This research aims to analyze the queuing system model for consumer service at Mie Gacoan Pancing Branch, Medan City. With the increasing popularity of Mie Gacoan, there has been a significant increase in the number of customers, resulting in long queues and long waiting times. This research uses observation and interview methods to collect data regarding the number of customers, arrival time, service time, and number of available waiters. The data is then analyzed using the M/M/1 and M/M/c queuing models to determine queue characteristics such as average queue length, average waiting time in the queue, and waiter utility. The analysis results show that the M/M/c queuing model is more effective in reducing waiting time and queue length compared to the M/M/1 model. By increasing the number of waiters, service efficiency can be increased, thereby increasing customer satisfaction. This research provides strategic recommendations for the management of Mie Gacoan Pancing Branch in optimizing the queuing system to provide better service to consumers.

The importance of character education in developing responsible, caring and empathetic individuals is emphasized in the culture and social environment concerned. The importance of integrated social studies includes several in-depth aspects, including a holistic understanding of the relationship between social science disciplines, development of critical and analytical thinking skills, development of social and emotional skills, and a broader understanding of human values, justice and democracy. Through various learning methods such as introduction to material, project-based learning, group discussions, case studies, simulations, and field visits, students can get to know integrated social studies well. After studying integrated social studies, students can show improvements in characteristics such as courtesy and responsibility. Hospitals are vital health facilities that aim to improve public health by providing high-quality health services. This study aims to evaluate nurses' compliance in using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in hospitals as an effort to prevent nosocomial infections. Through a literature review of various studies between 2021-2024, it was found that nurse compliance was influenced by knowledge, attitudes and availability of PPE. Good knowledge and positive attitudes towards PPE, as well as adequate accessibility of PPE, have been proven to increase nurse compliance. In addition, demographic characteristics such as age, gender, education, and years of service also influence compliance levels. In conclusion, improving compliance requires a multifactorial approach that includes continuing education, adequate facilities, and close supervision. Implementation of this strategy is important to prevent nosocomial infections and improve the quality of health services in hospitals.

This study was designed with the aim of knowing the process of applying ecoprint to fantasy party clothing. The methods used are qualitative methods such as observation, literature, documentation and descriptive data analysis. The steps in the application of ecoprint in fantasy party fashion are making designs, analyzing designs, preparing tools and materials, sizes, archetypes, breaking patterns, cutting materials, merader, sewing, applying ecoprint and finished results. This study aims to analyze the effect of competitive advantage on the sales performance of PT Abdillah Sukses Bersama. The 2024 Presidential Election in Indonesia is an important moment in political history, with significant involvement from Generation Z (Gen Z). This research aims to analyze the characteristics of Gen Z voting behavior in the Medan State University Student Scout Movement (UNIMED) organization and evaluate the influence of Scout organizational activities on political behavior and decisions to elect Gen Z members at UNIMED. Using qualitative descriptive methods, data was collected through interviews and references from various journals and websites. The research results show that fast access to information via social media influences Gen Z's political views. In addition, Scout activities that focus on character and leadership development also contribute to their political behavior. It is hoped that these findings will enrich academic literature regarding voter behavior, especially Gen Z in Indonesia, as well as provide insight for political parties, presidential candidates and political observers in formulating more effective strategies to attract support from young voters. This research also provides a deeper understanding of the importance of political education and active involvement in the election process for the younger generation.

Using the literature study method, this article collects data from various sources such as books, news and journal articles. The discussion includes the importance of administrative law in limiting and controlling excessive power possessed by state officials, as well as the role of bureaucracy in preventing corruption. In addition, this article outlines the types of legal accountability that apply to government officials involved in corruption, as well as the importance of internal and external monitoring in reducing acts of corruption. The principles of good governance and the need to reform the government system were also raised as important steps in eradicating corruption.

The utilization of mobile applications in the service sector has experienced significant growth, fueled by increased access to the internet and the use of smartphones. The M-TIX app, which provides online movie ticket booking services, is one example of an app that has become an important part of movie fans' routines. Despite its popularity, users have reported various issues related to usability and overall user satisfaction. In this study, we focus on the user experience of the M-TIX app by using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the user experience aspects. Through a structured qualitative approach, the UEQ enables an in-depth evaluation of six key dimensions of user experience, namely Attractiveness, Perspicuity, Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, and Novelty. The study involved respondents predominantly aged between 17 to 21 years old, with the largest group being 20 years old (15 respondents), and most of them (26 respondents) were students. The results of this study are expected to provide valuable recommendations for improving the design and functionality of the M-TIX application, as well as increasing the understanding of the relationship between users' characteristics and their perceptions of user experience in the context of online movie ticketing applications. This research aims to address the existing problems and enhance user satisfaction by providing actionable insights.

Utilization of fly ash which is part of the residue from burning coal for power plants (PLTU), where the combustion products have the same size as sand. Asphalt concrete is a type of construction pavement consisting of a mixture of asphalt and aggregate, either with or without added materials. This research aims to determine the characteristic values ​​of asphalt using fly ash as a substitute for sand in AC – WC asphalt concrete with mixed variations of 25%, 50% and 75%. From the research results, the AC-WC mixture used according to the standard, namely the condition of 5.5% asphalt content, obtained a stability value of 1580kg, a VFB value of 79.00%, a VMA value of 15.50%, a VIM value of 3.40%, a MQ value of 550kg/mm ​​, flow value 2.90mm and density value 2.35. Tests with mixture variations of 25%, 50% and 75% obtained a maximum stability value of 1706.5kg at a variation of 25%, a maximum flow value of 3.54mm at a variation of 75%, a maximum VIM value of 6.90% at a variation of 75%, a maximum VMA value 17.68% at 75% variation, maximum VFB value 84.89% at 25% variation, maximum density value 2.38 at 25% variation and MQ value 605.33kg/mm ​​at 25% variation. These results show that the combined model of the two algorithms can be applied to identify tuberculosis in the lungs.

Classifying eye images requires good features and characteristics so that disease images can be classified. This research uses the Deep Learning method, namely Convolutional Neural Network with MobileNet-V3 architecture which can extract features from large resolution images very well. This research resulted in accurate classification of images of chronic diseases Normal, Diabetes, Glucoma, Cataract, Age related macular degeneration, Hypertension, Pathalogical Myopia. uses the MobileNet-V3 architecture, with transfer learning reaching 81%, and loss only 0.4913.

One of the consequences of poor nutritional management in toddlers is stunting. One nutritious alternative food to prevent stunting at a relatively cheaper price is sweet corn. Sweet corn is increasingly popular and widely consumed because it has a sweeter taste than regular corn (Kartika, 2019). Siswono (2004 in Surtinah, 2013) reported that the sugar content of the master sweet variety is 16 – 18%, close to the sugar content of cane, namely 19%. Euphorbiaceae is a group of plants often referred to as the sap tribe. Euphorbiaceae can be used as food, firewood, medicinal plants, building materials and also as ornamental plants. This study aims to determine the distribution of species from the Euphorbiaceae family located in Mekar Mulya Village, Panyileukan District, Bandung City. The method used, namely the direct exploration method by observing morphological characteristics, species, the number of each species and distribution patterns. The results showed that there were 6 species of plants included in the Euphorbiaceae family, including 21 individuals of  Euphorbia milli, 52 individual of Sauropus androgynous, 108 individuals of Manihot esculenta, 7 individuals of Codiaeum variegatum, 3 individuals of Euphorbia tithymaloides and 6 individuals of Acalypha siamenis.
