Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah meningkatkan kebutuhan akan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten di bidang analitik data dan pemrograman, khususnya bagi mahasiswa Program Studi Sistem Informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun model klasifikasi guna mengidentifikasi kecenderungan mahasiswa sebagai Data Analyst atau Programmer menggunakan algoritma Naive Bayes. Sebanyak 220 data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring, dengan indikator penilaian yang dikelompokkan dalam dua dimensi: kemampuan analis data dan kemampuan pemrograman. Data kemudian dilabeli berdasarkan skor per dimensi dan diolah menggunakan model Complement Naive Bayes pada platform Google Colab. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa model mampu mengklasifikasikan dua kelas mayoritas (Data Analyst dan Programmer) dengan baik, ditandai dengan akurasi keseluruhan sebesar 80,30% dan nilai precision, recall, serta f1-score yang tinggi. Namun, performa model terhadap kelas minoritas (Netral) masih rendah akibat ketidakseimbangan distribusi data. Penelitian ini menyarankan penggunaan teknik lanjutan seperti resampling, class weight, atau model ensemble untuk mengatasi bias terhadap kelas mayoritas. Temuan ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar dalam pembimbingan akademik dan pengembangan kurikulum berbasis potensi mahasiswa.

Villages have great economic potential, especially through the role of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). Which are the backbone of the community's economic activities. However, many UMKM in villages still face obstacles in managing their businesses, marketing, and utilizing digital technology. Based on these problems, the Real Work Lecture (KKN) program is focused on efforts to Optimize Village Potential Through Digital-Based UMKM Training and Mentoring. The purpose of this activity is to increase the capacity of village UMKM actors so that they are able to manage their businesses effectively and utilize digital technology in product marketing. The methodology used in this program includes initial observation, identification of UMKM needs, implementation of digital marketing training, use of social media and marketplaces, and direct ongoing mentoring. This activity is carried out in a participatory manner by involving MSME actors, village officials, and KKN students. The expected results of this activity are increased knowledge and digital skills of UMKM actors, the formation of stronger local product branding, and increased competitiveness of village UMKM in a wider market. This program is expected to be the first step towards technology-based village economic independence.

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an infectious disease caused by the dengue virus (DENV), which is transmitted through the bite of Aedes aegypti mosquitoes. These mosquitoes act as the primary vectors carrying the dengue virus. The spread of DHF primarily occurs in tropical and subtropical regions. Mosquito control can be carried out using various methods, one of which is chemical control. However, the long-term use of chemical insecticides may lead to mosquito resistance, highlighting the need for safer alternatives to synthetic insecticides. One such alternative is the use of plant-based extracts. The butterfly pea plant (Clitoria ternatea) has shown potential as a natural larvicide due to its content of flavonoids, tannins, and anthocyanins, which function as antioxidants and are toxic to mosquito larvae. This study aims to determine the potential of Clitoria ternatea flower extract as a natural larvicide against Aedes aegypti larvae. The results of the effectiveness test showed that Clitoria ternatea flower extract has significant larvicidal potential against Aedes aegypti larvae. Observed larval mortality at 24 hours was 22 larvae at 10% concentration, 23 larvae at 50%, and 25 larvae (100%) at 100% concentration. The LC₅₀ value obtained from the test was 36.78%, indicating the extract's potency as a natural larvicide.

The utilization of coconut dregs not only provides added value to brownies cookies products, but also contributes to reducing waste generated from the coconut industry. The purpose of this study was to produce brownies cookies substituted by coconut dregs with acceptable sensory characteristics and has the potential to be an interesting entrepreneurial idea. This study uses the 4D Research and Development (R&D) model which includes 4 (four) research stages including the define stage to analyze research needs, the design stage to design research, the developtment stage for the product development process, and the disseminate stage for product distribution. This study produced a brownie cookies product called BROKA (BRownies cOokies ampas KelapA). BROKA has a sweet taste balanced with coconut flavor, a distinctive brownies aroma, and a soft and crunchy texture. This product also displays a dark brown color on the brownies and light brown on the soft cookies. In 1 (one) BROKA recipe can produce 33 servings. Each 1 (one) serving of BROKA contains 26,82 Kcal of energy, 0,35 g of protein, 1,19 g of fat, and 2,93 g of carbohydrates. It can be concluded that coconut dregs have great potential as a substitute ingredient in making brownies cookies and can be an interesting entrepreneurial idea.

