Di negara indonesia ini, permasalahan ketenagakerjaan ini memiliki berbagai permasalahan, di antaranya ialah kepercayaan diri yang kurang, kualitas tenaga kerja yang rendah serta lapangan pekerjaan yang sulit hingga berimplikasi terhadap krisis global. Namun, tidak melibatkan upaya pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang bertalenta dan berdaya saing di tengah permasalahan yang kompleks. Kondisi kondisi kerja di Indonesia tentunya akan semakin memburuk. Dengan demikian, segala bidang perlu pembenahan diri baik dari segi kualitas maupun kuantitas pekerjaan, salah satunya adalah bidang teknologi las. UPT Praktek Kerja Kabupaten Deli Serdang, sebagai instansi pemerintah yang mengadakan beberapa jenis pelatihan,  yang di antaranya ialah berupa teknik pengelasan, yang mana ini dianggap akan dapat menyebabkan proses dalam mengembangkan sektor ketenagakerjaan ini semakin cepat. Penelitian ini tujuannya ialah agar dapat mengetahui pelaksanan dari pelatihan untuk keterampilan dari las listrik untuk menaikkan persaingan dan kapasitas dari para tenaga kerja tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini terintegrasi secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Topik penelitian sebanyak 10 responden, terdiri dari 10 peserta pelatihan. Observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi sebagai sarana pengumpulan data, dan data yang terkumpul ini dilakukan pengolahan dan penganalisisan dengan mempergunakan rumus koefisien korelasi product-moment. Hasil survey menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan las memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas tenaga kerja masyarakat dalam peningkatan kualitas tenaga kerja masyarakat di Balai Pelaksana Teknis Balai Latihan Kerja Kabupaten Deli Serdang.

Teknologi digital menolong warga dalam berhubungan serta bertransaksi dengan aplikasi yang bisa didapat dari smartphone. Dengan adanya fenomena ini, memacu pada aplikasi yang bisa menghimpun dana ZISWAF melalui layanan yang disediakan. Aplikasi yang sekarang ini viral karena permulaan mengadakan fitur berbagi hal yang bermanfaat ialah LinkAja Syariah. Aplikasi ini mengadakan layanan untuk pengguna yang ingin memberikan zakat, infaq, sedekah atau wakaf maka memberikan kemudahan bagi penggunanya untuk berpartisipasi memberikan sebagian hartanya melalui smartphone. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dimana hubungan dengan penelitian ini ialah menjelaskan penggunaan aplikasi LinkAja Syariah dalam pembayaran digital. Hasil penelitian ini ialah penggunan digitalisasi dalam penghimpun dana ZISWAF melalui Layanan Syariah LinkAja, menjadikan kegiatan pembayaran dana ZISWAF bersama muzakki dengan mudah dan efesien yang bisa dilakukan kapan dan dimana saja. Sesudah mempraktikkan penyaluran secara digital dengan aplikasi Layanan Syariah LinkAja, hingga sekarang ini penyaluran dana zakat, infaq ataupun sedekah melaju naik, serta tidak ada indikator riba, gharar, maysir, judi dalam pelaksanaannya. Jika ada muzakki yang menyalurkan dana ZISWAF bisa cukup dengan scan QRIS.

Manajemen risiko merupakan suatu cara untuk kita dapat mengetahui risiko yang ada di suatu perusahaan dan setelah itu barulah diatasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa manajemen risiko pada UMKM dengan mengambil studi kasus di MALAYA CAFE. Penulis menggunakan objek UMKM sebagai penelitian penulis, UMKM yang penulis pilih adalah MALAYA CAFE. Metodelogi yang digunakan oleh penulis pada penelitian ini adalah Metode Kualitatif yaitu dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa hal-hal yang harus diperhatikan pada MALAYA CAFE adalah ketelitian dalam membaca pesanan konsumen agar tidak terjadi kesalahpahaman dengan konsumen, dan keamanan dari karyawan yang belum diterapkan. Penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi pelaku bisnis di café dalam mengetahui manajemen risiko pada MALAYA CAFE.

