The purpose of this research is to test the influence gender differences, level of education and business age to income of Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Solo Raya. This researcher will analyze the influence gender  differences, the level of education and business age towards the income of SMEs in Solo Raya. There are more than 960 SMEs managed by government of Solo Raya. In order to analyze the data, the collection of data is done through survey and interview to the owners of SMEs in Solo Raya. The researcher utilizes ordinary linier regression analysis SPSS program while the sample size is 150 owners of SMEs. Results show that gender, level of education and business age differences significantly influences the income of the SMEs.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kelayakan media pembelajaran monopoli ditinjau dari validasi ahli materi, media, bahasa, dan praktisi serta respon guru dan respon siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development). Model pengembangan media yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu model perangkat 4-D modifikasi yang dilakukan hanya sampai 3-D yang terdiri dari Define, Design, dan Develop. Media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti berupa media monopoli. Teknik Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, kuesioner atau angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan media pembelajaran Monopoli pada tematik tema 5 Ekosistem sub tema 2 hubungan antar makhluk hidup dalam ekosistem ditinjau dari validasi ahli, ahli media, ahli materi, ahli bahasa dan praktisi serta ditinjau dari respon guru dan respon siswa. Media pembelajaran monopoli termasuk dalam kriteria sangat layak. Hal ini berdasarkan dari keseluruhan validasi ahli dengan presentase 82%, respon guru 86%, dan respon siswa 98%.

The purpose of this study is to measure the financial performance of PT. Adaro Energy, Tbk by using the EVA method, in order achieve magnitude of the creation economic value added and to see level of return desired by investors. Research method used in this study is a qualitative method and is descriptive with a quantitative approach where there are no samples or populations, because researchers are looking for problems that exist in PT. Adaro Energy, Tbk for the period of 2011 - 2017 using the method of Economic Value added (EVA) where in searching for WACC uses the CAPM approach. The results of the study are as follows: value of EVA experienced fluctuations, in 2011 showed a positive that is equal to 577,480 in 2012 showed a negative (470,427) in 2013 experienced a positive amount of 840,781 in 2014 had a negative of (1,426,963) in 2015 increased 1,983 .884 and in 2016 decreased (900,080) and in 2017 amounted to (1,348,304), this shows presumption that EVA in 2011, 2013 and 2015 occurred a value-added process for companies that could mean that there was more economic value, after company is able to pay all obligations funders or creditors according to their expectations, but in 2012,2014 and 2017 EVA shows that there is no value added process which means that company is unable to pay obligations to funders or creditors as expected value is not achieved.

Limited capacity in State Universities makes private universities have the same opportunity to be selected for prospective students who are not accommodated in State Universities in continuing their studies. The ability to obtain a large number of students depends on delivery of information from private university (PTS) concerned, through marketing strategy of services implemented by private universities. This also applies to STTKD Yogyakarta. The formulation of the problem in this study is the extent of influence of advertising, sales promotion, personal sales, public relations and direct marketing on student decisions to study at the Yogyakarta Aerospace Technology College (STTKD). This study aims to (1) find out the influence of advertising, sales promotion, personal sales, public relations and direct marketing on student decisions chosen by the Yogyakarta Aerospace Technology College (STTKD) and (2) to find out which factors are most dominant in student decisions. Theory used is theory of Marketing Management related to Consumer Behavior. Primary data collection techniques with questionnaires, supported by interviews. Sample in this study was 95 respondents. Research method used is quantitative descriptive. Type of research conducted is a case study supported by a survey, nature of this study is descriptive research. Data processing uses SPSS version 15 software with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. Determination coefficient (R2) is 0.64. This shows that independent variables studied were able to explain 64% of the decision students to choose Yogyakarta Aerospace Technology College, while remaining 36% was explained by other independent variables that were not examined. Results showed that marketing promotion mix (advertising, promotion sales, personal sales, public relations and direct marketing) had a significant effect on students 'decision to choose Yogyakarta Aerospace Technology College, and direct marketing factors had most dominant influence on students' decision to choose education at STTKD Yogyakarta.

