PT. Dayamitra Telekomunikasi or Mitratel is a subsidiary of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk which is engaged in providing telecommunications infrastructure. Mitratel has been in the telecommunications tower business since 2008. To date, Mitratel has managed more than 13,700 telecommunication towers spread throughout Indonesia. The choice of a website as a company's communication medium with the public is the right decision considering that the website can provide information or messages to anyone who wants that information even though they are in different parts of the world. The website built by the company can provide information related to the company's activities that are considered worthy to be known by the public. Through the website, the public can also find out the company in sufficient detail, starting from the profile, vision and mission, history, contacts, and activities carried out by the company. So far, the Mitratel website has never been evaluated, so the authors evaluate using the Webqual method and Importance Performance Analysis. The results obtained indicate that there are still many parts of the Mitratel website that must be improved.

Forecasting is an estimate of future demand based on several forecasting variables based on historical time series or a process of using historical data (past data) that has been owned to use this model and use this model to estimate future conditions.The Ivori mini market SME group is known to be a mini market that sells daily necessities. The goods provided by the ivori mini market are not focused on only one type of goods, but include all types of goods. Ivori mini market often runs out of stock because there is no inventory planning. The main purpose of making this application is to assist employees in determining inventory planning that must be provided next month. While the method used to make this forecast is a single moving average, one of the time series methods in forecasting. Single Moving Average is a forecasting method that is done by collecting a group of observed values, looking for the average value as a forecast for the future period. The result of this forecasting is to predict the number of sales that will occur in the coming month.

The more rapid development of universities in Indonesia, the competition between universities is getting bigger so that the quality and facilities of each university greatly affect the attractiveness and competitiveness of universities. College of Computer Informatics Management (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang has 672 students. The campus of STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang has three departments, namely, first-class informatics engineering, undergraduate information systems and D3 informatics engineering with each accredited B. The development and improvement of lecture and practicum facility services at (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang is very important to be monitored and maintained. If the campus has provided services and facilities for students but these services and facilities are not monitored and maintained, sooner or later the services and facilities provided will be damaged and can no longer be used. The purpose of this research is to build a complaint information system website for lecture facilities and practicum to help and facilitate students. Based on the results of the test analysis using the Slovin method, there is an average value of 87% with Strongly Agree (SS) criteria. Even with the index value, when viewed based on the type of variable, there are several question items with unfavorable criteria. Question items with these criteria need to be considered for future website development. In the future, the website development will take into account the lowest index value of each indicator, especially those with poor and bad criteria.

The purpose of this research is to test and prove the factors that influence the timeliness of the company's financial reporting. The variables used in this study are profitability, leverage, and liquidity as independent variables, while the timeliness of the presentation of financial statements as the dependent variable. The population in this case research is a retail trade sub-sector company registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2019. This study uses secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id and related company websites. The data taken is company data for the 2015-2019 period with using purposive sampling, so that the total sample obtained is 7 companies. The analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 software. The results showed that profitability and leverage did not affect the timeliness of the presentation of financial statements, while liquidity affects the timeliness of financial statement presentation.

Initial efforts to restore the economy and increase the bargaining power of the Village have been carried out by initiating development into a Convection Tourism Village. The steps that have been taken are to carry out an inventory of convection throughout the village and develop a marketplace, the results obtained are that 80 convection businesses have been recorded and an e-commerce web has been created whose address is wisatakonveksi.com, as a follow-up to this effort is to conduct sales process training and socialize the existence of this marketplace.

Pembelajaran online dampak pandemi memberi kesulitan terhadap guru dalam merancang rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan melaksanakan pembelajaran sikap kewarganegaraan. Ditambah perkembangan tekhnologi dan kebijakan perlu ditindaklanjuti dengan tindak nyata di lapangan. Kenyataan dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa guru guru masih mengalami kendala dalam menyikapi kebijakan yang ada terkait konstruksi rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Solusi yang ditawarkan terhadap permasalahan tersebut adalah workshop dengan tujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun desain instruksional berdasarkan kebijakan terbaru (RPP 3 Komponen) menggunakan aplikasi guna penguatan sikap kewarganegaraan siswa. Diakhir pelatihan diharapkan guru dapat menghasilkan satu RPP berupa e-RPP yang berdasar pada oreintasi sikap kewarganegaraan. Metode kegiatan berupa workshop secara  daring menggunakan web meeting zoom,channel youtube, google classroom, dan aplikasi  e RPP. Luaran pengabdian berupa prosiding isbn/ jurnal issn, video dan publikasi  media online.

