Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT) masih menjadi permasalahan sosial yang signifikan di Indonesia, tak terkecuali di Kelurahan Sawah Besar. Minimnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang bentuk-bentuk KDRT serta jalur pelaporan dan perlindungan korban menjadi faktor pendorong tingginya angka kasus yang tidak terungkap. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan literasi warga Kelurahan Sawah Besar terkait pencegahan, pengenalan, dan penanganan kasus KDRT melalui pendekatan edukasi partisipatif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi serangkaian lokakarya interaktif, penyuluhan berbasis komunitas, dan pembentukan kelompok dukungan dengan melibatkan tokoh masyarakat setempat serta ahli dari bidang hukum. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang KDRT, membentuk jaringan relawan pendamping korban yang terdiri dari 25 kader terlatih dan mengembangkan sistem pelaporan kasus berbasis komunitas yang terintegrasi dengan dinas sosial setempat. Simpulan dari program ini menunjukkan bahwa edukasi berbasis partisipatif efektif dalam membangun kesadaran kolektif dan menciptakan sistem dukungan bagi korban KDRT. Model edukasi yang dikembangkan diharapkan dapat direplikasi di kelurahan lain sebagai upaya strategis pencegahan dan penanganan KDRT berbasis komunitas

This article explores the strategic role of management accounting in supporting the implementation of effective corporate governance. In today’s complex and dynamic business environment, management accounting functions not only as an internal financial recording tool but also as a provider of relevant information for decision-making, control, and strategic planning. Using a literature review approach, this study identifies the contributions of management accounting in enhancing investment efficiency, promoting transparency through responsibility accounting, strengthening internal audit functions, and reducing information asymmetry. The integration between management accounting systems and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles has been proven to create synergy in both operational management and strategic oversight. The findings indicate that a well-structured, transparent, and governance-oriented management accounting system serves as a fundamental pillar for building accountable and sustainable organizations.  

Rice is a primary commodity in Indonesia's agricultural sector, playing a strategic role in national food security. However, rice productivity in Jombok Village, Ngantang District, Malang Regency, has declined due to an infestation of rats (Rattus argentiventer). The uncontrolled rat population has caused damage to crops from the vegetative to the generative stages, resulting in a decrease in harvest yields. The limited understanding among farmers about effective pest control strategies has worsened the situation. The community service aims to enhance farmers' knowledge and skills in controlling rat pests through an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach. The methods used include socialization, counseling, field training, and the evaluation of pest control techniques involving mechanical, biological, and chemical methods. Evaluation results showed that farmers' understanding improved from 40% to 85% after the training. Furthermore, after one month, the rat population decreased by 40%. These findings suggest that education and hands-on practice contribute to the effectiveness of pest control and increased rice productivity. Therefore, a farmer empowerment-based approach should continue to be implemented to support the sustainability of agriculture in agrarian regions.

The illicit circulation of small arms and light weapons along the southern border between Indonesia and the Philippines presents a critical challenge to both national and regional stability. The remote and difficult-to-access terrain, coupled with the frequent movement of non-state armed actors, contributes significantly to the deteriorating security landscape. This paper explores how effectively Indonesia and the Philippines have implemented the United Nations Programme of Action (UNPoA) in their efforts to combat this issue. Using a qualitative approach through literature review and guided by the international regime theory, this analysis highlights the current limitations in addressing the problem. Despite formal commitments by both governments through ratification and periodic reporting under the UNPoA, the actual enforcement on the ground remains inadequate. Key obstacles include poor coordination among domestic agencies, insufficient operational resources, and a lack of robust cross-border collaboration. This study emphasizes the necessity for continuous adaptation and local contextualization of international frameworks to ensure they can be realistically and effectively applied in areas with unique challenges.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif mengenai konsep the living law dalam KUHP Nasional kepada masyarakat Desa Kiyangkongrejo, Kecamatan Kutoarjo, Kabupaten Purworejo. Melalui pendekatan sosialisasi dan dialog interaktif, kegiatan ini mengupayakan untuk menciptakan kesadaran hukum masyarakat yang tidak hanya memahami aturan-aturan formal dalam KUHP sebagai hukum yang harus dipatuhi, tetapi juga menyadari adanya pengakuan terhadap nilai-nilai dan praktik hukum lokal dalam sistem hukum nasional. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan pada 20 April 2025 ini dihadiri oleh 78 peserta yang terdiri dari berbagai elemen masyarakat dan pemangku kepentingan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta yang signifikan, dengan rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 41,02% berdasarkan perbandingan pre-test dan post-test. Pembahasan dalam kegiatan ini mencakup fenomena living law di Desa Kiyangkongrejo, harmonisasi the living law dengan KUHP Nasional, serta tantangan dan solusi dalam implementasinya. Beberapa praktik penyelesaian konflik berbasis kearifan lokal yang ada di desa, seperti rembug desa dan peran tokoh masyarakat, didiskusikan untuk melihat relevansinya dengan ketentuan dalam KUHP Nasional. Kegiatan ini merekomendasikan perlunya penguatan kapasitas tokoh masyarakat, penyusunan pedoman teknis, dokumentasi praktik-praktik penyelesaian konflik berbasis adat, serta membangun mekanisme koordinasi yang efektif antara aparatur penegak hukum, pemerintah desa, dan tokoh masyarakat. Dengan demikian, diharapkan akan tercipta harmonisasi antara living law dan KUHP Nasional dalam kehidupan masyarakat desa yang mendukung terciptanya keadilan substantif.

