One of the occupational safety and health (K3) problems that can trigger work accidents is fatigue. Work fatigue is a person's condition where their resilience and efficiency at work decreases. Work fatigue is an important problem to overcome, because work fatigue can cause health conditions to decline which will result in decreased work productivity and work accidents. This study aims to determine the relationship between individual characteristics and work fatigue in traditional fishermen in Tanah Merah Hamlet, Huamual Belakang District, West Seram Regency. This research is quantitative research using a "Cross Sectional" approach. The population in this study were fishermen in Tanah Merah Hamlet, namely 65 people. The sampling technique used total sampling, the sample in this study were all fishermen in Tanah Merah Hamlet, namely 65 people. The instrument in this research is a questionnaire. Based on the results of data analysis from the Chisquare test on the variable age and fishermen's work fatigue, a p value of 0.923 (> 0.05) was obtained, which means there is no relationship between age and fishermen's work fatigue in Tanah Merah Hamlet. Meanwhile, the variable length of work,  years of service,type of work and quality of sleep obtained a p value of 0.00 (< 0.05), which means there is a relationship between years of service, length of work, type of work, quality of sleep and work fatigue in traditional fishermen in Tanah Merah Hamlet, Huamual Belakang District West Seram Regency.

Considering how important Early Breastfeeding Initiation is, especially in Indonesia, it is being implemented, one of the main goals of which is to ensure smooth breastfeeding, where the aim of the baby getting breast milk is to be able to develop the baby's maximum potential (Rahmat, 2018). This study aims to analyze the relationship between early initiation and the smooth production of breast milk in post-partum mothers at the Datar City Health Center, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2023. This research is an analytical description with a cross-sectional approach and bivariate data analysis is the data analysis used in the research to determine the relationship or influence of the independent variable with the dependent variable using chi-square test analysis, at the p-value statistical significance limit α (0.05), then Ha: accepted and Ho: rejected (Hardani, 2020).Based on the table above, it can be explained that of the 32 respondents, those who did not initiate early breastfeeding, the majority of mothers' breast milk was not flowing smoothly, 13 (41%). Based on this table, it can be seen that there is a relationship between early initiation and the smooth production of breast milk for post-partum mothers at the Kota Datar Community Health Center, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2023 with a p value of 0.001.This means that there is a relationship between early initiation and the smooth production of breast milk for post-partum mothers at the Datar City Health Center, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2023

The research aims to find out what the emotional state of teenagers in novels is by using the theory of literary psychology according to David krech's book of emotional classification. It identifies the underlying emotions, the emotions associated with sensory stimulation, emotions related to self-assessment and emotions connected with others. This research method employs qualitative methods using descriptions, dialogues and characters that relate to the emotional reactions of characters. The results of analysis show that the novel's emotional main character has such basic emotions as happiness, anger, fear and sadness in various situations. This study provides insight into how the emotional condition of the novel can be perceived by the theory of David krech. This study may be a reference to further research on emotional states in literature.

Tompobulu as a partner does not know the level of exposure to pesticides, does not know the impact of pesticides on health problems and does not have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when spraying. The solutions are: (1) Counseling on prevention and the impact of the use of fertilizers and pesticides on the incidence of dermatitis, (2) Provision of PPE in the form of masks and gloves in fertilizing and spraying pesticides. The results of community service are (1) Counseling on prevention and the impact of using fertilizers and pesticides on the incidence of dermatitis, which is carried out by conducting home visits. Farmers experienced an average increase in knowledge of safe and healthy fertilizing and pesticide spraying management, (2) Provision of PPE, especially hats, masks and gloves to farmers. The solutions are: (1) Counseling on preventing fertilizer exposure to farmers, (2) Providing micronutrient supplementation (Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Boron and Vitamin D) to increase body immunity and detoxify fertilizer poisons, (3) Providing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the form of masks and gloves when carrying out inorganic fertilization on farmers. The results of community service are (1) Counseling on prevention and the impact of using organic fertilizer on health, which is carried out by conducting home visits. The creative industry is an industry that focuses on the creation and exploitation of intellectually owned works, one of which is fashion design, including t-shirts. The current condition of society, both individuals and groups, are now starting to build their brands with the innovation and creativity they build, including Ndlodok T-shirts. This community service is the second stage, namely to introduce ndlodok t-shirts to the community. The initial offer of the "Ndlodok" T-shirt was to formulate a library-based "Ndlodok" T-shirt with characteristics of the Mojokerto dialect with the hope of opening up a new market. Apart from that, the product would become a souvenir that consumers were looking for because it had become a characteristic of Mojokerto UMKM. In facing the rigors of UMKM businesses which are increasingly competitive, "Ndlodok" T-shirt products do not experience problems in the middle of their journey, at this early stage it is necessary to introduce them as a reference for "Ndlodok" T-shirts in carrying out promotional activities.

