This study analyzes Gopay user satisfaction in DKI Jakarta area. Amidst Indonesia's booming digital economy and the shift to cashless transactions, Gopay's role as a leading e-wallet is crucial, making user satisfaction vital for business sustainability. Employing a quantitative descriptive approach, data was collected via surveys from 170 Gopay users in DKI Jakarta, primarily young adults (18-29) and students. Data were analyzed using descriptive and exploratory factor analysis with SPSS version 25. Descriptive analysis showed respondents hold a highly positive perception across all five satisfaction dimensions: Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, and Timeliness. Factor analysis extracted five key factors—Completeness, Accurate, Appearance, Easy to Understand, and Information Availability—collectively explaining 68.601% of the total variance. These factors significantly contribute to overall user satisfaction. The findings offer valuable insights for Gopay to enhance services and foster user loyalty by focusing on these critical aspects of application quality.

Online media play a significant role in shaping public perception through framing processes, particularly on sensitive social issues such as protests. This study aims to analyze and compare how two Indonesian online news platforms, Kompas.com and Indozone.id, framed the student protest at Dongduk Women’s University in South Korea. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using Robert N. Entman’s framing model, which includes four elements: defining problems, diagnosing causes, making moral judgments, and suggesting remedies. The data were derived from two news articles published in November 2024. The findings reveal that Kompas.com applied a more critical and comprehensive framing approach, emphasizing social context, historical cases of sexual harassment, and the importance of safe spaces for women. In contrast, Indozone.id focused on the virality aspect, providing minimal analysis and omitting moral and solution-oriented framing. These differences reflect the editorial orientation of each platform and highlight the need for media literacy in an era dominated by algorithm-driven journalism. The study underscores how media framing influences public understanding of gender justice and women's education issues.

A comfortable classroom environment plays a crucial role in supporting effective learning processes at the elementary school level. This comfort includes physical aspects such as lighting, ventilation, cleanliness, and room arrangement, as well as psychological aspects such as peer relationships, teacher approach, and emotional atmosphere in the classroom. When students feel physically and emotionally comfortable, they tend to be more focused, calm, and ready to absorb learning material. A pleasant environment can create a positive learning experience and foster enthusiasm for school activities. This study aims to examine the influence of classroom environmental comfort on elementary school students’ learning motivation. Using a descriptive approach, data were collected through observations and questionnaires that explored students’ perceptions of their classroom conditions. The results show that the more comfortable students feel in their classroom, the greater their motivation to actively engage in learning activities. A supportive classroom atmosphere is proven to enhance learning spirit, participation, and curiosity. Based on these findings, it is recommended that schools pay closer attention to classroom comfort as part of a broader strategy to improve the quality of education at the elementary level.

The Enterprise University Website is an academic platform for internship students and employees at PT Petrokimia Gresik. This study aims to measure user satisfaction with the Enterprise University website and identify priority improvements using the e-Servqual and IPA methods. The e-Servqual method is applied through seven dimensions: Efficiency, System Availability, Fulfillment, Privacy, Responsiveness, Compensation, and Contact. Based on these, service indicators that should be the main focus for improvement are determined using the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method. This research is a quantitative study. The sample consists of 49 Merdeka internship students at PT Petrokimia Gresik who are also users of the Enterprise University website. The results show that based on e-Servqual calculations, the overall average gap between user perceptions and expectations is (-0.61). This indicates that the service quality of the Enterprise University website is still lacking and does not provide user satisfaction. Furthermore, data analysis using the IPA method, as shown in the Cartesian diagram, reveals that the top improvement priorities lie in three indicators located in Quadrant I. The findings of this study can serve as a basis for strategic decision-making by platform managers to optimize services and enhance user satisfaction in the academic processes at PT Petrokimia Gresik.

This study explores senior high school students’ experiences and perceptions of using Wordwall, a gamified learning platform, in writing descriptive texts in an Indonesian EFL classroom. Many learners face challenges such as limited vocabulary, low motivation, and writing anxiety. To understand how students experience the use of Wordwall, a qualitative descriptive design with a phenomenological approach was employed. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, focus group discussions, classroom observations, and analysis of student writing samples. Thematic analysis revealed that Wordwall helped students improve vocabulary, boost motivation, and reduce anxiety by offering engaging, interactive tasks like quizzes and instant feedback. Students described their learning process as more enjoyable and confidence-building. Despite minor technical issues, most participants found Wordwall beneficial in supporting their writing development. These findings highlight the value of gamified tools in enhancing student engagement and confidence in EFL writing classes. The study provides practical insights for educators seeking to integrate meaningful digital tools into language instruction.

