In the era of globalization, companies not only focus on financial resources but also social and environmental aspects of their activities. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is essential for companies to adapt and grow, foster relationships with stakeholders, mitigate risks, and create value for society. Interdisciplinary research is essential to understand the importance of CSR in business transformation. This research utilizes a qualitative descriptive research methodology. In CSR implementation, the presence of sustainable leaders is the presence of leaders who have a vision and mission can help companies in developing effective and sustainable CSR strategies. They can help companies in improving reputation and public trust, strengthening relationships with stakeholders, and opening new market opportunities. Stakeholder interest in CSR is an influence in improving CSR effectiveness and business transformation. They can increase community awareness and participation in development and empowerment efforts, and assist companies in improving effective and sustainable CSR strategies.

Leadership training for Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) administrators at MA Al Hidayah Semarang to develop leadership skills in students who are responsible for leading organizations at school. This can help them learn concepts, and effective practices in the context of leadership. The methods used in this training are situation analysis, preparation, implementation, and evaluation. During the training, participants engage in various activities and exercises that involve understanding leadership concepts, effective communication, and organizational strategy. They learn how to communicate well with their peers, organize activities at school, motivate other students to participate, and make the right decisions and the importance of leadership ethics, such as integrity, responsibility, honesty, and a positive attitude. So that they can be good role models for other students and build a positive image of the OSIS at school. At the end of the training, participants are allowed to apply their new leadership skills through the OSIS work program. This service aims to provide practical experience to students in managing work programs, collaborating with members, working with teams, and facing organizational challenges that may arise. Leadership training aims to strengthen their leadership skills and make a real contribution to school development. It is hoped that this service can provide a strong foundation for them to become effective leaders and can have a positive impact on improving their school and community.

This research aims to explore the relationship between organizational culture and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) through a bibliometric approach. Organizational culture and CSR are two important concepts that can mutually influence and impact a company's overall performance. By employing bibliometric analysis, this study identifies and analyzes relevant literature from various academic databases to understand research trends, collaboration patterns, and main topics in this field. The analysis results indicate a significant relationship between strong organizational culture and effective CSR implementation. Organizational cultures that support ethical values, sustainability, and social responsibility tend to encourage better CSR practices. These findings are expected to provide new insights for researchers and practitioners in developing organizational strategies that integrate corporate culture with CSR initiatives to enhance corporate performance and reputation.

Career development is the process of improving the performance capabilities of each individual taken by the organization to ensure that each individual in the organization has the right qualifications and experience available when needed. By referring to the work standards that have been set, performance is also interpreted as the result of employee work both in terms of quality and quantity. Career development is one of the variables that affect individual performance, such as motivating employees to do better work. This study aims to do determine the effect of career development on employee performance. This study used the literature research method and field research by distributing questionnaires. The results of this study show that career development has a significant influence on employees, companies are required to pay attentions to career development programs to increase the responsibility of each individual’s duties.

This study is to investigate the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in the Indonesian banking industry through a bibliometric approach. Through bibliometric analysis, this study explores trends, patterns and research focus related to GCG in the Indonesian banking context. This research utilizes bibliographic data from various academic and professional sources relevant to the topic. Bibliometric methods are used to analyse the number of publications, related journals, the most productive authors, and the keywords most commonly used in literature related to GCG in the Indonesian banking sector. The results of the analysis prove that the implementation of good corporate Governance in banking in Indonesia is not running optimally. There are several factors which encourages good corporate governance not to be implemented in banking in Indonesia maximally, such as implementing transparency, accountability, responsibility, fairness and independence are not fully implemented in banking in Indonesia. The implications of these findings can provide guidance for practitioners, regulators and researchers to improve GCG practices and strengthen the stability and sustainability of the banking industry in Indonesia.

Corruption is often carried out by individuals who hold power, so that the characteristics of corruption crimes are always related to abuse of authority in the context of organized crime. This article aims to analyze the role of State Administrative Law in handling corruption in the public sector. Using the literature study method, this article collects data from various sources such as books, news and journal articles. The discussion includes the importance of administrative law in limiting and controlling excessive power possessed by state officials, as well as the role of bureaucracy in preventing corruption. In addition, this article outlines the types of legal accountability that apply to government officials involved in corruption, as well as the importance of internal and external monitoring in reducing acts of corruption. The principles of good governance and the need to reform the government system were also raised as important steps in eradicating corruption.

Principal communication is the process of conveying information to teachers and forwarded to students. The purpose of this study was to determine the principal's communication, including: Teacher professionalism; Teacher discipline; and Teacher responsibility. Qualitative approach with descriptive method. In terms of data collection is through literature study, literature study is the initial step in the data collection method. Literature study is a data collection method that is directed at finding data and information through documents, both written documents, photographs, images, and electronic documents that can support the writing process. The subjects of the study were teachers, principals, and school committees at Madrasah Aliyah Islamiyah Sunggal. The results of the study found: Principal communication in improving teacher professionalism is conveying messages to teachers both verbally and in writing; Principal communication in improving teacher discipline is providing exemplary examples by attending school on time; Principal communication in improving teacher responsibility is interpersonal communication, communication in solving problems in learning by coordinating and finding solutions with the school committee and supervisor, and the relevant Education Office. It is expected that the committee and the principal can provide encouragement and guidance in teacher performance regarding professionalism, discipline and teacher responsibility effectively and efficiently so that it can improve teacher performance in schools.

