PHBS is all health behavior carried out out of personal awareness so that the family and all its members are able to help themselves in the health sector and have an active role in community activities.This type of research uses qualitative research where this research uses questionnaires and interviews. This research design uses a phenomenology approach design, namely this approach seeks to reveal, study and understand the unique and unique phenomena and contexts experienced by individuals up to the level of belief of the individual concerned.Based on the research method carried out by the researcher, the researcher obtained the results that there were still some patient families who did not know what clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) was in the hospital and did not believe that in treating patients health workers always behaved in a clean and healthy lifestyle., Meanwhile, some patients already know about clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) in hospitals and believe that when treating patients, health workers always behave in a clean and healthy way.

Archives for organizations or institutions have a role as a center for reminders, decision making, evidence and supervision, but many organizations or institutions have not maximized in records management and lack of awareness of archives so that it has an impact on retrieval of archives that are quite long and found to lose records resulting in decreased organizational performance and service quality. To overcome the condition, the Community Service Team held archive management training activities as a form of contribution to the community and helped partners overcome problems faced in organizations or institutions. The activity partners are 25 people from the Student Council Board of SMK Ma'arif NU Doro Pekalongan Regency. The method used is participatory and the material is delivered using the lecture method. This activity was welcomed by the Principal, Student Council Supervisor and Student Council Administrator because it could increase knowledge and skills for Student Council administrators in archive management. The student council board is very enthusiastic about participating in a series of activities and it is hoped that this activity can be sustainable.

Community service program, in collaboration with PUSKESMAS Pattirosompe. Previously, POSYANDU for teenagers in the Tomodi neighborhood had not implemented games for the implementation of POSYANDU, which resulted in every time there was an inspection, teenagers were less enthusiastic about attending. This Community Service aims to change the pattern of providing POSYANDU material to teenagers with a games system. The community service program not only changed the POSYANDU pattern but also established a youth POSYANDU in the Bulu Citta environment, starting with collecting data on teenagers covering ages 10 to 18 years. It is hoped that this service can increase teenagers' interest and insight into the importance of health. The service team has established a POSYANDU for teenagers in the Bulu Citta neighborhood, carried out health checks, provided games and counseling about teenage reproduction in the Bulu Citta and Tomodi neighborhoods.

Schools, as educational facilities, have a crucial role in improving the quality and standards of national education to make it more advanced. In line with the introduction to PERMENDIKBUD No. 18 of 2019, the government provides compensation in the form of School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS) with the aim of helping fund school operational and non-personnel costs. Implementing school operational assistance is part of the state's responsibility to provide financing to the entire community and is an implementation of the mandate of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia to make the nation's life intelligent. Therefore, the author is interested in analyzing it in research entitled "Legal Responsibilities for Management of School Operational Assistance Funds at SD Negeri 1 Kunjeng, Gubug District" with the problem of what is the legal basis for managing School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS) at SD Negeri 1 Kunjeng and how? Legal responsibility for managing social assistance funds at SD N 1 Kunjeng, Gubug District. This research uses normative juridical which focuses on secondary data supported by the results of interviews and observations and analyzed qualitatively. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the legal basis for managing BOS funds at SD Negeri 1 Kunjeng is rooted in the 1945 Constitution, specifically Article 31B paragraphs (2) and (3), which requires the state to organize an equitable and high-quality national education system. UUSPN No. 20 of 2003 also becomes the legal basis with Article 50 paragraph (2) which requires the government to provide financial assistance for basic education. Technical instructions from PERMENDIKBUD No. 2 of 2022 provides detailed regulations regarding the management of BOS funds according to the needs of educational units, supporting the government's efforts to create equal and quality access to education. Legal responsibility for managing BOS funds at SD Negeri 1 Kunjeng is centered on the principal and the entire school. The 1945 Constitution requires the state to provide free basic education through a 9-year compulsory education program. BOS funds, as a state financial tool, are channeled directly to schools with the principles of flexibility and transparency