The aim of the research is to find an empirical evidence concerning the implementation of customer perspective of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) in Assalaam Islamic Modern Boarding School Surakarta (AIMBS Surakarta). It is a case study research. Qualitative research design is conducted using semi-structured interviews with 27 members from different stakeholders. Research findings showed that customer perspective of BSC and attributes in strategy map of BSC have been implemented well in AIMBS Surakarta. Besides, the research found supporting factor of implementation of customer perspective of BSC in AIMBS Surakarta, namely: strong commitment from management to adjust the change. The limitation of the research is that the research findings can not be generalized. For future research, it is suggested that the researcher will add the numbers of research object so that the generalization of the research findings can be achieved. Thus, it will give clearer description about implementation of customers perpective of BSC in Islamic boarding schools

Currently the development of information technology is growing rapidly. Therefore the application of information systems in agencies and companies is needed because information technology makes the performance will be implemented well and can handle a variety of data processing. One company that requires information technology is PT. Poliplas Makmur Santosa Ungaran. Inventory system used at PT. Makmur Santosa Ungaran Poliplas is still in the form of notes in the form of spreadsheets that are concurrently daily, making it vulnerable to errors in planning raw material requirements, and the uncontrolled use of production raw materials such as dyes. Therefore we need an adequate raw material planning information system to process data and make raw material planning reports automatically. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount and time of raw materials that must be available for the smooth production process. The problem formulated is when the raw material must be available at PT. Poliplas Makmur Santosa with the right amount and time. The method used in this research is Material Requirement Planning (MRP). The results of this study indicate that the implementation of a computerized system at PT. Poliplas Makmur Santosa Ungaran can support the smooth production related to the availability of the right material, with the right amount and time so that data storage can be more safe and efficient, the program used to make this application uses the VB programming language. NET and SQL Server 2008 as database management.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and provide empirical evidence about the influence of budgeting participation and budget goal characteristics on managerial performance with a non-physical work environment as moderation. Population variables in this study are all leaders and financial officers in private vocational schools in the city of Semarang listed in the structure of the division of school work in 2016 which amounted to 14 vocational high schools and each was taken by 3 people so that there were 42 respondents, while the sampling technique used the census method. Data analysis method used is Regression Moderation Analysis (MRA) Hypothesis 1 test results note that the value of t arithmetic = 3.012> t table = 1.694 with a number of significance = 0.003 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H1) that participation budgeting has a positive effect. on proven managerial job performance. Regression coefficient β1 = 0.567 (positive sign), it can be interpreted that the higher the participation in budgeting, the higher the managerial performance. Hypothesis 2 testing is known that the value of t = 2.723> t table = 1.694 with a significance value = 0.010 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H2) that the characteristics of the budgetary objectives have a positive effect on managerial performance of the work proved. Stepwise coefficient = 0.279 (benchmark), can be interpreted more clearly the characteristics of the managerial level budget objectives. Testing hypothesis 3 is known that the value of t 2.484> t table = 1.694 with a significance value = 0.026 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H3) that the work environment is not moderate, moderate moderate positive positive effect on budget participation on managerial work performance proven. Testing hypothesis 4 is known that the value of t arithmetic 2.333> t table = 1.694 with the number of significance = 0.032 <α = 0.05 (significance nt). Thus the hypothesis (H4) that the non-physical work environment positively influences the characteristics of budgetary goals on proven managerial work performance. Interaction test results show β4 = 0.163 (positive sign), it can be interpreted that the existence of a non-physical work environment that is conducive will strengthen the influence of the characteristics of the budget objectives on managerial work performance. PT. Nusantara Sakti Salatiga or often referred to as NSS is an automotive company or dealer of two-wheeled motor vehicles with the Honda brand, which is located at JL. Cutting No. 100 Salatiga. This company has a very rapid development, this is evidenced in 2017 the stock inventory increased by 25%. Motorcycle inventory monitoring information system with a web-based average method at PT. Nusantara is an accounting information system created to overcome data processing problems which are still in the form of manual bookkeeping so that the data is less valid and less effective time to present reports and even data storage has not been recorded which results in easy data loss. Existing problems can be overcome by creating an accounting information system Monitoring Inventory and making a data storage information system that is valid and effective. Designing a good computerized system that is expected to assist officers in presenting reports quickly and accurately. Data collection methods used are the questionnaire method and Likert scale. The method of designing a motorcycle inventory monitoring information system is made using the methodology of R&D, Flowchat, DFD, ERD and Normalization. The program used to create this application uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​as Database management. The results of this study indicate that the motorcycle inventory monitoring information system with a web-based average method at PT. The archipelago can be used to solve inventory processing problems that include data collection of data, supplier data collection, data entry of goods, data collection of goods out, and inventory using the average method can make reports that are valid, effective and efficient so that reports can be accounted for and risk error will be minimal.

