The aim of this community service is to measure the weight, body, height and developmental status of babies and toddlers to detect stunting early. Bullying is a deliberate act of aggression and degradation by one or a group of people against another individual. These acts of bullying can be physical, verbal, or relational behaviors that aim to hurt, intimidate, or harm others who may be weaker or unable to defend themselves. Bullying can occur anywhere and anytime, when powerful people have the desire to commit acts of violence on people who do not have power. In recent times, cases of bullying have been increasing and grabbing the attention of the community and inviting concerns for safety and comfort in the educational environment. The impact caused by bullying is that the victim has a long trauma, psychological and mental disruption and emotional uncertainty. The educational environment should be a peaceful and comfortable place to support every child in studying and achieving. It is important that we all come together to prevent and solve this bullying problem. This can be realized by providing an understanding of bullying to the impact that occurs on the victim. Therefore, through the PLN Peduli CSR platform, the author conducts community service activities with the aim of providing teaching to prevent bullying cases. This community service activity is carried out in the form of socialization to early childhood in river schools. The methods used are delivering material (lectures), showing animated films, asking questions to children and playing games together. The results to be achieved after this activity are early childhood understanding of the importance of avoiding bullying behavior and understanding the negative impact of bullying. Children are expected to be more concerned about focusing on themselves and be active in efforts to create a comfortable educational environment without bullying. This activity forms an attitude not to do bad habits and always spread kindness among others.

Children's health is an important factor that needs to be considered. A child will feel happier and more confident with a good diet. There are still many residents of Bandar Magodang Village, Serdang Berdagai Regency, North Sumatra, who do not realize how important it is to maintain healthy hair. Increasing awareness about the health of newborn children's hair in Bandar Magodang Village is the aim of this research. Survey and interview approaches were used in this research. The research results show that there are still many people who do not know about safe and reliable child care practices. Apart from that, they ignore how important it is to maintain the health of the younger generation.

One media for conveying information about a departement, company or agency is a website profile. To provide information, the indo plant hauling district departement only uses the WhatsApp application to share the latest news, announcements, or updates related to the departement, such as awards, new projects, or changes in the organization. To overcome the problem of information that can only be known by people in the departement, we provide recommendations for designing the Indo Plant Hauling District Departement website PT. Pamapersada Nusantara East Kalimantan. The prototype method that will be used to develop this website and get results from this service, namely a user interface design and website prototype for the Indo plant hauling district departement profile.

In the current digital era, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) need digital tools to facilitate their business processes. Binong Subdistrict, as one of the subdistricts that has many MSMEs, faces challenges in encouraging technology adoption among MSME owners. To overcome this problem, the authors introduce BukuWarung, a digital financial platform, as a practical solution to optimize financial recording. The process involves training and mentoring structured in four steps: outreach, training and mentoring, and evaluation. The results show that MSMEs now better understand the important role of financial management and have successfully adopted BukuWarung for their financial recording needs. In conclusion, socialization and training on the use of the Buku Warung application in Binong Village succeeded in increasing the understanding and skills of MSMEs in utilizing digital technology to support their business.

Cemerlang Barbershop is one of the hair barber businesses in Batam City. The problem at Cemerlang Barbershop is that there is a decrease in the number of visitors and the names of partners are not yet widely known, so the focus and aim of this service is to help Cemerlang Barbershop’s problems through creating social media accounts in the form of Instagram and Tiktok as well as making business cards. The methods used are interview and observation methods. The results obtained are that promotions carried out on social media have proven to be helpful in making the name Cemerlang Barbershop better known and making it easier to reach the desired consumers. Then the business cards created also increased brand awareness and increased the number of visitors from previously 10 visitors coming to 20 visitors. So it can be concluded that this service activity was successful in helping the problems experienced by Cemerlang Barbershop partners.

