Instagram merupakan salah satu media sosial paling populer di Indonesia dengan jumlah unduhan dan ulasan yang sangat tinggi di Google Play Store. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis sentimen dari ulasan bintang lima terhadap aplikasi Instagram guna mengkaji lebih lanjut apakah seluruh ulasan dengan rating tertinggi benar-benar mencerminkan sentimen positif. Data dikumpulkan melalui tahap scraping, kemudian dilakukan pembersihan data dengan teknik normalisasi sederhana seperti penghapusan URL, karakter khusus, angka, dan spasi berlebih, serta tahap preprocessing menggunakan metode tokenisasi. Model IndoBERT digunakan sebagai alat klasifikasi untuk mendeteksi sentimen dari setiap ulasan ke dalam tiga kategori: positif, netral, dan negatif. Hasil klasifikasi menunjukkan bahwa 59,7% ulasan tergolong positif, 11,2% netral, dan 29,1% negatif. Model evaluasi dilakukan melalui perbandingan hasil prediksi dengan pelabelan manual dan otomatis yang menghasilkan f1-score sebesar 0,901 untuk sentimen positif, 0,834 untuk negatif, dan 0,449 untuk netral, dengan akurasi keseluruhan sebesar 83,2%. Visualisasi word cloud ditampilkan setelah proses klasifikasi sentimen untuk menggambarkan kata-kata yang dominan di masing-masing kategori. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa rating numerik tidak selalu selaras dengan isi ulasan, serta pentingnya analisis sentimen dalam memahami persepsi pengguna secara lebih mendalam.

This research is motivated by the miscommunication that has recently occurred in the city of Makassar between Makassar community members and Papuan students, so it is interesting to study from the perspective of intercultural communication with the aim of knowing the intercultural communication process that occurs and the factors that influence the intercultural communication process between the Makassar community and Papuan students in the city of Makassar. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method and the researcher used a purposive sampling technique to select subjects with 4 Papuan students and 7 Makassar community members so that the total number of informants was 11. The data sources used were primary and secondary data sources related to the empirical situation or condition with interviews and documentation in order to obtain primary data regarding the purpose of the study. The results of this study indicate that the intercultural communication process carried out by the Makassar community and Papuan students occurred quite smoothly with an attitude of mutual cooperation, tolerance and being quite friendly to each other and living side by side. The obstacles to intercultural communication, both Papuan students and Makassar community still have difficulty in understanding each cultural difference. Other obstacles in intercultural communication are differences in language, dialect and their perceptions in assessing each culture.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi guru tentang pengaruh lingkungan sosial terhadap sikap siswa dalam pembelajaran agama Islam di SMK Ma'arif NU 1 Kembaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk memahami secara mendalam bagaimana guru mempersepsikan peran lingkungan sosial dalam membentuk sikap siswa terhadap pembelajaran agama Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan sosial memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk sikap belajar dan keterlibatan siswa dalam pendidikan agama. Guru mempersepsikan bahwa lingkungan sosial, termasuk keluarga, teman sebaya, dan masyarakat, dapat mempengaruhi motivasi, minat, dan kesadaran siswa dalam mempelajari agama Islam. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan pembelajaran agama Islam dan dapat menjadi referensi bagi guru dan peneliti lain dalam memahami peran lingkungan sosial dalam pendidikan agama. Dengan memahami persepsi guru tentang lingkungan sosial, sekolah dan lembaga pendidikan dapat mengembangkan strategi yang lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran agama Islam dan mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapi siswa dalam lingkungan sosial.

This study examines the role of perception in individual and organizational decision-making through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and content analysis approach. Perception is understood as an internal process that shapes understanding of objects, influencing preferences and decisions. Contextual factors such as culture, socio-economics, and technology also contribute to shaping perception. This study adopts a theoretical framework in which perception mediates the relationship between external attributes—such as price, quality, and brand image—and final decisions. By analyzing 993 scholarly articles from 2021 to 2025, this research maps perception models in consumer and organizational domains and identifies research gaps related to the integration of digital factors such as algorithms and AI. The validation process was conducted through triangulation between AI-generated prompts and human-based thematic analysis. The results highlight the need for perception models to adapt to digital dynamics and emphasize the importance of ethical integration in modern decision-making systems.

