This study aims to analyze "The Influence of Competence, Compensation, and Work Discipline on the Performance of Non ASN Employees (Study of the Regional Human Resource Development Agency (BPSDMD) of Central Java Province)". Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used random sampling technique. A sample of 71 respondents were employees at the Regional Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDMD) of Central Java Province. Based on the results of testing the competency variable has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the value of t count is greater than t table, namely 2.335 > 1.667 with a sig value. 0.023 > 0.05 and the regression coefficient (β1) is positive at 0.271 which means that the higher the employee's competency, the higher the employee's performance. So the hypothesis is proven. The compensation variable has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the value of t count is greater than t table, namely 3.613 > 1.667, with a sig. of 0.001 <0.05 and the regression coefficient (β2) is positive at 0.411 which means that the more satisfying the compensation given, the higher the employee's performance. So the hypothesis is proven. While the work discipline variable has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the greater t-count value of t-table, namely 2.548 > 1.667, with a sig. 0.013 < 0.05 and the regression coefficient (β3) is positive at 0.285 which means that the higher the employee's work discipline, the higher the employee's performance. So the hypothesis is proven.

Laibu Samsaman : with the title "Effectiveness of the Process of Determining Village Devices in the Administrative Village of Otademan, Wakate District, Eastern Seram Regency". Accompanied by Advisor I: Z. A. Rengifurwarin and Advisor II: I. S. Ponto. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Aims to describe and explain an overview of the Effectiveness of the Process of Determining Village Devices in the Administrative Village of Otademan Kec. Wakate Kab. SBT. Informants of this study amounted to 10 people. The data needed in this study were collected through observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Data was successfully collected, processed and analyzed with the help of descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of determining Otademan Administrative village apparatus is generally ineffective or not optimal, which is seen based on a) accuracy of age/age, b) accuracy of education, c) accuracy of work experience, d) accuracy of work skills, e) accuracy as villagers. This is influenced by supporting and inhibiting factors such as: a) likes and dislikes, b) group fanaticism, c) nepotism, and d) loyalty. The implications of this research, if you want to increase the effectiveness of determining village officials in the Otademan Administrative Village, Kab. SBT. district Wakate, the things that need to be considered are the level of accuracy of age/age, accuracy of education, accuracy of work experience, accuracy of work skills, and accuracy as a villager.

This study aims to determine the effect of partially significant career development on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency, to determine the effect of partially significant work motivation on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency, to determine the development of career and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this study was 61 employees consisting of 41 civil servants, 7 regional honorary employees, and 13 non-permanent employees at the Department of Communication and Information, Bima Regency. The sample in this study were 41 civil servants with the sampling technique used, namely the purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation. The data analysis technique uses validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test, multiple correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination, t test and f test with the help of SPSS version 22 for windows. The results showed that career development had no significant effect on employee job satisfaction, work motivation had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, career development and work motivation had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan penyerapan tenaga kerja UMKM di Provinsi Jambi, menganalisis pengaruh modal kerja, nilai produksi, tingkat upah minimum dan jumlah unit usaha terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja UMKM di Provinsi Jambi, dan menganalisis pengaruh modal kerja, nilai produksi, tingkat upah minimum dan jumlah unit usaha baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja UMKM di Provinsi Jambi. Data yang digunakan dalam kajian empiris ini merupakan data runtutaan waktu dari tahun 2000 sampai 2015 yang berasal dari Laporan SEKI Bank Indonesia, Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Jambi dan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Indonesia. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan jumlah tenaga kerja UMKM berfluktuasi. Jumlah tenaga kerja UMKM yang tertinggi selama tahun 2000-2015 terjadi pada tahun 2004 yakni sebesar 30.31 persen dan yang terendah terjadi pada tahun 2006 yakni minus 1.43 persen. Hasil penelitian yang menjelaskan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara modal kerja dengan jumlah tenaga kerja UMKM di Provinsi Jambi dapat diimplikasikan bahwa dalam semakin besar modal yang ditanamkan akan menambah penggunan tenaga kerja. Selanjutnya, hasil penelitian yang menjelaskan adanya hubungan negatif dan signifikan antara upah minimum provinsi dengan jumlah tenaga kerja UMKM di Provinsi Jambi dapat diimplikasikan dengan semakin besar upah yang dibayarkan kepada karyawan, semakin kecil proporsi keuntungan bagi pengusaha. Perubahan tingkat upah akan mempengaruhi tinggi rendahnya biaya produksi perusahaan. Kemudian, hasil penelitian yang menjelaskan adanya hubungan negatif, namun tidak signifikan antara nilai produksi tenaga kerja terhadap jumlah tenaga kerja UMKM di Provinsi Jambi dapat diimplikasikan bahwa naik turunnya permintaan pasar akan hasil produksi dari perusahaan yang bersangkutan mempengaruhi penyerapan tenaga kerja.

