The utilization of natural resources in the current era is an important concern, especially in supporting environmental sustainability. The development of awareness of environmental issues also affects the economic cycle, especially the production process of environmentally friendly goods. The running of environmentally friendly goods production in Indonesia is evidenced by the existence of various product innovations that utilize waste or natural materials, one of which is JEcoware. The existence of JEcoware is also a means of supporting business actors to carry out sustainable product innovations. One of the popular JEcoware product innovations is the utilization of teak leaves and used cardboard. The type of method used is descriptive observation with a qualitative approach. All data for this observation was obtained through literature reviews by analyzing information from various sources, as well as through the analysis of production practices carried out periodically at JEcoware. Based on the results of the discussion, it is known that the utilization of teak leaves is influenced by the season and the availability of materials to produce JEcoware products. The change of seasons also affects the quality of teak leaves due to irregular rainfall. Therefore, seasonal changes significantly impact the quality of raw materials and the JEcoware production process, ultimately influencing the production of high-quality and sustainable products.

With the rising demand in the food sector, particularly for ready-made spices, CV. Peduli Pangan, which focuses on producing sachets of pepper, has a notable chance for expansion. To address this demand, accurate forecasting of production is essential for guiding choices related to production planning. Forecasting is an important tool for decision-making that underpins various manufacturing and service sectors.This research aims to estimate the ideal production quantity of pepper sachets over the next 12 periods. Regression analysis is utilized to identify the best-fitting model based on the gathered data, facilitating an exploration of how important factors affect production. The resulting regression formula shows that the production levels are impacted by the cost of raw materials (HBB), product defects (PG), and workforce (TK). The constant figure of 11,109.687 signifies the fundamental production level when these factors are not considered. If all other factors are ignored, a decrease in production volume occurs when the raw material price (X1_HBB) is -0.15 and the defect rate (X2_PG) is -0.617. On the other hand, production volume rises if the labor factor (X3_TK) is valued positively at 37.317. This forecasting model is designed to aid CV. Peduli Pangan in making informed and precise production choices.

This study aims to find out the factors that cause breach of promise in carrying out the obligations listed in the consignment agreement between traditional cake producers and distributors in South Denpasar as well as to find out the legal consequences of consignment agreements between traditional cake producers and distributors in South Denpasar. This scientific work in giving discussion uses empirical research methods. The factors causing the default are late payment, an increase in cake raw materials, and negligence on the part of the consignee. As a result of the Consignment Agreement Law implemented by Traditional Cake Producers and Distributors in South Denpasar, there will be an imbalance between the rights and obligations that have been agreed orally by both parties. Even though in the cooperation between the producer and the distributor by making an oral consignment agreement, that the oral agreement is a valid agreement and does not contradict article 1230 of the Civil Code regarding the legal conditions of the agreement, when the oral consignment agreement is made without an agreement between the two parties, the parties are not of legal age, there is no object to be agreed upon and for some reason it is not the case, the agreement is contrary with Article 1230 of the Civil Code which can be revoked and null and void.

The food industry not only pays attention to aspects of nutritional value and benefits, but also aspects of food safety by implementing a prevention system at the critical point of danger, namely HACCP. PT. Aerofood Indonesia is committed to meeting food needs on board aircraft and plays an active role as a provider of supporting services for Garuda Indonesia airline as the parent company and several foreign airlines. This research was conducted with a focus on the Tuna Pasta Salad menu. The food processing process from receiving raw materials to serving is analyzed according to HACCP principles, while the nutritional content of the menu is evaluated to ensure that the meal is balanced and adequate for passengers during the flight. This research is expected to provide a comprehensive picture of the importance of implementing food safety and nutritional analysis in the inflight catering industry. This research method uses a qualitative approach by conducting observations and interviews. At each stage, food safety at ACS Denpasar is carried out through the application of HACCP. From the results of microbiology laboratory tests, no pathogenic bacteria were found. The nutritional value per serving of tuna pasta salad is 113.4kcal, Fat=5,484g, KH=11,694g, Protein=4,242g. This menu is used as an appetizer which is sufficient for 17.65% of energy, of the 30% requirement for a passenger's lunch based on the nutritional adequacy of an adult, namely 2150 kcal.