Students are slow to memorize prayer readings because the learning methods used by teachers are still conventional. As a result, students are not interested in learning prayer readings. The objectives of this research are as follows: (1) create interactive learning media that can be used, easy to use, and suitable for individual learning; and (2) find out how effective the media is in teaching prayer. The Smart App Creator application is used to provide Android-based interactive media. Education must be able to develop the potential of every child in line with current developments in science and technology (IPTEK). Student potential can be developed according to the teacher's ability to manage learning. The material provided must be interesting and not make students bored.

Education is the forerunner of the birth of an intelligent generation. Education does not only take place at one moment, but education continues without knowing the age called lifelong education. In the teaching and learning process it is necessary to create comfortable conditions for students to learn. Therefore, today many learning models are applied in the learning process. This classroom action research aims to apply the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model in the teaching and learning process by optimizing the active role of students in the classroom and providing evaluations to measure student understanding of the material through the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model. The subjects of this study were junior high school students. The estimated duration of the study lasted at least one month. The timing of research refers to the school's academic calendar, because PTK requires several cycles that require an effective teaching and learning process in the classroom. In the learning process, there are several improvements that occur in students where based on the results of observing student attitudes in class during learning activities through the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) method it turns out to be able to change student learning attitudes and can improve student mindsets and learning activities and foster a sense of mutual cooperation between students.

Summary Persuasive communication skills are very important for teachers. This research proposes a convincing communication model for learning fardhu prayer practice material in early childhood. This type of research is a case study using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Technical Data analysis uses the Spradiley model by conducting domain analysis. The results of the research show that the persuasive communication model is very useful for teachers in learning material on the practice of fadhu prayers for early childhood. To support persuasive communication, teachers need to master the material on fardu prayers according to Tarzi Muhammadiyah, an interesting learning strategy,supporting learning conditions, and supporting keys. Through this research, information was also obtained that audio-visual learning media that applies fardu prayer practices according to the Sunnah is needed to support the persuasive communication model implemented by teachers.

Children are taught how to observe Ramadan. Adhering to the child's level of development and capability when it comes to fasting. achievements in children's development spiritual intelligence can be assessed through indicators of spiritual intelligence as well as the values that it impacts. Nurturing children's spiritual intelligence at a young age by encouraging them to practice fasting during the holy month of Ramadan. The research methodology employs a qualitative method. The methods employed to gather data through observing, interviews & documentation.

This research was conducted on the Effect of Performance Allowances on Motivation and Job Satisfaction of PAUD Teachers in Tenjolaya village. This research was conducted by interviewing each PAUD institution. With the results stating that allowances are very important for PAUD teachers because the small salary and very large amount of work makes the existing teachers overwhelmed so as to create high motivation. By providing performance allowances, PAUD teachers in this area have high motivation and enthusiasm for work.       Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pengaruh Tunjangan Kinerja terhadap Motivasi dan Kepuasan Kerja Guru PAUD yang berada di desa Tenjolaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan wawancara setiap Lembaga PAUD. Dengan hasil yang menyatakan bahwa  tunjangan sangat penting bagi guru PAUD dikarenakan Gaji yang sedikit dan tugas yang sangat banyak membuat para guru yang ada kewalahan sehingga untuk menciptakan motivasi yang tinggi. The digital industry offers great benefits if people have sufficient skills to engage in it. Many entrepreneurs have emerged in the digital era, generating income through online businesses or e-commerce. The use of this industry can provide optimal benefits, especially because the needs of modern humans are fast-paced and practical. Even though many people use gadgets with an internet connection, being just a spectator without actively participating in the digital era can cause losses. Sidingkat Village, which is rich in natural resource potential, especially ibus plants, has not utilized the internet optimally for development and marketing. Karang Taruna youth in this village have free time that has not been used productively. The aim of this Real Work Lecture (KKN) is to develop marketing of ibus plants and provide an understanding of online marketing media to Karang Taruna youth. The method used is the Participation Action Research (PAR) approach, which aims to increase public awareness of the potential and problems they have, as well as providing solutions through change programs. Through this approach, it is hoped that young people can be more productive and use their free time more effectively in the digital era