      Competition in the business world is getting tighter, marked by the emergence of new products with various kinds of offers in the market, companies must have the right marketing strategy in facing competition. Price and distribution channels are important factors to win a competition in marketing products, namely distribution, where with the implementation of the right distribution channels, the company's products can be known and reach consumers in the right amount and time.        The purpose of this study to determine the price and distribution channels have a positive and significant effect partially or simultaneously on sales volume at CV. Makmur Jaya Abadi (MJA) Bima. The research method used in this study is the Associative research method The population in this study is an outlet that sells Unilever products in Cv. Makmur Jaya Abadi (MJA) Bima. The sample is taken in accordance is 50 people, where this study concludes that there are 50 outlets. Data Analysis Techniques using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test Analysis, Coefficient of Determination Test, T Test (Partial) and F Test (Simultaneous)            The results of the discussion show that the price has a significant effect on sales volume at CV. Persaingan dunia usaha harus mampu berupaya untuk mencapai tujuan dengan menciptakan dan mempertahankan konsumen yang berorientasi mengarah pada kepuasan konsumen. Kepuasan konsumen memiliki beberapa atribut yang terdiri dari cita rasa, harga, variasi produk, kecepatan pelayanan, dan kemampuan memberi informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh positif kualitas pelayanan, persepsi harga, cita rasa dan variasi produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif kausal dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuisioner. Pengujian kualitas instrumen meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji parsial (uji T). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan, persepsi harga, cita rasa dan variasi produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai R-Square sebesar 0,790. Artinya sebanyak 79% variabel indpenden mempengaruhi variabel dependen. Penelitian ini hanya dilakukan pada konsumen CV. Sumber Garuda Mas yang mencantumkan akun sosial media pada akun marketplace.

This study aims to determine and explain whether there is an influence of work conflict, work stress, workload and work motivation on employee performance at the Imam Bonjol clinic in Kediri. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique, with data analysis technique using validity test, reliability test, multiple linear test, classical assumption test, t test and F test. The number of samples used is 30 employees. The results of this study are that there is a partial effect of work conflict on employee performance with the value of Sig. 0.000 <0.05, which means it has a significant effect. The effect of work stress partially on employee performance with the value of Sig. 0.001 <0.05 which means it has a significant effect. Partial effect of workload on employee performance with the value of Sig. 0.015 <0.05, which means it has a significant effect and work motivation partially has an influence on employee performance with a Sig value. 0.025 <0.05 which means that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. On the simultaneous influence of the variables of work conflict, work stress, workload and work motivation on employee performance, the results of the value of Sig. 0.000 <0.05 which indicates that work conflict, work stress, workload and work motivation have a significant influence that can improve employee performance at the Imam Bonjol Clinic, Kediri.

The purpose of this study is to determine and explain whether there is an influence between the variables of communication, work discipline and work environment on the performance of UD Tenun Ikat Kodok Ngorek employees. Several factors including communication, work discipline and work environment at UD Kodok Ngorek have an influence on employee performance using the sampling method with a saturated sampling approach. The data analysis technique is using the instrument test of validity and reliability, multiple linear test, classical assumption test, t test and F test of the coefficient of determination (R2). The number of samples is 30 employees. The results obtained include a partially significant effect of communication on work performance with the value of Sig. 0.000 < 0.05. The partial effect of work discipline on employee performance has a value of Sig. 0.037 <0.05 which means that it has a significant effect then the influence of the work environment on employee performance partially also has a significant effect on the value of Sig. 0.002 < 0.05. The simultaneous influence of the variables of communication, work discipline and work environment on employee performance has a Sig value result. 0.000 <0.05 indicates that communication, work discipline, and work environment have a positive influence in improving employee performance at UD Tenun Ikat Kodok Ngorek.

