The Dandu Bridge is one of the important infrastructures that functions as a land transportation link on the Suko-Sowominangun section, Lamongan Regency. The current condition shows that the bridge surface has suffered a lot of damage in the form of holes that can interfere with the smooth flow of traffic and endanger the safety of road users. Therefore, regular maintenance is needed so that the function of the bridge as a public facility remains optimal. One of the maintenance methods used is the Detailed Bridge Inspection Report (LPMJ), which aims to identify the condition of the bridge components as a whole. Field work practices carried out by students of the Lamongan Institute of Technology and Business in March-April 2025 are a means to understand the factors that cause damage. The results of the observation show that the damage is not only caused by structural factors, but also by non-structural aspects such as lack of awareness of road users and lack of communication with the surrounding community. Therefore, intensive education is needed for the community regarding the importance of maintaining the sustainability of the bridge's function, including the installation of proper traffic signs to minimize damage. In the LPMJ method, the upper structure components examined include floor plates, girders, and joints. Meanwhile, the lower structure includes pillars, abutments, and foundations. The bridge equipment that was observed included sidewalks, waterways, and railings. Maintenance should not only be focused on physical improvements, but also on social management that involves the active participation of the community, especially in areas with high traffic intensity. In conclusion, the maintenance efforts of the Dandu Bridge require an integrated approach that combines technical improvements and social empowerment, so that the sustainability of its function can be maintained for the long term.

Acinetobacter baumannii is a major pathogenic bacterium causing nosocomial infections, known to exhibit high levels of resistance to various antibiotic classes, including β-lactams and aminoglycosides. This widespread resistance poses a significant challenge in hospital patient management, particularly in cases of severe and difficult-to-treat infections. This study aimed to analyze the resistance patterns of A. baumannii to four types of antibiotics in patients with various blood types at Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro General Hospital, Klaten. The research method used was a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with healthcare workers, analysis of patient medical records, and limited observation of clinical practice. The focus of the study was directed at the relationship between patient blood type and the level of antibiotic resistance of A. baumannii. The results showed variations in resistance patterns based on blood type. Patients with blood type AB showed the highest level of resistance to all tested antibiotics, with a prevalence of multidrug resistance (MDR) reaching 85%. In contrast, patients with blood type O showed the lowest resistance and the highest proportion of non-MDR isolates compared to other groups. These findings indicate the role of host factors, namely blood type, in influencing the level of resistance of A. baumannii. The suspected mechanisms involved include differences in surface antigens that influence bacterial adhesion, biofilm formation, and the host immune response. The practical implication of this study is the need to consider blood type as a factor in empirical antibiotic therapy, especially in cases of nosocomial infections caused by A. baumannii.

Breakfast is an important habit that plays a major role in meeting children's energy and nutritional needs. The energy obtained from breakfast is essential for daily activities, including learning and playing, enabling children to achieve optimal performance both physically and cognitively. Furthermore, breakfast habits also contribute to children's nutritional status, reflecting the balance between nutritional intake and needs. However, the reality shows that in Indonesia, approximately 40% of children still do not have breakfast before going to school, potentially affecting their nutritional status. This study aims to determine the relationship between breakfast habits and the nutritional status of students at Muhammadiyah Kayen Elementary School. The study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design and utilized primary data. The study population was all 225 students in grades I to IV. Of these, 112 students were selected through a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire to explore breakfast habits and anthropometric measurements of height and weight to determine nutritional status. Data analysis was performed using the Fisher exact test. The results showed a p-value of 0.742 (p > 0.05), indicating no significant relationship between breakfast habits and students' nutritional status. A total of 79.5% of students had good breakfast habits, while 20.5% were classified as adequate. Meanwhile, the students' nutritional status consisted of good nutrition (57.1%), overnutrition (19.7%), obesity (11.6%), malnutrition (8%), and undernutrition (3.6%). Thus, it can be concluded that breakfast habits are not significantly related to the nutritional status of students at the school.

This study aims to examine the influence of perceptions of security and lifestyle on the interest of Sriwijaya State Polytechnic students in using mobile banking services. The rapid development of digital technology has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including the banking sector. Mobile banking is now one of the main choices for people because it offers convenience, flexibility, and time efficiency in conducting financial transactions. However, the level of adoption of this service is not solely determined by the availability of technology, but also by the extent to which users feel the system is secure and fits their lifestyle. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected from 100 respondents who were students of Sriwijaya State Polytechnic through an incidental sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 26.0. The independent variables in this study were perceptions of security and lifestyle, while the dependent variable was interest in using mobile banking. This study aims to predict the potential bankruptcy of PT Argo Pantes Tbk for the period 2014–2024 using the Zmijewski X-Score model. The research adopts a quantitative method based on secondary data obtained from the company’s published annual financial statements. The Zmijewski model was selected because of its effectiveness in assessing companies with unstable financial conditions and its ability to provide a more accurate reflection of financial distress compared to other models. The analysis process involved calculating the X-Score for each year within the observation period and interpreting the results according to the criteria of the model. The findings indicate that for the entire study period, the calculated X value was consistently greater than or equal to zero. This outcome signifies that the company is in a condition classified as potentially bankrupt. Furthermore, the model demonstrated 100% accuracy in describing the company’s actual financial situation, since PT Argo Pantes Tbk consistently recorded net losses throughout the period of analysis. These losses were not incidental but reflected a long-term pattern of weak financial performance, limited profitability, and declining competitiveness in the textile industry. The results highlight that PT Argo Pantes Tbk has been operating under severe financial distress for a prolonged period, with no indication of recovery during the years observed. The persistent losses and negative financial indicators reinforce the conclusion that the company is in an unhealthy condition. The study confirms the applicability and reliability of the Zmijewski X-Score as a bankruptcy prediction tool in the Indonesian context, particularly for firms experiencing prolonged instability. Overall, the study provides valuable insights into financial distress analysis and underscores the importance of early bankruptcy prediction models in supporting stakeholders, investors, and regulators in making informed decisions.

