Pregnancy and childbirth are natural events. Even though it is a natural event, sometimes pregnancy and childbirth are accompanied by risks in the form of complications for both the mother and baby. Complications of pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum are major health problems for women's health, because they are the biggest cause of maternal and infant mortality. The aim of this service is to socialize the importance of pregnancy checks to health workers in order to detect early danger signs of pregnancy. Data was collected through initial data observation and analysis of documents related to the socialization program. The results of this service activity show that the socialization program has been implemented well for pregnant women in the Kamonji Community Health Center working area and it has been proven that Antenatal Care visits have increased. During the process of this activity there were several obstacles such as pregnant women who were not willing to come to the activity location, pregnant women who happened to be busy with the socialization activity schedule. The final results show that pregnant women are aware of the importance of carrying out pregnancy checks with health workers to find out the danger signs of pregnancy. This activity is routinely carried out on an ongoing basis so that it can support health policy programs.

The province of Bali, Indonesia, as a tropical destination with abundant natural resources, exhibits a serious focus on the agriculture and livestock sectors. The Simantri program, as a local government innovation, aims to accelerate the adoption of agricultural technology in rural communities. Bio gas, as a renewable energy alternative, emerges as a crucial solution amid the challenges posed by unsustainable fossil fuels. The Simantri Farmers Group in Br. Sandakan, Sulangai Village, faces challenges in introducing their bio gas products to the community. In the Community Service activity, a documentary video was created as an effective informational medium, successfully introducing, enhancing understanding, and raising awareness about the use of bio gas among the community. The video not only promoted the product but also strengthened the role of Simantri in village development and tourism potential. The success of this activity reaffirms that utilizing video-based informational media is an effective step in introducing innovations, enhancing understanding, and supporting the well-being of the local community.

This article discusses the importance of instilling good morals from an early age as an effective strategy to prevent bullying among children and teenagers. Bullying has become a serious problem in society, which can have a detrimental impact on the psychological and emotional well-being of those involved. In an effort to overcome this problem, this article explains how strong and consistent moral education from a young age can form positive values such as empathy, respect for differences, and social responsibility. The author discusses various methods for integrating moral education in formal and non-formal education curricula, as well as the role of parents and teachers in supporting children's moral development. Apart from that, this article also highlights the long-term benefits of moral education, such as reducing bullying incidents, creating a safer school environment, and forming a more socially conscious generation.Thus, this article emphasizes that instilling good morals from an early age is not just about preventing bullying, but also about creating a strong moral foundation for a better future for children and society as a whole.

Tofu dregs cake is increasingly becoming a favorite among the community, creating opportunities for mothers in Lewirato Village to develop it as a home industry. This research reviews entrepreneurship training efforts aimed at teaching mothers how to make tofu dregs cake, with the aim of increasing skills and local economic potential. The implementation method involves demonstration, direct observation, and interviews. This training was carried out involving women from PKK cadres and households around the sub-district. The results showed an increase in skills in making tofu dregs sponge cake and high enthusiasm from the participants. In conclusion, this activity empowers mothers to produce quality tofu dregs cake, reduces dependence on external purchases, and strengthens the local economy.

Abstract: Covid-19 or better known as the Corona Virus has become a public concern since its appearance was detected in China for the first time in early 2020. The death of thousands of people due to this virus has made it the center of attention of many countries, including Indonesia. The COVID-19 pandemic has proven to have put pressure on economic and social conditions in Indonesia since the end of 2019. Traditional markets have become places where many people from various places gather, resulting in an increased risk of infection. The risk of infection is not only for traders, but also for buyers and their families and people they meet or have close contact with, so it is very necessary to implement health protocols by market traders.

MSMEs play an important role in national development, especially in absorbing labor,equalizing income, regional economic development, increasing non-oil and gas exports, and increasing gross domestic product (GDP). Challenges often faced by MSME economic actors include limited working capital, low human resource capacity, and low mastery of science and technology, resulting in generally uncertain business prospects.The development of training programs for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is carried out systematically using consultation methods, production discussions and mentoring.