The increasing use of the Internet by a society marked by soaring costumer and businessmen, to encourage the emergence of an internet service demand in excess of what can be obtained in the real world. This includes the opportunity to sell goods online commodity. Business people in general are still conducting business transactions manually through direct face to face or over the phone. But sometimes this method is not very effective, because not everyone knows the phone number of the company. Should be developed based E-commerce system that focuses on individual-based business transactions using the Internet (technology-based digital networks) with application of E-commerce transactions can be done more quickly and more intensively. Therefore the grace of catering company wants to advertise his wares by using websites that have a sales system based on e-commerce with the aim of selling efficiency of the way the previous sales system. ABSTRACT With the rapid development of technology, the role of information systems is very important. One of the organizations that feel the benefits of an information system is government agencies. The process of deleting fixed assets is still using Microsoft Excel so its performance is still not effective. The problem that arises is when recording assets that will be deleted but the physical condition of the assets does not exist and another problem is that there are still many unrecorded assets for deletion so that employees have to look for asset data and become ineffective. This problem can be solved by designing an information system for the disposal of fixed assets using the waterfall and web-based model, the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The method used is the UML (Unified Modelling System) system modelling, namely Activity Diagrams and Use Case Diagram. The design of this information system aims to assist BPKAD employees in handling the asset write-off process and producing the required reports.   Abstrak Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, peran sistem informasi menjadi sangat penting. Salah satu organisasi yang merasakan manfaat adanya sistem informasi yaitu instansi pemerintahan. Proses penghapusan pada aset tetap masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel sehingga kinerjanya masih belum efektif. Masalah yang muncul yaitu ketika pencatatan aset yang akan dilakukan penghapusan tetapi kondisi fisik asetnya tidak ada dan masalah lainnya yaitu masih banyak aset yang tidak tercatat untuk dilakukan penghapusan sehingga para pegawai harus mencari data aset tersebut dan menjadi tidak efektif. Masalah tersebut dapat diatasai dengan merancang sistem informasi penghapusan aset tetap dengan menggunakan model waterfall dan berbasis web, bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Metode yang digunakan  yaitu permodelan sistem UML (Unified Modelling Sistem) yaitu  Activity Diagram dan Use Case Diagram. Perancangan sistem informasi ini bertujuan untuk membantu pegawai BPKAD dalam menangani proses penghapusan aset dan menghasilkan laporan yang dibutuhkan.

Kinerja pegawai dalam sebuah perusahaan dapat dilihat dari pencatatan kehadiran atau presensi pegawai setiap harinya. Selama ini para pegawai  melakukan presensi kehadiran setiap harinya dengan menggunakan mesin presensi berupa fingerprint. Namun dengan adanya pandemi Covid-19 maka memunculkan permasalahan baru yaitu resiko penularan yang semakin besar menggingat mesin tersebut menggunakan sentuhan telunjuk tangan dalam melakukan pendeteksiannya. Selain itu juga selama pandemi perusahaan mewajibkan untuk bekerja dari rumah (Work From Home) sehingga sebagian besar pegawai tidak dapat masuk kerja untuk melakukan presensi. Dengan masalah tersebut, perusahaan membutuhkan solusi dimana pegawai dapat melakukan presensi tanpa harus bersentuhan dengan alat presensi serta aktifitas presensi dapat dilakukan dari rumah tanpa ada unsur kecurangan karena titip absen. Disisi lain perkembangan smartphone dirasa sangat pesat dibandingkan teknologi yang lainnya. Salah satu teknologi dalam smartphone yang sedang berkembang saat ini yaitu pemanfaatan kamera smartphone untuk scan QR Code. Dalam penggunaannya user cukup mengarahkan kamera smartphone nya ke arah tampilan QR Code yang ada pada layar situs WEB PT.Swakarya Insan Mandiri. Dengan menggabungkan platform QR Code dan WEB, diharapkan mampu mengatasi salah satu masalah presensi yang dialami  oleh perusahaan PT.Swakarya Insan Mandiri Semarang. Kedua  platform ini dibangun dengan bahasa permrogaman PHP dan penyimpanan data menggunakan MySql serta program tools MIT App Inventor. Hasil dari sistem ini yaitu presensi kehadiran pegawai menggunakan QR Code berbasis WEB yang dapat dilakukan di rumah dengan tujuan untuk mengatasi penularan dan penyebaran Covid-19.