By conducting literature research, this research aims to evaluate the difficulties and prospects in increasing digital literacy in education. In today's digital era, digital literacy is becoming increasingly important. The ability to understand, use and participate in digital environments is essential. However, the development of technology and its use in education also raises complex problems. Literature analysis was carried out to identify the main problems faced by students and teachers in improving digital literacy. The results of the analysis show that some of the main problems include the pace of change in digital technology, lack of access to technology, inappropriate curriculum, lack of teacher training, and inequality. On the other hand, there is a huge opportunity to improve digital literacy. This can be achieved through developing a curriculum that is integrated with technology, increasing accessibility to digital infrastructure and devices, and ongoing training for educators. A better understanding of the complexities of difficulties and opportunities in improving digital literacy among students and educators is gained from this research. It is hoped that this research will make a positive contribution to the continued progress of education in the computer and internet era because these findings can help create more efficient educational policies and teaching strategies that take advantage of developments in digital technology.

Education can be said to be an advanced educational institution and get improvements in learning if what is done every day is to receive encouragement in the form of motivation from a teacher to all students. Success in forming a motivational drive for students' learning can be seen from the many changes in each student's daily behavioral activities in participating in learning. This research aims to determine the results of increasing learning motivation for class IV students through the reward and punishment method in Islamic religious education subjects at SDN Tambakrejo. The method used in this research is observational research with a qualitative data approach, the research used uses a process of data collection, observation, interviews. Needs analysis questionnaire, teaching, data collection, documentation. The number of class IV who chose the Agree (S) statement point option was 195, involving all class IV students as many as 35 students, but only 26 students were able to attend and fill out the questionnaire out of a total of 35. The conclusion from the results of this research is that students' learning motivation has increased since the introduction of a method that encourages their enthusiasm for the learning being delivered. This can be proven from the results of the motivation questionnaire which was filled out by each class IV student himself

The Alumni Association is an organization in Semarang City, Central Java, which consists of graduates of SMA N Semarang with various backgrounds and work sectors. In the context of human resource management, members face pressure and stress that may interfere with their productivity and well-being, due to limited knowledge in managing work stress. Counseling on work stress management was successfully carried out with the participation of 30 participants, which increased their understanding significantly. Even though there are obstacles such as limited time and differences in participant backgrounds, this activity succeeded in improving their skills in managing stress in the workplace, and it is hoped that similar activities can be carried out regularly to continue to improve the quality of life and productivity of alumni members and their employees

To create a clean tourist village, the people of Kandri Village carry out waste management using the 3R system (reduce, reuse, recycle). This system takes the form of a waste bank that effectively manages inorganic waste while providing economic benefits for the surrounding community. One of the active waste banks in Kandri Village, Gunungpati District is the "Nuri" Waste Bank which is located at RT 09 RW 04. To develop inorganic waste management at this waste bank, it is necessary to socialize and build an inorganic waste storage space which is carried out in the form of 'Devotion' activities. to Society'. The method includes physical construction and socialization of inorganic waste management at the "Nuri" Waste Bank. The final result of this activity is the development of a physical building for storage space for segregated and weighted inorganic waste at the "Nuri" Waste Bank before it is collected by officers. Another result is the socialization of the management of the "Nuri" Waste Bank which is expected to increase community participation and provide environmental and economic benefits, especially for the people of Kandri Village, Gunungpati District.

This research aims to determine the preferences of Development economics students at Widya Mandira Catholic University towards using BNI mobile banking and to determine the preference factors for using mobile banking for Development economics students at Widya Mandira Catholic University. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data, which were then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis methods. The data collection techniques used in this research used interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of this research show that the preference or interest of Development Economics students at Widya Mandira Catholic University, Kupang City in using Mobile banking is still small or minimal, especially in UKT payments. Most students are more interested in making payments via BNI Bank directly rather than using Mobile banking. There are several factors that cause preference in using Mobile banking for Development Economics students at Widya Mandira Catholic University, namely internal factors such as lifestyle needs, culture/habits and beliefs. Meanwhile, external factors such as service availability, environment/situation, and security.