The development of interactive learning media is the key to creating quality students. Canva as design application is an effective tool in creating interactive learning media in schools. KKN activities at SMPN 32 Surabaya aim to develop students' creativity through the Canva application to create a creative and innovative generation and realize responsive learning. The activity was held on Thursday 30 November 2023 involving 30 participants from class 7E of SMPN 32 Surabaya. Activities are carried out using a participatory method with 3 implementation stages, namely program planning, program implementation and program assessment. The results of this activity received a positive response with a satisfaction level reaching 78%. Survey results show that 70% of participants will use Canva as a learning medium and 53% of participants will use Canva as a tool to develop creativity.

The use of a computerized system to determine the number of children and the severity of their illness is called a family plan. Allowed family planning is an effort to regulate or thin out births or an effort to prevent pregnancy temporarily with the agreement of husband and wife due to certain situations and conditions for the benefit of the family, society, and the state, thus family planning here has the same meaning as regulation of offspring. The goal after a brief coaching is expected to increase knowledge and understanding in choosing contraceptives according to needs and as an effort to make the government's program to have 2 children better. The activities carried out in the form of coaching and brief socialization using Manikin and leaflets. The results of fostering family planning acceptors are able to increase mother's knowledge in choosing types of contraception and understand the advantages and disadvantages of each contraceptive. The conclusion in this community service is that the mother's knowledge of contraceptives increases so that she can choose the right contraceptive.

Air pollution is not an unfamiliar phenomenon for areas surrounding industries. The Cikoneng area has a wok industry center where the production process produces air pollution fumes. The wok industry center is adjacent to residential houses so that the factory smoke produced has an impact on the health of the surrounding community. Therefore, the targets of counseling are community leaders, health cadres, youth organizations, and residents who live around the industrial area. The purpose of this empowerment activity is to increase community knowledge, awareness, and creativity towards planting Sansevieria plants with the kokedama technique to maintain environmental health around the wok industry. The material was given using the lecture method with the help of power point media and leaflets. While the practice of planting Sansevieria with kokedama technique uses lecture and simulation methods. The Wilcoxon test was used to measure the level of knowledge of participants from the pre-test and post-test results which could show a difference in results before and after providing material with asymp. Sig (2-tailed) of 0.002, it can be concluded that there is an increase in knowledge in participants who take part in counseling activities. It is hoped that the people of Jetak Hamlet can minimize air pollution generated from the wok industry process by planting Sansevieria plants.

In addition to describing the progress and challenges faced byThe Family Hope Program (PKH), this paper also aims to explain the theoretical basis of social protection programs that under lie PKH. This paper was based ona series ofdirect observation combined with a desk reviewof the CCT implementation unit level and regional centers as well as afocus group discussion with partners/facilitator in the field, experts of PKH, area coordinator, regional coordinator and RTSM beneficiaries. This study showed that the CCT provide significants up port for Very Poor Households, “Rumah Tangga Sangat Miskin”(RTSM) in order not to”produce” the next generation who were malnourishedand uneducated. The program alsogave an opportunity for scholars working in the area to engage in these activities. Until 2012, PKH absorbed nearly 10,000 young workforceas mentors, operators, area coordinators from higher education graduates.

The development of ICT has an impact on the education sector. In Indonesia itself, the development of ICT is not balanced with literacy and numeracy skills. There needs to be follow-up on the low literacy and numeracy skills of students. Follow-up should not only focus on student abilities, but should also be teacher-centered. PGSD Study Program, STKIP Kusuma Negara, through the Field Work Lecture (KKL) course, implements the tri dharma of higher education, namely Community Service (PKM) in the form of a national webinar with the theme My Teacher, My Hero - Literacy and Numeracy in the Digital Era for Elementary School Teachers. PKM implementation goes through 3 stages, namely pre-preparation, implementation and post-implementation stages. The training was conducted with 2 resource persons and attended by 268 participants who were elementary school teachers and students from all over Indonesia.

