This study aims to determine the effect of online customer review variables, online customer ratings, and brand image on purchasing decision variables partially or simultaneously. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a sampling method, namely non-probability sampling and the technique used is purposive sampling. The sample of this study were consumers of Mie Gacoan Cipondoh with the criteria of being at least 17 years old, having seen reviews and ratings of Mie Gacoan Cipondoh on Google Reviews, having purchased Mie Gacoan at least once in the last 3 months, and having tasted Mie Gacoan Cipondoh products. The questionnaire collected was 105 respondents, the data was then processed using multiple linear regression methods with statistical software tools. Based on the results of the analysis, it is found that online customer reviews have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, online customer rating has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Then, it is also found that brand image has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. The final finding is that variables of online customer review, online customer rating, and brand image jointly influence purchasing decisions. It can be concluded that online customer reviews, online customer ratings, and brand image have an effect on purchasing decision variables partially or simultaneously.

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the quality of e-ticketing can provide satisfaction to consumers, what is consumer satisfaction with the services provided by e-ticketing, and to find out the effect of e-ticketing quality on consumer satisfaction at PT ASDP Ketapang Branch. The population of this study is all passengers who purchased tickets online at PT ASDP Ketapang branch, the sample used was 30 people. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative descriptive analysis techniques, simple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests and coefficient of determination tests (R2). Based on the research results, it can be seen that the quality of e-ticketing can provide satisfaction to consumers or passengers who use ship services belonging to PT ASDP ketapang branch Banyuwangi, apart from that consumers/passengers are satisfied with the services provided by PT ASDP Ketapang branch Banyuwangi related to the existence of e-ticketing. ticketing or purchasing tickets online. Based on the calculation results, it is known that R square has a value of 0.667 or 66%. This shows the magnitude of the positive influence of E-Ticketing Quality on PT ASDP Ketapang branch , Banyuwangi (Y) is 66%, the remaining 34% is the influence of other factors.

Pondok Baru Furniture Store located in Makamhaji Kartasura is a business that operates in the field of manufacturing and selling furniture. There are problems in managing sales transaction data, stock of goods, and sales reports which still use manual methods, sometimes resulting in errors in recording. The current purchasing system which requires coming to the shop to see and buy the products being sold is very troublesome. And consumers want to know about the products being sold without having to come to the shop directly. Therefore, researchers created a web-based sales information system to overcome this problem. The method used in system development is the prototype method with data collection through interviews. The result is a web sales information system design that makes it easier for buyers to access products offered anywhere and carry out purchase transactions online. This system design is expected to produce more accurate data in processing sales data and sales reports.

Information technology is developing rapidly, making it easier for companies to interact between countries and consumers. So that the company improves its competence to increase market share. The marketing information system helps companies to find out the needs of consumers and consumers can easily find information about a product from the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of marketing information systems and product quality on purchasing decisions. The analysis unit of PT. Schneider Electric in the city of Bandung, West Java. The source of research data is primary, namely distributing questionnaires online and secondary data. The population is potential customers in the city of Bandung, the sample drawing technique uses a census of 100 customers. The results of the descriptive analysis of the marketing information system, product quality and purchase decisions in the score interval of 421-501 are very good. Associative analysis F calculates > F table so that there is an influence of marketing information systems and product quality on purchasing decisions At PT. Schneider Electric in the city of Bandung, West Java by 99.2%.

This research aims to find out: (1) Online Customer Reviews, Trust, and Purchasing Decisions at the Lazada Marketplace in the city of Tasikmalaya. (2) The relationship between Online Customer Reviews through Trust. (3) The influence of partial online customer reviews and trust on purchasing decisions for Erigo products at the Lazada Marketplace in Tasikmalaya city. (4) Simultaneous influence of Online Customer Review and Trust on purchasing decisions for Erigo products at the Lazada Marketplace in Tasikmalaya city. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis with an interval measurement scale. Partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing with a significant level (α= 0.05). The research results show that: (1) Online Customer Reviews, Trust, and purchasing decisions for Erigo products on the Lazada Marketplace are included in the very good category. (2) Online Customer Review has a relationship with Trust in Erigo Marketplace Lazada products. (3) Online Customer Reviews and Trust have a positive and significant effect on Partial Purchase Decisions for Erigo products on the Lazada Marketplace. (4) Online Customer Reviews and Trust have a positive and significant effect on Simultaneous Purchasing Decisions for Erigo products on the Lazada Marketplace.

