Kombucha tea is a traditional beverages product manufactured from fermented tea and sugar solutions. Using Acetobacter xylinum sa starter. Kombucha tea has a refreshing sour taste, but the distinctives aroma make kombucha tea less attractives to consumers. Red roses (Rosa damascene) are a source of anthocyanin pigments that have not been widely used.  In addition, to increase the economic value of roses.  Based on research that has been done, red roses contain antioxidants in the form of purplish red anthocyanins.  The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the type of sugar and the concentration of rose extract on the characteristics of rose kombucha produced.  This study used Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The factors used were the concentration of rose tea (1g/250ml, 2g/250ml, 3g/250ml) and variations in the type of sugar (palm, sand, fine).  The best chemical and organoleptic analysis based on the highest antioxidant activity was the addition of palm sugar and the concentration of the addition of rose tea 1g/250ml with a total phenolic of 10.17mg GAE/L, total dissolved solids (TPT) 11.10%, acidity (pH) 3.86, antioxidant activity 48.28%, vitamin C 11.41%, 13.63% for total sugar, sour taste score 3.06, rose flavor 2.15 and 1.10 for overall preference the addition of palm sugar and the concentration of the addition of rose tea 1g/250ml. Kombucha made from rose extract can be an alternative functional food.

The problem of the level of consumer trust and satisfaction is important in the trade business. However, not all products that have been and have not been regulated have adequate after-sales service. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of after-sales service, product quality and product warranty on customer satisfaction. The number of samples in this study amounted to 100 consumers from a population of 180 consumers and are active consumers of PT Karya Bahari Abadi Jakarta. The sampling technique is by accidental sampling. The data collection technique is primary data or data taken directly from the respondents through a questionnaire. This study uses multiple linear regression and comparative analysis for data analysis with the help of SPSS Ver. 21, This study obtained the results that the quality product, after-sales service, product guarantee has a positive effect simultaneously on customer satisfaction, quality product, after-sales service, product guarantee has a partial positive effect on customer satisfaction. Through data processing, researchers can provide input or advice to companies, namely companies are expected to be able to maintain product quality that has been rated well by customers and pay more attention to after-purchase services to create satisfaction which ultimately impacts on customer loyalty.

In today's all-digital era, digital marketing formed a new strategy that is very important in the marketing of a company, especially for businesses such as online stores that allow buying and selling at once. Current company competing in developing their marketing strategies in achieving and retain customers. The virtual world is getting closer to everyday life we, making the era of digitalization we cannot avoid. The customer is currently in commit Interaction with the company is carried out by utilizing social media and applications growing rapidly. This can be caused by various factors that go wrong only environmental factor. So the author makes an activity that can help these problems by holding socialization of the Role of Digital Marketing for MSMEs in this era digitization. The method of implementing community service activities is by doing an approach in the form of socialization and useful training to add insight/education to the community so that the knowledge gained can be applied in activities MSMEs. There are three stages of implementation, namely the planning stage in the stage planning, students collect data first through surveys and interviews regarding MSMEs in Segaran Village along with the behavior of MSMEs in the Village the. Every student who takes part in the community service activity program show the attitude of responsibility as an executor, it is shown by every student on time while carrying out each task. Good communication has been shown every students during discussions and evaluations after community activities. Student always conduct an evaluation to improve an activity that has been carried out to achieve more optimal activities. In the era of digital technology has changed the human way of life communicate, act, and make decisions. Marketing activities were not separated from influence of digital technology. This study aims to determine civil liability related to default in article 7 letter f of law No. 8 of 1999 concerning consumer protection at PT. Hj. Warni Niode Palu, as well as to know and understand the process of resolving disputes related to this default through ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution), namely dispute resolution outside the court. This type of research is a normative-empirical research, namely research conducted by conducting field research, and using a quantitative approach to primary data and secondary data. Primary data includes interviews with the parties concerned, namely PT. Hj. Warni Niode Palu as a provider of transportation services and service users (consumers) and secondary data includes a search of the literature as a support for the main data. Based on the results of the study, the researchers concluded that the responsibility of the Freight Forwarding Services of PT. Hj. Warni Niode is based on Article 7 letter F of Law no. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, namely the provision of compensation for compensation for traded services, has proven to be not optimal, PT. Hj. Warni Niode does not provide compensation in accordance with the amount of losses suffered by PT. Sari Jasa. Therefore, PT. Hj. Warni Niode was declared in default because it was not in accordance with what had been agreed upon and mutually agreed upon. The solution sought is a settlement through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), especially mediation, as an efficient and fair way of resolving disputes between PT. Hj. Warni Niode and PT. Sari Jasa to avoid time-consuming litigation.

Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab) is an area projected to become a center for field laboratories and workshops that accommodate all study programs at UNPAB. This area is also planned to be an Ecotourism. One of the functions that will be developed in this area is the livestock area. Facing the AEC (ASEAN Economic Community) 2015 in the field of food, especially livestock products in particular, strict standardization is needed so the concept of Good Animal Husbandry Practices (GAHP) needs to be applied. Thus, it is necessary to plan the concept of a livestock drive in the Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab) livestock area by considering GAHP (Good Anima Husbandry Practice). The application of GAHP aims to ensure that the livestock products produced are safe for consumption with the right quality and suitable for consumers, while also ensuring that livestock products are produced in the right way without causing harm to the environment, health, safety, and welfare of workers in the livestock sector. The purpose of this research is to produce a design of supporting buildings in the Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab) livestock area based on GAHP. The results of this design are expected to be a direction for the development of supporting buildings in the livestock area of the Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab)

The culture of drinking coffee is enjoyed by all people in the world, but as time has progressed, the meaning of coffee drinking culture has become its meaning. The existence of this coffee drinking culture also creates a place to enjoy coffee and lifestyle activities for consumers called coffee shops or coffee shops and makes this a research subject. Research that has been done produces several things in influencing customer decision making. This research is expected to provide an understanding of customer decision making in choosing a coffee shop location to enjoy a cup of coffee and other activities, namely the café atmosphere and customer experience.

This study aims to analyze and prove the effect of brand love on brand loyalty through self-esteem and susceptibility to normative influence as moderating variables. This research was conducted on consumers who used iPhone products at least twice. The data used in this study is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to consumers who use iPhones in the city of Padang. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Data processing is done with Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of testing the hypothesis that has been done, it was found that brand love has a positive effect on brand loyalty. In addition, self-esteem and susceptibility to normative influence also affect consumer brand loyalty to iPhone products in Padang City. The results of the indirect influence test show that self-esteem and susceptibility normative influence are able to mediate the relationship between brand love and consumer brand loyalty in using iPhone products in Padang City.

The Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab) is a projected area intended to become a center for field laboratories and workshops accommodating all study programs at UNPAB. The area is also planned to become Ecoedutourism (Eco-educational tourism). One of the functions to be developed in this area is livestock farming. In the face of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) in 2015, especially in the food sector, specific standardization is required for livestock products. Therefore, the concept of Good Animal Husbandry Practices (GAHP) needs to be implemented. Thus, there is a need for planning the design concept of supporting buildings in the livestock area of the Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab) that considers GAHP. The implementation of GAHP aims to ensure that the livestock products produced are safe for consumption with appropriate quality for consumers. Additionally, it ensures that livestock products are produced correctly without causing environmental, health, safety, and welfare losses/damages to workers in the livestock sector. The objective of this research is to produce a design for supporting buildings in the livestock area of the Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab) based on GAHP. The results of this design are expected to guide the development of supporting buildings in the livestock area of the Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab).

Before there is an interest in buying a product, consumers will first search for product information in various ways. One of them is by looking at review information on several social media, blogs, websites, and favorite influencers. This study aims to determine the effect of Beauty Influencers, Customer Reviews, and Customer Ratings on Interest in Buying Garnier skincare products. The population in this study are Belia Cosmetic consumers at Shopee. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents using a non-probability sampling method through a purposive sampling technique. The results of the study show that beauty influencers have no positive and significant effect on purchase intention. The results of the study show that customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. The results of the study show that customer ratings have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. The results show that the variables beauty influencer, customer review, and customer rating have a positive and significant effect on the intention to buy Garnier skincare products.