The majority of the people of Kedungbunder Village, Sutojayan District, Blitar Regency work as farmers and livestock breeders. Farmers in Kedungbunder Village complain that the price of non- subsidized fertilizer is expensive and subsidized fertilizer from the government is difficult to obtain, thus affecting agricultural productivity. This socialization aims to provide understanding and skills to farmers in making and using liquid organic fertilizer from agricultural waste and natural materials in the environment so that farmers can make fertilizer independently. In this way, farmers in Kedungbunder Village are more independent and creative, do not depend on subsidized fertilizer supplies, and reduce operational costs and agricultural activities remain productive, thereby increasing farmer capacity. The methods used in this community service activity include discourse, discussions, and training. The results of community service showed a positive response of 86.76% of participants to socialization activities.

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan wawasan kepada mahasiswa mengenai strategi menghadapi soal-soal dalam TOEFL sehingga dapat mempersiapkan diri dalam menghadapi tes TOEFL yang sesungguhnya. Penguasaan kemampuan bahasa Inggris khususnya TOEFL harus dilakukan sebagai salah satu alternatif solusi bagi mahasiswa dalam mempersiapkan kelulusan dan pekerjaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan, pembinaan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Kegiatan ini telah mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan mahasiswa mengenai cara cepat dan tepat yang dapat diterapkan dalam menjawab soal-soal TOEFL. Berdasarkan pengamatan tutorial selama kurang lebih 3 bulan mengikuti pelatihan TOEFL, menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman mahasiswa dalam menguasai materi TOEFL mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan

The making of traditional woven fabrics has traditionally used natural coloring. But at present, the manufacture of woven fabrics has been greatly influenced by the use of yarn from factories that have been colored with textile dyes. The use of colored yarn from the factory is due to the use of natural materials that fade quickly. The traditional knowledge of natural coloring began to forgotten. The Nekamese area has the potential for plants that can used as natural dyes. In addition, there are also natural ingredients that can be used as a mixture so that the color of woven fabrics does not fade. However, the partners do not have the knowledge and skills to utilize plants as natural dyes for making woven fabrics.

The community service carried out by the Surabaya Pharmacy Academy team aims to increase public awareness about the dangers of used cooking oil regarding the potential diseases that can occur if consumed continuously. The waste cooking oil produced is processed into colorful candle products. The colorful candles produced can be used as lighting at home or can also be used as room decoration because of their attractive colors and shapes. Based on the results of this community service, the community was very enthusiastic and gave a positive response to this training. The community has new insight into processing used cooking oil waste into colorful candles. People can practice making colorful candles again at home. This product can also be a creative and innovative business idea.

The study analyzes the challenges and opportunities faced by startups in both contexts, focusing on resource management, green innovation, and social responsibility initiatives. The findings reveal distinct approaches between the two groups, with startups in developed economies leveraging more advanced technologies, while those in developing economies rely on cost-effective, local sustainability practices. Recommendations are provided for fostering sustainability in the startup ecosystem.

This study investigates the role of strategic leadership in influencing organizational performance in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) across Asia. The research identifies leadership styles that contribute to enhancing the competitiveness and sustainability of SMEs. A quantitative approach was employed to analyze data from SMEs in countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. The results suggest that transformational leadership, strategic decision-making, and a focus on employee development are key determinants of performance. The paper concludes by discussing the implications for leaders of SMEs in developing countries and offers policy recommendations to foster SME growth.

The COVID-19 pandemic has presented unique challenges for startups, particularly in the areas of financial management. This research focuses on the financial obstacles faced by startups in the post-pandemic period, including cash flow management, access to funding, and risk mitigation. Through interviews with entrepreneurs and financial experts, the paper highlights effective strategies that startups have adopted to navigate these challenges, such as digital finance tools, crowdfunding, and lean financial management practices. The study concludes by offering a framework for startups to enhance their financial resilience and sustainability in a volatile economic environment.
