New Student Admission Website is one of the services to register online to become a student at the Telkom Institute of Technology Purwokerto. This research was conducted to Comparative Analysis of Webqual and E-Servqual methods on the New Student Admission (PMB) website of the Telkom Institute of Technology. In the development of the PMB website, there are shortcomings felt by prospective new students regarding features that are not used by the PMB unit of IT Telkom Purwokerto, but still appear when registering for new student admissions. both methods, it is found that the analysis of WEBQUAL and E-SERVQUAL methods is interrelated in improving the quality of service interaction. Factors such as reputation, information security, personalization, community space, ease of communication, and responsiveness to user problems play an important role in creating a good interaction experience for PMB ITTP website users.

A traditional house is a house that has a characteristic building that symbolizes the culture of a region. The uniqueness of traditional houses in Indonesia is one of the learning materials for students in Indonesia. Books that are a medium for introducing traditional houses in Indonesia still have shortcomings in the form of limited visual display of traditional houses. So that it reduces children's interest in recognizing the traditional houses of the archipelago. This can lead to cultural erosion. Therefore, to increase interest and insight into the culture of this traditional house, technology and culture are combined. This combination uses augmented reality technology to introduce the traditional houses of the archipelago. Traditional houses are visualized through 3-dimensional objects in the android application. The augmented reality application developed is dynamic, so that the addition of content can be done without modifying the program code. This application will visualize 9 traditional houses from 9 provinces in Java, Nusa Tenggara, and Bali. The test results show an increase in knowledge of SDN Banjarmendalan students by 56% which means the application is quite effective to help students recognize the traditional houses of the archipelago and from the assessment of student satisfaction with the application get a score of 90.5% which means the application is enough to attract students to learn to recognize traditional houses.

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and work environment on the performance of CV employees. Gresik Panorama. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method and uses a causal or cause-and-effect approach. The total sample was 50 employees using saturated sampling techniques. Data collection techniques use questionnaires. Data analysis takes the form of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and R2 test. The results of this research show that (1) Organizational Culture influences CV Employee Performance. Panorama Gresik calculated t value 5.224 > t table value 0.278, (2) The work environment has no effect on CV employee performance. Panorama Gresik calculated t value 1.641 > t table value 0.278, (3) Organizational Culture and Work Environment simultaneously influence the performance of CV employees. Panorama Gresik calculated F value 32.133 > table F value 3.19.

The purpose of this research is to determine the use of work motivation as a moderating variable in the influence of compensation on employee performance at PT Sukses Mitra Sejahtera located in Kediri Regency. This research uses quantitative methodology and the research sample consists of 87 employees. Data analysis was carried out using Smart PLS software. The research results show that there is a significant influence between compensation on employee performance at PT Sukses Mitra Sejahtera as evidenced by the T-statistic value of 2.430 > 1.96 and the P-value of 0.015 < 0.05. Work motivation does not significantly moderate the interaction between compensation variables and employee performance, shown by T-statistic 1.779 < 1.96 and P-value 0.075 > 0.05.

Based on the results of the discussion, several important things can be concluded, including: First, digital literacy refers to the ability of MSMEs to use digital technology and communication tools via the internet to obtain business materials and share business information widely. The use of digital technology is considered to be able to increase productivity, turnover and income of MSMEs themselves, and is also part of efforts to maintain business continuity. Second, from an economic literacy perspective, micro, small and medium business actors need fundamental knowledge regarding the basic needs of consumers before producing goods or services as well as analyzing the opportunities and challenges of the business or business they are about to start working on. Third, a business venture that is able to innovate will be able to take the lead and reduce the possibility of competitors innovating earlier. Therefore, business people must prepare an innovation strategy for their business ventures in order to create an advantage over competitors. Then continuous innovation in a company is a fundamental need that will be able to create competitive advantages.

