Android is an operating system whose capabilities continue to increase from year to year. The capabilities of Android currently match the capabilities of a computer. Not only limited to ordinary computers, what a server computer can do can now be done on Android, including making Android a web server. So it is possible for people who have Android to have their own web server. The problem that arises is that the web server on Android cannot be accessed directly via the internet. Cellular operators do not provide Public IP to their customers, so a way is needed so that the Android web server can be accessed on the internet, one of which is by using Virtual Private Network (VPN) technology. The aim of this research is to make the web server on Android accessible on the internet. The method used is to combine a Virtual Private Server (VPS) and Android using VPN. The research results showed that VPN can be a bridge so that the web server on Android can be accessed from the internet.

This research aims to predict customer churn in a telecommunications company using Logistic Regression (LR) and Gradient Boosting Classifier (GBC) algorithms. Customer churn poses a significant challenge as acquiring new customers is costlier than retaining existing ones. The dataset from Kaggle comprises 7043 records and 21 attributes. The process includes data pre-processing, cleaning, transformation, and normalization using a Min-Max Scaler. The data is split into features (X) and target (y), then divided into training and testing sets with an 80:20 ratio. Both models were trained and evaluated using a confusion matrix. Results show that the GBC model outperforms the LR model, with an accuracy of 83% compared to LR's 81%. This study demonstrates the effectiveness of GBC in predicting customer churn.

Grocery stores are a very important type of business in society, especially in urban areas. However, in increasingly fierce competition, grocery stores must always innovate in developing marketing strategies to increase purchasing power, retain old customers and attract new customers. This research aims to provide an understanding of effective marketing strategies both offline and online. The results of this research show that grocery stores in Benowo District, Surabaya implement diverse and targeted marketing strategies to increase the sales volume of their products in market share.

Effective sales transaction management is very important for retail businesses. This research aims to develop a comprehensive sales invoice information system at the Sari Agung Semarang store to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the sales process. The system is designed to simplify invoicing, maintain accurate inventory records, and provide complete sales reporting capabilities. This research involved analysis of current sales processes, system design with a user-friendly interface, and integration with existing accounting and inventory management software. Implementation of this system is expected to increase customer satisfaction, reduce the risk of errors, and provide valuable insights to support better decision making.

Sharia marketing strategy is a plan or planning of entrepreneurs and companies which is the implementation of the concept of determining prices, targets, and procedures for promotion and expansion of ideas, goods and services for exchange that meets customer needs. This study aims to find out the buying interest and consumer interest in Jambi batik. This research is a qualitative research, because this research instrument uses interviews to get data, The population in this study is consumers who buy Jambi batik products or batik at Ardiah stores. A sample of 73 people was determined, with interview techniques. The results of the study found that: Sharia marketing strategy significantly had a positive effect on buying interest with a value above 0.477 meaning that 47.7/% of Jambi batik marketing could explain its influence on Jambi batik buying interest, while 52.3% was explained by other factors.

This research is related to the influence of customer satisfaction, brand image and service quality on customer loyalty. (Case Study at PT Anugerah Prestasi Nusantara Purwokerto). The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of customer satisfaction, brand image, and service quality on customer loyalty. The respondents in this study were 100 people who live in Purwokerto using an accidental sampling technique. The data collection methods used were questionnaires, interviews and observations. Meanwhile, the method used to analyze the data is using the SPSS program. The results of this research show that customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at PT Anugerah Prestasi Nusantara, brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at PT Anugerah Prestasi Nusantara, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at PT Anugerah Prestasi Nusantara. This proves that customer satisfaction, brand image and service quality can increase customer loyalty at PT Anugerah Prestasi Nusantara Purwokerto

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of product quality on customer loyalty at the Berkah Jaya Supermarket, Purwokerto. To determine the effect of customer service on customer loyalty at the Berkah Jaya Supermarket, Purwokerto. To determine the effect of promotions on customer loyalty at the Berkah Jaya Supermarket, Purwokerto. The population in this study is customers. who visit and shop at Berkah Jaya Purwokerto Supermarket. The method used in this research is accidental sampling. The formula used by Rao Purba. Data collection using questionnaires. The method used to analyze the data is multiple linear regression analysis and uses SPSS software. The research results show that the Product Quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of 6.279 with significance level 0.000; the service quality variable has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty of 8.896 with a significance level of 0.000; and the promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of 5.406 with a significance level of 0.000. Overall, the independent variable has an influence of 94.9% influenced by the dependent variable, and the remaining 5.1% is influenced by other variables not found in this research.