Karang Taruna's Real Work Program in Sungon Village is a sustainable effort to improve the quality of life of the community. This research aims to explain the problems faced, the program objectives, the methods used, and the results that have been achieved. Karang Taruna Sungon has succeeded in launching superior programs in local economic empowerment, education, public health and sustainable environmental projects. Small business training and preventive health campaigns are the main focus, implemented through active member participation in a spirit of mutual cooperation. The community's positive response to the Karang Taruna initiative created a climate of mutual listening and support, even though they faced limited resources. Program sustainability is maintained through ongoing planning, member capacity development, and support from external partners and donor agencies. Despite the challenges, Karang Taruna was able to overcome most of them, gaining important lessons about adapting to local changes and community participation. The implementation of the program has had a significant impact on Sungon Village, including increasing living standards, reducing poverty levels, and higher local economic participation. Close collaboration with local government, non-government organizations and the private sector is the key to success in supporting the overall village development vision.

Marketing digitalization is something that cannot be avoided by MSMEs to improve their business performance. The obstacles faced by MSME players in the supporting cities of Banten Province, namely Serang and Cilegon, where they still have not utilized access to digital media in their business activities, namely because they still have business ideas that are carried out only to meet the needs of the local community or around them, they still do not master marketing methods with digital media. Such as.Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook, or other marketplaces. The aim of implementing PKM is that it is hoped that MSME actors can apply various training materials and continue and develop marketing through digital media, including digital market platforms, namely those developed by the government and the private sector.

This research aims to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of employees in the production department at PT. Semen Tonasa II and III Pangkep Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with the number of respondents being 51 employees who were used as samples using a sampling technique, namely using Solvin samples. The analysis used in this research is a simple linear regression test. The results of simultaneous testing of the education level variable have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity variable as proven based on the results of the simultaneous test with a significance value of f<α (0.000<0.05). The partial test results of the compensation variable have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables with a significance value of f<α (0.000<0.05).

This writing aims to determine the implementation of the use of Accurate online software at the Sukoharjo Regional Public Printing and Publishing Company (Perumda Percada). The main objective is to determine the positive impact of using Accurate online software on Perumda Percada. Perumda Percada as an entity operating in the printing industry, this company is faced with challenges in managing inventory, financial monitoring and efficient resource management. Information data is obtained from direct observation. The results show that the implementation or application of Accurate online has helped in recording finances at Perumda Percada. User-friendly, Accurate online makes it easier for employees to input and collaborate between departments. Apart from that, Accurate online software also helps management in monitoring the financial reports that have been produced.

Kurnia Ciptamoda Gemilang is an Indonesian retail company that was founded in 1998 and currently houses several brands, namely, Charles & Keith, Pedro, Pomelo, and EA7 Emporio Armani in more than 80 stores throughout Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to determine the role of Sales Associates and sales marketing strategies in selling Charles & Keith Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya products. Sales Associates are placed in a position to analyze the operational running of retail activities, both related to Sales and Selling Products, as well as inventory and will also be given the opportunity to interact directly with customers as a Fashion Advisor to be able to provide product information, answer questions and provide suggestions to customers . This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with Sales Associates at the Charles & Keith store Tunjungan Plaza and also personal observations during their internship as a Sales Associate for Charles & Keith Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya. The research results show that the role of the Sales Associate is very crucial in providing a positive customer experience, understanding customer needs, providing accurate product information and also increasing customer transaction value. Apart from that, effective sales marketing strategies are also implemented to increase the level of product sales by using social media, one of which is Value Added Service (Chat Shop), which is a medium for communication, promotion and also online sales via WhatsApp between Sales Associates and customers.

This community service program focused on enhancing branding and digital marketing strategies for Salina Kitchen, a culinary business in Jakarta. The primary objectives were to optimize packaging sticker design and to boost engagement through the business's Instagram account. Conducted from September 23 to December 15, 2023, the program involved consumer surveys and SWOT analysis. Results indicated a significant improvement in customer satisfaction with packaging design and digital marketing performance. Effective use of hashtags on Instagram expanded the reach to non-followers. The program successfully identified key strategies in branding and digital marketing that can be implemented to enhance the performance of culinary businesses.