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has substantially changed human life, work and social interactions. The learning process experiences many innovations along with very fast digital developments and technological advances. At the beginning of the industrial revolution 4.0 there were many new innovations, especially in the education sector, one of which was the Ruangguru application. The progress of the country depends on good education. This research uses a qualitative approach and library research as methods, with researchers as the main tool. The data collection method is qualitative, and data analysis is inductive. Problems are discovered and explained through research. At first, the researcher only understood the problem in general, after that, the researcher concluded more specifically. By using the literature review method, the researcher diligently examined the required documents. The existence of "Ruangguru" changes the teacher's work to be more productive and positive.

Pendidikan agama sangat penting di berikan pada anak-anak pada usia dini untuk mengenali agama mereka sendiri. Pendidikan agam merupakan filter untuk segala aspek kehidupan, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses bercerita sebagai model membangun pendidikan islam untuk anak anak usia dini di RA Babussalam. Metode yang di gunakan ada deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode bercerita sangat efektif sebagai tujuan untuk membangun pendidikan islam terhadap anak anak.

Permasalahan dalam produksi pengolahan tembakau dalam penelitian ini adalah industri pengolahan tembakau dan nilai ekspor industri pengolahan tembakau Sumatera Utara. Industri pengolahan tembakau mengalami fluktuasi dalam pengolahannya, serta juga nilai ekspor industri pengolahan tembakau mengalami fluktuasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis perkembangan industri dan nilai ekspor pada industri pengolahan tembakau Sumatera Utara pada Kantor Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral. Peneltian ini dilakukan di Kantor Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Energi dan Sumaber Daya Mineral Sumatera Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah analisis deskriptif sederhana. Sebagian besar data ekspor berupa series data yang disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan gambar. Tahun penelitian adalah tahun 2018 sampai dengan tahun 2022. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tahun 2022 Industri pengolahan tembakau di Sumatera Utara mencapai dengan berat 35,1 ribu ton. Jika dibandingkan dengan tahun 2021, industri pengolahan tembakau mengalami kenaikan 25% dan 35%. Sedangkan tahun 2022 nilai ekspor industri pengolahan tembakau di Sumatera Utara mencapai dengan nilai ekspor sebesar 250,6 juta USD. Jika dibandingkan dengan tahun 2021, nilai ekspor industri pengolahan tembakau mengalami kenaikan 21% dan 19%.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ada mekanisme take over KPR IB dengan akad Ijarah Muntahiyah Bit Tamlik pada Bank Syariah Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data yaitu metode penelitaian kualitatif, sebab dalam menjawab permasalahan penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan membandingkan antara sistem operasional dan teori yang ada. Serta melakukan pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi langsung, wawancara dan pengumpulan dokumen-dokumen yang digunakan untuk mendukung dan menambah referensi mengenai judul yang digunakan oleh penulis. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah BSI KCP Rantauprapat. Sedangkan obyek penelitian ini adalah mekanisme take over pada pembiayaan KPR iB dengan akad IMBT di BSI KCP Rantauprapat. Setelah melakukan penelitan serta pembahasan dengan membandingkan antara teori dan praktek, maka penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa BSI KCP Rantauprapat telah melakukan mekanisme pembiayaan take over KPR iB dengan akad al-Qardh al-Bai‟ wa al-Ijarah Muntahiya Bi al-Tamlik (IMTB) sesuai dengan SOP (Standar Operasional Prosedur) yang ada di BSI KCP Rantauprapat. Dimana mekanisme tersebut berisi syarat dan ketentuan serta prosedur yang harus dilakukan oleh setiap nasabah yang akan melakukan pembiayaan take over KPR iB di BSI KCP Rantauprapat. Prosedur tersebut diantaranya pemberian dana qardh dari BSI KCP Rantauprapat kepada nasabah untuk melunasi hutangnya yang ada di bank konvensional, kemudian melakukan akad ulang antara nasabah dan bank BSI KCP Rantauprapat yaitu dengan mengganti akad qardh menjadi akan ijarah dan membahas mengenai besar angsuran yang harus dibayar oleh nasabah setiap bulannya. Angsuran tersebut berasal dari pokok pinjaman setiap bulan ditambah ujrah. Dan setelah selesai angsurannya, maka akan dilakukan akad ulang yaitu akad ijarah muntahiyyah bittamlik (IMBT) sebagai akad untuk men-take over KPR yang akan menjadi akad dalam pengalihan kepemilikan KPR dari bank BSI KCP Rantauprapat ke nasabah.