UMKM berperan penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, namun menghadapi kendala akses informasi dan pembiayaan. Sosialisasi sertifikasi halal di Kelurahan Karangrejo oleh Fakultas Hukum Untag Semarang dan Kemenag bertujuan meningkatkan daya saing UMKM melalui pemahaman regulasi halal dan membuka peluang pasar yang lebih luas. Program  pengabdian masyarakat bertujuan mengetaui pelaksanaan sosialisasi sertifikasi produk halal bagi pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Karangrejo, Semarang dan mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh sosialisasi sertifikasi produk halal terhadap peningkatan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap produk UMKM di Kelurahan Karangrejo, Semarang.  Sosialisasi sertifikasi halal di Kelurahan Karangrejo berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan semangat pelaku UMKM dalam mengurus label halal sebagai nilai tambah produk dan strategi pemasaran. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya bersifat informatif, tetapi juga interaktif dan aplikatif, sehingga mendorong pelaku usaha mengambil langkah nyata. Kolaborasi antara Fakultas Hukum Untag, Kementerian Agama, dan UMKM Center memperkuat dampak kegiatan. Keberhasilan ini menciptakan kepercayaan konsumen dan membentuk ekosistem bisnis halal yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Sosialisasi ini juga memiliki potensi untuk direplikasi di daerah lain sebagai strategi pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal yang efektif.

One of the applications of annuities in society is a credit financial instrument. In the credit system there are many risks, so this study is to compare the installment system according to the fastest and longest sample periods in credit with the ordinary annuity method system and maturity, in addition this study aims to see the movement of installments using flat interest and effective interest. The calculation results for a loan of Rp 17,915,000, within 11 months with 24% interest show the largest total interest on the flat interest type of Rp3,941,300 and the smallest total interest on the annuity interest due of Rp1,825,879. Meanwhile, the calculation of the second sample with a loan of Rp17,915,000, within 35 months with an interest of 17.32% obtained the largest total interest on the flat interest type of Rp9,050,055, with the smallest total on the effective interest type of Rp4,339,610, but only slightly different from the total interest on the annuity due of Rp4,347,542. From these results, creditors are advised to choose a credit in a period of 11 months with an annuity due, because the interest paid is much smaller than the 35-month period.

The role of the teacher as a leader in PAUD learning is very important to create an effective and quality learning process. Teachers not only function as teachers, but also as leaders who direct, motivate and create a learning environment conducive to children's cognitive, social and emotional development. Through experiential and game-based learning approaches, teachers are able to develop independence and leadership skills in students from an early age. In addition, teachers also act as facilitators, motivators, and inspirers who provide examples and support to optimize children's potential. Teacher leadership in PAUD is essential to improving the quality of learning and shaping children's character as a whole. 

Dalam era digital, isu perlindungan data menjadi perhatian global, termasuk bagi Indonesia yang berlandaskan Pancasila sebagai ideologi negara. Artikel ini mengkaji keterkaitan antara Pancasila dan kedaulatan digital dalam konteks implikasi hukum internasional terhadap perlindungan data nasional. Dengan menggunakan metode normatif dan pendekatan komparatif, penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana prinsip-prinsip Pancasila dapat diimplementasikan dalam kebijakan perlindungan data serta sejauh mana hukum internasional, seperti General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Uni Eropa dan perjanjian multilateral lainnya, mempengaruhi regulasi di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia perlu menyeimbangkan kedaulatan digital dengan kewajiban internasional untuk menciptakan sistem perlindungan data yang efektif sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Kesimpulannya, adaptasi hukum nasional terhadap standar global harus dilakukan tanpa mengorbankan kedaulatan negara dan kepentingan publik.

