, and adherence to Islamic teachings and Pancasila values as the foundation of the Indonesian state. This also serves as an effort to strengthen national identity and promote unity and harmony among the nation through Islamic religious education based on universal values of humanity and justice.

This can be realized through active participation in supervising, providing support, and participating in activities related to Islamic education. On the other hand, the government plays a role as a regulator and facilitator in developing Islamic education. The government is responsible for formulating policies, providing infrastructure, and providing adequate budget allocations to ensure optimal implementation of Islamic education. Pondok Pesantren, Islamic boarding schools, play a crucial role in shaping the character of young generations. Effective communication management is essential to ensure the smooth execution of various educational, religious, and social activities. This study aims to analyze the concepts, objectives, functions, strategies, and influencing factors of communication management in Pondok Pesantren. The research method used is library research, which involves reviewing relevant literature. The findings indicate that communication management in pesantren encompasses planning, organizing, executing, and supervising communication processes to ensure effective dissemination of religious and educational messages. The primary goals of communication management are to achieve understanding, build acceptance, and motivate action. The functions of communication management include planning, organizing, executing, and controlling. Communication strategies are divided into internal strategies, such as dialogic communication, sharing, counseling, and interviews between caregivers and students, and external strategies, such as interpersonal dialogue, religious lectures, visits, provision of business capital, and zakat to the community. Factors influencing communication management include interaction, motivation, ethics, internal communication within the pesantren, and religious relationships within the community. With effective communication management, Pondok Pesantren can enhance the quality of education and character building for students and provide positive impacts on the community.

Learning motivation is the general main drive in students that produces learning practice, ensures learning progress, and guides learning practice to achieve learning goals. The aim of the exam to be achieved is to find out how to increase students' learning inspiration through learning media. This research method uses a subjective system to describe and understand what the use of realization media means for student learning inspiration. Student inspiration can be broadened by utilizing various techniques and media that suit learning targets. There are several examples of systems and media that can be used to increase student learning inspiration, namely true evaluation and accompanying evaluation, character teaching, teachers as solace, intuitive learning methodology, and the use of creative learning media.

General elections are an important part of implementing election strategies to increase public participation by implementing cooperation in communication effectiveness to prevent violations. Student problematic efforts have become a major milestone in voicing aspirations to the government so that both parties prioritize wise character in choosing quality political institutions. Student indicators in carrying out their role are conducting political campaigns that are free of money politics through digital media by disseminating through podcasts, posters distributed through social media to attract audience attention and through other digital media. Public awareness to strengthen the selection of institutions in accordance with one's own decision in order to understand the concept of wise voter participation.

This research aims to determine the implementation of Pancasila values in elementary schools based on previous articles. The research method uses a qualitative research approach or descriptive approach, and the basis for the discussion is obtained from the results of literature searches for existing sources of books, journals and relevant articles. These findings highlight the factors that influence the poor implementation of Pancasila values in elementary schools. Efforts to overcome this include making improvements by revising the curriculum, developing teaching methods, improving teacher role models, and providing adequate facilities so as to increase awareness of Pancasila values among students. It is hoped that internalization can be encouraged and students will increasingly develop into individuals with character and integrity in the spirit of Pancasila.

The 2024 Presidential Election in Indonesia is an important moment in political history, with significant involvement from Generation Z (Gen Z). This research aims to analyze the characteristics of Gen Z voting behavior in the Medan State University Student Scout Movement (UNIMED) organization and evaluate the influence of Scout organizational activities on political behavior and decisions to elect Gen Z members at UNIMED. Using qualitative descriptive methods, data was collected through interviews and references from various journals and websites. The research results show that fast access to information via social media influences Gen Z's political views. In addition, Scout activities that focus on character and leadership development also contribute to their political behavior. It is hoped that these findings will enrich academic literature regarding voter behavior, especially Gen Z in Indonesia, as well as provide insight for political parties, presidential candidates and political observers in formulating more effective strategies to attract support from young voters. This research also provides a deeper understanding of the importance of political education and active involvement in the election process for the younger generation.