Popliteal Artery Aneurysm (AAP) is a pathological dilation of the popliteal artery, and although often asymptomatic, can lead to serious complications such as rupture, thrombosis, or embolism. Aneurysms if ruptured can result in internal bleeding such as, stroke, and can sometimes be fatal. This research method is a literature review study, where literature exploration is carried out in various databases with keywords such as Percutaneous Transluminal Angioplasty (PTA)", Popliteal Artery Aneurysm (AAP) cases. Percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) in popliteal artery aneurysm (AAP) involves patient preparation, tools, procedure, post-operative care, and outcome evaluation. Patient preparation includes education, renal function evaluation, medication adjustment. Equipment preparation includes catheterization table, fluoroscopy system, various types of catheters, appropriate contrast agent. The PTA process includes insertion of the catheter into the femoral artery, evaluation and delineation of the popliteal artery, and completion of the procedure. PTA examination in AAP requires careful preparation and coordinated medical team collaboration to achieve optimal results. Percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) has proven to be effective as a primary therapeutic option to treat popliteal artery aneurysms (AAP) and prevent popliteal artery stenosis. Risk factors such as advanced age, male gender, and cardiovascular disease were considered in the literature analysis. Although PTA successfully improves the diameter of the popliteal artery as a minimally invasive method, it is important to recognize that the success of the procedure and the decision to use stents have a significant impact on the final outcome.

This study aims to determine the role of internal auditors in preventing asset misappropriation fraud. The main topic of this research is the Covid-19 pandemic increasing the number of fraud in companies. This research method is in the form of a literature review method which originates from previous research originating from Google solar and books. This study uses qualitative methods and by using descriptive analysis. The results of the study show the role of internal auditors in preventing fraud by checking transaction validation and by checking physical documentation.

The internal audit function continues to evolve in line with changes in the business environment. In Europe, the challenging business environment is closely related to risks and corporate governance issues. As a result, a shift in the internal audit function in addressing corporate governance issues demands greater independence from the function. Responding to the need for a more independent internal audit function, a decision regarding the appointment and dismissal of the head of the internal audit and his remuneration is required, which must be approved by the supervisor. These changes indicate that the role of internal audit in the governance management relationship has changed. This research provides an overview of these changes, the trends toward an increasing role of internal audit in corporate governance, the expected benefits of internal audit independence organizations, and the future challenges in European countries.

The company can be said to successfully run its business influenced by environmental factors to maintain its business until the future. The purpose of this study is to understand (1) factors that can influence the going concern audit opinion (2) strategies in handling the situation appropriately in receiving the going concern audit opinion assessment (3) the impact of the going concern opinion on the company's reputation. This research method is a literature review approach, a data collection technique from several previous studies that can then be concluded. The study’s results and analysis are (1) audit quality does not affect the going concern audit opinion because each auditor must be independent in carrying out their duties and the opinions given have the same standard procedures. However, another opinion states that audit quality affects the going concern audit opinion because large public accountants show the level of sustainability of the company more accurately than small public accountants. (2) Financial condition affects the going concern statement because if the financial condition is bad, the entity will find it difficult to maintain its business continuity. In addition, it was also found that financial condition did not affect the going concern statement due to poor financial condition due to the implementation of sustainable business operations through planning. (3) Profit management does not influence the going concern audit opinion because the auditor does not see the continuity of results but is oriented towards the situation of the entire company.

This research aims to improve the results of fine motor skills which previously at Nurul Huda Kindergarten there was still a lack of learning outcomes that emphasized fine motor skills. This research uses classroom action research to collect data from pre-cycle activities, cycle I and cycle II with the results obtained showing that students in the initial stage still do not meet the standards while the results of this research show that in cycle II, the research objectives were achieved, and in the second cycle stopped because the average student score from 2.3 to 3.4 and learning mastery also increased from 2.3% to 3.4%. Based on the data presented, it can be concluded that ronce activities can increase from the undeveloped category to very well developed.

