Insecure in Indonesian means unsafe. Meanwhile, according to the APA Dictionary of Psychology, insecurity or insecurity is a feeling of inadequacy and lack of self-confidence. While self-awareness is the ability to understand and recognize one's own emotions, strengths, weaknesses, values, and motivations, the implementation of self-awareness in social and emotional learning (SEL) is very important to help students develop emotionally and socially. Meanwhile, self-confidence is confidence and belief in one's abilities, being optimistic, objective, responsible, rational and realistic to solve and overcome a problem with an upside down situation so that it can provide something and be accepted by other people and the environment. Insecurity is sometimes necessary in everyday life to increase self-awareness and grow self-confidence. Many cases often occur among teenagers throughout the world, factors also come from the surrounding environment, whether it be friends or sometimes even family.

Pencak silat is an Indonesian cultural heritage and tradition that is rich in philosophy, art, and sport. In Kuningan Regency, pencak silat is not only seen as a sport, but also as a means to build character and community discipline. Despite its great potential, the achievement of pencak silat in this area still faces challenges, such as the lack of quality training and understanding of effective techniques. To overcome this, the Indonesian Pencak Silat Association (IPSI) of Kuningan Regency held a coaching workshop aimed at improving and increasing the competence of coaches and achievements in the pencak silat sport in Kuningan Regency. This activity was held on December 28, 2024 at the Muhammadiyah University of Kuningan, which was attended by 60 participants from various pencak silat schools. Competent speakers provided material on the basics of coaching, competition regulations, competition techniques and strategies, and first aid for sports injuries. The results of this activity are expected to form coaches who are able to educate athletes to achieve achievements, especially in the West Java Provincial Sports Week (BK PORPROV) Qualification Round competition. Thus, the socialization of this coaching is expected to contribute to improving the achievements of pencak silat in Kuningan Regency.

In bankruptcy proceedings, the presence of third parties whose assets are made part of the bankruptcy estate often leads to legal conflicts. The bankruptcy estate is a collection of assets managed by the curator to pay off the debtor's obligations to creditors. Problems arise when third-party assets, which should not be included in the bankruptcy estate, are included without a clear legal basis. This research aims to analyze the legal remedies that can be taken by third parties to protect their rights and interests. By reviewing the provisions in the Bankruptcy Law, as well as the prevailing practice, this study demonstrates the importance of verification of assets by the curator prior to inclusion in the bankruptcy estate. Legal procedures such as opposition (verzet) can be taken by third parties to challenge the curator's decision in the commercial court. The findings of this study highlight the need for a better understanding of third party rights and the legal mechanisms in place to prevent abuse of curator authority. It is hoped that this study will provide guidance to third parties in taking appropriate legal steps and strengthening legal protection in the bankruptcy process.

This study was conducted because of the lack of interest in learning the IPS subject of grade IX junior high school which according to the students always makes them sleepy. The low interest in learning students can be seen from the minimal participation in class discussions and the lack of motivation to complete assignments. To overcome this, learning innovation was carried out by utilizing Game Based Learning Quizizz, an interactive quiz platform based on gamification that can increase student motivation. This study aims to test whether the use of Quizizz can increase students' interest in learning in IPS. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages, with 31 subjects of grade IX students of SMPN 1 Barru. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and interviews, then analyzed descriptively qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that the use of Quizizz significantly increased students' interest in learning. In Cycle 1, there was an increase in interest in learning, although some students still had difficulty using the application and many were still not interested and lacked learning. After improvements in Cycle 2, 90% of students became more active and enthusiastic, supported by interview results which showed that students felt more motivated and enjoyed learning through interactive quizzes because they could see their scores directly using the LCD.

This article discusses the application of deductive and inductive methods in management, which are relevant in facing modern business challenges. Deductive methods, which move from general principles to specific cases, are used to confirm decisions based on established theories, whereas inductive methods, which move from specific observations to generalizations, allow the formation of new theories based on empirical data. These two methods have complementary advantages and disadvantages; deductive excels in efficiency and systematic logic, but is limited to initial premises, while inductive offers flexibility in understanding complex situations, although it risks producing less valid generalizations. The integration of deductive and inductive methods can provide a holistic approach, helping organizations make decisions that are evidence-based, adaptive, and relevant to specific contexts

The pillars of marriage as a requirement for the validity of a marriage, include fundamental elements that must be present in the marriage contract process. The four major schools of thought in Islam, namely Hanafi, Maliki, Syafi'i, and Hambali, have different views even though the basic principles of the pillars of marriage are generally different. This difference arises due to differences in the ijtihad method and the social context faced by each school of thought, although all are based on the Qur'an, Hadith, and ijma' (consensus of scholars) which have been widely accepted in Muslim society. This study focuses on a comparison of the pillars of marriage according to the four main schools of thought in Islam. The research method used is library research. Based on this study, the results obtained are that the pillars of marriageaccording to 4 schools of thought are: first, the Hanafiyah school consists of ijab and qabul. Second, the Malikiyyah school consists of the woman's guardian, dowry, the husband is not in ihram, the wife is not in ihram and is not in the 'iddah period, and shigat. Third, the Syafi'iyyah Madzhab consists of a husband, wife, guardian, two witnesses, and sighat. Fourth, the Hanabilah Madzhab consists of husband and wife, consent and qabul.
