Chronic kidney disease is defined as kidney damage that lasts for a long time (chronic) and is characterized by a decrease in the ability of the kidneys to filter blood (Glomerular Filtration Rate/GFR). Patients with CKD often experience no symptoms or signs, until less than 15% of their kidney function remains. Since its early stages, CKD is closely related to the emergence of various complications, such as anemia, bone disease, etc. Hemodialysis is not a therapy to cure or restore kidney function, but it can prevent death more quickly in chronic kidney disease sufferers. The kidneys will still lose their ability for metabolic or endocrine activity so that patients with kidney failure must regularly undergo hemodialysis therapy obediently, which has an impact on the patient's quality of life. The aim is to implement nursing care for clients with chronic kidney failure on hemodialysis using diet education and exercise in the Tanjung Rejo Community Health Center UPT Work Area in 2023. This research uses a case study approach. Participant 2 was a kidney failure patient on hemodialysis at the Tanjung Rejo Community Health Center UPT. Data collection using interviews, observation and physical examination, documentation study and literature study. The instrument used in this research was a SGA form. After the data was collected, data analysis was carried out using the nursing process. The intervention provided diet education and diet training, then an evaluation was carried out. On the 3rd day after the evaluation the problem was resolved. The evaluation results show that nursing interventions providing diet education and diet training are very effective in maintaining the body condition of chronic kidney failure patients on hemodialysis. Conclusions and suggestions require efforts to involve the client's family to implement diet education with diet training so as not to worsen the disease they suffer from and can improve their quality of life.

Otomycosis is an ear infection caused by fungi, or a superficial fungal infection of the pinna and meatus auditorius - externus. The most common symptom is itching. Ear scraping causes disruption of the natural ear cleaning mechanism so that it is easy to develop otomycosis. Indonesia with a tropical climate has a high level of humidity causing fungal infections to occur easily in the human body, such as in the ear canal or called otomycosis. This study aims to determine the relationship between the habit of picking ears with the incidence of otomycosis in the ENT Polyclinic of Budi Kemuliaan Hospital, Batam kota in 2023. This study used an observational analytic design with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were all patients at the ENT Polyclinic of the Budi Kemuliaan Hospital, Batam Kota in 2023 with purposive sampling technique taking total sampling on a sample of 70 people. Data were analyzed using the chi square test. The results of this study obtained variables associated with the incidence of Otomycosis. Where with a frequency of >1x / week (often), 75% experienced otomycosis and ≤1x / week (rarely), 34.6% experienced otomycosis. There was a significant relationship between the frequency variable and the incidence of otomycosis (p value = 0.001). Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the habit of scraping the ears with the incidence of otomycosis in patients of the ENT Polyclinic of Budi Kemuliaan Hospital, Batam Kota 2023.

Analysis of the results uses the Chi Square test if the significance value of p is <0.5% or 0.05, then Ho is rejected, meaning there is a relationship between the independent and dependent variables. Vice versa, if p > 0.05 Ho fails to be rejected, it means there is no relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between the duration of diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus and the incidence of death in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the length of time diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus can influence the incidence of death in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

One of the businesses that is affected by changes in times and technology is purun crafts . Based on observations, it shows that the biggest problem with the existence of this business is the inability to access the market in a sustainable manner. On the other hand, there is a limited amount of raw materials taken directly from nature in swamp areas that have been converted into housing, and a limited number of craftsmen. Other problems are related to the availability of skilled labor, product durability and the involvement of creativity in producing the product.

The use of news media is believed by most researchers to be proven to be able to influence people's political beliefs which then facilitate people's participation in the political process. Political trust in the government and other political institutions is a key indicator of public participation in the democratic process. Specifically, this research aims to test the extent to which media exposure to information regarding the Covid-19 virus outbreak influences people's political trust in one of the regions that has the highest rate of Covid-19 cases in Indonesia and is holding regional head elections during a pandemic. Apart from that, this research also tests whether there is a relationship between political trust and the level of electoral participation during a pandemic. By surveying 211 respondents, this research found several findings. First, even during a health crisis due to the Covid-19 virus outbreak and concerns about being exposed to the virus, the level of public participation in the 2020 Local Election tends to be high. Second, the use of information media affects people's political trust during the pandemic. Third, political trust resulting from exposure to media reports has a positive correlation with the level of public participation in the Regional Head Election during the Covid-19 pandemic

This research explores the integration of practical skills into multimodal transportation education in Indonesia. Through qualitative analysis of 50 Indonesian cadets, the study examines the balance between theoretical knowledge and practical application, the effectiveness of current educational practices, and recommendations for improvement. The findings reveal a strong consensus among cadets on the importance of practical skills alongside theoretical knowledge. While some practical training is provided, there is a need for more hands-on experiences and industry exposure. Recommendations include revising curricula to include more practical exercises and case studies, strengthening industry partnerships, enhancing instructor skills, integrating soft skills development, and promoting lifelong learning. These recommendations aim to better prepare students for the demands of the transportation industry and enhance their employability. By implementing these recommendations, educational institutions can bridge the gap between theory and practice, ultimately improving the quality and relevance of transportation education in Indonesia.