Hasil    penelitian    menunjukkan    bahwa    lingkungan kerja memiliki dampak positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Lingkungan kerja   yang   nyaman  menyebabkan  tingkat  konsentrasi pegawai dalam bekerja meningkat, dan kondisi tersebut menyebabkan tingkat produktivitas kerja karyawan meningkat. Hal ini menunjukkan sistem lingkungan kerja yang baik mampu menjamin kinerja pegawai yang pada  akhirnya  memungkinkan perusahaan memperoleh  sikap dan perilaku yang positif akan bekerja dengan produktif bagi kepentingan perusahaan   sehingga   juga   akan   berdampak   baik   dan   dapat memberikan keuntungan bagi perusahaan. Variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah variabel lingkungan kerja.   Hasil  penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam meningkatkan kinerja   pegawai hal yang paling diutamakan adalah dengan memperhatikan lingkungan kerja pegawai. Lingkungan kerja yang baik lingkungan fisik maupun non fisik memberikan dukungan terhadap peningkatan prestasi kerja karyawan.

Sisfo Monitoring of Goods Inventory in Shop Based on Visual Basic 6.0 Multiuser with FIFO method Studin Case in Cimory on the valley Ssemarang Regency is an information system created to overcome the problem of data processing which is still in manual bookkeeping so it takes a long time and results are inaccurate or recap The data does not even have data storage yet undatabase which results in easy data loss. The existing problems can be overcome by making Monitoring of inventory and making data storage information systems more secure and efficient. The design method of monitoring inventory of goods made using the R&D methodology, Flowchat, DFD, ERD and Normalization. The program used to create this application uses the programming language Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and MySQL as Database management. The results of this study indicate that the monitoring of inventory of goods applied in Cimory on the valley Semarang Regency can be used to solve data processing problems in the warehouse which include data data collection, data entry of goods, data collection of goods out, data collection of suppliers and customer data collection can make accurate reports , fast and efficient so that reports can be accounted for and the risk of loss of goods will be minimal.

Tujuan pengembangan ini adalah menghasilkan bahan ajar matematika dengan pendekatan PMRI (Pendidikan Matematika Realistik Indonesia) materi Sistem Persamaan Linier Dua Variabel untuk Siswa Kelas VIII. Pengembangan bahan ajar ini menggunakan model pengembangan Sadiman yang meliputi 7 tahap yaitu menganalisis kebutuhan siswa dan guru, merumuskan tujuan instruksional, merumuskan butir-butir materi, perumusan alat ukur keberhasilan, penulisan naskah, tes/uji coba dan mengadakan revisi. Produk yang dihasilkan berupa bahan ajar matematika yang telah di validasi. Validator ahli materi menyatakan cukup valid dengan presentase skor 72,71%, ahli desain menyatakan valid dengan presentase skor 82,49%, ahli praktisi menyatakan cukup valid dengan presentase 75%. Sedangkan hasil uji coba pengguna (user) menyatakan cukup valid dengan presentase skor 77,49%. Dengan demikina, dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar matematika yang dikembangakan sudah cukup valid untuk digunakan dalam pembalajaran.

X2 + 0.464. X3 which means supervisory variables,Financial Incentive Incentives and Non-Financial Incentives have apositive effect on employee performance variables..