Abstrak. This study aims to analyze the relationship between price perception and service quality on customer satisfaction at NiceSo Nusukan, Surakarta. The study is motivated by the increasing competition in the modern retail sector and the significance of price strategy and service quality in enhancing customer satisfaction, especially among university students. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method and purposive sampling of 60 respondents from the Management Study Program of Universitas Slamet Riyadi who had shopped at NiceSo Nusukan. The data were analyzed using Pearson and Spearman correlation tests. The results indicate that: (1) there is a positive and significant relationship between price perception and customer satisfaction, (2) there is a positive and significant relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction, and (3) price and service quality together have a significant relationship with customer satisfaction. The findings imply that managing competitive pricing and enhancing service quality are crucial for maintaining customer loyalty in retail businesses. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara persepsi harga dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada NiceSo Nusukan, Surakarta. Latar belakang studi ini didasarkan pada meningkatnya persaingan di sektor ritel modern dan pentingnya strategi harga serta kualitas layanan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, khususnya dari kalangan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei dan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 60 responden mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Slamet Riyadi yang pernah berbelanja di NiceSo Nusukan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah korelasi Pearson dan Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara persepsi harga dengan kepuasan pelanggan, (2) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kualitas layanan dengan kepuasan pelanggan, dan (3) harga dan kualitas layanan secara bersama-sama berhubungan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Implikasi dari hasil ini adalah pentingnya pengelolaan harga yang kompetitif dan peningkatan layanan untuk mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan di sektor ritel.

The skincare and cosmetics industry continues to grow as public awareness of self-care and beauty trends increases. However, the widespread use of single-use packaging in cosmetic products raises new issues in the context of environmental sustainability. This issue drives the importance of understanding how consumer perceptions of sustainability and other product attributes influence purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the effect of perceptions of packaging sustainability, environmental awareness, product price, and packaging design on purchasing decisions for Wardah cosmetic products. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method of 111 respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that packaging design and perceived packaging sustainability had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, with packaging design as the most dominant factor. In contrast, the variables of environmental concern and product price do not have a statistically significant effect. The model used explains 65.37% of the variation in consumer purchasing decisions. This study indicates that consumer decisions are more influenced by visual aspects and sustainability values that are explicitly communicated through packaging. This study supports the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) framework and provides a practical contribution for cosmetics manufacturers in designing sustainable packaging strategies.

This study aims to explore the perceptions of Child Welfare Institutions (LKSA) regarding the Orphan Assistance Program (YAPI), implemented through the SIKS-GIS application. A qualitative approach was employed, involving subjects such as Social Service officials, LKSA administrators, and children who benefit from the program. The focus of the research is on LKSA's perceptions of the SIKS-GIS application, with data collected through interviews and observations, and validated using source and method triangulation. The findings indicate that the YAPI program is well-received by orphaned children in Karanganyar, positively impacting their emotional well-being and daily needs. Tujuan penelitian ini: 1) Untuk menganalisis game edukasi "KARISMA" dalam pembentukan karakter Merdeka Belajar pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2024 / 2025. 2)  Untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta dalam penggunaan game edukasi "KARISMA" dalam pembelajaran pada tahun ajaran  tahun ajaran 2024 / 2025. Bentuk  penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskripsi kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini melibatkan guru PPKn kelas VIII dan siswa kelas VIII. Sumber data yang digunakan sumber primer dan sumber data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskripsif kualitatif dengan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan: 1) Game edukasi "KARISMA" memiliki kontribusi positif terhadap pembentukan karakter Merdeka Belajar pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Game ini dirancang untuk menerapkan nilai-nilai karakter sesuai dengan Profil Pelajar Pancasila yang sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar. 2)  Persepsi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta terhadap penggunaan game edukasi "KARISMA" dalam pembelajaran cenderung positif. Persepsi siswa pada game ini sebagai media pembelajaran yang inovatif, menarik, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa. Game "KARISMA" tidak hanya meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pembelajaran, tetapi juga memotivasi mereka untuk lebih aktif, kreatif, dan mandiri dalam belajar. Kata Kunci : Persepsi, Game Edukasi, “KARISMA”     The objectives of this study were: 1) To analyze the educational game "KARISMA" in the developing Merdeka Belajar characters in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta in the 2024/2025 academic year. 2) To describe the perceptions of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta in the use of the educational game "KARISMA" in the 2024/2025 academic year. This research method is qualitative descriptive. The subjects of this study were civics teachers in grade and students in grade VIII. The data sources used are primary sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used were through observation, interviews, documentation. Data validity testing was carried out using source triangulation and methods triangulation. The data in this study were analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques with an interactive analysis model. The results of this study  could be e concluded: 1) The educational game "KARISMA" has a positive contribution to the development of the Merdeka Belajar character in students in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta in the 2024/2025 academic year. This game is designed to apply  character values ​​in accordance with the Profil Pelajar Pancasila which was in accordance  with the principles of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum. 2) The perception of students in class VIII towards the use of the educational game "KARISMA" in tended to be positive. The Students' perceptions of this game as an innovative, interesting, and relevant learning media to students' needs. The "KARISMA" game not only improves students' understanding of the learning material, but also motivates them to be more active, creative, and independent in learning. This study explores the digital transformation of public services through SAMSAT Digital in Lumajang, Indonesia, focusing on the perceptions of the younger generation. The implementation of SAMSAT Digital aims to improve accessibility, efficiency, transparency, and user experience in vehicle administrative services. The research highlights that the success of this digital innovation depends on key factors such as ease of use, data security, and service speed. The integration of advanced features like intuitive interfaces, proactive notifications, AI-powered chatbots, and flexible digital payments significantly enhance user satisfaction and adoption, especially among tech-savvy youths. Challenges such as limited digital literacy and infrastructural issues require continuous education and infrastructure improvements. Overall, the findings demonstrate that effective digital service innovation, supported by a strong commitment to security, usability, and infrastructural development, can foster more effective, transparent, and inclusive public services, contributing to better quality of life and modern governance.

