This article delves deep into the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in assisting human resources professionals in the recruitment and selection process. AI is a result of the emergence of machine learning, which can mimic human thought patterns and working mechanisms. AI, or artificial intelligence, has been applied in various fields, including quality control in manufacturing, the entertainment industry, autonomous vehicles, and is increasingly making inroads into the realm of recruitment. With the support of algorithms, AI plays a vital role in helping HR professionals filter applicant portfolios, fundamentally transforming the traditional recruitment process. Through a comprehensive analysis drawing from various literature sources, this article seeks to uncover the wide-ranging changes and profound impacts brought by AI into the world of recruitment. The conclusion drawn from this exploration is that AI has the potential to expedite the acquisition of high-quality applicants more efficiently and cost-effectively while also reducing subjectivity in human assessments. However, this transformation is not without concerns about ethics and data security, which require careful consideration.

In education, of course there is something called a curriculum, the curriculum needs to be developed so that it can help improve the quality of education which will be very beneficial for school principals, teachers, staff and student. The curriculum is a dynamic teaching and learning vehicle so it needs to be developed and assessed continuously in accordance with existing developments in society. Curriculum development is a process that determines how the curriculum will run.

The rapid development of information technology in the current era of globalization cannot be separated from its influence in the world of education. The development of the times requires the world of education to always adjust to technological developments as an increase in the quality of education. One of the many technological applications that are present in the world of education that can be used as learning media in schools is Canva, which is an online design program that provides various kinds of learning media such as presentations, resumes, posters, pamphlets, brochures, graphics, infographics, banners, bookmarks, books, bulletins, and so on. The purpose of this counseling is so that the younger generation can keep up with the times. The training method is carried out in stages, starting from seventh grade to ninth grade. The results of this training can improve students' ability to use the Canva application.

Education plays a very important role in building character and improving the quality of the individual. It is inevitable that problems arise in the implementation of learning. One of the problems often encountered in the school environment is the boredom of the students in the classroom. To overcome this, the provision of interesting and enjoyable learning media is seen as a reasonable solution. Although the primary school age is a crucial period, it is necessary to consider how to provide learning materials that are interesting and fun so that students can more easily accept the material taught by the teacher. Through the design thinking research method, stencil is a media or technique that is often used in the application of art, this media was chosen as a learning media to introduce students to stencil and aims as a form of their expression in pouring their creativity into a learning about art.

To build awareness of cleanliness and enthusiasm for learning through poster design for MadrasahIbtidaiyah (MI) in Sindon Village. This village was identified as facing challenges in increasing sanitation awareness and children's enthusiasm for learning. The service method involves preparing and installing posters specifically designed to communicate the message of cleanliness and enthusiasm for learning. The results of this activity show a significant increase in awareness of cleanliness, as can be seen from changes in children's behavior regarding personal hygiene and the surrounding environment. The creative and informative poster design succeeded in attracting children's attention, encouraging them to actively participate in maintaining cleanliness. The poster which included inspiration, motivational quotes and supporting visual images succeeded in providing positive encouragement to children's interest in learning. Students' active involvement in the learning process has increased, reflected in more active participation in class activities and increased learning outcomes. The use of poster design as an effective communication tool in this service has made a significant contribution to increasing awareness of cleanliness and enthusiasm for learning at MI 2 Sindon Village. It is hoped that this can be an inspiration for similar effortsin other communities to improve the quality of life and education of children through creative and participatory approaches.  

This article aims to investigate the changes that have occurred in the development of the Islamic religious education curriculum. Islamic religious education has an important role in shaping the character of students and developing their understanding of Islamic teachings. This research uses a descriptive-analytical method by analyzing related documents, school policies, and interviews with related parties. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a clear picture of how changes in the development of the Islamic religious education curriculum contribute to improving the quality of education. Based on the results of research in the field, it was found that learning activities make it very easy for us to get further information about innovative curriculum developments using internet-based learning media and determining the applications that are of interest to students nowadays, including the applications used by teachers, the IG application. , interactive Power Point, Tiktok, Quiziz, Classroom and other supporting applications. Based on the researcher's explanation, it was found that in innovation in Islamic religious education, curriculum development in the era of revolution 4.0 can also be applied to visuals for learning, flipped classrooms, centered on students learning the learning process, results-based learning, collaborative spaces.