Abstrak. Pembaharuan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP) melalui Undang-Undang No. 1 Tahun 2023 membawa perubahan signifikan dalam sistem pemidanaan, termasuk terhadap anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara kritis ketentuan pemidanaan anak dalam KUHP baru dengan meninjau kesesuaiannya terhadap prinsip-prinsip Konvensi Hak Anak (Convention on the Rights of the Child/CRC) serta nilai-nilai dalam hukum Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dan pendekatan komparatif untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana hukum pidana nasional telah mengakomodasi prinsip keadilan restoratif, perlindungan kepentingan terbaik anak, dan non-diskriminasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun KUHP baru telah mulai mengadopsi prinsip-prinsip modern dalam perlakuan terhadap anak, namun masih ditemukan kekosongan norma dan potensi tumpang tindih dengan sistem peradilan anak yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang No. 11 Tahun 2012. Di sisi lain, hukum Islam secara substansial menekankan pendekatan edukatif dan korektif dalam menangani pelanggaran oleh anak, yang selaras dengan prinsip CRC. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan rekonstruksi kebijakan pemidanaan anak dalam KUHP yang lebih menyeluruh dan harmonis dengan ketentuan internasional serta nilai-nilai hukum Islam yang berkeadilan.

Black pudding leaf plant (Graptophyllum pictum L.) is a wild plant that is often found in rural areas or intentionally planted as a medicinal plant that has chemical content such as alkaloids, saponins, tannins, flavonoids and steroids which are known to help relieve inflammation. Black leaves have chemical content as anti-inflammatory, diuretic, accelerate the cooking of boils, mild laxative, soften the skin of the feet, soften the stool and deflate the stool. Therefore, this community service aims to provide knowledge to the community about the important properties of the Black pudding leaf plant (Graptophyllum pictum). The study was conducted at Adiwangsa University, Jambi. The research method used was an experimental study consisting of two factors, namely the type of extract and the concentration of the extract. This activity is expected to provide benefits to the community in increasing knowledge and understanding of the important properties of the black pudding plant (Graptophyllum pictum).

Hyperlipidemia is a condition in which lipid levels in the bloodstream (plasma) experience an imbalance in lipid levels, although it does not show severe symptoms but can trigger various serious diseases. Statins are used as the main therapy for antidyslipidemia, but with long-term use, statins cause various side effects such as muscle pain, muscle disorders and muscle discomfort. Indonesia has a variety of plants that have benefits for lowering blood cholesterol levels. To determine the potential of metabolite compounds contained in several plants as HMG-COA Reductase inhibitors, research can be carried out using molecular docking. The purpose of this literature study is to determine the comparison of compounds that have HMG-COA Reductase inhibitor inhibitor activity. The method used in compiling this literature study is from various national and international scientific articles published in the period 2020-2025. The natural compounds that have been studied have significant inhibitory activity against the HMG-CoA Reductase enzyme, namely from the 10 plants studied, Rhodomyrtus tomentosa has the best activity in inhibiting the HMG-CoA Reductase enzyme with an Affinity of the Binding value of -11.4 so that it has the potential to be further developed as a natural anti-cholesterol drug.

Shrimp petis is a traditional Indonesian fermented product that is susceptible to contamination by pathogenic bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Pseudomonas spp. Preservation is generally carried out with chemical antibiotics, but their use can cause side effects and microbial resistance. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of ginger extract (Zingiber officinale) as a natural antibiotic against bacteria in shrimp petis. Ginger extract is known to contain active compounds such as gingerol and shogaol which have antibacterial activity. Through literature studies and disc diffusion method analysis, it was found that ginger extract was able to produce an inhibition zone of 12–22 mm against test bacteria. These results indicate that ginger extract is effective in inhibiting the growth of pathogenic bacteria and has the potential to be used as a natural preservative. In addition, a combination of biological, chemical, and natural preservation approaches is recommended to maintain the quality and safety of shrimp petis. The use of ginger extract is in line with the trend of healthy and environmentally friendly food.