This article aims to examine the Role and Responsibility of Notary Related to Disclosing Beneficial Owner Information in Company Establishment. This research is a prescriptive normative legal research, using the statutory approach method and conceptual approach. The legal materials used consist of primary and secondary legal sources, which are analyzed through literature study of documents or library materials, and interpreted using deductive reasoning techniques and syllogism. The result to be achieved is that the notary is responsible for recording and identifying the beneficial owner. The notary is responsible in this capacity for ascertaining the identity of the beneficial owners and ensuring that all information related to them is correctly and accurately recorded in the company's official documents. In addition to ensuring recording accuracy, notaries are also responsible for reporting beneficial owner information to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights through online reporting systems such as AHU Online and the Administration System for Legal Entities (SABH).

Teachers are a big influence in cultivating the success of students' insight and attitudes. The guidance given by teachers also needs to be given to the values of caring for the environment. The character of caring for the environment does not only come from intuition and talent, but also comes from habits and an educational process that cares about the environment. A concrete manifestation provided by the government in cultivating the character of caring for the environment through the Adiwiyata Program in schools. The predicate of Adiwiyata is Mandiri and is an example of a school to be coached by other schools, so to find out more the researcher wants to conduct research on the role of teachers in cultivating environmentally caring character through the Adiwiyata program. The aim of this research is to (1) find out the role of social studies teachers in forming character caring for the environment at SMPN 1 Wlingi (2) knowing the form of character that cares for the environment in students at SMPN 1 Wlingi. This research uses a qualitative approach and an intrinsic case study type of research. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Checking data validity through technical triangulation and confirmability. The data analysis technique for this research is the Miles and Huberman technique through data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of this research are 1) The Role of Social Studies Teachers in Forming Environmentally Caring Characters a) Curriculum that is integrated with the environment, in the form of lesson plans/teaching modules that are integrated with material about the environment b) Participatory activities, in the form of the habit of cleaning the environment every morning, with guidance teachers, and insight through activities from learning materials. 2) Forming environmentally caring character through the Adiwiyata Program at SMPN 1 Wlingi in the form of an independent attitude and sense of responsibility possessed by students which is proven by the many activities that support the Adiwiyata Program, such as picket activities every morning and after school, clean Fridays, competitions cleanliness of the class, several activities integrated with learning materials in the form of making vlogs. and in general, SMPN 1 Wlingi implements minimizing plastic waste through the attitude of students by bringing provisions or drink bottles from home.

This research examines the compatibility between Islamic values and democratic principles, arguing that both systems advocate for justice, participation, and the common good. Online media has a great responsibility to convey appropriate, in-depth, and inspirational information related to Ramadan. With that, the Ramadan rubric comes as a platform that presents the festivities and wisdom of Ramadan to readers in an interesting and meaningful way. The Ramadan rubric is important because it facilitates a better understanding of the rituals and values associated with this holy month. This study explores the theme of rekindling the hunger for the truth of God's word in contemporary contexts, drawing from the prophecy of Amos 8:11-14. The passage highlights a period when people will experience a profound spiritual famine, not of physical sustenance, but of hearing the words of the Lord. Historically, this famine signified a divine judgment on the people of Israel for their moral and spiritual deviations despite their material prosperity. In today's context, this spiritual hunger remains relevant as modern society grapples with materialism, technological advancements, and a subsequent spiritual void. Many individuals seek meaning and direction but often fail to find lasting fulfillment. This paper emphasizes the enduring need for God's word as a source of truth, guidance, and comfort. Key aspects include, Spiritual Hunger The persistent spiritual emptiness experienced by many, underscoring the necessity of God's word for true satisfaction. Role of the Church,The importance of churches and Christian communities in teaching and disseminating God's word effectively to meet contemporary spiritual needs. Internet gambling crimes in Indonesia are increasing from year to year. This phenomenon is a bad thing for the Indonesian people. Therefore, the author conducted research which aims to find out how criminal law tackles internet gambling in Indonesia. By using normative research methods. In this legal research, the author uses primary legal materials and secondary legal materials obtained through literature studies that are appropriate to the topic of discussion that the author has taken. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that internet gambling regulations in Indonesia are regulated in Article 27 Paragraph (2) and the threats are regulated in Article 45 Paragraph (3) of the ITE Law. However, the regulations in this article do not clearly regulate witnesses for internet gaming players. This law only contains services used to carry out internet gambling. Law No. 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code can be a solution to overcome the weak response to internet gambling crimes in Indonesia because acts committed digitally have been accommodated in this law.