This study analyzes the perceptions of ninth-grade students at SMP Negeri 236 Jakarta regarding the use of smartphones as a learning medium in the 21st-century era, where digital technology advancements have transformed the educational landscape and made smartphones a relevant tool for learning. The research aims to identify student perceptions and the obstacles they face. Employing a quantitative descriptive method with questionnaires and interviews involving 139 respondents, findings reveal positive perceptions across cognitive (especially creativity), affective (comfort), and conative (active engagement) aspects. However, challenges such as rapid battery drain, internet data consumption, notification distractions, and misunderstandings with teachers persist. The implications of this research emphasize the need for regulations, guidance, and solutions to support responsible and effective smartphone use in learning.

The increasingly complex traffic problems in Pekanbaru, marked by an increase in the number of vehicles, have prompted the government to implement Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE) as an effort to improve public order and provide effective, efficient, transparent, and accountable public services. ETLE, which falls under the category of Smart Environment, uses camera and sensor technology to automatically detect various traffic violations. The implementation of ETLE in Pekanbaru began in March 2021 at four strategic locations. This study aims to examine the perceptions of Pekanbaru residents regarding the implementation of ETLE, including positive and negative aspects, as well as concerns related to system accuracy and flexibility in the field. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, data was collected through questionnaires from 100 road users in Pekanbaru. The results of the study indicate that the public generally has a positive view of ETLE in creating traffic order and fairness, but there are also significant concerns regarding insufficient socialization, potential system errors, and procedural complexity. Implications: This study is expected to provide constructive input for authorities to improve the ETLE system and socialization strategies in the future

This study aims to examine the effect of Perceived Usefulness, User Satisfaction and Information Technology Readiness on the interest in using e-filing among taxpayers. The data of this study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to Individual Taxpayers registered at the Jambi Telanaipura City Tax Office. The sampling method of this study is simple sampling with a sample of 100 taxpayers. The data analysis method used in the study is multiple regression analysis assisted by the IBM SPSS statistic 27 application. The results of this study indicate that perceived usefulness has a positive effect on the interest use of e-filing, user satisfaction does not affect the use of e-filing, while information technology readiness has a positive effect on the use of e-filing. Simultaneously, the independent variables, namely perceived usefulness, user satisfaction and information technology readiness, affect the interest in using e-filing.

Dating relationships as a form of intimate personal relationships do not always go as expected. In fact, many cases show that these relationships can lead to discomfort and forms of violence, such as physical, psychological, sexual and financial abuse. This phenomenon has become one of the most discussed social issues, especially on social media. The Instagram account @indonesiatanpapacaran is present as a response to this issue, by voicing an invitation to abandon the practice of dating through moral and religious narratives. The existence of this account has led to various responses from the public, including students as a group of active social media users. This research aims to find out how students perceive the existence of the @indonesiatanpaparan account in the digital space. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques and observation as data collection methods. The results showed that students gave diverse responses to the account, reflecting different attitudes, experiences, and perspectives in addressing the dating issues raised. This diversity also confirms that social media is a dynamic space that allows the formation of public opinion on complex social issues.