This research is motivated by the miscommunication that has recently occurred in the city of Makassar between Makassar community members and Papuan students, so it is interesting to study from the perspective of intercultural communication with the aim of knowing the intercultural communication process that occurs and the factors that influence the intercultural communication process between the Makassar community and Papuan students in the city of Makassar. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method and the researcher used a purposive sampling technique to select subjects with 4 Papuan students and 7 Makassar community members so that the total number of informants was 11. The data sources used were primary and secondary data sources related to the empirical situation or condition with interviews and documentation in order to obtain primary data regarding the purpose of the study. The results of this study indicate that the intercultural communication process carried out by the Makassar community and Papuan students occurred quite smoothly with an attitude of mutual cooperation, tolerance and being quite friendly to each other and living side by side. The obstacles to intercultural communication, both Papuan students and Makassar community still have difficulty in understanding each cultural difference. Other obstacles in intercultural communication are differences in language, dialect and their perceptions in assessing each culture.

This study aims to analyze student acceptance of the use of mobile-based learning media and augmented reality (AR) in the Electrical Circuit course at the Electrical Engineering Study Program at Padang State University. Using a mixed method approach, this research combines quantitative techniques through the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and qualitative approaches to explore student experiences through interviews. The results show that students' perceptions of ease of use (PEOU) have a significant effect on perceived usefulness (PU), which then affects attitudes towards use (ATU) and acceptance (ACC) of AR learning media. However, the relationship between PEOU and ATU, as well as PU and ATU, is not significant, indicating that affective aspects still need attention to increase positive attitudes towards the technology. Based on these findings, it is recommended that learning media developers pay attention to the user experience dimension and involve social factors and support in learning so that technology acceptance can be optimized. In conclusion, the successful integration of AR technology in education depends not only on convenience and usability, but also on emotional and social experiences that can support a more thorough learning process.

This study aims to explore the perceptions of young people toward a career as Christian Religious Education (CRE) teachers amidst dynamic social and cultural changes. The declining interest in this profession is not solely driven by economic and social status concerns but is also influenced by digitalization, secularization, and a lack of vocational formation from families and churches. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through literature review and in-depth interviews with church youth and theology students. The findings reveal that young people still hold potential interest in this vocation when supported by strong theological narratives, integrated mentoring strategies, and 21st-century skills. This research recommends the revitalization of holistic and contextual Christian education systems to address contemporary challenges and rekindle youth interest in pursuing a career as CRE teachers.

This study aims to analyze the influence of price, food quality, halal certification, and brand image on the purchase intention of Almaz Fried Chicken among university students in Jakarta. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method, with multiple linear regression analysis as the primary analytical technique. The population consisted of active university students in Jakarta, and a sample of 108 respondents was selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire based on a 6-point Likert scale. The results indicate that price, food quality, halal certification, and brand image each have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Simultaneously, these four variables also significantly influence students’ purchase intention toward Almaz Fried Chicken Condet. These findings highlight the potential for local brands to compete in the fast food market through effective management of pricing, product quality, halal assurance, and brand perception.