Dalam kehidupan ini kita tidak bisa terlepas dari yang namanya ekonomi. Dimana ekonomi ini merupakan suatu hal yang pasti akan dihadapkan kepada manusia. Kemudian jika berbicara tentang ekonomi jelas tidak akan terpisah dari bagian yang tergabung didalamnya. Ada berbagai faktor yang terdapat didalam ekonomi antara lain, pertumbuhan ekonomi, inflasi, dan juga uang sebagai salah satu komponen utama.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah jumlah uang beredar berpengaruh terhadap tingkat inflasi dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Jenis penelitian ini mengunnakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan data sekunder pada BPS sebagai data penelitian yang diambil 30 tahun terakhir dari tahun 1992-2021.Hasil pada penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah uang beredar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat inflasi maupun pertumbuhan ekonomi yang mana hal ini sesuai dengan uji t yang sudah dilakukan. Yang mana Signifikansi uji t terhadap dua variabel dependen dibawah 0,05. Selain itu tabel R2 Untuk tingkat inflasi sebesar 0,250 dan pertumbuhan ekonomi sebesar 0,993 yang berarti pengaruh jumlah uang beredar terhadap inflasi sebesar 25% dan pertumbuhan ekonomi 99,3% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain.

Jika ada lebih banyak investor asing di suatu negara daripada jumlah pekerja, ekonomi tumbuh lebih cepat. Studi kuantitatif ini menggunakan data investasi enam tahun sebelumnya di Indonesia dan pertumbuhan lapangan kerja. Data sekunder digunakan. Website Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal (BKPM) dan Badan Pusat Statistik adalah contoh sumber data sekunder. Dengan program Eviews 8, regresi linier sederhana digunakan sebagai alat analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perluasan tenaga kerja dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh semua variabel independen. Dengan koefisien determinasi (R square) sebesar 0,815076, maka faktor variabel penanaman modal asing sebesar 81,5 persen dapat menjelaskan pertumbuhan tenaga kerja. Sisanya sebesar 18,5% dari pertumbuhan angkatan kerja Indonesia dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model analisis penelitian ini.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan gambaran yang akurat tentang 1) Tinjauan proses pembuatan kerajinan tenun tembe nggoli di Desa Leu Kecamatan Bolo Kabupaten Bima, 2) Cara pengadaan bahan pokok yang digunakan pada kain tenun tembe nggoli Bima dan, 3) Strategi pemasaran produk kain tenun tembe nggoli Bima. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif desriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu, observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Adapun pengecekan keabsahan data triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, secara umum prosedur pembuatan kain tenun tembe nggoli melalui beberapa tahap yaitu, 1) Mengambil kapas (wunta na’e) di pohonnya, 2) Kapas dijemur pada sinar matahasi yang panas, 3) Melakukan wenti, yaitu pemisahan kapas dangan bijinya menggunakan tangan dan dibentuk menjadi tipis dan selebar yang diinginkan, 4) Kapas yang sudah di Wenti dan sudah kering, lalu diratakan menggunakan kayu papan berbentuk raket/dipukul, 5) Pemolesan, yaitu kapas diratakan dalam bentuk tipis dan dipoles dengan menggunakan tangan hingga menjadi bentuk benang setengah jadi, 6) Medi, yaitupengolahan benang setengah jadi dengan menggunakan alat tenun tradisional, yaitu Langgiri dan Janta (bentuknya mirip seperti alat kincer angin dan kincer air), 7) Setelah jadi benang, maka dilakukan penenunan dengan kisaran waktu sebulan untuk sehelai sarung. Cara pengadaan bahan pokok kain tenun tembe nggoli, yaitu 1) kapas (wunta na’e), 2) kepompong ulat sutera, 3) lilin sarang lebah dan akar serai wangi, bahan pewarna kain tenun terbuat dari bahan-bahan alami yang ada dialam dan warna yang digunakan pada kain tenun ini adalah warna merah, hijau, kuning, hitam, biru dan coklat. Strategi pemasaran produk kain tenun tembe nggoli Bima, yaitu 1) Para penenun melakukan penjualan produknya dengan cara menitipkan kepada toko-toko tradisional, 2) Mereka melalukan penjualan kain tenun tembe nggoli dengan memanfaatkan sosial media, seperi facebook, instagram, watsApp dan lain-lain, 3) Mereka mempromosikan produknya dari mulut-kemulut, mulai dari tetangga, keluarga dan kerabatnya.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui bagaimana urgensi pemanfaatan e-marketing pada keberlangsungan UMKM di Kota Medan yang dilakukan dengan metode penelitian kualitatif fenomenologi yaitu dengan menggunakan fenomena yang terjadi di kesadaran peneliti yang kemudian dipaparkan dengan nyata. Kemajuan telekomunikasi telah membuat hubungan manusia dalam hal komunikasi tidak terbatas dan tanpa hambatan, terutama jarak. Internet merupakan salah satu kemajuan teknologi komunikasi yang berkembang pesat. Keberlangsungan hidup UMKM tergantung kepada kepekaan UMKM tersebut akan fenomena yang sedang terjadi. Hasil penelitian yaitu beberapa cara yang dilakukan oleh pihak UMKM di Kota Medan untuk keberlangsungan usahanya, yaitu dengan cara melakukan pendaftaran bisnis, melakukan promosi, dan berinteraksi dengan baik kepada konsumen. Kemudian, cara yang dilakukan oleh UMKM di Kota Medan dalam melakukan pemanfaatan e-marketing untuk keberlangsungan bisnis dilakukan dengan penjualan produk secara offline dan online, melakukan promosi produk secara digital serta mengikuti hal yang sedang trend di masyarakat.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh upah karyawan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap tingkat kinerja karyawan. metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda sebagai analisisnya, teknik pengumpulan data berupa  observasi dan kuisioner. Sampel pada penilitian ini menggunakan 100 responden penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan PT. Inti Indosawit Subur.             Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa upah karyawan (X1)  berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap tingkat kinerja karyawan (Y). Hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat bahwa nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 3.919 > 1.987 dan nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0.05.  yang artinya Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Lingkungan kerja (X2) menunjukan bahwa berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kinerja karyawan (Y)  Hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat bahwa nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 2.276 > 1.987 dan nilai Sig. 0,025 < 0,05. Hal ini disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak.  Berdasarkan hasil Uji-F nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh adalah 0,000. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05. hal tersebut disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, yang menyatakan bahwa model analisis linear berganda sangat baik, artinya dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel upah karyawan dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh dalam tingkat kinerja karyawan.  Hal ini memiliki arti bahwa semakin tinggi upah karyawan dan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman maka akan semakin meningkat kinerja  karyawan.

