Social interaction has become a crucial need for students in the university environment, but individual conflicts can pose challenges. Conflict is a part of life, but if not handled properly, it can be difficult to control. This research aims to explore the relationship between religiosity and empathy with forgiveness behavior, utilizing a quantitative approach. The research sample involves 135 active students from Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi. The analysis results indicate that there is no significant linear relationship between religiosity and forgiveness, and there is no significant linear relationship between empathy and forgiveness. These findings illustrate that a high level of religiosity does not necessarily indicate positive forgiveness behavior, and empathy does not always contribute to the formation of forgiving attitudes. Additionally, the research highlights other contributing factors to forgiveness not addressed in the study, such as relationship quality, personality types, and attack characteristics. Therefore, further research is needed to identify and measure the influence of these factors. Furthermore, the research results indicate that 88% of other factors influencing forgiveness remain unexplored, emphasizing the need for further research with larger and more diverse samples.

The Bogor city population and civil registration service program application is the Population Administration Information system (SIAK) application. This includes e-ID services, family cards and birth certificates. The functioning of the Online KTP Registration application not only makes things easier for Bogor City residents. This application is also an additional public facility that supports efforts to make Bogor City a Smart City. In an effort to utilize information technology in providing population document services to the community with the aim of making it easier, simplifying the system and ensuring transparency, the Bogor City Population and Civil Registration Department is collaborating with all SKPD as a basis for development planning by utilizing a population database. Ramona Thieme Mercer was born on October 4, 1929 is the author of the middle class theory of nursing known as the achievement of the maternal role. Mercer began her Nursing career in 1950, when she received a Diploma from St. Mary's. Margaret's School of Nursing in Montgomery Alabama. Mercer's theory is an example of a middle range theory, it has a lower abstraction that is derived from other theories so that it can be applied to more specific areas of nursing. A very interesting thing, of course, is when a nurse is able to translate how to develop this theory, it becomes easier to apply to patients. Maternal Role Attainment proposed by Mercer follows Bronfenbrenner's work in 1979 which is known as the bird's nest circle which includes a set of microsystem, mesosystem and macrosystem cycles. The application of the becoming a mother model in providing nursing care to postpartum clients is carried out to help clients achieve their role as a mother. So that the mother can provide good care for the baby and the baby can be fulfilled in psychosocial terms.

Katherine Kolcaba originally wrote comfort theory in Alzheimer's and dementia patients. However, Katherine herself has written several articles in the nursing field regarding her theory. When Kolcaba developed his theory, he used logical reasoning. He uses induction, deduction, subtraction. Kolcaba uses existing frameworks to synthesize or identify comfort types. This book has a provocative and profound effect, encouraging psychologists to study personality holistically and in depth and emphasizing the complex interactions between individual, social, and cultural characteristics. This is an excellent starting point for this theory because comfort is best achieved through holistic treatment. He also begins with the analytical concept of the term "comfort". Katherine Kolcaba collects definitions of “comfort” from various scientific disciplines. In comfort theory, the metaparadigm proposition of nursing action is used.

From traditional trading practices to today's global financial system, credit agreements have played an important role in the formation of the world economy. Good faith can often be said to be a high norm in civil law, especially in contracts, because objective good faith refers to a normative concept related to moral standards in carrying out legal actions, especially in carrying out auctions. Bad faith is a contario of the definition of good faith, namely that good faith will be the background for someone to act against the law which results in harm to another party. Bad faith has not been clearly regulated in any statutory regulations, so determining whether someone is acting in bad faith is not easy considering that there are no provisions related to bad faith in statutory provisions, including BW. This research aims to analyze the basic determinants of bad faith in the implementation of mortgage rights execution auctions by banks based on credit agreements and the legal consequences for banks who act in bad faith in implementing mortgage rights auctions. The research method used in the research is normative legal research using a statutory approach, case approach and conceptual approach. This research uses legal materials sourced from primary legal materials and secondary legal materials which are then collected through literature study, analyzed using qualitative methods. The results of the research are that the basis for determining the existence of bad faith can be seen from actions that violate the law which are not based on the principle of caution or are not careful in carrying out their duties. Therefore, as a legal consequence of bad faith, you can file a lawsuit for cancellation of the auction which causes the auction to be canceled to the Local District Court.

The bill governs the administration of liability-rights. The rights of the liquefied are not divided unless promised in the document the rights are given. If a lien was applied to a certain land right, then it could be agreed upon in the corresponding document of the lien grant, that the payment of secured debts could be made in installments of the same amount as the price of liens. It is part of the title of the load that will be separated from the rights of the load, so the rights of the load in turn weigh only the remainder of the load to secure the rest of the debt. Land rights that can be encumbered with a mortgage are property rights, commercial property rights, and building rights. In addition to the land rights, the land rights of the state that, according to the prevailing regulations of legislation, must be registered and depending on the property that can be deducted, can also be the property rights.