Penglipuran Tourism Village, renowned for its cultural authenticity and environmental cleanliness, has experienced substantial growth in tourist arrivals, which has led to environmental pressures and overcrowding in its core area. In response, the development of the Bamboo Forest as a supporting attraction has emerged as a strategic initiative to disperse visitor concentration and promote sustainable tourism. This study aims to examine the development concept of the Bamboo Forest through a qualitative descriptive approach, employing in-depth interviews with local stakeholders, including tourism managers and community leaders. The findings reveal that the Bamboo Forest, spanning 45 hectares, serves multiple ecological and cultural functions, such as groundwater conservation, disaster mitigation, and the preservation of local traditions. Since 2023, the site has been revitalized with ecotourism-based infrastructure, including bamboo pathways, cultural performance spaces, a traditional market, and the Bamboo Caffe, all of which integrate local resources and community participation. Development efforts are aligned with key tourism components: attraction, accessibility, amenities, and ancillary services, while adhering to sustainable tourism principles: something to see, something to do, and something to buy. The project has not only enhanced the visitor experience but also generated significant economic benefits, contributing to community welfare. Overall, the integration of environmental, economic, and socio-cultural aspects in the Bamboo Forest development exemplifies a holistic approach to sustainable tourism in rural destinations.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi prospek penerapan teknologi blockchain dalam pengelolaan Zakat di Indonesia untuk meningkatkan transparansi, efisiensi, dan akuntabilitas dalam pendistribusian dana Zakat. Pengelolaan zakat di Indonesia masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, terutama dalam hal transparansi dan akuntabilitas, yang dapat menurunkan kepercayaan Muzakki terhadap lembaga zakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi pada Badan Pengumpul Zakat Kota Palopo untuk mengetahui potensi dan hambatan penerapan blockchain dalam sistem Zakat. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi blockchain mampu mencatat transaksi zakat secara permanen, tidak dapat diubah, serta memungkinkan Muzakki memantau penyaluran zakat kepada Mustahiq secara real time. Dengan sistem yang terdesentralisasi, blockchain dapat mengurangi risiko penyalahgunaan dana, meningkatkan efisiensi pengumpulan dan penyaluran Zakat, serta memastikan dana Zakat digunakan sesuai peruntukannya. Akan tetapi, pengenalan teknologi ini masih menghadapi banyak kendala. Ini termasuk infrastruktur teknologi yang terbatas, regulasi yang tidak mendukung, kurangnya literasi digital di kalangan penduduk, dan biaya implementasi yang relatif tinggi.

The geomorphological condition of Fakfak Regency is dominated by limestone. It makes ground water difficult to access. The clean water crisis in Fakfak Regency requires people to look for alternative sources of clean water such as rainwater. However, during the dry season, people will have great difficulty with clean water. Cloudfisher or fog catcher is a technique for collecting fog that have condensed into water. Cloudfisher's ability to catch fog or dew and produce water varies depending on the situation with an average of around 2 liters – 10 liters/m2/day. The ability of this technology to produce water depends on the net material used, the size of the net, the direction and model of the net, and the location of the net placement. In this research, the potential cloudfisher to produce water in Fakfak Regency will be examined, with the ultimate aim of seeing how effectively this technology is applied in Fakfak Regency in terms of the amount of water produced. The method used in this research is a field study by reviewing locations in Fakfak Regency with the altitude, fog conditions, temperature and humidity that are most suitable for the application of cloudfisher technology. The fog catcher was installed using a standard research model using 65% and 85% cover nets. Each fog catcher material was installed for 1 month and the amount of water captured by the tool was checked every morning at 06.30 am. The location of the fog catcher is based on several factors including altitude, air humidity, fog frequency, temperature and wind speed. The average water volume obtained in the 65% cover net was 59.6 ml while in the 85% cover net it was 26.24 ml. Factors that influence the amount of water obtained are net material, net cover, fishing area, equipment placement, and weather. The fog catcher (cloudfisher) in Fakfak Regency has the potential to be used but still requires further research regarding the design and materials used so that more water can be obtained and can be used by local communities as an alternative source of clean water

Election integrity is a key element in ensuring democratic legitimacy, yet election fraud remains a significant threat to this process. This research aims to evaluate the use of Bayesian statistics in detecting anomalies in vote distributions that may indicate potential election fraud. In the context of elections, whose reliability is often questioned, statistical analysis becomes crucial to ensure transparency and credibility in election results. This study uses national election data collected from various polling stations (TPS), focusing on vote distribution per candidate in each TPS. A Bayesian probabilistic model is applied to analyze the observed vote distribution compared to the expected distribution. By using Bayesian inference, researchers can update the probability distribution based on the obtained data, allowing for more accurate anomaly identification. The analysis results show significant deviations in several TPS, where the observed vote distribution exhibits patterns inconsistent with the expected distribution. These anomalies are suspicious as they may indicate manipulation or errors in the vote counting process. The implications of this research suggest that the Bayesian method can be used to improve election transparency and provide a more reliable tool for detecting fraud. The future application of this technique can help increase public trust in election results and support the integrity of the democratic process. This study also recommends further development of the analytical model to expand the scope of anomaly detection and enhance fraud detection accuracy in larger and more complex elections.