Indonesia has entered the era of the fourth industrial revolution. This happens with technology as a basis for human life. Everything has become limitless and limitless due to the development of digital technology. Indonesia needs several regulatory and authority improvements to be able to face the world market. The aim of this research is to find out what Indonesian industry can do to face the world market, the impact that the presence of the industrial revolution 4.0 has, and the strategies that Indonesia can prepare and carry out in facing the World Market revolution. This research aims to analyze the learning styles of 11th-grade students in Class MP 2 at SMK N 1 Bangli in the context of learning English. The findings indicate that the majority of students have a preference for kinesthetic learning style, followed by auditory and visual learning styles. Despite the dominance of the kinesthetic learning style, some students also show tendencies towards auditory and visual learning styles. Meanwhile, the research identifies several learning difficulties faced by students, such as a lack of motivation, basic English language proficiency, and limited school resources. To address these challenges, teachers and schools are advised to create an environment that supports students' learning motivation, pay special attention to mastering basic English language skills, and enhance students' access to quality learning resources, including the use of technology such as utilizing smartphones for learning activities. Technology integration in teacher learning has a positive impact on improving the quality of learning at the elementary school level. Teachers who are trained and assisted in the use of technology can create learning content that is more interesting and interactive. In addition, technology also gives students the freedom to organize their own learning and choose learning resources according to their individual interests and learning styles. This research provides great benefits for teachers and students in elementary schools. Teachers can use technology to improve the quality of learning, while students feel the freedom in learning that is more personal and according to their interests.

This community service focuses on designing educational learning with interactive board game media which is a teaching and learning activity, as well as providing board game board media which is designed in such a way as to convey messages and information in the form of waste sorting, thereby trying to improve the quality of learning and also entertainment media. By introducing the concept of environmental cleanliness based on Adiwiyata to children aged 6-7 years, especially for children who attend SDN Penanggungan. This was done because there is still no availability of board game interactive media learning education for children aged 6-7 years and the lack of media facilities and educational toys at Penanggungan Elementary School. This service method uses qualitative methods by collecting data including observations, interviews, focus group discussions and surveys. With the educational learning media interactive board game for sorting organic and inorganic waste, children can enjoy the learning process without having difficulty understanding the information presented and getting bored or bored, and by providing facilities in the form of interactive board media for selecting organic and inorganic waste such as educational toy board games that sharpen motor skills and increase focus on children at school. The results of this service show that this program can provide an understanding of environmental cleanliness regarding the organic and inorganic waste selection system and increase adequate facilities for practical learning activities at Penanggungan Elementary School.

This research aims to describe the application of the academic supervision model to supervisors in developing Islamic religious education teachers in Pondok Jambi City Faith Islamic Boarding School and Jambi City As'ad Islamic Boarding School. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The subject of this research is the supervisor, chairman Madrasah, teachers and students at the Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School, Jambi City and As'ad, Jambi City. Data collection The techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Processing technique and data analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and verification or withdrawal.Conclusion The research results show that the implementation of academic supervision supervisor of the Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School in Jambi City and the As'ad Islamic Boarding School in Jambi City From a planning aspect, a monitoring program has been included because The supervisor has carried out planning before carrying out supervision activities by making agreement with the madrasah personnel who will be supervised so that they prepare themselves. However, that is The teacher development aspect has not gone well, so have many aspects of assessment. These are the results of the implementation of the supervisor's academic supervision on development of Islamic religious education teachers in Pondok The Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School in Jambi City and the As'ad Islamic Boarding School in Jambi City are not yet optimal so they still need to be done improved, especially in the development and assessment aspects