Permen ATR/BPN 9/2019 is a provision regarding the implementation of roya electronically so that registration and deletion of roya can be reached easily, quickly, simply and at low cost. Roya which is done manually is different from electronic. The difference is that the file from the applicant is scanned and registered through the website and is directly corrected by the roya executor, not through the land counter. So that the Notary/PPAT does not have to come to the Land Office. After obtaining the certificate of land rights then it is given back to the certificate holder in this case is the creditor. If the deletion and registration of roya electronically has not been carried out even though the debt has been paid off, the land title certificate still contains a barcode record of encumbrance of Mortgage Rights. Based on the above, how is the implementation of the elimination of Roya Mortgage Electronically at the Land Office of Batang Regency? And what are the Inhibiting and Supporting Factors in the Implementation of Electronic Mortgage Elimination at the Land Office of Batang Regency?. The research method that will be used in this paper is a sociological juridical research method. The approach that the author uses in this study is a sociological juridical approach. The sociological juridical approach emphasizes research that aims to obtain legal knowledge empirically by going directly to the object. The implementation of the abolition of roya with the HT-el System at the Land Office of Batang City has not all been carried out in accordance with the procedures stated in the Technical Guidelines for HT-el. Application files that do not comply with procedures are known from the results of the inspection of the Land Office, if not checked, the HT-el certificate will be issued automatically on the seventh day. Issuance without any inspection from the Land Office if there is a procedural error, it is feared that it will become a problem in the future. Obstacles in HT registration with the HT-el System occur in PPAT, Banks as creditors and the Land Office. This obstacle arises during the HT registration process, both technically and non-technically. The electronic roya removal is carried out by the applicant, namely the debtor, proxy or representative by filling out an electronic application. The development of information technology is currently increasing rapidly from year to year. One evidence of technological development or advancement is the presence of the internet. The internet has many important benefits for human life. An example of the benefits of having the internet is its popular website. Website is one type of service or facility provided by the internet which is most widely used for various services in many fields, including education, namely schools. Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda, an Islamic-based high school, which is located in Kedungreja District. Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda uses the website as a medium for delivering information related to Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda to students and prospective students. The better the quality of a website, the more users are interested in accessing the website. The purpose of this study is to measure the service quality of the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda website, a measurement of the measurement of website users on the level of performance and level of importance. The method in this research is the WebQual 4.0 method which consists of 3 variables, namely usability, information quality, quality of service interaction, this study also uses the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method. The population in this study were students, teachers, and the community with a sample of 80 respondents. The results showed that 89.03% of the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda website services had met the respondents' expectations and the Cartesian Impotance Performance Analysis (IPA) results diagram showed that the variables that were of good quality and had to be maintained were US6, IQ1, IQ4, IQ7, and SIQ3. because it has met the expected performance of the respondent. Meanwhile, the variables that are important and are in priority for improvement are IQ3, IQ5, SIQ1, and SIQ6.

Clinic is a health service institution that is used to provide medical services needed by the community. The clinic aims to help improve the quality of health in the community and the clinic can be managed by the government or the private sector. In order to create good and fast service to the community, it can be supported by computerized accounting records. The purpose of this study is to determine the appropriate cash management accounting information system at DYNA Clinic in Banjarmasin, as well as to produce a Web-Based Cash Management Application Program This study found that all cash records at the DYNA clinic were still manual. The author suggests using a web-based cash management application program to help DYNA Clinic record patient data, record cash management transactions and make it easier to find information on cash receipts and disbursements.