This study aims to examine the influence of family socio-economic factors and coping strategies on editing at the Nurobo Community Health Center, Malaka Regency. This research uses a combined research approach (mixed methods). The sampling technique involves determining information using purposive sampling. The data analysis used in the quantitative method is validity testing, reliability testing, simple linear regression and hypothesis testing using that family socio-economic variables do not have a partial effect on the incidence of stunting with a coefficient of determination value of 0.4.5%. This aims to determine the Statistical Package tool for social science 28.0 for windows (SPSS). The data analysis used in the qualitative method is SWOT analysis. The test results show strategies for dealing with stunting incidents at the Nurobo Community Health Center. The results show that the most effective strategy can have a positive impact on stunting prevention strategies. Strategies that can be implemented to prevent stunting are by increasing access to better sanitation for the community and conducting educational outreach to make the community aware of the importance of nutritious food intake for toddlers to avoid stunting and other diseases in prevention efforts at the Nurobo Community Health Center, Malaka Regency.

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at the Sibolga Pratama Tax Service Office. The population and sample for this research were all 106 civil servant employees at the Sibolga Primary Tax Service Office. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique is a questionnaire using a Likert scale, while the tests used are the Classic Assumption Test and Analysis Test. The results of the research show that the performance of Receivable Turn Over (RTO) fluctuates from year to year. The highest increase in RTO occurred in 2019 at 4.16 times. The company's Average Collection Period (ACP) level was the best in 2019, namely 87 days, where the receivables turnover rate was very high. In 2019 the company's performance improved, where the arrears ratio reached its smallest point, namely 16.20%. In 2019 the performance of CV. Parulian Sojuangon Panggabean Group experienced an increase, where the collection ratio reached its highest point, namely 83.79%.

Financial ratio analysis is one way to assess a company's financial performance. This research aims to determine the financial performance of UD. Rubama. The research uses financial management theory based on measuring instruments Debt to Assets Ratio, Debt to Equity ratio, Return On Investment and Return On Equity. The approach used in this research is a descriptive research approach. The samples in this research are UD's balance sheet and profit and loss report. Rubama for the 3 year period 2018-2020. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive data analysis technique, namely collecting data, classifying it in such a way as to obtain a clear picture of the facts that exist as a reality in the object under study. The research results show that the company's financial performance as measured by the solvency ratio (Debt to Assets Ratio) and (Debt to Equity Ratio) is good, because there is an increase in the amount of debt and is followed by an increase in the amount of assets every year and the company is able to emphasize funding using its own capital. The results of the profitability ratio analysis show that the company's ability to generate profits in terms of Return on Investment is good, because the profits are quite high in terms of asset turnover. Meanwhile, in terms of Return On Equity, the company is also good because the company has not been able to maximize its capital to produce optimal net profits, the average during the research period was 36%.

Annual tax reporting is an obligation for every individual who meets the specified requirements. The use of e-filing systems in the tax reporting process has become more common in today's modern society. This study aims to analyze the role played in optimizing the use of e-filing systems in an effort to increase tax compliance among individuals. Qualitative research methods were used through interviews and observations of individuals involved in using this system. The results of the analysis show that understanding the role played in optimizing the use of e-filing systems can help increase the efficiency and effectiveness of individual tax reporting

Joint assets are property acquired by a married couple, husband and wife can act on their joint assets with the consent of both parties. Marital Property Law has an important position in family life even when the marriage is still ongoing. In an activity regarding money loans at a bank, there is usually a handover of debt guarantees provided by the debtor to the creditor. In this case the debtors use joint assets as collateral for their credit agreement. The purpose of writing this thesis is to determine the legitimacy of using joint assets as collateral and the status of these joint assets by analyzing various sources of applicable law in Indonesia. In this analysis, it was found that joint assets used as collateral for credit cannot be processed in terms of assets back and forth until the obligation debt of debtors is completed.