This community service aims to provide learning guidance for elementary school children. The implementation of this service was carried out by PSDKU Regency Real Work Lecture (KKN) students. Southwest Maluku in Patti Village. The method for implementing community service activities consists of three stages, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. Community service activities in the form of tutoring will be carried out from August – September 2023 3 times a week, at 16.00–17.30 WIT in the Patti Christian Elementary School study room. The tutoring participants are Patti Christian Elementary School children. Students provide study guidance material using lecture methods, practice questions and questions and answers. The tutoring activities that have been implemented are going well. The results of this activity have had a positive impact on the participants and are an example of how community service can help improve the quality of education at the basic level. Participants' ability to understand and solve practice questions well and correctly. Furthermore, basic English language skills and computer training have also increased among the children of Patti village.

In the context of education, technology has changed the way we learn, access information and communicate. Social changes, such as changing demographics, can also affect the way we design education systems. These factors create pressures on education that require creative thinking and innovative solutions. This research uses qualitative research methods through a phenomenological approach. The theoretical foundation used in this research is the functional structural theory proposed by Talcott Parson. Data collection in this study used interviews, observation, and documentation.

The management of this special service basically aims to support the learning process and meet the specific needs of students in the school environment. This research aims to determine how is the management of the uks at State Vocational School 5 Jember. This research uses qualitative methods and a field research approach. Data collected through interview techniques, observation and documentation. The results of this research can provide guidance to schools to improve the quality and efficiency of health services, as well as promote healthy lifestyles among students. Apart from that, this research also provides a valuable contribution to the development of education and health policies at local and national levels. The benefits of this research have a major impact in improving students’ welfare and health. Therefore, it is better for every school to have professional teachers or teaching staff so that the world of education in Indonesia becomes more advanced and develops even better in the future. The aim of preparing this article is to discover the influence of teacher professionalism on the progress and development of technology and student motivation in the learning process at school. This research uses a library study method. The research results show that teachers or professional teaching staff have a big influence on students' knowledge regarding technological progress and development and also the motivation provided has an impact on students' learning activities at school.

This journal discusses the challenges and ideals in implementing the Independent Curriculum in schools. This research aims to identify the main obstacles faced by teachers and educational institutions in implementing the Independent Curriculum approach. Through qualitative analysis and surveys in various schools, the findings show that while the ideals of the Merdeka Curriculum promote an inclusive approach and are oriented towards active learning, many challenges arise in terms of lack of resources, training and systemic support. The results of this research provide in-depth insight into the efforts needed to maximize the potential of the Independent Curriculum in improving the quality of education at the school level. This study makes a significant contribution in the context of improving and improving the national education system.

This service aims to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing the Afternoon Tutoring learning method in improving student learning skills. This learning method is specifically designed to provide additional study time outside of regular class hours, with a focus on increasing understanding of material, application of concepts, and development of academic skills. Through a joint agreement between the school and Kaiwatu village, this program is run on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 4 pm to 6 pm. Of course, real work college (KKN) students are given the opportunity to apply every potential obtained in each field. studies. In rural education environments, challenges are often encountered such as lack of access to quality education, lack of motivation to learn, environmental factors that are less conducive, and less effective learning methods. The results obtained indicate that the application of the afternoon tutoring learning method is effective in increasing students' motivation and learning skills. These findings have positive implications for the development of learning strategies in rural areas with the hope of increasing achievement and reducing educational gaps.

The research purposed to increase students motivation and used variation of teaching methods teachers in the delivery materials of students. It causes problems faced today, teachers spend too much time in front of classroom without give a chance students to explore new things besides in the class. Another programs is the low critical thinking ability of students which can be seen from the questions and students answer during the learning process. Inquiry involves process skill based on a scientific atittude so that activity can help students to gain a deeper understanding of the environment.