In an era marked by complex global threats and the intensification of visual media, contemporary security studies must expand their understanding of securitization beyond linguistic speech acts to include visual dimensions. This article examines how visual narratives shape global threat perceptions through aesthetics that operate performatively and emotionally. Using a qualitative approach and visual discourse analysis, this study demonstrates that images, symbols, and visual representations in media play a significant role in constructing issues such as terrorism, migration, pandemics, and climate crises as existential threats. Visuals not only convey information but also activate emotions such as fear, empathy, and urgency, which in turn influence security policies. However, the findings also highlight the need for caution against the manipulative potential of visuals that may reinforce stereotypes and distort reality. Therefore, this article emphasizes the importance of fostering visual literacy and adopting ethical approaches in global security communication.

This study aims to examine how university students perceive freedom of expression in Indonesia within the context of democracy and the digital age. A descriptive quantitative method was employed by distributing questionnaires to students from various universities. The findings reveal that most students view freedom of expression as a fundamental right in a democratic society. However, concerns were raised regarding potential restrictions through ambiguous regulations and the threat of legal sanctions. Social media platforms serve as the primary medium for expressing opinions, although risks such as digital harassment and criminalization persist. In conclusion, while students generally have a positive view of freedom of expression, they remain cautious about its possible repercussions. These findings suggest the need for stronger legal protections and improved digital literacy to ensure that freedom of expression remains safeguarded in a democratic system.

This study is motivated by the ongoing practice of oral dakwah methods amidst the rapid development of technology and the growing variety of dakwah media. Although digital dakwah is increasingly widespread, direct oral preaching still holds a special place in the hearts of the community. The focus of this research is the perception of the Talunblandong Village community towards the oral dakwah delivered by Kiai Falaqul Alam, as well as how they receive and interpret it. This study also examines the impact of this dakwah on the social and religious life of the community. The research employs a qualitative approach with Edmund Husserl’s phenomenological method, emphasizing individuals’ subjective experiences. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving community members who attend Kiai Falaqul Alam’s dakwah. Data analysis was conducted using Descriptive Phenomenological Research (PFD), including unit of meaning description, psychological description, structural description, and thematic synthesis. This process aims to uncover the deepest meaning of the community’s experience of the dakwah they receive. The results show that Kiai Falaqul Alam is perceived as a wise preacher with an easy-to-understand and socially relevant preaching style. The community responds enthusiastically because the content of the sermons meets their spiritual needs and everyday life. The dakwah has positively impacted the community by increasing religious awareness, changing behaviors, and fostering a spirit of togetherness. This indicates that oral dakwah remains an effective method for conveying Islamic values in a touching and lasting way.

The phenomenon of buzzers in digital advertising has become a critical concern in contemporary communication dynamics, due to their role in spreading covert messages for commercial and political purposes. This study aims to analyze the persuasive strategies and communication tactics of buzzers, algorithmic amplification patterns, and audience perceptions toward the disseminated content. Using a qualitative method through a systematic literature review, the study identifies three dominant buzzer strategies: native advertising, pseudo-influencer testimonials, and clickbait-based disinformation. These are often amplified through algorithmic tactics such as bot networks, trending hashtags, and endorsements by constructed influencer personas. Findings show that buzzer content is effective when perceived as authentic and emotionally engaging, but tends to generate resistance once users detect manipulation. The study’s implications highlight the need for greater transparency in digital communication, regulation of sponsored content, and improved media literacy to mitigate disinformation and public distrust. The research also emphasizes the importance of ethical approaches in digital communication practices to safeguard democratic integrity and sustainable brand–public relationships.

This study aims to determine how students perceive the use of Microsoft Excel in preparing financial reports. The research method used is qualitative, which uses data collection techniques from questionnaires and interviews. This study contains a theoretical study of financial reports, Microsoft Excel, and students' perceptions. The research data were obtained from six informants with different secondary education backgrounds, namely vocational high schools majoring in accounting, MA majoring in social studies, and high schools majoring in social studies. With different secondary education backgrounds, it can influence students' perceptions about the use of Microsoft Excel in preparing financial reports.

This research investigates how students perceive the use of online transport services namely Gojek, Grab, InDriver, and Maxim as their primary means of commuting to campus. App-based transportation has become increasingly vital for addressing urban mobility issues such as traffic congestion, limited parking space, and time constraints. The study adopts a descriptive quantitative method, with data collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to 20 selected participants. The results reveal a predominantly favorable perception among students, especially regarding convenience, accessibility, efficiency, and safety. All questionnaire items were confirmed to be valid and reliable. Tests for normality and homogeneity showed the data were suitable for further analysis. Moreover, ANOVA results indicated no statistically significant differences in perception among students based on their preferred app. These findings affirm online transportation as a top choice for students to support their academic routines. This study is expected to serve as a valuable reference for developing more adaptive digital transportation services and for universities formulating inclusive and student-centered mobility policies.