This research aims to analyze customer satisfaction at the UD.Rini Mulyo material store. This research uses service quality, price and promotion variables as independent variables. Sampling was carried out using Accidental Sampling, obtaining 100 respondents. The data collection method uses a questionnaire given to customers who visit and make transactions at the UD.Rini Mulyo material store. The data analysis technique in this research uses multiple regression analysis which is processed using the SPSS 21 program. The results of the research show that the customer satisfaction variable for the UD.Rini Mulyo material store is influenced by 37.1% of service quality, 29.3% of price and 7.8% of promotions. Overall the independent variables have an influence of 87.2% and the remaining 12.8% is influenced by other variables not found in this research.

This study aims to determine the Influence of Brand Image, Product Quality, and Promotion on Purchasing Decisions at Persis Store Surakarta. Sampling from the population is determined by purposive sampling method. The sample size obtained was 103 samples who were customers who had made purchases at Persis Store. The method used to analyze the data is multiple linear regression analysis in which previously the data was tested first with validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. The results obtained showed that brand image, product quality, and promotions contained in Persis Store Surakarta had an effect of 0.586 or 58.6% on Purchase Decisions and 41.4% were influenced by other variables.

Ybe bright healty is one of the beauty clinic services that is quite well known by the public, especially those from the city of Semarang. Ybe bright healty clinic is located at Jalan Ruko Emeral Green 9A BSB City, Jatibarang , Kec.Mijen, Semarang City, Central Java 50219. Competition conditions from similar Ybe bright healty clinics that have sprung up with various strategies make Ybe bright healty clinic must be able to compete.  In this study, data were collected using a questionnaire method from 100 customer respondents of Ybe bright health clinic menoreh, Semarang city. By using purposive sampling method . Then an analysis of the data obtained was carried out in the form of quantitative analysis which included validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, hypothesis testing through the F test, t test and the coefficient of determination test (R 2 ) . The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. With the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions , service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions, and location has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions.

PT Indo Calli Plast experienced a decline in sales in 2015-2023. Therefore, the company is trying to increase product sales by implementing ISO 9001:22000 in 2023 so that it can compete to customer. This research aims to determine the conditions of ISO implementation at PT Indo Calli Plast and to determine the effect of implementing ISO 9001:22000 on local sales volume at PT Indo Calli Plast. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observations and interviews at PT Indo Calli Plast. The data processing method in this research uses a semi-qualitative analysis method, namely a combination of qualitative and quantitative research. SPSS Data Processing, including: Validity and Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test. The results of this research: The implementation of ISO 9001:22000 has a positive and significant effect on the local sales volume of PT Indo Calli Plast. The results of the coefficient of determination test (R2) in the table above, obtained an R Square value of 0.844. This means that 84.4% of the Local Sales Volume at PT Indo Calli Plast is influenced by the ISO 9001:22000 Implementation variable, while the remaining 15.6% is influenced by other variables not explained in this research.

This thesis aims to determine how the influence of brand trust, Islamic service quality, and promotion on customer satisfaction. Outlet Hamas Customers in Jambi City. Research Here using quantitative research methods the approach The approach used in this research is descriptive-quantitative method. The results showed (1) a Sig value of 0.000 <0.005 This means that Brand Trust has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The t-count value value of 8.510> 1.985 from the t-table. this means that brand trust has a significant effect significant effect on customer satisfaction. (2) the value of Islamic service quality Sig of 0.000 <0.005, this means that Islamic service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. customer satisfaction. And it can be seen that the t-count value is 4,993 > 1,985 from the t-table, this means that Islamic service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. (3) value Sig promotion value of 0.000 <0.005,. This means that promotion has a significant on customer satisfaction customer satisfaction. And it can be seen that the value of t-count of 5.773> 1.985 from the t-table,. This means that promotion has an effect  on customer satisfaction. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are companies that produce goods to meet the needs of local communities. To attract customers in the face of stiff competition, business owners must plan their prices and internet marketing tactics. The aim of this research is to find out whether discounts and internet sales influence customers' decisions to buy products at the Omah Bouquet Bendogerit shop, Blitar City. Omah Bouquet company customers who have made purchases are the subjects of this research, and questionnaires are used as a data collection tool. Respondents in this study totaled 124 people. A quantitative approach is the research method used. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis as the analysis method. At a significance level of 0.000<0.05, research findings show that “the price variable (X1) has a significant and positive effect on the purchasing choice variable (Y). At a significance level of 0.000<0.05, the online promotion variable (X2) has a significant and positive effect on the purchasing choice variable (Y). At the significance threshold of 0.000 < α 0.05, the price variables (X1) and online promotions (X2) jointly influence purchasing choices (Y).”

The explanation and description of the deviations and the application of the Leech principle of chaos in the Gojek, Grab, and inDriver application char features are the objectives of this study. The theory used in this study using the theory of Leech language chaos principles. This research data is a matching of online scooter drivers and consumers in chat features in online scout apps, through recording, crawling, and observation. The data source obtained is ten data in each online application. (Gojek, Grab, inDriver). The instrumental indicator used consists of the principle of excellence that encompasses the maximum of wisdom, charity, appreciation, humility, agreement, and sympathy.  The data collection technique used is observation and recording. Data analysis techniques used are, observing and observing, recording, collecting data, and analyzing data. The results of the research show that the most common form of deviation is the maxima of intelligence in which drivers and customers do not want to reduce the loss to themselves and increase the benefit of others. Meanwhile, the dominant form of application of the principle is the maximum intelligence demonstrated through agreement and sympathy.