Catechists have an important responsibility in educating and guiding children to understand and live their spiritual life as Christians. This research uses the interview method to collect data. The research results show that catechists play a role as companions, directors and mentors in BIAK activities. Although some teaching responsibilities are transferred to students, the role of the catechist remains important in ensuring the quality of activities and supporting the successful teaching of the values of the Christian faith. One of the challenges faced by catechists is the lack of creativity in the learning process. This can be overcome by implementing learning methods and media that are interesting to children. This article concludes that collaboration between catechists and students is very important to achieve the goal of growing children's faith through BIAK activities. Catechists need to increase their creativity and ability to design interesting activities for children.

Industrial safety is an important aspect in maintaining a safe work environment and in accordance with applicable legal regulations. In the context of manufacturing companies such as PT. Toyota Astra Indonesia, implementing industrial safety is crucial to ensure the production process runs smoothly and safely for its workers. This article discusses the implementation of industrial security based on the 1945 Constitution (UUD 1945) in the production process of PT. Toyota Astra Indonesia. Industrial security implementation steps carried out by PT. Toyota Astra Indonesia includes the implementation of strict work safety standards, supervision of the use of work equipment, employee training on safety, and regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations contained in UUD No. 1 of 1970 concerning Work Safety. Apart from that, the company also pays attention to environmental protection aspects in its production process in supervision so as to integrate work safety with environmental sustainability. In the context of the 1945 Constitution, the implementation of industrial security at PT. Toyota Astra Indonesia includes a company's code of ethics in (UUD No. 40 of 2007 Article 74), policies and compliance with the law, health and safety policies at work, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policies directed at ensuring that workers' rights are respected. guaranteed in the 1945 Constitution to be fulfilled properly. In this way, the company ensures that a safe and conducive work environment is the right of every worker in accordance with applicable legal provisions. By implementing industrial security based on the 1945 Constitution, PT. Toyota Astra Indonesia not only ensures compliance with legal regulations, but also supports the country by contributing to providing automotive capabilities and maintaining the company's reputation and increasing overall productivity. In addition, the integration of job security and environmental protection also reflects the company's commitment to sustainability and corporate social responsibility.

Indonesia is known as the largest archipelagic country in the world and is recognized as having a maritime territorial area that is almost equal to its land area. Indonesia's territorial waters contain abundant potential fishery resources and marine diversity, making it known as a maritime country. Illegal fishing is an activity or fishing activity that is contrary to a country's laws or international regulations, where the majority of perpetrators are corporations. Illegal fishing practices have a tremendous impact on marine sustainability, causing huge losses to the country. The occurrence of illegal fishing is caused by weak law enforcement and supervision in Indonesian waters and the authorities' indecisiveness in handling illegal fishing perpetrators. Understanding illegal fishing and crimes committed by corporations should be a strong basis for every legal practitioner to process and impose appropriate and correct sanctions on every perpetrator of illegal fishing or corporate crime perpetrators. The method used in this research is a normative legal research method sourced from primary data, namely the Criminal Code (KUHP), Law Number 45 of 2009 in conjunction with Law Number 31 of 2004 concerning Fisheries, Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management (UUPPLH), secondary data and tertiary data based on regulations relating to fisheries and corporate crimes. The data collection method is qualitative descriptive analysis with literature study using a statute approach. Education is the main foundation in shaping the character and personality of the younger generation. Every educational institution has a responsibility to not only convey knowledge, but also guide its students in emotional and social aspects. In this context, guidance and counseling services play an important role in helping students overcome the various challenges they face, both in the school environment and outside of school. This research aims to explore how the implementation of guidance and counseling services at Al-Madina Middle School Wonosobo works, as well as its impact on student development. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The research results show that Al-Madina Middle School Wonosobo has implemented various structured and comprehensive counseling guidance programs. These programs include academic guidance, personal guidance, and social guidance. Implementation of this service has been proven to help students increase learning motivation, overcome personal problems, improve social interactions, and plan their future.

Textually, Islamic inheritance law is one of the most detailed laws mentioned in the Koran, however, resolving the division of inheritance often requires repeated ijtihad by the ulama. One of the important things in the issue of inheritance is the issue of Ashabah. The results of the research concluded that the 'ashabah hadith is categorized as an authentic hadith and can be used as proof regarding the validity of the 'ashabah system in Islamic inheritance. The implementation of the 'ashabah inheritance system does not have discriminatory implications, on the contrary, it actually contains the value of distributive justice, because justice in inheritance is not always measured by the equality of designation between heirs, but is also determined by proportionality based on the size of the burden of responsibility assigned to each heir. , balance between rights and obligations and balance between what is obtained and needs and uses. This research includes a literature review, while the way it works uses descriptive qualitative methods. In this research, several Bukhori hadiths about Ashabah are included in the Ahad Gharib Muslaq Hadith category and meet the criteria for authentic hadiths that can be used as evidence. Judging from the meaning contained in this hadith, there is no discrimination in this hadith and there is no injustice towards women.