Background: The e-commerce industry in Indonesia has experienced extraordinary growth in recent years.  The rapid growth of e-commerce then gave birth to e-commerce in the form of a travel agent service called Traveloka.  Currently, the tagline #DontWorryNoLoss is the latest benefit offered by Traveloka to its consumers.  The #DontWorryNoLoss campaign by Traveloka on Instagram is aimed at getting the target audience interested in buying their products online, which in this context is travel agent services through their application or website.  Purpose: This research aims to examine the influence of the #DontWorryNoLoss campaign on the Traveloka Instagram account on online purchase intention.  The background to this problem is the rapid growth of e-commerce and the role of social media in product promotion.  The problem formulation focuses on how attitude toward the behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control influence consumer purchasing intentions.  The theory used in this research is the Theory of Planned Behavior developed by Ajzen (1991).  The aim of the research is to determine the significant influence of these three variables on the online purchase intention of Instagram followers @traveloka.id.  Method: The research method used was an explanatory survey by distributing questionnaires to 81 respondents.  Results: The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence of the #DontWorryNoLoss campaign on the online purchase intention of @traveloka.id followers.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of discount vouchers on repurchase interest in partial terms, to determine the influence of online customer reviews on repurchase interest, and to determine the influence of discount vouchers and online customer reviews on repurchase interest in a case study at GoFood in Surakarta simultaneously. The sample was 100 respondents using a sampling technique using purposive sampling. This research used quantitative methods with SPSS 25 64 bit data analysis tools. Data analysis techniques in this research use validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, T tests, and F tests. The results of this study show that there is a positive and significant influence of discount vouchers on repurchase interest, there is a positive and significant influence of online customer reviews on interested in buying again. This research aims to analyze the influence of influencer marketing on purchase intentions through online consumer reviews. The population in this study were users of herbalist products. The number of samples used in this research was 100 respondents. The variables used in this research are influencer marketing, purchase intention and online consumer reviews. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The data processing technique in this research uses SmartPLS 4.1. The results of this research show that influencer marketing has a positive and significant effect on online consumer reviews, influencer marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, online consumer reviews have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, influencer marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention through consumer reviews on line.

This research aims to determine the influence of online shopping experiences and trust on repurchase intention at TikTok Shop. The sample objects in this research are consumers who have made at least 3 purchases on the TikTok Shop application. There were 28 consumers who made purchases 3 times, 5 people made 4 purchases, and 67 people made frequent purchases at the TikTok Shop. This study uses a Quantitative Method using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling. The sample in this study was 100 respondents, processing data using the SPSS 26 application with multiple linear regression analysis testing which included validity test, reliability test, Ttest, Ftest and the coefficient of determination (R²). The research results show that: Hypothsis 1) online shopping experience has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest at TikTok Shop, hypothsis 2) trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest at TikTok Shop, hypothesis 3) Trust and Online shopping experience have a positive and significant effect on online repurchase interests the determinant coefficient (R²) is 0.156. This means that the variables of online shopping experience and trust influence repurchase interest at TikTok Shop by 15.6%, while the remainder or 84.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

In the rapidly growing era of digitalization, significant changes have occurred in consumer behavior, especially with the existence of e-commerce platforms and online marketing innovations. Today's consumers frequently browse for information about fashion products before making a purchase. Goals of the study to examine the impact of product searches on impulsive buys, Together with the relationship's moderating effect of flash sales, as well as sharia business perspective. Purposive sampling is a quantitative research method that is utilized. involving Shopee users in Bandar Lampung City. Data were collected using a Google Form-based questionnaire with a Likert scale. The findings indicated that the chance of making an impulsive purchase increased with the amount of time spent searching.. In addition, flash sales were shown to moderate this relationship, increasing impulse buying tendencies when found during browsing. These findings imply that the management of product browsing and flash sale offers needs to be considered in marketing strategies, taking into account the Shariah perspective to ensure fair and non-wasteful transactions.

TikTok Shop is one of the most popular social commerce for Indonesian people to make product purchase transactions. Advertising on TikTok Shop social commerce is inseparable from Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM). In today's era, e-WOM is considered as one of the important aspects that influences online shopping activities. This study aims to determine the effect of e-WOM on consumers in purchasing products on TikTok Shop social commerce. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive method in order to obtain an explanation of the phenomenon of e-WOM. The data collection technique was carried out by interviewing respondents who were the samples in this study. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique. There are three indicators that are used to assess e-WOM, namely intensity, consumer opinion, and content. The results of these three indicators show that e-WOM has been implemented well as a consideration for consumers in deciding to purchase products on TikTok Shop. This is expected to be a reference for sellers on TikTok Shop to always create marketing strategies by utilizing e-WOM.

. One of the most popular types of e-commerce today is the marketplace which is widely used by people to run businesses and helps them shop online to meet their needs. Shopee is one of them because it is often visited via the website. This research uses a quantitative approach method by utilizing primary data as a data source obtained from the results of a questionnaire in the form of a Google form. The analysis techniques used are data quality tests (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality test, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity and multiple linear regression), hypothesis testing (partial t test). ) and f test (simultaneous) and coefficient of determination test (R2). Data processing in this research uses SPSS version 25. Based on research, it shows that trust has a partial effect on purchasing decisions with a sig. 0.008. Transaction security does not partially influence purchasing decisions with a sig value. 0.296. Service quality partially influences purchasing decisions with a sig value. 0,000. So trust, transaction security and service quality influence decisions with a sig value of 0.015.

This research aims to determine the influence of shopping lifestyle and discounts on impulse buying among Shopee users in the Solo Raya area through the moderating variable self-control. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were Shopee users in Solo Raya and had made purchases at Shopee in the last 3 months. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling with 97 samples. Data collection is carried out online via Google Forms. Data analysis in this research used SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) via SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this research show that shopping lifestyle and discounts have a significant effect on impulse buying. The results of the self-control moderation analysis are able to moderate (strengthen) the influence of lifestyle shopping and discounts on impulse buying among Shopee users in the Greater Solo area.