The purpose of this study is to examine the extent to which the relationship between leadership style and teamwork influences the work results of employees of Bank Sumsel Babel, Kapten A. Rivai Branch, Palembang. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population and sample of 59 people determined through a saturated sampling method, so that the entire population becomes research respondents. Research data were obtained from two sources, namely primary data through the distribution of questionnaires to employees, and secondary data that supports the results of data processing. Data analysis was carried out comprehensively by including testing classical assumptions to ensure model validity, testing the feasibility of research instruments, calculating the coefficient of determination, and applying multiple regression analysis tested through the F test and t test. The results of the study indicate that leadership style and teamwork have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. This finding shows that effective leadership and solid teamwork can increase employee productivity and work quality. The large contribution of both independent variables to employee performance is indicated by the coefficient of determination value of 66.2%, which means that more than half of the variation in employee performance can be explained by leadership style and teamwork. Meanwhile, the remaining 33.8% is influenced by factors outside this study, such as the work environment, individual motivation, and organizational reward systems. This study emphasizes the importance of appropriate leadership and synergy among team members in building optimal employee performance. The practical implication of these findings is the need for management to continuously improve leadership quality and encourage better teamwork in the banking workplace.

Dried eel (kepanjang) is a traditional food product made through the drying process to extend shelf life and facilitate distribution. While drying can slow down product deterioration, it still carries the risk of microbial contamination, especially when stored at room temperature without additional preservation. This study aims to provide information regarding the microbiological safety of dried eel products during storage and to determine the effects of storage duration and environmental temperature on microbial growth in dried eel. The method used in this study involved direct observation of microbial colony growth through serial dilution and inoculation on Nutrient Agar (NA) media, which was then incubated at room temperature. The microbial colonies growing on the dried eel samples were observed and counted to assess the impact of storage duration and temperature on microbial contamination. The results showed that the longer the storage time and the higher the environmental temperature, the greater the number of microbial colonies that grew. This indicates that storage conditions, both in terms of duration and temperature, have a significant impact on the level of microbial contamination in dried eel. This research reveals the importance of strict monitoring of temperature and storage duration for dried eel products. The increase in microbial colonies as storage time and temperature rise indicates that the product becomes more susceptible to contamination and spoilage. Therefore, to maintain product quality and safety, proper storage systems need to be implemented, such as using additional preservatives or storing the product at low temperatures. By adopting these measures, the risk of microbial contamination can be minimized, which will extend the shelf life and maintain the quality of the dried eel product. This study provides valuable insights into the microbiological aspects of traditional food products, specifically dried eel, which can be applied to ensure their safety during storage.

Mandai is a traditional fermented food made from the inner skin of the cempedak fruit (Artocarpus champeden) and is widely known in South Kalimantan. Its distinctive sour taste is a result of microbial activity during the natural fermentation process. This study highlights the important role of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) as the dominant agents in Mandai fermentation. The main objective of this research is to isolate and characterize LAB from fermented Mandai samples. The methods used in this study include serial dilution, inoculation on Nutrient Agar (NA) media, incubation at room temperature, colony morphology observation, and Gram staining using crystal violet. The results showed the presence of round colonies with a creamy white color and smooth surfaces, which indicate the characteristics of lactic acid bacteria. Most of the isolates showed Gram-positive properties, supporting their identification as lactic acid bacteria. This research not only enriches our understanding of the microbial ecology in Mandai fermentation but also opens up opportunities for utilizing LAB as a natural preservative or functional probiotic in both traditional and modern food products. The presence of LAB in Mandai fermentation suggests the potential to enhance the quality and health benefits of this traditional food, making it a viable source of probiotics beneficial for digestive health. Additionally, the use of LAB in Mandai processing could increase the appeal of this product in broader markets, both locally and internationally. Overall, this study provides a solid foundation for further development in utilizing microbes in traditional food fermentations. The low level of reading literacy in remote areas, such as the Muna Barat Daya Regency, poses a significant challenge in basic education. One innovation proposed to address this issue is the implementation of Scramble Fun Learning, an educational game-based approach designed to enhance reading literacy skills in students at SD Negeri 1Weet. This community service activity was carried out in two stages: a theoretical stage, which provided foundational understanding about the importance of literacy and gamification approaches, and a practical stage involving both teachers and fifth-grade students in word arrangement activities. Scramble Fun Learning combines game elements with a gamification approach by having students arrange words from random letters. The main objective is to train vocabulary recognition, strengthen reading comprehension, and increase student motivation to learn. In this activity, students are challenged to form words or sentences within a limited time, which not only stimulates their creativity but also makes the learning process more enjoyable and engaging. This method enables students to learn while playing, which is particularly effective in overcoming the boredom that often occurs in conventional learning. The results of this activity showed a significant improvement in student enthusiasm, active participation, and literacy skills. Many students who were previously disinterested in reading activities became more enthusiastic and motivated. Despite limitations in resources and time, the activity was still effectively implemented, thanks to creative adjustments made by the implementing team to ensure the material and activities were well received by both students and teachers. Overall, these findings indicate that Scramble Fun Learning is a highly potential and applicable approach to improving students' reading literacy, especially in areas with limited educational resources. This approach not only enhances literacy skills but also builds students' interest and motivation to continue learning.
