Background: By 2022 it will be found that 50% of the 3000 hospitals in Indonesia will have implemented electronic medical records. Of this percentage, only 16% have properly maintained electronic medical records. One of them is PKU  Muhammadiyah  Karanganyar Hospital implementing Electronic Medical Records (RME) in 2023  and it has only been fully implemented in the outpatient polyclinic section. For inpatient treatment, PKU  Muhammadiyah Hospital still uses manual. The objective of the research: to determine the level of user satisfaction with the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (RME) at PKU  Muhammadiyah  Karanganyar Hospital. Method: This type of research is quantitative descriptive using a cross-sectional approach. Results: the level of satisfaction of Electronic Medical Record (RME) users was 51.2% of respondents who felt satisfied seen in the 5 dimensions of  EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction). The results obtained were that respondents felt satisfied (score 3.26) that the content was included in the category satisfied (3.41), accuracy (accuracy) is in the satisfied category (3.22), format (display) is in the satisfied category (3.16), ease of use is in the satisfied category (3.24 ), and timeless (punctuality) are in the satisfied category (3.27). Conclusion: the electronic medical record (RME) at PKU  Muhammadiyah  Karanganyar Hospital is running well and meets user expectations, especially in 5 aspects, namely content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeless.  

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pemanfaatan MyIndiHome bagi pelanggan dengan fokus pada kepuasan pelanggan dan manfaat aplikasi. Menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR), penelitian ini mengidentifikasi 30 paper jurnal yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi, mulai dari tahun 2016 hingga 2019. Melalui analisis data, temuan penelitian ini menyoroti fleksibilitas layanan, kualitas layanan elektronik, dan interaksi pelanggan sebagai faktor utama yang memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil Quality Assessment menegaskan validitas dan relevansi data yang digunakan dalam penelitian. Analisis data juga mengungkapkan bahwa penggunaan kuesioner sebagai teknik pengumpulan data yang paling umum digunakan, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang. Faktor-faktor lain yang signifikan dalam pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan termasuk kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi penjualan. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, disarankan agar perusahaan telekomunikasi terus memperhatikan fleksibilitas layanan, meningkatkan kualitas layanan elektronik, dan memperkuat interaksi dengan pelanggan. Peningkatan kualitas jaringan dan sistem informasi juga penting untuk memastikan pengalaman pengguna yang optimal. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan pandangan menyeluruh tentang pemanfaatan MyIndiHome bagi pelanggan dan memberikan dasar bagi perusahaan telekomunikasi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan efektivitas pemanfaatan aplikasi di masa mendatang.

This research aims to develop a flipbook-based electronic module as a learning aid to improve students' abilities in solving mathematical problems on the topic of root forms. This module development method follows a learning design approach that focuses on interactiveness and visualization of complex mathematical concepts. The research was conducted involving class XI students in a high school as test subjects. Data collection was carried out through tests of mathematical problem solving abilities before and after using the module, as well as structured interviews with mathematics teachers and students. The results showed that the use of a flipbook-based electronic module significantly improved students' understanding of the concept of root forms and their ability to solve related mathematical problems. The implication of this research is the importance of integrating technology in mathematics learning to improve effectiveness and student learning outcomes.

Rumah hunian tidak hanya memenuhi kebutuhan fisik manusia, seperti tempat berteduh dari cuaca buruk, tetapi juga memenuhi kebutuhan psikologis manusia, seperti tempat untuk merasa aman, nyaman, dan betah. Secara fisik, rumah hunian harus memenuhi persyaratan keselamatan, kesehatan, dan kenyamanan. Rumah hunian harus kokoh dan tahan terhadap cuaca buruk, serta memiliki ventilasi dan pencahayaan yang baik. Rumah hunian juga harus bersih dan nyaman untuk dihuni. Secara psikologis, rumah hunian harus dapat memberikan rasa aman, nyaman, dan betah bagi penghuninya. Rumah hunian harus dapat menjadi tempat untuk beristirahat, berkumpul bersama keluarga, dan mengembangkan diri.