The aim of the research is to determine the quality factors of human resources that influence employee performance at the Transmigration Training Center in Makassar. To find out the factors that have a dominant influence on employee performance at the Transmigration Training Center in Makassar. This research uses quantitative research methods. Research results: The influential variables are education (X1), skills (X2), length of service (X3) and work discipline (X4) which together have a significant influence on the performance of employees at the Transmigration Training Center in Makassar. This can be seen by the F table value being greater than F Calculation or a significance of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. Of all these influencing factors, it turns out that the skill variable (factor) (X2) is dominant in increasing the performance of employees at the Transmigration Training Center in Makassar. This can be seen in the regression coefficient value (0.313 which is greater than the regression coefficient value of other independent variables) and the significance value (0.000).

This study aims to determine the impact of  COVID-19  toword buses and the income of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Tamalanrea sub-district, Makassar City. This research is a qualitative research with qualitative descriptive analysis method using data collection such as documentation and theoretical studies. Based one the results of research in the Tamalanrea District, Makassar City. COVID-19 has had a significant impact on the culinary trade business, the culinary industry and handicrafts, SMEs have also experienced a decline income during the COVID-19 pandemic and some are even threantened with bankruptcy. The government must make policies that can help the economy of SMEs in the midset of the COVID-19 pandemic. In this way, ME actors are able tu survive in their respective business despite the decline in income.

The activities of the Cahaya Phinisi Nusantara PT Bank Sulselbar cooperative can be measured based on the cooperative's financial performance. The good and bad financial performance of a cooperative can be assessed through financial reports in the form of a balance sheet or cooperative profit and loss report which is presented regularly. The aim of this research is to obtain an in-depth overview of Liquidity Ratio Analysis and Profitability Ratios in measuring financial performance in cooperatives. The research approach used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The descriptive method is a method used to collect, classify, analyze and interpret data related to the problem and compare it with the actual situation at the Cahaya Phinisi Nusantara Cooperative PT Bank Sulselbar and then draw conclusions. Analysis of Profitability Ratios at the Cahaya Phinisi Nusantara Cooperative PT. Bank Sulselbar in terms of the average value of Return On Assets (ROA) of four point forty three percent (4.43%) and Return On Equity (ROE) of five point eighty six percent ( 5.86%) where the value of the benchmark and determining the cooperative health predicate is five percent (5%) which indicates that it is not good at optimizing its own capital and investment in generating net profits.

The purpose of this research is to analyze and prove the effect of cash flow reports to assess financial performance at the Pintu Air Savings and Loans Cooperative, Akkareso Makassar Branch. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data, namely data that is a collection of numerical data. The research results show that cash flow in 2019 was obtained at a value of 29,409,800 and in 2020 it obtained a value of 28,115,300. In 2021 it produces a value of 39,201,500, an increase of 139.28% from 2020. The results of the liquidity ratio, namely the current ratio, in 2019 obtained a value of 201.26%, in 2020 it obtained a value of 212.70%, in 2021 it produced a value of 213 .00%, while the cash ratio in 2019 was 28.16%, in 2020 it was 22.51%. In 2021 it produces a value of 25.59%. For the profitability ratio, namely ROE in 2019, it obtained a value of 45.25%, in 2020 it obtained a value of 26.10%. In 2021 it produces a value of 19.89%. Meanwhile, in 2019 ROE was obtained at a value of 46.99%, in 2020 it obtained a value of 22.88%. In 2021 it produces a value of 19.12%.

Research Objectives To determine the influence of discipline, motivation and compensation variables on employee work performance at PT. Wesitan Development Consultation in Makassar. To find out what variables are most dominant in employee work performance at PT. Wesitan Development Consultation in Makassar. The research method used is a quantitative research method. Simultaneously shows that discipline, motivation and compensation factors have a significant effect on employee work performance at PT. Wesitan Development Consultation in Makassar. Partially, discipline, motivation and compensation factors significantly influence employee work performance at PT. Wesitan Development Consultation in Makassar. Partially, compensation factors have a dominant influence on employee work performance, followed by discipline and motivation factors in community service.