Ilham Wardhana Haeruddin.This research aims to determine the influence of brand ambassadors and TikTok social media marketing on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening. The variables studied are brand ambassador and social media marketing as independent variables and purchasing decisions as the dependent variable. The population in this study were active students of the Management Study Program at Makassar State University with a sample using purposive sampling of 100 people. This research is quantitative research which was tested using the multiple linear regression method via SPSS 23.The results of this research show that brand ambassadors partially have a positive effect of 0.115 but are not significant on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.229 > 0.05, social media marketing partially has a positive effect of 0.765 and is significant on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, brand ambassadors and TikTok social media marketing influence purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

The cosmetic industry in Indonesia has experienced rapid development with the emergence of various local and global cosmetic brands. Therefore, every cosmetic company needs to have a strategy to capture the market. One of the strategies that can be used is foreign branding which involves giving brand names using foreign languages aimed at influencing brand image dimensions, consumer perceptions, and attitudes towards the products. This research aims to determine the influence of foreign branding on purchase intention mediated by perceived product quality of Luxcrime products. This study is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sample used consists of 100 students majoring in Management at the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Makassar. Data collection was conducted through literature study and survey. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of the study indicate that foreign branding does not have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention of Luxcrime products, foreign branding has a positive and significant effect on perceived product quality of Luxcrime products, perceived product quality has a positive and significant effect on the purchase intention of Luxcrime products and perceived product quality mediates the relationship between foreign branding and purchase intention of Luxcrime products

The aim of this research is to explore the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) device technology in supporting everyday human life, especially in Luna Torasyngu's novel "Traveline Past." AI is implemented as an intelligent and flexible assistant/partner, serving not only as a mechanical tool but also as an adaptive partner that responds to user needs. Concrete examples include smartwatches, computers with complex authorization systems, sensors that read phenomena and function as weapons, databases encompassing information from the past, and the use of Nano Technology in the production of clothing that can change according to needs. The research findings provide a holistic overview of how AI technology and its related components can shape the lifestyle and interaction of humans with the environment in the future, prompting questions about the positive impact and ethical challenges associated with the integration of AI into daily life. The focus is on analyzing the role of AI-forming device technology in the novel, using a hermeneutic approach. The government's focus on enhancing logistical efficiency and infrastructure development aims to support industrial and trade growth. However, challenges persist, particularly in optimizing the management of marine resources and improving coordination among relevant institutions. Sometimes umbilical cord infections occur because young mothers are unaware of the need to provide umbilical cord care to their babies after giving birth. The umbilical cord, a type of connective tissue, holds the placenta and foetus together. The umbilical cord functions as a source of life for the foetus while it is in the womb. Umbilical cord care is a procedure for handling the umbilical cord in a sterile, clean, and dry manner to avoid infection. The aim of the research is to find out how health education on umbilical cord care influences the behaviour of postpartum mothers in the work environment at the Kaiely Community Health Centre, Buru Regency, in 2024. This research uses a pre-experimental research strategy. Total sampling was used as the sampling technique. We used the Wilcoxon test to analyze the data. The research findings showed a p-value of 0.001 when compared with the significance level (p-value <0.05), thus approving Ha. This shows that health education regarding correct umbilical cord management influences the behaviour of postpartum mothers in the operational area of the Kaiely Community Health Centre, Buru Regency. Based on the research conclusions, postpartum mothers fall into the poor knowledge category, negative attitude category, action not implemented, poor pre-test and post-test behaviour category, and action not taken. behaviour is classified as very good, and the behaviour of postpartum mothers at the Kaiely Community Health Centre, Buru Regency, is influenced by health education about umbilical cord care.

Dust is solid particles caused by natural or mechanical forces such as processing, crushing, softening, rapid packing, blasting, etc. from organic or inorganic materials.Many solid particles are produced by various industries, one of which is the cement industry which has an impact on air pollution by dust. The aim of this research is to determine the description of total dust levels and lung function disorders in workers in the cement Packagingunit at PT.CementTonasa Gudang Arang, Ambon City. This type of research is analytical observation,using a cross sectional study design method that is each object is only observed once and measurements are carried out simultaneously. The research results were obtained from measuring dust levels at three points, namely the packing room.21.7, loading space 20.5 and loading and unloading space 17.4, which is already exceeding the threshold value. And the results of lung function examinations on workers showed that 10 workers had disorders in the mild restrictive category, 6 workers had mild obstructive disorders, and 2 combined and 14 workers had no disorders in the normal category. The results of this study showed that dust levels had exceededthreshold value, it is known that the highest dust content is in the packing room at 21.7 mg/Nm3 and the lowest is in the loading and unloading room at 17.4 mg/Nm3. The lung function capacity of the workforce shows that 10 workers have lung function disorders in the restrictive category, 6 workers have obstructive, 2 combined and 14 workers have no disorders (normal).