The purpose of this research is to determine the simultaneous and partial influence as well as the dominant variables of Service Quality (X) which include the variables Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4), Physical Evidence (X5), on Satisfaction of Library Members (Y) at the Paser Regency Archives and Library Service. From the results of the validity test of the total number of questions, 18 statements all have a value of rcount > rtable, which means all questions are valid (feasible). From the results of the reliability test, it can be seen that the results obtained were 0.836, which means that the questionnaire items can be said to be reliable, because the Cronbach's Alpha value is > 0.6. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis research, the regression equation Y= 0.465 + 0.366X1 + 0.265 X2 + 0.183 X3 - 0.185X4 + 0.246 X5. The correlation coefficient (R) is 0.843 at a relationship level of 0.80-1.000, which means it is at a very strong relationship level between the variables Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4), Evidence Physical (X5), to Member Satisfaction (Y). The Adjusted R square value (coefficient of determination) is 0.503, which means that the Service Quality (X) variable consisting of Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4) and Physical Evidence (X5) contributes of the dependent variable, namely Member Satisfaction (Y), while the remaining 49.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this research. From the results of the F test, the Fcount value is 14.372 > Ftable 2.37, so it can be concluded that the Service Quality (X) variable consists of Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4) and Physical Evidence ( X5) has a significant effect simultaneously (together) on the Member Satisfaction variable (Y), so that the first hypothesis can be accepted or H0 is rejected. Ha is accepted. From the results of the t test for the variables Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), and Physical Evidence (X5) have a significant effect on Member Satisfaction (Y) of libraries at the Paser Regency Archives and Library Service. Meanwhile, the variables Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4) do not have a significant effect on Library Member Satisfaction (Y) at the Paser Regency Archives and Library Service.  Furthermore, the t test results show that the Reliability variable (X1) has a dominant influence on Member Satisfaction (Y) which is strengthened by the highest t value of 3.299 and a significance value of 0.002. So the hypothesis states that it is not proven or rejected. H0 is accepted. Ha is rejected.