Writing an effective job application letter requires a deep understanding of the syntactic structure of the Indonesian language. This article aims to examine the role of syntax in forming effective sentences in job application letters. The research was conducted through a literature review method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data sources were obtained from various journals, articles, and relevant books on syntax, effective sentences, and the structure of application letters. The results of the study indicate that syntactic elements such as subjects, predicates, objects, complements, and adverbs play a central role in forming communicative, logical, and professional sentences. Common errors such as inappropriate sentence structure, incorrect use of conjunctions, non-standard diction, and ambiguity and inaccuracy of punctuation interfere with the effectiveness of communication in application letters. Therefore, the application of correct syntactic rules not only improves linguistic quality but also strengthens the professional image of applicants.

This study aims to analyze the academic communication strategies implemented by lecturers and students of the Faculty of Da'wah UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin (SMH) Banten in increasing the effectiveness of campus da'wah. Using a qualitative approach and case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation of da'wah communication media. The results of the study indicate that the dialogic approach in learning, integration of digital media.This strategy not only improves students' communication competence, but also expands the reach of da'wah which is contextual and adaptive to the development of the times. The challenges faced include low media literacy of some students and limited digital infrastructure, but can be overcome through continuous training and mentoring. This study recommends strengthening the da'wah curriculum based on strategic communication competencies and developing digital da'wah media.

Effective communication plays a central role in building and maintaining harmonious relationships in various aspects of life, both in family, friendship, and professional environments. This article comprehensively discusses how effective communication is not just an exchange of information, but also involves elements of active listening, clarity in delivering messages, empathy, and openness between individuals. Through effective communication, individuals can strengthen their understanding of each other, build mutual trust, and create an environment full of respect, so that the potential for conflict can be minimized and cooperation can be improved. Research and literature show that effective communication can improve the quality of interpersonal relationships by strengthening emotional bonds, fostering empathy, and strengthening mutual understanding. In an organizational context, good communication contributes to increased productivity, job satisfaction, and the creation of a positive work culture. Meanwhile, in personal relationships, effective communication is key to building trust, reducing misunderstandings, and strengthening emotional bonds between partners and family members. The effectiveness of communication is influenced by various factors, such as listening skills, openness, cultural differences, and social background. Therefore, efforts are needed to continue to develop communication skills, such as speaking politely, honing language skills, and being active in social environments. In conclusion, effective communication is the main foundation in creating harmonious and sustainable relationships, and is an important capital for individuals to make positive contributions to society.    

Prolanis merupakan program pengelolaan penyakit kronis seperti hipertensi dan DM tipe 2 untuk mencapai kualitas hidup yang optimal dengan biaya kesehatan yang efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien peserta program prolanis di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Haji Kota Makassar. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan kajian potong lintang (cross sectional study). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh jumlah peserta Hipertensi dan Diabetes Mellitus yang mengikuti kegiatan Prolanis di wilayah kerja RSUD Haji Kota Makassar dengan sampel sebanyak 106 peserta. Teknik penentuan sampelnya adalah dengan menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah chi square dan regresi logistik berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel keterjangkauan (p=0,000), keamanan (p=0,008), informasi (p=0,018), ketepatan waktu (p=0,002) berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien. Sedangkan kenyamanan (p=0,089) tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien. Hasil uji regresi logistik berganda secara bersamaan diperoleh bahwa keterjangkauan merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien peserta prolanis di RSUD haji Kota Makassar. Kepada pihak Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Haji Kota Makassar agar membenahi dan mengevaluasi hal apa saja yang menjadi keluhan pasien terutama dalam kenyaman pasien yang menggunakan fasilitas kesehatan di RSUD Haji Kota Makassar.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pencatatan akuntansi produk simpanan wadiah oleh BMT dan kesesuaiannya dengan PSAK 459 serta PAPSI, serta mengidentifikasi kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam penerapannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) KSPPS BMT Nusa Ummat Sejahtera Cabang Cileunyi Bandung menggunakan software IBSS dalam pencatatan akuntansi simpanan wadiah, sehingga pencatatannya menjadi lebih efektif; 2) Pencatatan akuntansi simpanan wadiah belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan PSAK 459, terutama dalam pengakuan penerimaan, pendapatan, dan beban yang seharusnya diakui pada saat terjadinya, serta pendapatan atas pengelolaan dana yang seharusnya bukan merupakan keuntungan untuk dipublikasikan, dan pemberian bonus yang seharusnya tidak diperjanjikan sebelumnya; 3) Pencatatan juga belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan PAPSI, khususnya dalam pengakuan beban dan pengungkapan fasilitas isimewa kepada penyimpan; 4) Kendala utama terletak pada transaksi BMT yang masih sederhana dan software IBSS yang belum terintegrasi, sehingga laporan keuangan akhir tidak lengkap dan memuat atas transaksi wadiah, terutama terkait fasilitas istimewa, belum diterapkan secara maksimal.

