One of the problems that humans face in everyday life is the economy, especially in terms of meeting needs. To survive, humans have to meet all their complex needs. Because rural people often have economic difficulties, they are the most involved in Emok Bank. An Emok Bank is a type of bank that lends money to people by visiting customers in person by sitting upright with both legs bent backwards. An Emok Bank transaction system is done by sitting licensed in certain places, like the terrace of a client's house. Qualitative research is research that produces descriptive data that are written or oral words of people and behaviour that can be observed. The Emok Bank has made the public worried about the high interest rates and the liability system used in the shares. As a result, many communities, especially households, are plunged into problems arising from paying difficulties. Often, loans from this Emok Bank are used to pay off debts to other Emok Banks. Economic circumstances make a householder dependent on a mother's bank. The existence of an Emok Bank has led to bad behavior against the households in the village of Leuweung Gede, most of them being borrowers to an emoc bank that borrows more than one bank.

Implementation Method: Free Health Check: Carry out a health check to detect early signs of NCDs, such as measuring blood pressure, blood sugar levels, and checking cholesterol. Community-Based Health Promotion: Holding a health promotion campaign involving community leaders, elderly families, and health workers to create an environment that supports a healthy lifestyle for the elderly. Results: Increased public awareness about the importance of early detection and prevention of NCD complications. Elderly people who take part in health checks gain knowledge about their health conditions and are given referrals to health facilities if necessary. Conclusion: This activity was successful in increasing elderly participation in early detection and health promotion, as well as forming a community that is more concerned about controlling NCDs in the elderly group.

Choosing a good machine and process to make a particular product requires basic knowledge about all the possibilities that occur during the production process. Therefore, material selection, machine settings and determining appropriate machining parameters need to be optimized to produce quality products. In the milling process, surface roughness is very important. From this surface roughness, an evaluation can be made whether the workpiece is acceptabel or not. The lower the surface roughness of a workpiece, the better the quality of the workpiece. The higher the surface roughness, the lower the performance of the components of the workpiece pair will be because it will increase friction on the components of the machine elements. This research aims to determine the effect of variations in feeding work movement, spindle rotation, and feed depth on the level of surface roughness resulting from conventional milling machining processes. This research also discusses which influences produce optimal surface roughness values in conventional milling machining processes. This research was carried out three times in one combination. Data collection on surface roughness values was carried out horizontally on the surface of the workpiece by taking data three times on the workpiece. The results of the statistical analysis prove that the feeding movement variable is proven to have a significant influence on surface roughness, while the optimum combination for the lowest level of surface roughness can be obtained with a feeding movement of 249 mm/minute (3rd test)

Question and answer is a classroom activity that allows learners to create or recreate meaning through language. Effective questioning is a means for students to respond during the learning process. Designing questions that capture student interest and attention comprises diagnosing and verifying specific facts or information, determining, and encouraging analytical, inductive, differentiation, extension, application, problem-solving, and synthesis skills. To be effective, we must design questions and answers to request information. Effective classroom questioning techniques require good preparation and do not require students to use thinking skills. This article illustrates that Q&A is a very common activity that can help students learn English and is an important way for students to exchange ideas with teachers and students. The article also covers some basic questions and examines questioning techniques in English teaching.

Efforts to eradicate criminal acts of corruption have become the mandate of the Indonesian nation and have been outlined in the Decree of the Indonesian People's Consultative Assembly (MPR) Number XI/MPR/1998 concerning the Administration of a State that is Clean and Free of Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism. This mandate was then followed up with Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Crimes. The application of a reversal of the burden of proof system in reporting gratuities in the context of eradicating corruption has been implemented by Malaysia and Singapore. The implementation of the system of reversing the burden of proof in reporting gratuities in Law Number 20 of 2001 is expected to prevent criminal acts of corruption more optimally and effectively, at least reducing the corrupt practices that have occurred so far.

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a condition in which kidney function decreases so that it is no longer able to filtrate the body's metabolic waste and maintain electrolyte fluid balance. In CKD an increased amount of fluid can result in edema. Edema is a condition of blocked veins due to an increase in intravascular hydrostatic pressure that causes enlargement or buildup of plasma fluid into the interstitium space. Therapy that can be applied to reduce edema in CKD is with Ankle Pump Exercise and Elevation 30⁰. This therapy is done by pumping the ankle and elevating the foot for 5-10 minutes. The goal of this study was to identify Ankle Pump Exercise and 30⁰ Elevation interventions to reduce edema in CKD patients in the ICU. The type / research design used is a descriptive method with a case study approach. The subjects of this case study were patients who met the inclusion criteria, namely patients with edema and were willing to be respondents. The data collection instrument uses the format of Nursing Care. The results of this study showed that Ankle Pump Exercise and 30⁰ Elevation interventions effectively reduced edema in CKD patients. Based on the results of the case study, it can be concluded that the application of a combination therapy of ankle pump exercise and 30⁰ foot elevais has been proven effective in reducing the degree of edema in Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patients.

This research aims to determine the factors that influence the success of exclusive breastfeeding. This research design is descriptive analytical with a sample size of 26 respondents using a total sampling method. The results of this research were that the majority of respondents aged 26-30 years were 10 people (38.5%), the majority of respondents had secondary education as many as 19 people (73.1%), the majority of respondents were housewives as many as 20 people (76.9%), the majority of respondents had income < 1,000,000 as many as 22 people (84.6%), and the majority of children are one child as many as 17 (65.4%). Data analysis using product moment. From the results of the product moment statistical test, it can be concluded that management factors in the birthing place that support breastfeeding and providing breastfeeding facilities in public places are factors that influence the success of exclusive breastfeeding. The relationship between management at the birth center that supports breastfeeding and exclusive breastfeeding obtained a value of r = 0.458, which means the relationship between the two variables has a sufficient relationship, and obtained a value of P = 0.019, meaning there is a significant influence. And for the relationship between providing breastfeeding facilities in public places and exclusive breastfeeding, the value obtained was r = 0.394, which means that the two variables have a sufficient relationship, and the value obtained was P = 0.047, which means there is a significant influence.