This research aims to determine the influence of the Planning, Implementation and Evaluation variables on the quality of learning at the Batu Tambung State Elementary School in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. This study was made to determine whether the influence of the work environment and career path on employee loyalty KFC Pettarani Makassar. This study has 3 variables, namely, work environment (X1), career path (X2), employee loyalty (Y). The study used data collection techniques through questionnaires from all respondents, namely 38 people, because respondents were less than 100 then the entire population was a sample. The data analysis conducted in this study is multiple linear analysis to see whether the work environment and career path have a partial or simultaneous effect on employee loyalty at KFC Pettarani Makassar. From the results of multiple linear analysis, it can be explained by the equation Y = 1.114 + 0.342X1 + 0.449X2 with a constant value of 1.114, meaning that if the work environment (X1) and career path (X2) are zero, then the work environment and career path are 1114. The regression coefficient of the work environment and career path of 0.342 and 0.449 means that the work environment and career paths have increased, so employee loyalty has also increased. And the value of Fcount > Ftable which is 31,814 > 1,739 also a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 which means that the work environment and career path simultaneously (together) have an influence on employee loyalty.

The research objective is to determine the significance of the influence of human resource quality on customer service at PT. Katingan Timber Celebes (KTC) in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. And to find out the variables that most influence customer service at PT. Katingan Timber Celebes (KTC) in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. This research uses quantitative research methods. The independent variables are the variables of expertise, skills, experience and discipline which together have a significant influence on the company's customer service at PT. Katingan Timber Celebes (KTC) in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. Of all the influencing factors (variables), it turns out that the skill variable is the most influential on the company's customer service at PT. Katingan Timber Celebes (KTC) in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. This can be seen where the regression coefficient value is 0.375 which is greater than the regression coefficient value of the other independent variables.

The PKM team with partners from Umbul Helau developed the concept of urban farming with aquaponics technology where hydroponic plant cultivation and integrated fish cultivation in the form of budikdamber. The activity purpose is to build the concept and introduce it to the community. The method used is ABCD (Asset Based Community Development), focusing on land assets owned by partners to be developed by building this urban farming activity. The stages are carried out starting from the time planning,, division of tasks, provision of materials, land preparation and cultivation of budikdamber media, seed distribution, control and evaluation. The results obtained are very encouraging where the plant has been harvested and with packaging that is sold and has economic value, catfish is growing and will harvest in the near future. In addition, education about this concept introduces to the elementary school (SD) students and teachers with a positive response.

Pengaruh profitabilitas, solvabilitas dan likuiditas terhadap initial return sangat penting untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Dengan mengetahui pengaruh tersebut pihak perusahaan sektor consumer goods bisa lebih mengoptimalkan tingkat profitabilitas, solvabilitas dan likuiditas diwaktu yang akan datang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang diambil adalah sesuai dengan kriteria-kriteria yang sudah ditentukan oleh peneliti. Peneliti ini dilakukan dalam waktu 5 tahun dari tahun 2017-2021 pada perusahaan sektor consumer goods yang melakukan IPO. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas, mempunyai pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan, solvabilitas mempunyai pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan dan likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan. Secara Bersama-sama variabel independent tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen, hal itu dibuktikan nilai R2 sebesar 0.046 atau sebesar 4,6%.

Cafe menjadi salah satu usaha yang banyak dicari. Sudah banyak ditemukan café di Kota Kediri, salah satu nya adalah Mata Hati Café. Mata Hati merupakan café yang terbilang baru namun sudah memiliki banyak peminat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya hidup, kualitas pelayanan dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian Mata Hati Café di Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dengan metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik accidental sampling, sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 85 responden. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa gaya hidup, kualitas pelayanan, dan persepsi harga memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Mata Hati Café Kota Kediri.

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menjelaskan Pengaruh Persepsi Harga, Cita Rasa, dan Promosi terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen di Kober Mie Setan. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Persepsi Harga (X1), Cita Rasa (X2), Promosi (X3), dan Loyalitas Konsumen (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi,wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner atau angket pada konsumen Kober Mie Setan Kediri. Pada penelitian ini memiliki populasi sejumlah 350 responden serta sampel sejumlah 187 responden dengan teknik analisa uji instrumen, uji prasyarat analisis, dan pengujian hipotesis diharapkan dapat menjawab empat rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini. Analisa dikerjakan dengan Software SPSS for Windows versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil uji yang dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Persepsi Harga (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen (Y) di Kober Mie Setan; 2) Cita Rasa (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen (Y) di Kober Mie Setan; 3) Promosi (X3) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen (Y) di Kober Mie Setan; Persepsi Harga (X1), Cita Rasa (X2), dan Promosi (X3) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen (Y) di Kober Mie Setan