E-commerce has been giving a lot of benefits to small andmedium enterprises (SMEs), but there are only a few SMEs whichhave adopted it. Therefore, it is necessary to find out what are thefactors that support SMEs to adopt E-commerce. So far, researcheson E-commerce have been done on foreign-large-scale businesses,while researches on SMEs especially about the adoption of E-commerce have been a few. That is why this research will discussthe adoption of E-commerce on Indonesian SMEs and will includethe factors that support E-commerce adoption. The problems in thisresearch are elaborated into research questions, i.e. do, topmanagement support, organizational readiness, external pressure,and perceived benefits have significant positive effect to E-commerce adoption? And does the adoption have significantpositive effect to company’s performance? The purpose of thisresearch is to analyze factors that support E-commerce adoption onIndonesian SMEs and to analyze whether the adoption improves theperformance of the SMEs. This technique is chosen because it is thesecond generation of multivariate analyzing technique that enablesresearchers to test the relation between complex variables to get anoverall view of the whole model. Besides, SEM can also test a seriesof a complicated relation simultaneously. The results of thisresearch explain that top management support, organizationalreadiness, external pressure, and perceived benefits haveSignificant positive effect to E-commerce adoption, and theadoption have significant positive effect to company’s performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar  matematika  melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI pada siswa kelas IX D SMP Negeri 1 Gatak semester I tahun pelajaran 2016/ 2017. Subjek penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah siswa kelas IX D SMP Negeri 1 Gatak  tahun pelajaran 2016/ 2017  sebanyak 36 siswa, sebagai subjek penerima tindakan, sedangkan untuk  subjekpelaku tindakan adalah guru matematika kelas IX D selaku guru, teman sejawat selaku subjek yang melakukan observasi proses pembelajaran, Kepala Sekolah selaku subjek sumber data. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik tes, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian Tindakan ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus, tiap-tiap siklus terdiri dari: perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar  matematika siswa kelas IX D SMP Negeri 1 Gatak tahun pelajaran 2016/ 2017. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai rata-rata prestasi belajar  matematika siswa juga mengalami peningkatan yaitu sebelum tindakan sebesar 68,9, pada siklus I sebesar 79,4 dan pada siklus II sebesar 83,7. Selain itu, presentase ketuntasan belajar siswa, yaitu sebelum tindakan sebesar 50%, pada siklus I sebesar 69,5% dan pada siklus II sebesar 91,7%.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Peningkatan keaktifan dan prestasi belajar siswa melalui model Discovery Learning pada pelajaran memperbaiki sistem bahan bakar Diesel. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Kegiatan penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui pembelajaran Discovery, dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa.  Peningkatan ditunjukkan pada keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa dalam memperbaiki system bahan bakar diesel. Keaktifan belajar siswa dari prasiklus ke siklus I, meningkat dari 56,25% menjadi 69,44%, dan meningkat lagi pada siklus II menjadi 91.67%. Peningkatan lainnya terjadi pada hasil belajar aspek pengetahuan dari prasiklus meningkat dari nilai rata-rata sebesar 72,85 meningkat menjadi 77,54 pada siklus I dan menjadi 85.14 pada akhir siklus II.  Jumlah siswa yang tuntas pada prasiklus sebanyak 17 siswa meningkat pada siklus I menjadi 26 siswa, dan meningkat lagi pada siklus II menjadi 36 siswa, dengan hasil belajar aspek pengetahuan prasiklus ke siklus II meningkat sebanyak 19 siswa. Berdasarkan uraian di atas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui penerapan pembelajaran Discovery, dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar pada  mata pelajaran ”Memperbaiki sistem bahan bakar diesel” siswa SMK di Sragen.

This study aims to design an accounting information system for cash flow statements at BKM Gabahan Makmur Semarang. Through the creation of an Accounting Information System for Client Server Based Cash Flow Reports, it is expected to simplify the accounting section to record cash flow data, and to make balance sheets more quickly, which are used by BKM as a management tool for financial activities in BKM Gabahan Makmur Semarang. Where this system uses the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language, Crystal Report for the preparation of reports and Client Server-based, equipped with the distribution of access rights for each user. The research method used is the Borg and Gall R&D research approach which consists of 10 stages. Of the 10 stages of R&D the authors only approach the research up to the 6th stage alone. The results of the research of the accounting information system design of cash flow statements are to make it easier to record cash flows, and to make balance sheets more quickly compared to the manual system used at BKM Gabahan Makmur Semarang. Currently the BKM still uses a manual system in recording cash flow transactions, whereas by implementing an information system will minimize the risk of recording errors, so as to obtain information more quickly and completely.

This paper develops a research model to examine the relationshipamong e-service quality, quality customer problem management, customersatisfaction and customer loyalty. Data from a survey of Bukalapakcustomers were used to test the research model. Confirmatory factoranalysis was conducted to examine the reliability and validity of themeasurement model, and the structural equation modelling technique wasused to test the research model. The analytical results showed that thedimensions of e-service quality, quality customer problem management,affect overall customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Moreover, thelatter in turn are significantly related to customer customer loyalty.

This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of Attractions, Activities, Amenities, and Accessibility (4A) on tourist satisfaction at Taman Nusa Bali which is experiencing unfavorable conditions including a decrease in the level of tourist visits every year, besides that there are several conditions of tourism components that need to be improved. The sample used in the study was 100 respondents. The research data was processed by quantitative statistical analysis using multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the regression analysis show that an increase in variable 4A will increase tourist satisfaction. The results of the multiple regression analysis test show a significant F value, the adjusted R2 square coefficient value of 0.604 indicates that all 4A variables have a significant effect on tourist satisfaction together with a close relationship of 60.4%. This shows that to increase tourist satisfaction it is necessary to increase all tourism components in order to increase tourist satisfaction in the next period.
