DIAGNOSA: Jurnal Ilmu Kesehatan dan Keperawatan 2023 International Forum of Researchers and Lecturers

Herniated nucleus pulposus (HNP) is the leading cause of back pain in old age, occurring as a result of tearing of the fibrous annulus and the nucleus pulposus exiting through the tear. To optimize pathology, fat suppression techniques are needed to suppress fat and fluid. Fat Suppression techniques include Dixon and SPAIR. The use of Dixon is relatively longer but can produce four images at once, while SPIR has the advantage of being more resistant to inhomogeneous magnetic fields. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference between T2WI SPIR and T2WI diagnostic image information Dixon Sagital Cut Lumbar MRI with Hernia Nucleus Pulposus (HNP) cases as well as find out which one is better between the two techniques. The type of research used is quantitative research with an experimental approach that uses prospective data aimed at determining the difference in diagnostic image information T2WI SPIR and T2WI Dixon MRI examination of Sagital Cuts. The study population is patients who perform Lumbar MRI examinations with HNP cases at the Radiology Installation of NTB Provincial Hospital for the period May-July 2023. This study applied total sampling, using a research sample of 17 patients. The results showed a difference in image information between the T2WI SPIR and T2WI Dixon sequences on Lumbar MRI examination of Sagital Cut with a p-velue value smaller than α (<0.05), namely in the anatomy of the Spinal Cord with a p-value (0.021), and the anatomy of the Corpus Vertebraewith value p-value (0.001). The T2 Spir sequence is more optimal in showing anatomical information on the Sagittal Cut lumbar MRI examination compared to the T2 Dixon sequence.  due to the more homogeneous emphasis of fat on the anatomy of the Spinal Cord and Corpus Vertebrae

However, this research also reveals several problems that workers face when working from home. Feelings of social isolation, lack of group collaboration and communication difficulties are some of these problems. Companies must provide adequate technological infrastructure and appropriate training to ensure employees can easily adapt to working from home when faced with these issues. Therefore, the implementation of working from home has a significant impact on employee performance. Benefits such as time flexibility and increased productivity can be achieved, although there are some obstacles that need to be overcome. Therefore, it is important for businesses to continue to monitor and improve work from home practices to optimize employee performance in an ever-changing work environment.

The BPJS Health Participant Card used as one of the conditions for the transfer of land rights in Presidential Instruction Number 1 of 2022 ratified by President Jokowi is a provision that raises pros and cons in various circles because it contradicts PP Number 24 of 1997. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the reasons for the BPJS Health Participant Card to be used as one of the requirements for legal force for the transfer of land rights and the process of transferring land rights using the BPJS Health Participant Card. The type of research used is normative research, which is normative research carried out by collecting legal materials with literature studies in the form of books, law journals and laws and regulations: (1) The reason why the BPJS Health Participant Card is used as one of the conditions for transferring land rights is intended as a way to optimize the implementation of the National Health Insurance as written in INPRES Number 1 of 2022. However, PP Number 24 of 1997 does not explain or mention that the BPJS Health Participant Card is used as one of the conditions for transferring land rights. This makes Presidential Instruction Number 1 of 2022 contradict PP Number 24 of 1997, (2) The process of transferring land rights has not changed, it only needs to add a photocopy of the active BPJS Health Participant Card. If you do not include a photocopy of the BPJS Health Card, the land title transfer document will be held until you submit the requirement.

This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, financing to deposit ratio (FDR), and operational efficiency on return on assets (ROA) in the financial sector. ROA is an important performance indicator for financial companies, because it reflects the level of profitability of the assets owned. The research method used is regression analysis with annual data from various financial companies during the study period. Inflation is measured using the consumer price index (CPI), FDR describes the ratio between loans provided by banks and deposits received from customers, and operational efficiency is measured by the ratio of operating costs to operating income. The results of this study provide useful insights for the management of financial companies in facing challenges from economic and operational factors. To increase ROA, companies need to consider effective inflation risk management strategies and optimize the FDR ratio, while still focusing on improving their operational efficiency.

Data mining is a technology that plays an important role in supporting data-driven decision making, especially in complex and dynamic higher education environments. In the context of education management, the ability to predict student graduation is an essential aspect because it can help institutions plan strategic steps, intervene earlier, and optimize academic resources. This study aims to apply the C4.5 decision tree algorithm to build a student graduation prediction model based on academic data. The research dataset includes key variables such as Grade Point Average (GPA), total Semester Credit Units (SKS) taken, and student attendance rates during lectures. The analysis was conducted using the C4.5 algorithm, which is known for its high level of interpretability, making the model results easy to understand by policy makers. The test results showed an accuracy of 84.6%, indicating that this method has the potential to support data-based academic management systems. These findings are expected to serve as a basis for educational institutions to improve the effectiveness of monitoring and evaluating the student learning process.

This study aims to explore and analyze the implementation of the STEAM Learning Model (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) in increasing the creativity of students at RA Al-Manshuriyah. The STEAM learning model is an interdisciplinary approach that combines elements of science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics in learning. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach and used the case study method as the research design. The results showed that the implementation of the STEAM Learning Model at RA Al-Manshuriyah succeeded in increasing the creativity of students. In this context, creativity is measured through indicators such as the fluency of ideas, the ability to think creatively, the flexibility of thinking, and respect for works of art and innovation. The STEAM model provides students with opportunities to develop creative thinking skills through interdisciplinary learning experiences and complex problem solving. In addition, this learning model also stimulates collaboration between students in team projects that allow them to share ideas and collaborate in creating innovative solutions. The implementation of STEAM also increases student adaptation to change and fosters appreciation for art and innovation. The STEAM Learning Model has proven its success in increasing the creativity of students at RA Al-Manshuriyah. These results illustrate the importance of an interdisciplinary educational approach to fostering student creativity in diverse educational settings. The implication of this research is the importance of continuing the development of the STEAM approach in the context of formal education to further optimize students' creative potential.