Communication skills are a fundamental foundation in early childhood development. Teachers, as the main figures in the learning process, play a strategic role in creating educational interactions that support the development of children's communication abilities. This study aims to describe educational interaction strategies that can strengthen effective communication among early childhood learners. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach, data were obtained from observations, teacher interviews, and literature studies. The results show that strategies such as responsive communication, role play, interactive storytelling, and proper language modeling can enhance children's confidence in communication. This study recommends continuous training for early childhood educators in implementing adaptive and contextual communication strategies.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of village fund expenditure in Kedamean Village, Kedamean District, Gresik Regency in 2025. The approach used is qualitative with descriptive methods, through in-depth interviews with the Village Head, Treasurer, and Village Consultative Body, as well as analysis of official documents such as budget realization reports and Village Budget Work Plans. The results of the study indicate that village fund expenditure in Kedamean Village is classified as very effective which has followed the principles of transparency and accountability according to regulations, but several obstacles are still found such as inconsistencies between planning and implementation, limited capacity of village officials, and less than optimal realization of development programs and community empowerment. This study recommends strengthening the capacity of village officials, increasing community participation, and optimizing internal and external supervision to increase the effectiveness of village fund expenditure in order to achieve sustainable village development and improve community welfare.

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memegang peranan strategis dalam perekonomian Indonesia, dengan kontribusi signifikan terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) dan penyerapan tenaga kerja. Namun, UMKM menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti keterbatasan akses permodalan, rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia, kurangnya pemanfaatan teknologi, serta kendala dalam pemasaran produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan utama yang dihadapi UMKM, mengevaluasi efektivitas program pemberdayaan yang telah dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah dan sektor swasta, serta merumuskan strategi pengembangan yang aplikatif dan berkelanjutan. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pemberdayaan yang mencakup pelatihan, pendampingan, serta fasilitasi akses pasar dan teknologi dapat meningkatkan kapasitas dan daya saing UMKM secara signifikan. Selain itu, peningkatan proses pembelajaran dalam UMKM sangat penting untuk mendorong inovasi produk dan perbaikan kinerja usaha. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi pengembangan UMKM harus terintegrasi dengan pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia, peningkatan akses permodalan, dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Dukungan kebijakan yang memudahkan akses pembiayaan dan regulasi yang ramah terhadap UMKM juga menjadi faktor penentu keberhasilan pengembangan sektor ini. Diharapkan, hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan dalam perumusan kebijakan dan program pemberdayaan UMKM yang lebih efektif, sehingga UMKM dapat tumbuh dan berkontribusi lebih optimal terhadap perekonomian nasional.

Building effective leadership in schools is key to creating a productive and harmonious educational environment. A managerial psychology approach can provide in-depth insight into effective ways of leading, by considering psychological aspects that influence individual behavior and performance in school organizations. This approach focuses on understanding the psychological characteristics of leaders and team members, managing emotions, and effective communication in building mutually supportive relationships. In an educational context, managerial psychology can help school leaders to manage team dynamics, increase motivation, and create a positive work climate. Therefore, it is hoped that the application of managerial psychology principles in leadership in schools can produce more effective school management, both in the aspects of teaching, management and human resource development.  

This study explores the personal competencies of Christian leaders in the church context. Using a qualitative approach through literature review, this research analyzes biblical texts and related literature to understand the values and principles underlying effective Christian leadership. The primary focus of this research is on the characteristics of leaders that reflect Christ’s teachings, such as humility, love, and integrity. Additionally, this study discusses the challenges faced by Christian leaders in serving the congregation and how they can overcome these obstacles through spiritual development and community building. The results are expected to provide insights into best practices in leadership, as well as recommendations to strengthen faith communities and enhance the effectiveness of church ministry. By understanding Christian leadership in depth, it is hoped that better leaders can emerge, capable of inspiring and empowering congregations in carrying out the church’s mission.

Psychological assessment plays a crucial role in guidance and counseling by helping counselors objectively understand the psychological condition of their clients. This article discusses the strategic role of assessment in the identification, monitoring, and evaluation of the counseling process, as well as outlining commonly used types of assessment. It emphasizes the importance of conducting assessments ethically, professionally, and in accordance with the client’s cultural context. The analysis shows that appropriate assessment enhances the effectiveness of interventions and supports the psychological development of the client.