Ethics in the banking industry plays a crucial role in maintaining integrity and public trust. This study aims to explore the role of ethics in preventing violations that could damage the stability of the financial system and the reputation of banks. Using a qualitative approach, this research employs case studies and literature reviews to analyze various cases of ethical violations in the Indonesian banking industry. The findings reveal that strong professional ethics can reduce the risk of fraud and moral hazard among bankers. However, challenges such as weak oversight and profit pressures remain significant factors influencing ethical breaches. Implementing sound corporate governance principles, enhancing ethics education, and tighter regulatory oversight are considered essential to strengthening banking ethics. This study concludes that by reinforcing commitment to ethics, the banking industry can increase public trust and support sustainable economic growth.

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Discipline, Competence and Motivation on Employee Performance in Three District Offices in Maros Regency. The population in this study were employees at three district offices in Maros who were random, where the sample was 51 employees. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression.The results showed that simultaneously all independent variables consisting of discipline, competence, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in three sub-district offices in Pangkep Regency. Partially the independent variables of discipline and motivation have a positive and significant effect, while the independent variable of competence has no positive and significant effect.

This research aims to determine the effect of product differentiation on consumer satisfaction at the Alfamart Mini Market, Rappocini Branch, Makassar City. The research method used is quantitative research methods. 1. Results of simple linear regression analysis in the form of the equation Y = 14.612 + 0.672 sales services will increase. The correlation coefficient r = 0.747 or r = 74.7% shows a positive relationship between variable X (Product Differentiation) and Variable Y (Consumer Satisfaction). The results of hypothesis testing with a significance level of 5% (0.05), obtained tcount = 30.55 > ttable = 2.048. This illustrates that the hypothesis put forward regarding product differentiation has an effect on consumer satisfaction at the Alfamart Mini Market, Rappocini Makassar Branch, is accepted.

The aim of the research is to determine the level of capability of the Human Resources (HR) apparatus at the Maros Regency Youth Sports and Arts Service (DISPORI). And to find out the policies for developing human resources for personnel at the Maros Regency Youth Sports and Arts Service (DISPORI). The research methods used are quantitative and qualitative research methods. The results of the research are that the Human Resources development policy for the apparatus at the Maros Regency Youth, Sports and Arts Service has been running well in accordance with applicable personnel procedures and regulations. This can be seen from the implementation of the HR development policy for personnel at the Maros Regency Youth, Sports and Arts Service. The policy of developing human resource capabilities for the apparatus has goals and objectives, namely development and improvement as well as carrying out the main tasks and functions as government officials so that they can meet predetermined standards while being able to make decisions independently and professionally based on a spirit of service and changes in attitudes that lead to further development. openness, attitude of serving and protecting the public as the main duties and responsibilities.

Employees of the Cilacap Tengah District Office, Cilacap Regency often receive criticism from the public. The District itself certainly considers the criticism to be an encouragement and motivation to make the institution's performance even better. This performance improvement can be done through job analysis and career development of each member of the Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees. This study aims to determine 1). Analysis of the influence of positions on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees, 2). The influence of career development on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees, and 3). Analysis of the influence of positions and career development on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees. Therefore, this study uses quantitative research which then interprets the data to produce descriptive data. While the data collection technique uses a questionnaire, and data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that job analysis and career development have a positive effect on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees. If job analysis and career development are better, then the performance of the members will also be better, and vice versa if job analysis and career development are worse, then the performance of the Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees will also decrease.