PT Sintas Kurama Perdana is the first formic acid producer in Southeast Asia. Inventory of finished goods is an important component in supporting the company's operational activities through sales activities. This research method uses qualitative methods by gathering various information and data needed to complete the inventory recording report. The procurement records inventory and invoices still using manual, which makes the process of releasing finished goods less effective. In this case so that the process of releasing goods can be done easily and quickly to avoid mistakes that occur in the process of recording and inputting, finished goods inventory using a web-based application.

The research goals to obtain information and empirical evidence of the influence of factors that affect the timeliness of corporate financial reporting. The variables used in this study are the leverage, profitability, and company size as independent variables, while the timeliness of financial reporting as the dependent variable. The population in this study are investment sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2019. This study uses secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id and related company websites. The data taken is company data for the period 2015-2019 with the sample determination criteria, namely non-probability sampling using purposive sampling technique, in order to obtain 11 sample companies. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23 software. The results show that leverage has no effect on the timeliness of financial reporting, as well as profitability and firm size that do not affect the timeliness of reporting finance

Perkembangan teknologi semakin maju, kemajuan perkembangan ini dapat memberi keuntungan kepada masyarakat seperti perkembangan pada bidang Kesehatan seperti pada penelitian ini yang membuat aplikasi monitoring kadar gula darah dan tingkat dehidrasi dengan menggunakan MIT App Inventor. MIT App Inventor sendiri merupakan aplikasi web sumber terbuka yang dikembangkan oleh google. Dalam pembuatan aplikasi di MIT App Inventor programnya menggunakan blok-blok yang sangat mudah. Aplikasi ini dapat memonitoring kadar gula darah dan tingkat dehidrasi karena terdapat bantuan dari Bluetooth hc-05 yang berfungsi sebagai komunikasi data pengiriman data monitoring dari Arduino ke android.

Monitoring is a process of monitoring and analyzing information based on certain indicators. Every company engaged in distribution and promotion must carry out monitoring activities. Including PT. Single Paint Factory, Djaja Indah, Kediri Branch, which also continuously monitors the sales results of the sales consultants who work in several partner stores. The process of reporting sales results that have been carried out so far is still using conventional methods so that sometimes it interferes with the monitoring process due to delays in sending reports. To make this easier, the author makes a website-based monitoring application to help smooth the monitoring process of Sales Consultant sales results. To produce a quality application, the author uses the goal question metrics method as a method for measuring application quality. Goal Question Metric (GQM) is a method used to define application measurement models. The application of the GQM method in this study was carried out with the initial stage of factor analysis of the application quality model based on the ISO 25010 Quality Model. The next stage was making questionnaire questions regarding application characteristics and calculating the results of the questionnaire with the weighted summattion metric. From the results of measuring the quality of this monitoring application, the average quality value is 3.08, which means that this monitoring application is included in the application with good quality (Medium). The functionality available in the monitoring application is in accordance with the needs of users of the sales consultant monitoring application.

Stock reports on purchases and sales of a period. useful for helping employees to assess the amount of inequality in the flow of purchases, monitor stock / inventory of goods, and provide reports both purchase reports, sales reports, stock condition reports, and profit / profit reports to management to determine further business policies The process of recording transactions in a conventional or paper-based manner is identical with several weaknesses, namely easily damaged, difficult / long when looking for stored data, difficult / long when it comes to generating reports. These weaknesses can be corrected by implementing computer-based monitoring applications. If the monitoring application is planned/made properly, the computer-based information system is relatively safer. The model to be developed refers to the Research and Development (R&D) model from Borg and Gall and the tools used and the tools used to design the system are use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. while the implementation of making stock/inventory monitoring applications is done with PHP web-based programming and databases using MySQL. This application can help and get more accurate information about the stock data of goods that have run out.