Dead skin cells can occur due to many factors, such as increasing age, sun exposure, and an unhealthy lifestyle. Signs of skin problems due to the buildup of dead skin cells are dull skin, acne, and dry skin.  Body scrub is a type of skin care that can provide many benefits for skin health and beauty. Scrub is the process of exfoliating dead skin cells using a scrub or natural ingredients. Pedada fruit scrub is a natural beauty care innovation originating from the coast of Indonesia, especially from areas rich in pedada fruit plants (Sonneratia spp.). Pedada fruit is known to have high antioxidant content which can provide benefits for the skin, such as brightening it, reducing wrinkles, and fighting the effects of free radicals. This scrub uses pedada fruit extract which is rich in flavonoids, tannins and vitamin C to care for the skin naturally. This body scrub product not only offers beauty benefits but is also environmentally friendly because the raw materials are easy to find in coastal areas and do not require complicated chemical processes. This research aims to examine the benefits of pedada fruit scrub as a natural beauty solution that is rich in antioxidants.

Companies often face various obstacles related to managing raw material inventory to meet demand, one of which is Peuyeum Ketan Istimewa. Working in the food processing industry, of course, raw material inventory management needs to be planned optimally to avoid various risks that can harm the company. The Quantity Discount model is used to take advantage of cost savings provided by suppliers when purchases are made in large quantities, while other efforts that can help manage raw materials in a company are by knowing the safety stock and reorder point of raw materials and also forecasting demand to predict future demand. This study will use the Quantity Discount model which optimizes inventory levels by considering storage costs, ordering costs, and quantity discounts. The calculations carried out are also to find the value of the company's Safety Stock and Reorder Point. The results of this study indicate that the use of the Quantity Discount method can reduce total costs by Rp26,319,267/year, while forecasting using the seasonality method increases the accuracy of demand predictions, thus enabling more efficient inventory management. The implementation of this model is expected to provide a significant contribution to operational efficiency and cost reduction at Peuyeum Ketan Istimewa

This study aims to analyze the influence of macroeconomic factors consisting of inflation, rupiah exchange rate, and interest rates on stock returns of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2021-2023. The research method uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The research sample consists of manufacturing companies listed on IDX during the research period, selected using purposive sampling method. The results show that among the three macroeconomic factors studied, only the rupiah exchange rate has a significant influence on the stock returns of manufacturing companies. This is due to the characteristics of the manufacturing industry which has a high dependence on imported raw materials, so that exchange rate fluctuations directly affect the company's financial performance and stock returns. Meanwhile, inflation and interest rates did not show a significant effect on stock returns of manufacturing companies during the study period.

Tempe is an inherent food source for Indonesians, with a large number of tempe consumers in the local community. This community service program aims to improve students' understanding and skills in processing cempedak seeds into tempe, including drying methods that allow long-term storage. This activity was carried out from July to November 2024.  This activity was carried out in several stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the completion stage.  The program on the utilization of cempedak seeds in tempeh production shows promising potential as a food innovation based on local resources. The success rate of this program is not only measured from the production aspect, but also from the transfer of knowledge to students who act as agents of change in alternative food development. Some of the advantages of this activity program are that it provides an alternative utilization of cempedak seed waste into products with nutritional value. In addition, the production cost is relatively affordable compared to the use of soybean. The disadvantage of this program is that the availability of raw materials depends on the cempedak harvest season.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) show greater flexibility in adapting to market changes compared to large companies. They have the resilience to survive in challenging economic conditions, such as the global economic crisis or pandemic. One of the MSMEs in Indonesia, Dimsum Haochi Bites, shows strong potential in the local culinary market due to its distinctive taste and high-quality raw materials. However, its growth has been hampered by a lack of developed brand identity and limited digital marketing efforts. This community service activity aims to overcome these challenges by assisting Haochi Bites in creating a strong brand identity and expanding its digital marketing presence. The program begins with a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis to identify internal and external factors that affect business performance. Furthermore, customized business support is provided, which results in the development of a new business logo and an improved digital marketing strategy through social media. In addition, the team facilitated product innovation by introducing new topping and sauce variants. The results of this community service activity increase the competitiveness of Haochi Bites and increase its market potential in the culinary sector in Tangerang.