The problems faced in this study include (1) How is motivation related to the work performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency? (2) How is work discipline related to the work performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency? (3) How is the influence of motivation and work discipline on the work performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency? This study aims to study, find out, and analyze (1) The influence of motivation on the work performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency. (2) The influence of work discipline on the work performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency. (3) The influence of motivation and work discipline on the work performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency. The method used in this study is an explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis is validity testing, reliability testing, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis (Inferential) with Multiple Regression (Multiple Regression). The results of the study inform that (1) Motivation has a positive effect on the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency. This means that if motivation is increased, then the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency will also increase. (2) Work discipline has a positive effect on the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency. This means that if work discipline is increased, then the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency will also increase. (3) Motivation and work discipline have a positive effect on the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency. This means that if motivation and work discipline are increased, then the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency will also increase.

This study focuses on the analysis of Human Resource Planning, Recruitment and Job Analysis Affecting Employee Performance of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is to analyze the effect of Recruitment and Job Analysis on employee performance of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the Human Resource planning of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency employees, to find out the Recruitment of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency employees, to find out the Job Analysis of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency employees and to find out the effect of Human Resource planning, Recruitment and Job Analysis on Employee Performance of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency. Respondents in this study were 50 employees of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency. The research method used is to use a quantitative research method. Then the data was analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis, Simultaneous Test, Partial Test and Determination Coefficient. The results of this study indicate: That the three variables affect employee performance. For the Human Resource Planning variable, the b1 value in the model is 0.893. For the Recruitment variable, the b2 value in the model is 0.742. For the Job Analysis variable, the b3 value in the model is 0.697. So the influence of HR Planning, Recruitment and Job Analysis on Employee Performance in the model is 75.6%, and 24.4% is influenced by other factors or causes.

This study aims to determine and describe the strategy model for increasing the Village Development Index (IDM) in Ciamis Regency, with a focus on environmental resilience, economic resilience, and social resilience. The method used is qualitative descriptive research. The results of the study indicate that the strategy model for increasing IDM in Ciamis Regency still needs improvement in several aspects. In terms of environmental resilience, although there is no pollution, both underdeveloped and developing villages have the potential to be prone to landslides, with developing villages having disaster response efforts, while underdeveloped villages do not. In terms of economic resilience, developing villages show better livelihood diversity compared to underdeveloped villages, although both have sufficient access to trade facilities, but access to financial institutions is limited. In terms of social resilience, although access to education and health is relatively good in both types of villages, the BPJS membership rate is still low, and access to clean water, sanitation, and electricity has reached 100% in developing villages. Access to information and communication already exists, but is not optimal in both villages. This study concludes that increasing IDM requires strengthening environmental, economic, and social resilience that is more integrated and targeted.

A company organization is established by a group of people because they want to gain business profits, while a non-profit organization is established with the aim of community service. The purpose of this study is to determine and describe the influence of job placement on the performance of employees of the Sub-district Statistics Coordinator of the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. The influence of compensation on the performance of employees of the Sub-district Statistics Coordinator of the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. The influence of the work environment on the performance of employees of the Sub-district Statistics Coordinator of the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. The influence of job placement, compensation, and work environment on the performance of employees of the Sub-district Statistics Coordinator of the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. The method used in this study is descriptive and verification research. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the following conclusions are obtained. Job placement tends to increase and employee performance tends to increase. Thus, job placement affects employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. Compensation tends to increase and employee performance tends to increase. Thus, compensation affects employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. The work environment tends to increase and employee performance tends to increase. Thus, the work environment affects employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. Job placement tends to increase, compensation tends to increase and the work environment tends to increase and employee performance tends to increase. Thus, job placement, compensation and work environment affect employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation, and competence on employee performance at the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) of Banjar City General Hospital. The problems raised include four main things: (1) the influence of leadership style on employee performance, (2) the influence of motivation on employee performance, (3) the influence of competence on employee performance, and (4) the influence of the combination of leadership style, motivation, and competence on employee performance. The method used is descriptive with data analysis through validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive statistics, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that (1) leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance, (2) work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, (3) competence has a positive effect on employee performance, and (4) increasing leadership style, motivation, and competence together can improve employee performance at BLUD RSU Banjar City.

In terms of housing, developing villages have recorded almost equal access to clean water, sanitation, and electricity, while underdeveloped villages have not reached 100%. Access to information and communication in both villages is available, but not yet optimal.