Service activities were held at the Omar Batik Srikandi Gallery and the Edukriya Jatisari Gallery in Jatisari District, Mijen District, Semarang City. This service activity is one of the supporting activities to provide services to the community, namely to the batik business in terms of environmentally friendly process innovation. The aim of this service is to develop the batik business and gain market share through environmentally friendly process innovation. Omar Batik Srikandi and Edukriya Jatisari galleries are facing the problem of steady or stagnant demand with a small number of unsuccessful requests. From the results of discussions between the community service team and the community, the Omah Batik Srikandi Jatisari Gallery is trying to maximize innovation in environmentally friendly processes to develop ideas sourced from themselves and others in dealing with waste from batik dyes, but has not yet implemented environmentally friendly process innovations. maximum. The service method is implemented through knowledge consultation about environmentally friendly process innovations so that green innovations can be developed to reduce batik dye waste in rivers.

Mental health is one of the most difficult problems to solve. In Indonesia, data shows that 6.1% of the Indonesian population aged 15 years and above experience mental health disorders. Many of them are isolated, judged, and socially isolated because of the bad stigma of mental health disorders, because the church has a principle to respect the dignity of human beings who are created gloriously as the image and likeness of God (Genesis 1:17). In the teachings of the church, we are called to love them "as ourselves" as in Gaudium et Spes art. 27 by taking care of their lives and the means they need to live and be treated properly. This research aims to show the role of the church for those who are suffering from mental health disorders. This research uses the literature study method by exploring journals, books, and documents both in print and electronic form as well as other data sources relevant to the research. In this case the church has a role to be present to accompany them in the form of services in Catholic church communities to continue to support those who are struggling in suffering.

This research aims to design an effective social media content strategy to promote Kecubung Valley Agro Tourism. Agro-tourism is increasingly popular as a recreational destination, and social media has become a crucial platform for introducing and promoting tourism destinations. The study involved an in-depth analysis of agrotourism characteristics and target audience preferences. Through a content design approach that focuses on visuals, narrative and interaction, this research seeks to create an interesting experience for social media users. The research methodology includes surveys, interviews and analysis of social media data related to similar destinations. The results are expected to provide insight into user preferences, social media content trends, and the best strategies to increase the visibility of Lembah Agro Tourism. This research contributes to a practical understanding of how to design social media content that can increase user attraction and interaction, thereby advancing the promotion and marketing of agro-tourism destinations.

Digital transformation is a challenge for the business world today to transform into a digital company that utilizes information technology to optimize company business processes, for efficiency and effectiveness in company performance with improved operational acceleration to achieve company goals. Education is a massive industry in carrying out technological innovation and improving teaching methods, but it is still separated only by one process in education. The aim of this research is to select, examine and combine the development of collaborative technological innovation with the development of learning models carried out previously, then adapting them into an Enterprise Architect smart course design. The research method used is literature study and observation at educational institutions, especially the skills course industry, so that a comprehensive smart course design can be created, adopting proven learning methods, teaching techniques and technological innovation into a rich diagram model. can be understood by all levels of stakeholders in the company. The result of this research is an Enterprise architecture smart course blueprint with ArchiMate modeling, using a business model canvas (BMC) to describe the business architecture and the TOGAF ADM framework which represents the entire Enterprise design and information technology components to support each process in the business design

Social stratification is the grouping of a society into certain classes. Where this grouping can show differences in status that exist in society. Every society has something that is valued, maybe in the form of money, maybe land, maybe objects of economic value, maybe also in the form of power, knowledge, piety in religion, or descent from certain families, occupations and others. It is well known that education and the learning process are very important needs in human life. Therefore, this study aims to determine the form of social stratification in the economy of urban communities. The researcher used a qualitative descriptive method. The results show that those with low socio-economic status tend to have high social relationships while those with high socio-economic status tend to have relatively low relationships. In other words, what influences the pattern of social interaction or social relations in urban communities is socioeconomic status, type of work, income level and education level. In addition, there are other factors that determine the pattern of social interaction or social relations in the city.