Do Spices is an SME that produces dry marinade spices for proteins. However, the purchase intention for Do Spices has declined based on sales data from January to February 2024. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the factors influencing consumer purchase intentions so that Do Spices sales can increase again. Utilitarian and hedonic values are factors that can influence purchase intention. Hence, this study aims to test the significance of utilitarian and hedonic values on purchase intention, specifically among Do Spices consumers who bought between January and February 2024 through the Shopee app. This study uses a descriptive quantitative research design, with questionnaires distributed online, and data analysis conducted using SmartPLS  version 3 and SPSS version 27. The results of the study indicate that utilitarian and hedonic values positive significantly influence the purchase intention of Do Spices.

This study was motivated by the discovery of a phenomenon found by researchers in purchasing decisions related to ewom and brand awareness in Grand Basko Hotel Padang. The research method used in this study is quantitative with a causal-associative approach (cause and effect) using the survey method. The population of this study included guests who have stayed at Grand Basko Hotel Padang. The research sample consisted of 110 respondents. The sampling method used was non-probability based sampling with the type of sampling i.e. purposive sampling. The instruments were tested with validity and reliability tests. The analysis requirements are tested with the normality test, heteroskedarity test and multicollinearity test. The hypothesis tests are performed with multiple linear regression tests, t-tests (partial), f-tests (simultaneous) and the coefficient of determination. The result of the R square is 0.849, which means that the ewom variable affects the purchase decision by 84.9%. The value for the R-square brand recognition can get 0.863 results. This means that the variables for brand recognition affect the purchase decision of Grand Basko Hotel Padang by 86.3%. The Adjusted R-squared (R²) value is 0.898, indicating that the combined influence of eWOM and brand awareness on purchase decisions is approximately 89.8%. The remaining 11.2% of the variation is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are companies that produce goods to meet the needs of local communities. To attract customers in the face of stiff competition, business owners must plan their prices and internet marketing tactics. The aim of this research is to find out whether discounts and internet sales influence customers' decisions to buy products at the Omah Bouquet Bendogerit shop, Blitar City. Omah Bouquet company customers who have made purchases are the subjects of this research, and questionnaires are used as a data collection tool. Respondents in this study totaled 124 people. A quantitative approach is the research method used. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis as the analysis method. At a significance level of 0.000<0.05, research findings show that “the price variable (X1) has a significant and positive effect on the purchasing choice variable (Y). At a significance level of 0.000<0.05, the online promotion variable (X2) has a significant and positive effect on the purchasing choice variable (Y). At the significance threshold of 0.000 < α 0.05, the price variables (X1) and online promotions (X2) jointly influence purchasing choices (Y).”

In an increasingly advanced era in terms of digital marketing encouraging people to adapt to increasingly advanced technology, in the digital era purchase decisions can be made based on several applications that are often used by the public, currently, Harrum Mart retail stores are stores that sell their merchandise online and offline, in its use the quality of the product can describe the extent of the product's ability to meet the needs of consumers,  , when the service is in accordance with consumer expectations, it can be said to be effective in increasing consumer satisfaction. Quality service should be carried out continuously in accordance with the needs of consumers and the company's goals. The development of the business world in the current era of globalization is increasingly sharpening competition, especially in the management of automotive company units. One type of automotive that is widely favored by Indonesians is motorcycles. This study aims to determine the Effect Social Factors, Prices, and Product Features on Purchase Intention of Yamaha NMAX Motorcycles at State Polytechnic of Bengkalis Students. This study uses quantitative methods, data collection techniques are carried out by distributing online questionnaires with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used non- probability sampling method, data analysis used is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, data conclusion with T test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2), while data processing used SPSS version 26 program. The findings indicate that social factors and product features variables have an effect, meanwhile the prices variable does not have an effect on purchase intention of Yamaha NMAX motorcycles at State Polytechnic of Bengkalis students. This study provides the insight that Yamaha can direct efforts and resources towards social marketing and product feature enhancement rather than focusing on price adjustment strategies.

Electronic vehicles (EV) are not only an alternative for fossil fuel cars to reduce the rate of air pollution but also as a strategy to expand market share in Indonesia. This research aims to analyse the Wuling Air EV product strategy in attracting consumer to purchasing the electric cars. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. Research data comes from search results in various digital databases and official publications. The research results show that the success of Wuling Air EV sales cannot be separated from the implementation of an omnichannel marketing strategy (offline and online) to attract consumer interest in electric vehicles. The omnichannel marketing strategy implemented involves various channels, both online or social media and directly through car shows or at dealers. This makes Wuling Motors take the opportunity, apart from intensifying promotions at dealers, offline exhibitions or car auto shows, but to utilize online marketing Wuling collaborating with car reviewers and influencers, providing options for purchasing or booking via e-commerce, and provide a home test-drive simply through the application. In this way, Wuling Indonesia has a goal of being able to create a touch point with the public regarding electronic vehicles (EV) both offline and online.
