The Al-Qur'an is one of the sources of knowledge that has absolute truth. This source of knowledge does not only focus on knowledge about worship and muamalah, but also on scientific insights, namely scientific facts. These scientific cues are found in the verses of the Qur'an which are scattered throughout the surah and are referred to as kauniyah verses. One of the scientific signs explained in the Qur'an is about nerve cells. There are six verses spread across three suras in the Al-Qur'an with an indirect pattern of conveying information so that it requires further study to understand the meaning and scientific signals. The word "naashiyah" contained in the six verses means forelock, it is stated that the forelock is a guarantee for responsibility for dishonorable actions or wrongdoing. Scientific facts about the crown is the part of the front brain that functions as a controller, memory and decision maker, which is called the frontal lobe. The information from these six verses is true that the crown is the place where decisions are made and is the measuring point for the right or wrong decisions taken. Therefore, information from the Koran and scientific facts from research results are integrated with each other and show harmony.

Temperature and humidity are inseparable from server rooms. This is important because server rooms consist of computers that provide services 24 hours a day without stopping. After collecting all the supporting data, the author found that the temperature was too high and the humidity did not meet the standard, causing the computer to not function properly. The author finally created a tool that can monitor the temperature and humidity in the server room and applied it to the server room of Roemani Muhammadiyah Hospital in Semarang. The tool works by reading the temperature and humidity using a DHT22 sensor. After the data is read, the ESP32 will process the data, which will then be sent to a database and stored. The data can be viewed directly from anywhere. The tool not only monitors but also performs other functions, such as turning on the AC/fan when the temperature rises above the predetermined limit and sending notifications via Telegram to the staff so that they can take further action. This device will help the staff because all information about temperature and humidity will be recorded well, so the staff does not need to check the server room all the time.

The implementation of bureaucratic reform at the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia is still seen as an additional task and has not become an integrated part of the strategy to increase efficiency and effectiveness in realizing agency performance, then the organizational and governance restructuring carried out still requires adjustments to tasks and functions in achieving output as expected, then another problem is the still limited professionalism of the apparatus, especially in terms of competence and commitment in implementing bureaucratic reforms. This study aims to identify and analyze the strategy for implementing bureaucratic reform in government institutions, the Office of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia, especially the Secretariat General based on Geoff Mulgan's theory, of purpose, environment, direction, action, learning. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that the objective indicators are optimal, namely the leaders of the bureaucratic reform team and employees are trying to increase the value of bureaucratic reform indicators with various activity programs. Environmental indicators are not optimal, due to the lack of human resources in abilities, knowledge, attitudes. The direction indicator is optimal, because employees get guidance and direction from the leader in terms of coordination, communication and motivation. The action indicators have not been optimal, because they are still faced by unresolved obstacles such as the transfer of positions between units and policy changes. In learning indicators that are not optimal, in the performance targets of each individual and organizational performance, the results are still lacking and there are still supervisors who do not reflect the feasibility and appropriateness so that they must be retested in order to realize good practice.

This work introduces a novel hybrid conjugate gradient (CG) technique for tackling unconstrained optimisation problems with improved efficiency and effectiveness. The parameter  is computed as a convex combination of the standard conjugate gradient techniques using  and . Our proposed method has shown that when using the strong Wolfe-line-search(SWC) under specific conditions, it achieves global theoretical convergence. In addition, the new hybrid CG approach has the ability to generate a search direction that moves downward with each iteration. The quantitative findings obtained by applying the recommended technique about 30 functions with varying dimensions clearly illustrate its effectiveness and potential.