This research is motivated by the development of electronic teaching materials based on local wisdom using the Canva and Cap Cut applications to assess, design teaching materials based on local wisdom, improve the learning process in a more interesting way, so that students do not feel bored in class. There is also the aim of knowing the steps for making fairy tale teaching materials based on local wisdom. The behavior of digital wallet users in Indonesia depends on individual preferences, user habits, and other factors. Consumers' decisions in using digital finance applications are influenced by various factors, including digital marketing, the quality of electronic services and the brand image of the digital finance applications they use. This research aims to determine the influence of digital marketing, electronic service quality and brand image on consumer decisions to use the OVO application in the Jabodetabek area. The method used in this research is a quantitative method that is associative. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed via Google Form to 155 respondents who used the OVO application. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data processing in this research used the IBM Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) ver.25. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that: (1) digital marketing variables have a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions to use the OVO application (2) electronic service quality variables have a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions to use the OVO application (3) brand image variables have a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions to use the OVO application and (4) digital marketing variables, electronic service quality and brand image together have a significant influence on consumer decisions to use the OVO application.    

With the rapid development of technology and the Internet, more and more people are using electronic payments as a convenient solution for online transactions. The aim of this research is to show and analyze how service quality influences user satisfaction with the DANA electronic payment application. DANA is a platform that supports non-cash payments and mobile payments. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 30 Banten students using DANA. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression as well as the t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The research results show that reliability, guarantee, and responsiveness can have a significant impact on user satisfaction. Overall, reliability, security, and responsiveness also have a significant impact on user satisfaction.

This abstract discusses an effective approach in creating a landing page for the Banggi Market Mangrove Bridge Tour. Sehubungan dibuatnya pelayanan Sistem Hak Tanggungan Elektronik dengan diterapkannya Peraturan Menteri Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional Republik Indonesia Nomor 5 Tahun 2020 tentang Pelayanan Hak Tanggungan Terintregrasi secara elektronik.Penelitian yang disusun oleh penulis ini tentang Tanggung Jawab PPAT(Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah) Terhadap Pelaksanaan Pendaftaran Hak Tanggungan Secara  Elektronik Dalam Perjanjian Kredit Bank, Rumusan yang dibahas dalam masalah ini:1.Bagaimana tanggung jawab PPAT(Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah) terhadap pelaksanaan pendaftaran Hak tanggungan secara elektronik dalam perjanjian kredit bank?, 2.Bagaimana Kedudukan PPAT (Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah) dalam pendaftaran hak tanggungan elektronik?, 3.Bagaimana kendala-kendala pelaksanaan pendaftaran Hak Tangungan  secara elektronik dalam perjanjian kredit bank?. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yuridis normatif, spesifikasi penelitian diskriptis analitis, Jenis data yang digunakan data sekunder dan pendukung data primer,metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara studi kepustakaan     ,analisis data secara kualitatif.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1.Tanggung jawab PPAT(Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah) sebatas menyampaikan Akta Pemberian Hak Tanggungan (APHT) dan bertanggung jawab atas kebenaran data dokumen yang di unggah dalam sistem Hak Tanggungan Elektronik, 2.Kedudukan Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (PPAT) hanya membuat Akta Pemberian Hak Tanggungan (APHT) sebagai jaminan untuk pelunasan piutang, 3.Kendala lebih cenderung pada kendala-kendala teknis yang berkaitan dengan system elektronik.

Technological developments by international organizations see the need for recognition and regulation of legal certainty in the field of information technology, regarding electronic transactions with digital signatures. Regulations on the use of e-signatures are regulated in Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions. Recognition of electronic signatures as valid legal evidence and electronic certification providers. The use of e-Signature is also regulated in implementing laws and regulations, namely Government Regulation Number 71 of 2019 concerning the Implementation of Electronic Systems and Transactions, including the introduction of electronic signatures as a legal instrument, electronic signatures as a means of authentication and verification, data for creating electronic signatures , electronic signature signing process, electronic certification organizer. To use electronic signatures, you need to choose a company that has received certification and can operate globally without having to worry about document security.

Health service facilities have the duty and obligation to protect the confidentiality of information contained in medical record files and must not disclose or provide this information to unauthorized people or institutions. The aim of this research is to determine legal protection for the confidentiality of patient data between conventional and electronic medical records. The research method used is normative juridical. The research results show that legal protection can be grouped into two, namely preventive and repressive legal protection. Preventive legal protection or prevention of violations related to medical records can be carried out by maintaining the confidentiality of medical records, maintaining medical record storage, and maintaining procedures for the release of health information. Meanwhile, repressive legal protection can be carried out by taking responsibility for violations that have been committed in the form of criminal, civil and administrative sanctions.