This Research Is A Qualitative Study Which Aims To Analyze Deviations Between The Budget Set And The Realization Of Pmi Surabaya's 2018, 2019 And 2020 Budgets. This Research Used 1 (One) Person As An Informant Who Was The Head Of Administration At Pmi Surabaya. Data Collection Methods Use Observation, Interview And Documentation Techniques. The Results Of This Research Show That The Variance Analysis In The Pmi Surabaya Expenditure Budget In 2018 Resulted In Favorable Deviations. In 2019 And 2020 There Were Unfavorable Deviations. This Happens Because There Are Programs That Cannot Be Predicted Considering That Pmi Surabaya Is A Non-Profit Social And Humanitarian Organization That Does Not Solely Pursue Profit And Has The Aim Of Helping To Alleviate The Effects Of Natural And Human-Caused Disasters. So The Budget That Is Set Is One Of The Preparations If These Disasters Occur And Is Often Not In Accordance With The Budget Because We Ourselves Cannot Predict How Many Disasters There Will Be In One Year. However, This Can Be Overcome By Pmi Surabaya Because Pmi Uses Contingency Plans. This Contingency Plan Was Prepared As A Guide For Disaster Management During Emergency Response So That It Takes Place Quickly And Effectively.  

To find out whether the fiscal correction made by PT Yoezhadassah is in accordance with the applicable tax law and to find out the effect of fiscal corrections made on commercial financial statements on Corporate Income Tax payable at PT Yoezhadassah. The type of research used is qualitative using the exploration method, which is to describe a situation about to get saturated answers regarding fiscal corrections on commercial reports and the preparation of fiscal financial statements and the calculation of Corporate Income Tax at PT Yoezhadassah. Data obtained by researchers through in-depth interviews as well as documentation and observation studies. The results showed that the fiscal correction of the 2021 financial statements of PT Yoezhadassah was carried out through a negative fiscal correction of income of IDR 38,226,905,190 and expenses of IDR 39,661,451,100 on the company's income statement so that the company, which initially according to the commercial income statement, suffered a pre-tax loss of IDR 1,343,629,518 on the fiscal financial statements, resulted in a pre-tax profit of IDR 103,198,00. Corporation income tax payable by PT Yoezhadassah in 2021 is calculated based on profit from non-final income, namely income from transportation minus costs related to transportation. Corporate income tax payable in 2021 of PT Yoezhadassah after fiscal correction is IDR 21,287,761. PT Yoezhadassah in making fiscal corrections to income and expenses is in accordance with applicable tax laws. Based on the results of existing research, the advice that can be given to PT. Yoezhadassah is that as a taxpayer who earns income subject to final and non-final tax, it is advisable to make separate financial statements for final and non-final income so that the tax calculation can be done correctly. PT Yoezhadassah continues to pay attention to the recognition of costs and revenues that are final and non-final.

The aim of this research is to determine the government's efforts to economically empower fishing communities in Adonara District and determine alternative priority aspects for the economic empowerment strategy for fishermen in Adonara District. This research uses a descriptive-qualitative approach. Data collection used was interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results show that the government's efforts to empower the fishing community's economy include optimizing fishing facilities and infrastructure, improving the quality of human resources for fishermen, and finally utilizing marine and fisheries resources. The priority alternative aspects for the economic empowerment strategy of fishing communities are economic aspects, social aspects, and environmental aspects.

An Emok Bank is a type of bank that lends money to people by visiting customers in person by sitting upright with both legs bent backwards. An Emok Bank transaction system is done by sitting licensed in certain places, like the terrace of a client's house. Qualitative research is research that produces descriptive data that are written or oral words of people and behaviour that can be observed. The Emok Bank has made the public worried about the high interest rates and the liability system used in the shares. As a result, many communities, especially households, are plunged into problems arising from paying difficulties. Often, loans from this Emok Bank are used to pay off debts to other Emok Banks. Economic circumstances make a householder dependent on a mother's bank. The existence of an Emok Bank has led to bad behavior against the households in the village of Leuweung Gede, most of them being borrowers to an emoc bank that borrows more than one bank.

Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus and heart disease are the main causes of morbidity and mortality in the elderly (elderly). The elderly need early detection and health promotion to reduce the risk of NCD complications and improve quality of life. This activity aims to increase awareness and understanding of elderly people in Barusari Village regarding the importance of early detection and control of NCDs, as well as providing health education through community-based health promotion. Implementation Method: Free Health Check: Carry out a health check to detect early signs of NCDs, such as measuring blood pressure, blood sugar levels, and checking cholesterol. Community-Based Health Promotion: Holding a health promotion campaign involving community leaders, elderly families, and health workers to create an environment that supports a healthy lifestyle for the elderly. Results: Increased public awareness about the importance of early detection and prevention of NCD complications. Elderly people who take part in health checks gain knowledge about their health conditions and are given referrals to health facilities if necessary. Conclusion: This activity was successful in increasing elderly participation in early detection and health promotion, as well as forming a community that is more concerned about controlling NCDs in the elderly group.

The aim of this research is to find architectural criticism contained in short stories using descriptive methods which is a way of solving problems using analyze and read carefully the architectural aspects contained in the short story. Take several short story quotes and explain them into aspects of descriptive criticism, namely static, dynamic and process aspects
