One of the main causes of stunting is inadequate nutrition. Health education related to stunting prevention (scoring) plays a significant role in increasing teenagers' knowledge and attitudes to prevent stunting, ensuring nutritious food intake, and promoting clean lifestyles by maintaining environmental sanitation and cleanliness to address the stunting issue. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the stunting risk alert health education package (scoring) on adolescents' knowledge and attitudes in preventing stunting in SMA Negeri 1 Mranggen. Method: This research used a quasi-experimental method with a control group using a pre-test, intervention, post-test design. The sample consisted of teenagers from SMA Negeri 1 Mranggen, with a total of 48 respondents who were divided into a control group and an intervention group using simple random sampling. Data were obtained by having the respondents complete a questionnaire before and after the intervention, and then analyzed using bivariate and univariate sample tests. Results: The results showed a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test in the level of adolescent knowledge about stunting disease and adolescents' attitudes toward stunting before and after the intervention. There was also a noticeable difference between the intervention group and the control group. Conclusion: The stunting risk alert health education package (scoring) has a significant effect on adolescents' knowledge and attitudes in preventing stunting.

The implementation of patient safety standards is a major challenge in healthcare services, particularly in hospitals such as RSAU Soemitro. Data indicates that there were 25 patient safety incidents in the Inpatient Installation in 2023, with falls being the most common case (9), followed by nosocomial infections, medication errors (4), and the absence of patient identification bracelets during surgery (7). This study aims to analyze the influence of clinical skills and supervisory techniques on the implementation of patient safety standards at RSAU Soemitro, with caring behavior as an intervening variable. This quantitative research employs a cross-sectional study design, using a sample of 110 nurses in the inpatient installation. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, and data analysis was performed using SEM-PLS techniques. The results show that the implementation of patient safety standards is simultaneously influenced by clinical skills, supervisory techniques, and caring behavior. Caring behavior can be significantly influenced by both clinical skills and supervisory techniques. Additionally, the implementation of patient safety standards is influenced by clinical skills and supervisory techniques both directly and indirectly through caring behavior. Furthermore, caring behavior has been proven to be the most significant factor, contributing 53.1%. These findings suggest that hospital management should focus on interpersonal skills training to support better implementation of patient safety standards.

Knowledge of the reproductive system and organs greatly affects the health of adolescent girls. Adolescence is also called puberty. Preconception is the time when the egg unites with the sperm, which occurs in women before pregnancy. Methods: This study is a non-experimental study that applies a quantitative approach, where the information collected is in the form of numbers. It implements a descriptive analytic design with a cross-sectional correlational method. Data was collected by filling out a questionnaire. The number of respondents was 107 people who were taken by purposive sampling technique. The data obtained were then statistically analyzed using Somers'd Correlation. Results: The results obtained from the analysis showed that of the 107 respondents, most had characteristics of 17 years of age as much as 72.9%. The results also showed that 82.2% of respondents experienced good reproductive health knowledge and 3.7% of respondents experienced poor reproductive health knowledge. A total of 51.4% of respondents had good preconception management and 2.8% of respondents had poor preconception management. Conclusion: In this conclusion states that, there is a relationship between the knowledge of adolescent girls about reproductive health and preconception management with a value (p value = 0.001 <0.05) and the value of r (correlation) is 0.627 which indicates that the value of a strong correlation means, the better the reproductive health knowledge, the better the preconception management value.

Pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) is a public health problem of concern because of its contagious nature. Success in treating pulmonary TB, which is very important to prevent drug resistance, is largely determined by patient compliance in taking medication regularly. However, the most important factor in the diagnosis of this disorder is the extent to which recommendations are followed. Therefore, the task of the family exercise monitor (PMO) is very important in helping the patient accept the forced teaching. The aim of this research is to analyze family members on the health status of pulmonary tuberculosis patients who come to take medication at the Tlogosari Kulon Health Center. The design in this research analysis is cross-sectional correlation, specifically to test the relationship between two variables at the same time. This sample consisted of 71 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis registered at Balai Tlogosari Kulon. At this institution, a cross-sectional correlation analysis design is used to analyze the relationship between two variables over a period of time. The sample in this study was 71 TB patients registered at the Tlogosari Kulon Health Center. Purposive sampling is a sample collection technique used, where respondents are carefully selected based on predetermined criteria to ensure they meet the research objectives. The tool used to accumulate data is a questionnaire, which is designed to collect information about the variables studied. The data obtained from the questionnaire was then analyzed using the Chi-square test to analyze whether there was a significant relationship between these variables. The results of the study explained that the majority of respondents, namely 40 people (56.3%), rated the family's role as Medication Monitoring Supervisor (PMO) in the good category, while 28 respondents (39.4%) showed good compliance in taking medication. The Chi-square test results show that the significance value is p = 0.003, (<0.05). This shows that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. This research can be concluded that there is a relationship between the role of the family and compliance with taking medication for pulmonary TB clients at the Tlogosari Kulon Community Health Center.
