Education plays an important role in the progress of a nation, the high number of Islamic communities in Indonesia, including in Deli Serdang Regency, can be ensured that Muslims in Indonesia have an important role in the progress of a nation. Professor Toshiko Kinosita stated that Indonesia's human resources are still very weak to support industrial and economic development, the reason is because the government has never placed education as the most important priority, there are still various education problems that have not been resolved, such as limited education funds. , shortage of teaching materials, low number of skilled teaching staff, and inadequate facilities. To advance the nation's education, development is needed both in terms of physical and learning methods. Therefore, one effective solution is to build a Tahfidz Islamic Boarding School based on General Education. The development of science requires society to choose between focusing on knowledge in the field of religion or academics in general. Often people dream of mastering balanced knowledge, but many schools only focus education on one scientific field and reduce the quota in other fields so that knowledge becomes unbalanced. Tahfidz Islamic Boarding School is designed to provide knowledge and comfort in the learning process, equipped with adequate facilities and infrastructure as well as a more aesthetic building shape. This research aims to analyze the challenges and obstacles in developing the Tahfidz Islamic Boarding School based on General Education, and develop an inclusive and friendly solution environment. The focus is on meeting the needs of varying user abilities, while ensuring good accessibility and sustainability. In the design, building design innovations are also proposed to achieve this goal, taking into account aesthetics and Islamic values in accordance with the function of the building. The methods used include mixed qualitative methods with observation, comparative studies, case studies, interviews and document analysis. The building which applies Islamic architectural concepts in the design of the Tahfidz Islamic Boarding School will also consider Islamic aesthetics and values in its application.

This thesis aims to: 1) To understand how the role of madrasah diniyah in supporting the tahfidz program at PPTQ Baitul 'Abidin Darussalam Wonosobo. 2) To find out how the tahfidz program at PPTQ Baitul 'Abidin Darussalam Wonosobo. 3) To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of madrasah diniyah in supporting the tahfidz program at PPTQ Baitul 'Abidin Darussalam Wonosobo. This thesis uses a descriptive qualitative approach where the type of research is field research. Data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation methods. The analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: 1) The tahfidz program at PPTQ Baitul 'Abidin Darussalam is reciting with 3x deposits for muroja’ah and 1x for ziyadah. In addition, there are also up and down juz and ngglondong programs that aim to strengthen memorization. PPTQ Baitul 'Abidin Darussalam Kalibeber Wonosobo also has a vision in the tahfidz program, namely to form a generation of huffadz who have Qur'anic souls and are proficient in general science (shari'at), so that in memorizing students it is recommended to be able to understand and practice the contents of the Al-Qur’an. 2) Equipping students with religious sciences (shari'at) that are salafiyah, where sciences like this are not taught in formal educational institutions. After being able to learn the sciences of sharia, students will understand better and find it easier to practice in everyday life. So that it can realize a Qur'an memorizer who can practice what is memorized so that it is more useful. 3) The supporting factors for the role of madrasah diniyah in supporting the tahfidz program at PPTQ Baitul 'Abidin Darussalam Kalibeber Wonosobo are curriculum management and a systematic teaching and learning process. While the obstacle is that some students are still boarding for the first time, making students less interested in learning and having difficulty understanding the lessons, of course it takes a long time to be able to adjust to the environment, besides that the infrastructure is still inadequate.

The implementation of the No Smoking Area is important in the campus environment because the campus is one of the places that should implement the No Smoking Area. In addition, the campus is a place of learning, where people in it are not only people who smoke, but there are also many passive smokers. Student smoking behavior that is carried out every day inside and outside the lecture hall causes the prevalence of cigarette smoke in the campus environment. With several reasons, there are many male students who smoke. This study aims to determine the implementation of the KTR policy by academics within the scope of the Faculty of Sport and Health Sciences, Makassar State University. This research uses a qualitative study design with data collection methods in this study, namely interviews and participatory observation. The results of this study, namely the implementation of academics regarding communication, resources, bureaucratic structure, and disposition towards KTR policies in the FIKK UNM environment become an obstacle to the enforcement of policy compliance. The conclusion of the results of interviews with observations of research variables in the campus environment is not in line in its implementation. It is recommended to the Faculty of Sport and Health Sciences UNM to increase compliance with KTR policies in the campus environment by increasing communication variables, disposition, resources and bureaucratic structures so that it will reduce the prevalence of smoking rates in the campus environment.

In science and science learning, the emphasis is on concepts related to people's lives and the environment. Students are expected to have basic abilities for logical and critical thinking, curiosity, inquiry, problem solving, and skills in social life. The humanistic learning model views students as subjects who are free to determine the direction of their lives. Students are directed to be fully responsible for their own lives and also for the lives of others. In this research, researchers used a qualitative research approach. Several approaches that are worth using in this method are dialogical, reflective and expressive approaches. The dialogical approach invites students to think together critically and creatively. The teacher does not act as a teacher who only provides material intake that students need as a whole, but the teacher only acts as a facilitator and dialogue partner. The population in this research is all teachers and students. Meanwhile, the samples taken in this research were school principals, science and science teachers and students. Humanistic education in science and science learning is an alternative in realizing education that has a very significant influence on future generations. Applying humanistic education in learning can increase students' intrinsic motivation. So that students tend to be enthusiastic and involve themselves actively in learning when they are listened to, appreciated, cared for and treated well. Applying humanistic education to the science and science learning process grade V at SD Negeri 050728 Tanjung Pura can be done using procedures such as planning, implementation and evaluation.

This study investigates the influence of social media and citizen science initiatives on astronomical literacy and its application in maritime navigation among transportation cadets. Through qualitative research methods, including interviews and observational studies, the perceptions and practices of 40 cadets at a transportation institute in Jakarta were explored. The findings reveal that social media platforms play a significant role in enhancing navigational knowledge and skills among cadets, providing access to diverse educational resources and fostering engagement with astronomical content. Similarly, participation in citizen science projects positively impacts astronomical literacy, offering hands-on learning experiences that reinforce theoretical knowledge. Moreover, the research highlights the importance of promoting cultural competence in maritime education to prepare cadets for navigating in multicultural environments. By aligning educational curricula with international standards and embracing emerging technologies, educational institutions can better equip transportation cadets with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the globalised maritime industry.