Nowadays information technology is developing very rapidly in the health sector. As technology advances, the use of medical records has begun to shift from conventional or paper-based to digital. Electronic medical records (EMR) are an important part of health services. Electronic medical records are electronic information created by health care providers based on patient conditions, forwarded and sent to other departments for consultation and further examination and received and stored in digital form and can be viewed at any time if needed. Electronic medical records are very useful for healthcare organizations, healthcare professionals as well as patients. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of electronic medical records and legal studies. This study used normative juridical research methods. This study had a specificity, namely descriptive-analytic where this study sought to analyze legal issues and also the legal system, that it could be understood and then conclusions could be drawn. The results showed that the implementation of electronic medical records, namely first, the implementation of electronic medical records could increase the accuracy and security of data. Second, the implementation of electronic medical records could increase efficiency and productivity. Third, the implementation of electronic medical records could provide better service to patients. The legal basis for implementing electronic medical records was contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 269/MENKES/PER/III/2008 concerning Medical Records where in Article 2 Paragraph (2) it was explained that "Medical records must be written, complete and clear or electronic". ITE Law Number 19 of 2016 did not regulate how electronic medical records were issued. Electronic medical records as a form of medical document must comply with applicable legal requirements, such as the right to privacy, confidentiality, accuracy and data security. It was hoped that legal certainty in the implementation of electronic medical records could help improve and improve health services.

This research aims to analyze and describe electronic parking policies that can consider the technology readiness factor of the people of Surabaya in order to realize a smart city. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive research, with data collection techniques carried out through observation and interviews. This research uses theory using Jan Merse's theory. The research results explain that the electronic parking policy which can take into account technology readiness factors is overall quite effective, although there are still obstacles that can be overcome with continuous monitoring and evaluation. The implementation of this policy supports the development of smart cities and is expected to improve the quality of life of Surabaya City residents.

In examining criminal cases, it is hoped that the judge will impose a sentence based on two valid pieces of evidence and the judge will be convinced that the defendant is guilty of committing a criminal act, then the judge must impose the maximum sentence according to the prosecutor's demands, so that the defendant will be deterred and the public's sense of justice will be fulfilled.  

In the ever-evolving digital era, information technology has affected various aspects of life, including law enforcement. One important impact is the use of electronic evidence, including wiretap results, in the criminal justice process. Electronic evidence has a crucial role in detecting and proving various criminal acts such as organized crime, corruption, and terrorism. However, the use of wiretap results as evidence often raises debates regarding its legality and validity, especially in the context of potential violations of human rights such as the right to privacy and freedom of communication. In Indonesia, the legality of electronic evidence is regulated in various laws such as the ITE Law and laws that authorize the KPK to conduct wiretapping. This research aims to analyze the legal position and legality of electronic evidence from wiretapping results in the criminal justice process in Indonesia and its implications for the principles of criminal procedure law. The research method used is normative juridical by conducting a literature study. The results showed that although electronic evidence has been substantially recognized, its regulation in the context of procedural law is still not entirely clear. Therefore, more comprehensive and transparent regulations are needed to ensure the realization of a fair judicial process and the protection of human rights.

This research aims to find out how the legal validity of electronic sales and purchase agreements made by minors is reviewed in contract law and Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning electronic information and transactions and what legal consequences arise from the legal validity of electronic sales and purchase agreements. Normative legal research uses normative case studies in the form of legal behavioral products, for example reviewing laws. The subject of the study is law which is conceptualized as a norm or rule that applies in society and becomes a reference for everyone's behavior. So normative legal research focuses on positive law inventory, legal principles and doctrine, legal discovery in cases in concreto, legal systematics, synchronization level, legal comparison and legal history. The results of this research show that (1) Agreements in electronic transactions via electronic media made by minors are said to be invalid because they conflict with the conditions for the validity of agreements in the Civil Code and the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (2) The legal consequences of agreements in electronic transactions via electronic media for minors for legal settlement efforts can only be carried out through guardianship. If minors do not meet the subjective requirements, namely the ability to make an agreement, the agreement made can be cancelled.