Tujuan penelitian ini: 1) Untuk menganalisis game edukasi "KARISMA" dalam pembentukan karakter Merdeka Belajar pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2024 / 2025. 2)  Untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta dalam penggunaan game edukasi "KARISMA" dalam pembelajaran pada tahun ajaran  tahun ajaran 2024 / 2025. Bentuk  penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskripsi kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini melibatkan guru PPKn kelas VIII dan siswa kelas VIII. Sumber data yang digunakan sumber primer dan sumber data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskripsif kualitatif dengan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan: 1) Game edukasi "KARISMA" memiliki kontribusi positif terhadap pembentukan karakter Merdeka Belajar pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Game ini dirancang untuk menerapkan nilai-nilai karakter sesuai dengan Profil Pelajar Pancasila yang sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar. 2)  Persepsi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta terhadap penggunaan game edukasi "KARISMA" dalam pembelajaran cenderung positif. Persepsi siswa pada game ini sebagai media pembelajaran yang inovatif, menarik, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa. Game "KARISMA" tidak hanya meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pembelajaran, tetapi juga memotivasi mereka untuk lebih aktif, kreatif, dan mandiri dalam belajar. Kata Kunci : Persepsi, Game Edukasi, “KARISMA”     The objectives of this study were: 1) To analyze the educational game "KARISMA" in the developing Merdeka Belajar characters in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta in the 2024/2025 academic year. 2) To describe the perceptions of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta in the use of the educational game "KARISMA" in the 2024/2025 academic year. This research method is qualitative descriptive. The subjects of this study were civics teachers in grade and students in grade VIII. The data sources used are primary sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used were through observation, interviews, documentation. Data validity testing was carried out using source triangulation and methods triangulation. The data in this study were analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques with an interactive analysis model. The results of this study  could be e concluded: 1) The educational game "KARISMA" has a positive contribution to the development of the Merdeka Belajar character in students in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta in the 2024/2025 academic year. This game is designed to apply  character values ​​in accordance with the Profil Pelajar Pancasila which was in accordance  with the principles of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum. 2) The perception of students in class VIII towards the use of the educational game "KARISMA" in tended to be positive. The Students' perceptions of this game as an innovative, interesting, and relevant learning media to students' needs. The "KARISMA" game not only improves students' understanding of the learning material, but also motivates them to be more active, creative, and independent in learning. This study explores the rebranding of Universitas Karya Husada Semarang as a strategic effort to enhance brand awareness in a competitive higher education environment. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach combined with the Research and Development (R&D) method to design and validate an effective rebranding strategy. Data were collected through observations, interviews with university stakeholders, and questionnaires distributed to students and the general public. The rebranding process involves updating the visual identity, refining brand communication, and strengthening institutional positioning. The R&D stages include problem identification, data collection, product design, expert validation, and limited testing. Results show that a structured, research-based rebranding approach significantly improves brand awareness and public perception. This initiative not only reinforces the university’s image but also increases its appeal to prospective students. The study offers strategic insights for other educational institutions seeking to strengthen their brand identity.

This study analyzes the perceptions of ninth-grade students at SMP Negeri 236 Jakarta regarding the use of smartphones as a learning medium in the 21st-century era, where digital technology advancements have transformed the educational landscape and made smartphones a relevant tool for learning. The research aims to identify student perceptions and the obstacles they face. Employing a quantitative descriptive method with questionnaires and interviews involving 139 respondents, findings reveal positive perceptions across cognitive (especially creativity), affective (comfort), and conative (active engagement) aspects. However, challenges such as rapid battery drain, internet data consumption, notification distractions, and misunderstandings with teachers persist. The implications of this research emphasize the need for regulations, guidance, and solutions to support responsible and effective smartphone use in learning.

This research aims to explore students’ perceptions of the use of e-learning in English teaching activities. The study was conducted to understand how students respond to and engage with digital learning platforms during their English classes, especially in the context of increasing reliance on online education. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires  from college students. The findings reveal that most students perceive e-learning as a helpful tool that offers flexibility, access to various resources, and opportunities for independent learning. However, challenges such as lack of motivation, technical issues, and limited interaction with teachers were also identified. Overall, while students acknowledged the benefits of e-learning in enhancing their English skills, they also emphasized the importance of combining it with traditional face-to-face instruction for more effective learning outcomes. This study highlights the importance of improving digital infrastructure and instructional design to ensure that e-learning is both effective and engaging in English education

This community service activity aims to increase the motivation, confidence, and love of male students for traditional Acehnese art, particularly the Likok Pulo dance. This dance is characterized by its energetic and rhythmic nature, making it suitable as a dance teaching material for male students who have previously shown little interest in participating in dance activities. The methods used include demonstrations and peer tutoring, covering training in various dance movements, mastering the lyrics, and accompanying music with the rapa’i instrument. The training was conducted over three days from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The dancers involved were specifically male students who had previously shown little interest in dance practice. The results of the activity showed that male students were highly enthusiastic, as evidenced by their ability to master movement variations, sing lyrics, and play musical accompaniment in a short period of time, despite having never participated in dance extracurricular activities before. This activity demonstrated that selecting appropriate dance material can change students' negative perceptions of dance and serve as a medium for preserving local culture through formal education.