Blessings in the business world are a concept that describes sustenance that is not only abundant in material aspects, but also provides positive impacts, peace, and goodness for business actors and the wider community. This study aims to investigate the blessings experienced by producers in milling cassava flour at UD Mulyo, a business that focuses on processing cassava flour raw materials and realizing producer blessings through employee and community welfare and environmental empowerment. By applying a descriptive qualitative approach, data were obtained through in-depth interviews and observations, which were then analyzed thematically. The research findings show that blessings in UD Mulyo's business are realized through the application of Islamic values, such as honesty in business management, maintaining product quality, and a commitment to improving the welfare of employees and the surrounding community. UD Mulyo not only contributes to the economy through job creation and increasing community income, but also creates social benefits through harmonious cooperation with the local community. This study confirms that blessings in business go beyond material benefits, but also include spiritual values, social balance, and business sustainability.

Cattle farming is crucial to the economy, particularly in agricultural countries, providing meat, milk, and leather, as well as raw materials for related industries. In Indonesia, cattle farming is growing rapidly, with Perbaungan, Serdang Bedagai Regency, North Sumatra, showing significant development due to favorable conditions such as fertile land and abundant feed resources. This study evaluates the fattening of Madras cattle through field experiments, using a balanced mix of concentrate and grass. The results suggest that fattening cattle is a viable business, contributing to national beef production and food security. The total monthly production cost for 70 cattle is Rp 59,283,000, indicating economic feasibility for further development.

Manajemen inventaris bahan baku yang efisien sangat penting bagi kelangsungan operasional Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), khususnya di industri kuliner. Artikel ini membahas penerapan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dan Reorder Point (ROP) dalam manajemen inventaris bahan baku di Moon Cafe, salah satu UMKM di kota Batam. EOQ digunakan untuk menentukan jumlah pemesanan yang optimal, sehingga biaya pemesanan dan penyimpanan bahan baku dapat diminimalkan. Sementara itu, ROP berfungsi untuk menentukan titik pemesanan ulang bahan baku agar tidak terjadi kekurangan atau kelebihan stok. Melalui analisis data historis konsumsi bahan baku, penerapan metode ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional Moon Cafe, mengurangi pemborosan biaya, serta meningkatkan ketersediaan bahan baku secara tepat waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan EOQ dan ROP, Moon Cafe dapat mengoptimalkan proses pengadaan bahan baku, mengurangi biaya penyimpanan, serta memastikan kelancaran produksi dan pelayanan. Manajemen inventaris bahan baku yang efisien sangat penting bagi kelangsungan operasional Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), khususnya di industri kuliner. The aim of this research is to analyze internal and external factors and determine strategy choices in developing the round tofu agroindustry. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study methods and SWOT matrix analysis. Internal Strength Factors (Strength): Putra Mandiri's tofu agroindustry has well-organized management, adequate processing machine capabilities, and maintained product quality. Weakness: Increasing employee capacity is still situational, and processing machines are not yet equipped with an automatic system. External Factors: Opportunities: There is demand for round tofu products from outside the island, soybeans are available as raw materials, and the majority of competitors are in Cipaku District, providing room for expansion. Threat: Round tofu products have limited durability, raw material prices tend to fluctuate, and price competition is tight. Based on the SWOT analysis, the strategy that can be implemented is the S-O (Strength-Opportunity) Strategy, namely by maximizing the quality of round tofu, meeting market demand, collaborating with other factories, and establishing partnerships with modern markets to expand product distribution.