Waste Bank is an institution that plays an important role in waste management. Kedungmaling village is a village located in Mojokerto district, East Java province, Kedungmaling Waste Bank was established in 2019 and its head is the PKK organization of Kedungmaling village. Some research has been conducted with a case study of a Waste Bank to improve the performance of waste banks that still carry out their business processes conventionally. Most previous research focused on making waste bank applications but still used Kotlin programming language and fire base web service as the database. This research uses the React Native framework to create mobile applications and uses the Rest API as a database. The application design uses the SDLC method with a waterfall model. Application testing using black box gets a percentage of 97% of 89 scenarios and Rest API testing assisted by the postman application gets a percentage of 100% of 94 scenarios. With this application, it can help officers in managing waste and facilitate customers in managing their balances.

The purpose of this service is to find out how and how much influence the use of the management control system (SPM) and marketing strategies implemented at the Campus Coffee Shop has to improve quality so that it can survive in the competition of similar coffee shop businesses. Marketing development strategy for campus coffee shops (KOKAM). Several approaches that can help coffee shops around campus increase their attractiveness and business success include understanding the target market, strong branding, menu variations, special promotions for students, collaboration with student organizations, a comfortable and instagrammable atmosphere, promotions on Social Media. Conclusion Warkop campus coffee (KOKAM) is growing and attracting more customers, prioritizing the quality of the products sold, warkop is a comfortable place with affordable coffee prices with the aroma and taste of coffee being the main attraction, by creating a variety of different coffee flavors, take advantage of social media platforms to introducing warkop.

This research aims to determine the effect of live music and café atmosphere on customer satisfaction at Legi Pait Food & Coffee Surakarta. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this research were customers of Legi Pait Food and Coffee Surakarta and the samples in this research was 67 respondents using simple random sampling. The variables usen in this research are Live Music, Café Atmosphere and Customer Satisfaction. The data used in this research is primary data. The data collection method used was a questionnaire in the form of a Google Form. The result of this research show that live music has a positive and significant effect on customer atisfaction, café atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and live music and café atmosphere simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Gojek is a company operating in the transportation sector, Gojek's head office is in Jakarta, Indonesia. Gojek was founded by Nadiem Makarim, an Indonesian citizen who graduated with a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. The scope of this research was carried out on consumers who use Gojek services in the Surakarta area. The aim of this research is to analyze the significance of the influence of price, service and promotion on consumer purchasing decisions for Gojek customers in Surakarta. This research is a survey. This type of data uses quantitative data. The data source uses primary data. The population in this research are all consumers who use Gojek services in Surakarta. The number of samples used in this research was 110 people. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The research results show that price has no significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions for Gojek customers in Surakarta, service has a significant effect on purchasing decisions in Surakarta and promotions have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Gojek customers in Surakarta.

The Urban Farming Group "Keputih Bersemi," based on educational hydroponics, is an active farming group in Kelurahan Keputih, Surabaya. Urban farming is an ideal choice for urban residents to engage in productive activities that can be followed by the surrounding community and, of course, produce something of added value. The plants or vegetables grown by the Keputih Bersemi farming group include pak choi, lettuce, and others. The harvested produce has not been sold or distributed optimally because marketing activities are conducted conventionally, with members offering the products directly to the surrounding community. This situation arises because the majority of the farming group members are elderly and still unfamiliar with technology. The use of social media, such as Instagram and Whatsapp, plays an important role as it significantly increases the visibility and sales of the group's agricultural products. A marketing strategy that involves engaging content, the use of relevant hashtags, and active interaction with potential customers will expand market reach and attract more potential customers.

The restaurant industry in Indonesia has experienced significant growth, driving the need for data-driven strategies to remain competitive. This study aims to apply and compare time series methods in forecasting sales at "Nasi Goreng Bacot" restaurant. The methods used are Simple Moving Average (SMA), Weighted Moving Average (WMA), and Single Exponential Smoothing (SES), with a focus on sales data from the year 2023.The research results indicate that SMA provides the most accurate predictions, with a Mean Absolute Error (MAE) value of 296.67, Mean Squared Error (MSE) of 129055.6, and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 3.02%. WMA and SES, although useful in certain data conditions, show higher error rates in this case. This study confirms the effectiveness of SMA in the context of stable and less fluctuating restaurant sales data. With these results, restaurants can plan their inventory of raw materials and workforce more efficiently, reduce waste, and improve customer satisfaction.
