In the dynamic digital era, information and knowledge management becomes a crucial element in improving the effectiveness of organizational decision-making. Integration between Management Information Systems (MIS) and Knowledge Management (KM) is a strategic approach that can strengthen organizational capabilities in responding to internal and external challenges. Management Information Systems function as a tool in collecting, transmitting, and presenting relevant data, while Knowledge Management plays a role in collecting, storing, and distributing knowledge, both explicit and tacit, within the organization. This study aims to examine how the synergy between MIS and KM can improve the quality of managerial decisions, accelerate the flow of information, and support organizational innovation. The methodology used includes literature studies and descriptive analysis of the implementation of MIS-KM in various industrial sectors. The results of the analysis show that organizations that successfully integrate these two systems are able to create a collaborative, adaptive, and responsive knowledge-based work environment to change. In addition, this integration also encourages the alignment of business strategies with available knowledge, resulting in more appropriate and sustainable decisions. Thus, the development of MIS that is closely connected to the KM process is an important need for modern organizations.

Handwashing with soap (HWWS) is one of the simplest, most effective, and cost-efficient behaviors for preventing infectious diseases. However, its practice remains suboptimal at the household level in Indonesia. This research aims to analyze HWWS behavior using community questionnaire data as a basis for developing health promotion strategies through the Problem Solving Cycle (PSC) approach. This descriptive quantitative study was conducted among 50 respondents using a closed-ended questionnaire covering the knowledge, attitude, and practice dimensions of HWWS. The results showed that although respondents had high awareness and positive attitudes toward HWWS, their practices remained inconsistent due to habitual and infrastructural barriers. These findings highlight the need for integrated interventions combining direct education, social media campaigns, and improved access to handwashing facilities. This study contributes to evidence-based, participatory, and contextually adapted health promotion strategies aimed at achieving sustainable behavioral change.

This study aims to analyze the character of Alina Suhita in the novel Hati Suhita by Khilma Anis using the Marxist feminist theory approach. The main focus of this study is to reveal how the patriarchal system and social class structure influence the position and experiences of female characters in the novel. The study uses qualitative methods with text-based content analysis techniques and a hermeneutic approach to interpret the meaning contained in the narrative. The results of the analysis show that the character Suhita experiences three main forms of oppression: stereotypes, subordination, and marginalization. These three forms reflect how women in a patriarchal society are negatively constructed, positioned lower than men, and excluded from public spaces and decision-making. However, Suhita also shows resistance to dominant structures through her intelligence, education, and active role in the Islamic boarding school. In the context of Marxist feminism, Suhita is a representation of women who experience double exploitation both as women and as part of a marginalized social class but also have the potential to be agents of change. This study emphasizes that literature can be a medium for understanding power relations in society as well as a tool for criticizing ongoing gender and economic inequality.

This study investigates the effects of liquidity, activity, capital structure, and profitability on sustainable growth and firm value in heavy construction and civil engineering companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Using data from 18 companies (2021–2023) and applying SEM-PLS analysis, results show that activity and profitability positively and significantly influence sustainable growth, while liquidity and capital structure do not. Sustainable growth significantly mediates the impact of activity on firm value but does not mediate the effects of capital structure or profitability. The study suggests that effective management of operational activities and profitability supports sustainable growth, which in turn enhances firm value. These findings offer insights for managers and investors to focus on sustainable growth strategies for long-term value creation in the Indonesian construction sector.

The purpose of this research is to examine the variables that affect stock prices in the commerce and service and consumer products industries that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.  This research study is quantitative in nature.  The information was taken from annual and financial reports that were posted on the websites of the individual companies as well as the Indonesia Stock Exchange's official website (www.idx.co.id).  The population consists of all 137 consumer products, commerce, and service businesses that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2009 and 2013.  Seventy-seven businesses satisfied the sample requirements based on preset criteria.  Multiple linear regression analysis was used to examine the data.  The findings demonstrate that the three sets of variables—systematic risk, macroeconomic indicators, and firm fundamentals—all significantly and favorably affect stock prices at the same time.  Stock prices are positively and significantly impacted by the following factors, in part: Return on Equity (ROE), Earnings per Share (EPS), Book Value (BV), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and inflation.  In contrast, the market beta, GDP, exchange rate, and BI rate have no discernible effects, but the debt to equity ratio (DER) has a negative and substantial influence.  With an Adjusted R Square value of 62.4%, the study's independent variables may account for a significant portion of stock price fluctuations, with additional factors outside the model influencing the remaining 37.6%.