Dating relationships as a form of intimate personal relationships do not always go as expected. In fact, many cases show that these relationships can lead to discomfort and forms of violence, such as physical, psychological, sexual and financial abuse. This phenomenon has become one of the most discussed social issues, especially on social media. The Instagram account @indonesiatanpapacaran is present as a response to this issue, by voicing an invitation to abandon the practice of dating through moral and religious narratives. The existence of this account has led to various responses from the public, including students as a group of active social media users. This research aims to find out how students perceive the existence of the @indonesiatanpaparan account in the digital space. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques and observation as data collection methods. The results showed that students gave diverse responses to the account, reflecting different attitudes, experiences, and perspectives in addressing the dating issues raised. This diversity also confirms that social media is a dynamic space that allows the formation of public opinion on complex social issues.

This study explores eleventh-grade students’ perceptions of formative assessment in English language learning. Formative assessment is widely recognized as a strategy that enhances student engagement, reflection, and understanding. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through a closed-ended questionnaire based on a Likert scale. Fourteen students from Senior High School 1 Wiradesa participated in the study during the 2024/2025 academic year. The results indicate that students generally held positive to very positive views of formative assessment. Key aspects contributing to this perception included timely teacher feedback, active classroom discussions, and the integration of digital tools. Students also reported that formative assessment boosted their confidence, deepened their understanding of the material, and helped them feel more prepared for exams. Overall, the study highlights the crucial role of formative assessment in creating a learning environment that is interactive, reflective, and responsive to students’ needs.

This qualitative study explores in-depth the perceptions of students at Universitas Negeri Medan (UNIMED) regarding the influence of educational technology (EdTech) on their learning effectiveness. Amidst the global digital transformation, the integration of digital tools in higher education has become a strategic need to improve the quality of learning. This study used an interpretive phenomenological approach, with semi-structured interviews with 18 undergraduate students from various faculties as the primary data collection method. Data were analyzed through thematic analysis to identify patterns and meanings. The results show that EdTech, through the SIPDA platform, improves accessibility of learning resources, schedule flexibility, and collaboration, but is still hampered by limitations in infrastructure, digital literacy, and pedagogical integration. This study provides contextual insights from Indonesia, with practical recommendations to improve the implementation of EdTech at UNIMED and similar institutions.

Learning media is an important component in the teaching and learning process because it functions as a tool to convey information that can stimulate students' interest, attention, and understanding of the material. The implementation of rotating wheel media and Canva digital media in Christian Religious Education (PAK) learning at SMKS Tarung Riwut has been proven to be able to create a more interactive, enjoyable, and contextual learning atmosphere. The rotating wheel media provides a learning experience that is direct, competitive, and actively involves all students, so it is very effective in increasing student involvement and understanding of Christian teaching values. Meanwhile, Canva digital media provides a creative and visual expression space that allows teachers and students to design learning materials with an attractive and easy appearance. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, which aims to describe in depth the process of implementing rotating wheel media and Canva digital media in Christian Religious Education (PAK) learning at SMKS Tarung Riwut. Data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Observations were carried out during the learning process to find out how the two media were applied by the teacher and responded to by the students. Interviews were conducted with PAK teachers and several students to explore perceptions, experiences, and benefits felt during the use of the media. It is understood, in line with the demands of 21st century learning.

Background: Smoking among adolescents in Pidie, Aceh, is a growing public health concern, marked by increasing prevalence and significant household expenditure despite known health risks. This behavior persists due to cultural and social influences and a lack of motivation to quit, with adolescents' perceptions of risk, though crucial, not fully understood. Method : This analytical cross-sectional survey of 303 male high school students in Pidie used Partial Least Squares (PLS) to examine the relationship between Health Belief Model (HBM) factors and smoking cessation efforts. Result : The findings revealed that perceived barriers (t-statistic = 4.284 > t-table = 1.96), perceived susceptibility (t-statistic = 2.050 > t-table = 1.96), and perceived benefits (t-statistic = 4.082 > t-table = 1.96) had a direct significant relationship with cessation attempts, while perceived severity did not. Conclution: This study concluded that perceived barriers actually motivate quitting, with negative experiences like health problems for themselves or family acting as triggers. Therefore, understanding both the benefits and barriers is key to increasing smoking cessation motivation among adolescent males.