Pertumbuhan ekonomi adalah proses perubahan berkesinambungan menuju kondisi yang lebih baik, diwujudkan melalui kenaikan kapasitas produksi dan pendapatan nasional. Di Jawa Timur, permasalahan utama pembangunan daerah adalah ketidakmerataan distribusi sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang terpusat di kota-kota industri, menghambat optimalisasi pengelolaan kekayaan alam dan kebijakan pemerintah daerah. Untuk mendorong pembangunan ekonomi, diperlukan informasi mengenai potensi daerah dan keterkaitan antara sektor ekonomi yang kurang maju dengan sektor unggulan. Salah satu sektor yang memiliki peranan krusial adalah industri manufaktur, khususnya industri logam, yang secara konsisten menjadi penyumbang signifikan terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Jawa Timur dan menjadi penggerak industrialisasi serta penciptaan lapangan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran industri manufaktur logam dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi Jawa Timur, dampaknya terhadap sektor lain, serta prospek dan kendala yang dihadapi. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan data deret waktu dari BPS, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi sektor-sektor unggulan dan kendala struktural yang perlu diatasi untuk pembangunan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan.

securing the waters in the Sulawesi Sea against illegal fishing in order to increase the utilization of potential maritime resources. The main point of this study is that Indonesia has very abundant maritime resources and this is what triggers illegal fishing activities, especially in the Sulawesi Sea area, both by local citizens and foreign citizens. In response to this, agencies such as the Indonesian Navy (TNI - AL), the Maritime Security Agency (BAKAMLA), the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) and other agencies must be directly involved in these activities so that the Indonesian maritime territory and maritime resources in the Indonesian seas are not damaged and disturbed by these activities.

Mbatakapidu Village has abundant natural resource potential, especially agricultural waste and local forages that have not been optimally utilized as animal feed. This Community Service. Program (PkM) aims to educate and empower the village community through counseling and training in making silage feed for goats, as a solution in providing quality feed in the area. The implementation method includes location surveys, making silage samples, technical training and direct assistance in the process of fermenting local forage into silage, and program evaluation carried out during March - May 2025. The results of the activities showed an increase in farmers' understanding and skills in processing local feed ingredients into silage, as well as growing awareness of the importance of feed technology in supporting sustainable local potential-based livestock productivity in Mbatakapidu Village.

Transparency and accountability in the legal system remain critical challenges in the ongoing efforts to reform governance in the digital era. This article aims to examine the potential and challenges of implementing blockchain technology to enhance transparency and accountability within legal systems. The study employs a qualitative literature review approach, conducting an in-depth analysis of relevant scientific literature and recent publications. Findings reveal that blockchain offers innovative solutions through immutable legal data and decentralized processes, which enhance public trust and efficiency via smart contracts and decentralized dispute resolution systems. However, the implementation of this technology faces obstacles related to regulation, data privacy, and the need for adequate infrastructure development. In conclusion, blockchain has the potential to revolutionize the legal system, provided there is cross-sector collaboration to overcome existing barriers. Further research is recommended to integrate empirical methods and case study explorations to deepen and apply understanding of blockchain adoption in legal contexts.