The era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0 brings significant changes in various aspects of life, including education. Islamic educational institutions, as vital entities in shaping the character and knowledge of younger generations, are required to undergo digital transformation to improve governance and management quality. Management Information Systems (MIS) serve as a primary tool that can integrate administrative processes, data management, and decision-making effectively, efficiently, and accountably. This study discusses the optimization of MIS in strengthening the governance of Islamic educational institutions, focusing on the challenges and opportunities faced in this era of advanced technology. The research method employed is qualitative descriptive, reviewing literature and previous studies concerning MIS and the management of Islamic educational institutions amidst digital technological dynamics. The findings indicate that optimizing MIS demands developing human resource capacities, improving technological infrastructure, and fostering an organizational culture adaptive to digital change. This study investigates the effectiveness of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in reducing neurotic symptoms among young adults. Neurotic disorders, characterized by excessive anxiety, emotional instability, and psychosomatic complaints, often affect university students during transitional periods. Using a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest control group design, 30 participants were divided equally into an experimental group receiving six sessions of CBT and a control group receiving no treatment. Data were collected through a validated neurotic disorder scale and analyzed using paired and independent sample t-tests. Results revealed a significant decrease in neurotic symptoms in the experimental group after the intervention, while the control group showed no meaningful change. The findings support the use of CBT as an effective therapeutic approach for reducing neurotic symptoms through cognitive restructuring and adaptive behavioral training. This research highlights the relevance of culturally adapted CBT in university counseling settings and encourages the development of structured group programs to address mental health issues among young adults. Further studies are recommended to explore broader applications across diverse populations and institutional contexts.

This article examines theoretically about visionary leadership starting from the definition, benefits, weaknesses, and biblical views on visionary leadership. This research uses a library research approach. Visionary leaders are able to formulate a vision of the future, inspire commitment, and lead innovative change. The benefits include encouraging innovation and adaptive culture, but there is a risk of dependence and lack of attention to short-term needs. From a Christian perspective, visionary leadership stems from a relationship with God, where vision is divine revelation manifested through prayer and obedience. Biblical figures such as Nehemiah, Joshua, and Moses are examples of visionary leaders who combine faith and strategy. In conclusion, effective visionary leadership must balance strategic and spiritual vision for the success of the organization and community.

This study aims to examine the impact of CEO turnover on earnings management in non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the period of 2018–2023, with independent commissioners as a moderating variable. Multiple linear regression is used as the model, and the results show that CEO turnover has a significant negative impact on earnings management, where the new CEO tends to engage in earnings management through Big Bath Accounting to improve future performance. Furthermore, independent commissioners have been proven to significantly moderate the relationship between CEO turnover and earnings management, with a higher proportion of independent commissioners in the board of commissioners weakening the negative effect of CEO turnover on earnings management. Control variables such as leverage, profitability, and company size also have a significant impact on earnings management practices. This study contributes to the development of corporate governance in Indonesia, particularly regarding the role of independent commissioners in controlling earnings management practices. The findings are expected to provide insights for investors and regulators in assessing the risks of financial report manipulation and improving transparency and accountability in companies listed on the stock exchange.

Indonesia is one of the countries with the highest levels of biodiversity in the world and possesses vast tropical forest areas that play a crucial role in maintaining the stability of global ecosystems. However, in recent decades, Indonesia’s forests have faced significant pressures due to deforestation and environmental degradation, which have broad impacts on ecological functions, climate balance, and the socio-economic lives of communities. This study aims to examine the role of biodiversity and ecological adaptation mechanisms in maintaining the stability of Indonesia’s forest ecosystems through a literature review approach. The findings show that deforestation directly affects biodiversity decline, habitat fragmentation, disruption of hydrological systems, increased erosion, and carbon emissions. Additionally, illegal activities such as logging and mining exacerbate environmental degradation. Biodiversity is proven to be an important factor in enhancing ecosystem resilience to disturbances, including climate change. Adaptation mechanisms such as the presence of bioindicator species, the formation of ecological corridors, and community participation in conservation can strengthen ecological resilience. Rehabilitation of degraded areas and the implementation of sustainable governance policies are necessary to restore the ecological functions of forests. This study emphasizes the importance of a multidisciplinary and collaborative approach in conservation strategies, supported by strong scientific, social, and institutional frameworks to ensure the sustainability of Indonesia’s forest ecosystems in the future.

In Indonesia, housing design policies are increasingly adopting a human-centered approach, recognizing that a home is deeply connected to the preferences of its occupants. These preferences are highly personal and diverse. While housing design is becoming more tailored to the characteristics of residents, few designs take into account the profession of the homeowner as a basis for classification. This research was conducted through direct field observations and interviews with homeowners. It focused on houses owned by individuals from 10 different professional fields in Indonesia. The goal was to explore how different professions influence the design and organization of living spaces. The study revealed that a homeowner's profession significantly impacts home design. Key findings include the addition of specialized rooms based on hobbies or interests, spatial arrangements that reflect the owner’s priorities, and increasing adaptability in design to account for climate change. These observations highlight the importance of considering profession-specific needs in housing design. The results suggest that the existing Indonesian National Standards (SNI) for housing and settlements need to be updated. The current standards focus primarily on minimum space requirements, but they should be expanded to include factors related to the homeowner's profession, which significantly shape the character of the design. Integrating these factors would lead to more personalized, functional, and sustainable housing designs.