The more stringent developments in business life, the more difficult it is for any company to maintain customer satisfaction from its competitors. For this reason, service quality is needed to retain consumers, not only service quality, price and promotion are also the most important things in retaining consumers. This study aims to identify the effect of service quality, price, and promotions significantly on customer satisfaction at Muliamart. The sample used was 100 respondents. The method used uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique, namely sampling with certain criteria. The analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS 2022. The results of this study indicate that Service Quality has a partial effect (3.636 > 1.988), Service Price has a partial effect (2.427 > 1.988), and Service Promotion has a partial effect of (3.422 > 1.988) t-count > t-table on Satisfaction. Meanwhile, service quality, price, and promotion have a simultaneous effect of (46,765 > 2,700) f-count > f-table on consumer satisfaction. the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.594 or equal to 59.4%. And the rest is influenced by other variables.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Tiktok Content Marketing (X1) and Conformity (X2) on Consumptive Behavior (Y1) and Purchase Decisions (Y2). This study uses an explanatory research approach with quantitative methods. The collection of research data is through distributing questionnaires or questionnaires.  The population in this study are consumers of the @deliwafa tiktok account. While the sample used was 100 respondents with the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique uses SPSS version 22 software, in which the data will be processed, described and discussed to answer and prove the hypotheses proposed. The research results are as follows: (1). Tiktok Content Marketing (X1) has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior (Y1). (2). Conformity (X2) has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior (Y1). (3). Tiktok Content Marketing (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y2). (4). Conformity (X2) has a negative and significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y2). (5). Consumptive behavior (Y1) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y2).

The development of franchise businesses in the field of f&b is a form of human innovation and creativity as we live in modern times and this has led to high competition. This competition makes business actors implement marketing strategies with the aim of attracting consumers through purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of Marketing Mix and Service Quality on Purchase Decisions for Mixue beverage products in the Mojosari branch. This study used a quantitative method with a sample of 100 respondents using accidental sampling technique. The data collection method used online questionnaires and used data processing tools in the form of IBM SPSS 26. The results showed that marketing mix and service quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Mixue outlets Mojosari branch.

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, product quality and after-sales service on purchasing decisions at U Winfly Malang electric bike. This study used a quantitative approach, totaling 60 consumers on U Winfly Malang electric bike  who were selected by total sampling and saturated sample techniques as research subjects. The statistical analysis used in this study is with the help of the SmartPLS version 3.9 computer program. The results showed that brand image had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, product quality had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, After sales service had no significant positive effect on purchasing decisions at U Winfly electric bicycles Malang

The purpose of this study wasto identify and analyze the role of product image to inform product quality and purchasing decisions for aqua 600ml mineral water in Sukabumi District. The survey wan conducted amon 97 respondents using purposive sampling technique based on the following criteria:1) consumers who purchased at least on aqua 600ml product and 2) product choice. Customers must be at least 17 years old andold enough tocompletethe survey. The questionnaire was tested with validity, realibilty andclassical acceptance tests.the analitysis method used in this research is descritivemethod and validation through quantitative method. Data analysis techniques were carriedout by path analysis and sobeltest using SPSS for windows.thus, product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image, price has a positive and significant effet on brand image, product quality has no and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions and price has a positive effect and significant on purchasing decisions. Brand image affects product quality on purchasing decisions. Brand image can influence price in purchasing decisions.

Current technological developments can develop very rapidly and this causes changes in people's lifestyles. With the presence of the internet, not only marketing- based businesses but also developing online transportation services such as Grab, which provides online transportation services to consumers. This needs to be considered as a service provider to maintain the loyalty of service users. This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality and e-trust on e-loyalty through customer satisfaction on users of grab transportation services. This research was conducted in the community in the district Kecamatan Pandaan who uses grab transportation services in 2023. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire which is distributed online via Google Form. The selection of the sample used in the study was 100 respondents using the purposive sampling method, which is a sampling technique in which the people selected as samples are in accordance with the purpose of conducting research on data management, this research was conducted using the path analysis method (Path Analysis). Based on the results of this study it can be seen that e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, e-trust has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on e- loyalty, there is no significant relationship between e-trust directly to e-loyalty, and satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty

A situation that is very unbalanced between consumers and business actors is a big potential that can lead to disputes between consumers and business actors. The government has issued laws that regulate consumer protection, in particular Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. The goal is to provide protection to consumers. This research is intended to: (1) to find out the role of the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) in resolving Finance disputes (2) to find out what are the obstacles faced by the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) in resolving Finance disputes. This research uses the type of empirical legal research, using a literature approach and research in the field. The sources of legal materials used are primary legal materials and secondary legal materials.The results of the study show that first, the Gorontalo City Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) has carried out its role, totaling 11 (eleven) of which is resolving consumer disputes in 3 (three) ways, namely mediation, conciliation and arbitration, opening consultations on consumer protection, if there is a violation the Consumer Protection Act (UUPK) the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) is required to report to investigators, the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) is required to receive complaints in writing or in writing, the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) is tasked with conducting inspections and research related to consumer disputes, BPSK summons business actors suspected of violating the Consumer Protection Act (UUPK), the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) has the right to present expert witnesses, witnesses or someone who is deemed to know of violations of the Consumer Protection Act (UUPK), examine the truth evidence, ascertaining whether or not there is a loss on the part of the consumer. The second research result is, What obstacles are faced by BPSK Gorontalo City in resolving Finance disputes in Gorotanlo City, these obstacles are divided into two parts, namely Internal and External. For internal ones, there is an inclusion of a standard clause, asking for help from investigators to summon business actors who do not want to attend invitations from the Gorontalo City Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK), finally, financial constraints, namely the Gorontalo City Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) still cannot manage their funds in grants (self-managed).

Instant noodle Lemonilo are a newcomer to Indonesia. To be able to compete with other instant noodle brands, Lemonilo is doing digital marketing on a large scale to attract consumers. Starting from doing advertisements on television, to social media. In addition, Lemonilo carries the theme of healthy instant noodles which are safe for consumption by all people and uses quality ingredients (no MSG, food coloring and preservatives). Based on these observations, the authors conducted this research. Data was collected using a questionnaire given to on instant noodle  Lemonilo customers. The sample used in this study was 50 respondents using a systematic random sample method. The analytical tool used is descriptive (primary data) by using a questionnaire assisted by a Likert scale and given to respondents. The analytical tool used is SPSS software version 25. The results of this study prove that: 1) Digital Marketing has a partial positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions with a Digital Marketing. 2) Product quality has a positive and significant partial effect on purchasing decisions. 3) Digital Marketing and Product Quality have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on Purchase Decisions.

This study aims to determine whether product quality, price, and service simultaneously have a positive effect on customer satisfaction at Bakso & Mie Ayam Restaurants in the Kartasura Region, whether product quality, price, and service partially have a positive effect on customer satisfaction at Bakso & Mie Ayam Restaurants in the Kartasura Region. The sample in this study were consumers of Bakso & Mie Ayam Restaurants in the Kartasura Region who had made a purchase at least twice. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The number of samples is 100 respondents. Instrument test using validity test and reliability test. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. For data processing, researchers used statistical software SPSS 25. The results showed that product quality, price, and service simultaneously had a positive effect on customer satisfaction at Bakso & Mie Ayam Restaurants in the Kartasura Region, product quality, price, and service partially had a positive effect on customer satisfaction at Bakso & Mie Ayam Restaurants in the Kartasura Region.

CV Dafista Mulia is a drinking water producer company located in Lamongan Regency. The problem that is often faced by companies is the amount of waste that occurs in the process of producing bottled drinking water. The most critical percentage of waste in the bottled water production process (AMDK) is waste overproduction with a weighting percentage of 25.4%; waste defet with a weighting percentage of 16.2%; waste inventory with a weighting percentage of 14.9%; waste unnecessary motion with a weighting percentage of 14.1%; waste transportation with a weighting percentage of 11.7%; waste waiting with a weighting percentage of 9%; and waste excess processing with a weighting percentage of 8.7%. The initial activity time before the repair was 466 minutes (7 Hours 46 Minutes) and after the repair was reduced to 416 minutes (6 Hours 51 Minutes). Based on the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), it is known that the root cause of the problem with the highest waste is Overproduction, namely production planning that is not quite right with a Risk Priority Number (RPN) score of 396. Recommendations for improvements that can be proposed are to carry out production planning using data - historical data that exists and is adjusted to balance the purchasing of raw materials with orders from consumers so that the results of the Overproduction can become a safety stock so that the Overproduction can function in the next consumer order.