Frozen food merupakan salah satu jenis produk pangan yang digemari masyarakat modern karena daya simpan yang lama dan kemudahan dalam penyajian. Namun, proses pembekuan konvensional dengan suhu tinggi dapat menurunkan kandungan nutrisi dan kualitas sensorik produk. Oleh karena itu, teknologi non-termal seperti High Pressure Processing (HPP) menjadi solusi inovatif untuk mempertahankan kualitas nutrisi dan sensorik makanan beku tanpa perlu pemanasan tinggi. Artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji potensi penerapan teknologi HPP pada Frozen food untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan keamanan produk. Metode kajian dilakukan melalui telaah pustaka dari berbagai penelitian terkini yang membahas prinsip kerja, efektivitas, serta dampak HPP terhadap karakteristik fisik, kimia, dan mikrobiologis bahan pangan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa HPP mampu menonaktifkan mikroorganisme patogen dan pembusuk pada tekanan 200–600 MPa tanpa merusak komponen sensitif seperti vitamin, protein, dan pigmen alami. Namun, dampak HPP sangat bergantung pada karakteristik bahan pangan, seperti kadar air, jenis protein, dan kandungan lemak. Beberapa bahan seperti daging menunjukkan perubahan warna dan tekstur akibat denaturasi protein, sementara bahan rendah lemak lebih rentan terhadap oksidasi pigmen. Simpulan dari kajian ini adalah bahwa HPP merupakan teknologi non-termal yang efektif dan fleksibel untuk aplikasi pada frozen food , dengan catatan perlunya penyesuaian parameter proses sesuai karakteristik produk untuk mengoptimalkan hasil akhir.

Kue Malaka merupakan salah satu kuliner tradisional khas wilayah pesisir Sumatera yang identik dengan cita rasa manis dan tekstur lembut. Namun, seiring perkembangan zaman, eksistensi makanan tradisional seperti kue Malaka mulai terpinggirkan oleh kehadiran makanan modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan inovasi produk kue Malaka dengan isian gula nipah sebagai upaya diversifikasi pangan berbasis kearifan lokal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan tahapan mencakup pengumpulan bahan, pengembangan resep, pembuatan produk, uji organoleptik oleh 20 panelis, serta analisis data secara deskriptif. Inovasi dilakukan dengan mengganti isian gula aren menjadi gula nipah dan menambahkan taburan parutan buah nipah. Hasil uji organoleptik menunjukkan bahwa kue Malaka dengan isian gula nipah diterima baik oleh panelis dari segi rasa, aroma, dan tekstur, serta memiliki potensi sebagai produk alternatif yang menarik. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan kuliner tradisional berbasis potensi lokal untuk mendukung pelestarian budaya dan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat.

Artikel ini menganalisis hubungan simbiotik antara sertifikasi produk pangan halal dan Sistem Keamanan Pangan Terpadu (SKPT) di Indonesia. Dalam hal ini, meskipun memiliki fokus yang berbeda antara kehalalan dan keamanan pangan secara umum, namun keduanya pada dasarnya dapat saling melengkapi dan memperkuat dalam membangun kepercayaan konsumen. Keberadaan sertifikasi halal dengan persyaratannya yang ketat dapat meningkatkan aspek keamanan pangan dalam SKPT, sementara SKPT menyediakan kerangka kerja keamanan pangan yang menjadi prasyarat kehalalan. Dengan mengidentifikasi potensi sinergi antara kedua sistem, menyarankan harmonisasi standar, penguatan kerjasama antar lembaga, dan peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam menciptkan sistem pangan yang aman dan terpercayan bagi seluruh konsumen.

Pasar tradisional memiliki peran strategis dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pokok masyarakat, namun sering menghadapi permasalahan lingkungan, terutama dalam hal pengelolaan sampah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat sejauh mana pengelolaan sampah pasar jangli Kota   Semarang telah berjalan, dengan mengutamakan fokus pada partisipasi masyarakat dan pedagang,  ketersediaan  fasilitas,  serta dampak  lingkungan   yang  ditimbulkan.  Pendekatan  yang digunakan berupa  deskriptif  kualitatif,  dengan  data  dikumpulkan  melalui  observasi  serta   wawancara. Hasil   penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat partisipasi pedagang dalam menjaga kebersihan pasar masih rendah, sebagian besar hanya mengandalkan petugas kebersihan. Selain itu, fasilitas pengelolaan sampah masih terbatas, seperti jumlah tempat sampah yang tidak memadai, ketiadaan sistem pemilahan, dan jadwal pengangkutan yang tidak konsisten. Kondisi ini berdampak pada menurunnya kualitas lingkungan pasar, aroma yang menyengat, kehadiran lalat, dan potensi penyebaran penyakit. Implikasi dari kajian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan edukasi dan kesadaran masyarakat, penyediaan fasilitas yang lebih baik, serta penguatan peran pemerintah dalam pengawasan dan penegakan aturan, melalui pendekatan pengelolaan sampah berbasis masyarakat (community-based waste management).