Corruption is a problem that needs to be taken seriously and is a legal issue in every country in the world, including Indonesia. The disease of corruption is increasingly rampant. The seriousness of the government in overcoming criminal acts of corruption is the establishment of Law Number 31 of 1999 as amended by Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning Eradication of Corruption Crimes. The formulation of the problem discussed in writing this thesis is Regarding the Application of the Criminal Act of Assistance in corruption. The research method used in writing this thesis is a research method carried out with a Normative Juridical Approach, namely Legal Principles and referring to Legal Norms contained in the library research method (library research), namely conducting research using data from various reading sources such as Laws - Invitations, books, magazines and the internet which are considered relevant to the problems that the author will discuss in this thesis. The assistance of corruption crimes committed by Widjokongko Puspoyo who helped Widjanarko Puspoyo receive gifts from Bulog partners caused Widjokongko Puspoyo to be punished for violating Article 11 Law No. 20 of 2001 concerning changes to Law no. 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption in conjunction with Article 15 of Law no. 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption in conjunction with Article 56 1 of the Criminal Code. Assistance in Corruption Crimes is regulated in Article 15 of Law No. 31 of 1999, in this article it states that the act of assisting corruption will be punished the same as the perpetrators of corruption in accordance with the provisions in Law No. 31 of 1999 as has been amended by Law No. 20 of 2001 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Crimes. In Article 15 Criminal Responsibility for Assistance Crimes in corruption cases is seen from the extent to which the act of assisting the Corruption Crime was carried out. In determining the amount of punishment for the assistant to the criminal act of corruption, it can be seen from the articles violated by the assistant to the criminal act of corruption.

the study aims to analyze the imposition of a criminal verdict in the case of murder that occurred in case No. 117/PID.B / 2022 / PN GTO at the Gorontalo City District Court, as well as factors that influence the judge in deciding the murder case. The research method used is normative legal research with the approach of legislation and the approach of existing cases, which are then analyzed in a descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the analysis of the verdict on the murder case No. 117/Pid.B / 2022 / PN GTO at the Gorontalo City District Court, it can be concluded that the decision is the result of a criminal justice process based on the results of the examination and the facts of the trial as well as the cooperative attitude of the perpetrator. The factors that influence the decision, among others, are the evidence presented in the trial, witness testimony, Judge's consideration, and applicable legal provisions. The judge in his decision did not consider the elements of the indictment charged by the public prosecutor, namely Article 340 of the criminal code, but instead decided the case using Article 338 of the Criminal Code which, according to researchers, does not reflect the principle of legal certainty and Justice.

Planning and reporting performance results in local government using information systems. The purpose of conducting research is to obtain an overview of the results of accountability for employee performance with the help of implementing SIMDA BMD at the Regional Financial and Asset Agency of the Bintan Regency Government. It is hoped that the presence of the SIMDA application can help the government in managing finances, especially in employee performance accountability and providing ideal management information. Data collection was collected using literature studies, interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that SIMDA BMD (Regional Property Management Information System) in the financial management process, especially financial reporting, continues to run well and cannot yet be said to be fully effective, this is due to various obstacles that occur.

The implementation of e-government in public services in the Regional Government is expected to produce faster, better, and more efficient public services, and can improve the application of the principles of good governance. In the context of Riau Islands, the implementation of e-government is very important considering the geographical condition of this area which consists of many islands. With e-government, people in Riau Islands can access public services online without having to travel far to the government center. This research aims to analyze the implementation of e-government in improving public services in the Riau Islands regional government. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews with relevant parties, direct observation, and documentation studies. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended that the Riau Islands regional government continue to improve the implementation of e-government by strengthening information technology infrastructure, increasing people’s digital literacy, and conducting regular evaluations of the quality of public services provided through e-government. In addition, cooperation with related parties, both internal and external, also needs to be improved to ensure the success of e-government implementation in improving public services in the Riau Islands regional government.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and influential factors in the application of technology-based attendance in supporting the work discipline of Civil Servants in Riau Islands. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the application of technology-based attendance application innovation has significant effectiveness in improving the work discipline of Civil Servants. With the technology-based attendance application, the attendance process becomes more efficient and accurate. Employees can perform attendance quickly and easily through electronic devices such as smartphones or computers, without the need to use manual attendance that is prone to manipulation. In addition, factors that influence the effectiveness of technology-based attendance application implementation include management support, employee training, and employee awareness of the importance of work discipline. Strong management support in implementing and supervising the use of technology-based attendance applications is an important factor in successful implementation. Employee training in the use of the application is also key to ensuring proper and effective use. In addition, employee awareness of the importance of work discipline also plays a role in the successful implementation of this innovation.  This research makes an important contribution to understanding the effectiveness of technology-based attendance application innovations in improving the work discipline of civil servants. The implication of this research is the importance of developing and implementing technological innovation in improving work efficiency and effectiveness in the public sector.