Pantai Amal Baru Village, East Tarakan District, Tarakan City, is a coastal area in Tarakan City that has abundant tourism potential and marine resources. The majority of the people of Tarakan City rely on resources in coastal areas as their livelihoods, especially as seaweed cultivators, fishermen, and coastal natural tourism drivers. Tarakan City has a fairly high potential for cultivating fishery commodities, one of which is seaweed resources, which are products of economic value as industrial raw materials that are urgently needed in the global market. However, seaweed cultivators face several problems, including capital, production costs, unstable market demand, unstable seaweed prices, and seaweed workers who do not have enough knowledge and skills regarding the improvement of seaweed processing in Tarakan City. This service activity was held in Pantai Amal Baru Village, East Tarakan District, Tarakan City, North Kalimantan Province on September 16, 2024 at 09.00-16.00 WITA. This activity was carried out at the seaweed cultivation site of Pantai Amal Baru with the participation of IRT, seaweed workers, and also small children. The methods carried out in this service activity are community education, improving the quality of seaweed cultivation, and documentation. This service activity describes the comprehensive objectives of the community service program which includes aspects of marine resource management and economy in the coastal community of Amal Baru Beach. This includes community education, improving the quality of seaweed cultivation, developing seaweed processing and increasing income.

This service aims to improve the capabilities of MSMEs through packaging and labeling training. Apart from that, the aim of this training is to provide MSME players with an understanding of the importance of attractive and informative packaging and labels in influencing consumer purchasing decisions. Good packaging not only protects the product, but also functions as a promotional tool that can increase the product's attractiveness in the market. Labeling that complies with standards can also increase product credibility and make it easier for consumers to obtain important information, such as raw materials, expiration date and distribution permits. With this training, it is hoped that MSMEs in Sukaragam Village will be able to implement more effective marketing strategies, increase product competitiveness, and expand market reach..

This research aims to analyze how traditional culinary MSMEs in Karang Rejo Village, Langkat Regency, adapt to global and digital competition. The focus is on the production and marketing strategy of sweet potato tape, pulut tape and lemang. This qualitative research uses in-depth interview methods with MSME owners to find the challenges they face, the marketing strategies used, product innovations carried out, and the use of digital technology. The research concluded that MSME entrepreneurs are experiencing various challenges, including reduced demand due to changes in consumer tastes, difficulties in obtaining supplies of raw materials, limited digital marketing strategies, and intense competition with modern culinary types. Even so, the unique taste of traditional dishes is still loved, especially when it comes to special religious celebrations. The strategy includes improving product quality, various interesting innovations, as well as utilizing digital marketing via social media and attending culinary events. The results of this research show that to maintain the sustainability of traditional culinary MSMEs, good cooperation is needed between product innovation, application of technology, and support from the community and government.

Indonesia, based on natural resource potential, has great potential to achieve beef self-sufficiency. The contribution of this sector is not only limited to meeting food needs in the form of beef, but also includes economic aspects such as providing employment opportunities, industrial raw materials, and increasing the income of local farmers. This shows that the development of this sector has great potential in supporting food security and improving community welfare. Therefore, research was conducted on performance indicators that could influence the performance of the cattle farming sector in Indonesia in 2022 using cluster analysis. Cluster analysis is a statistical method that identifies groups of samples based on similar characteristics. Cluster analysis has two methods, namely hierarchical and non-hierarchical. This research focuses on classifying regions in Indonesia into groups based on similar characteristics. In this research, cluster analysis assumptions will be tested, namely the multivariate normal distribution test, conducting cluster analysis using hierarchical and non-hierarchical methods, characterizing the data in each cluster, then drawing conclusions and suggestions from the research results. Based on the research results obtained on data characteristics, it was found that variables tend to have a variety of data. Hierarchical cluster analysis uses the single linkage method which has an optimum number of clusters of 4. The highest number of cluster members is in cluster 1. Then cluster 1 shows the highest performance in the cattle farming sector. In non-hierarchical cluster analysis using the k-means method which has an optimum number of clusters of 5. The highest number of cluster members is in cluster 4. Then clusters 2, 3 and 4 show higher performance in the cattle farming sector compared to clusters 1 and 5 .

The development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) has a strategic role in improving community welfare, especially in rural areas. This research aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) faced by coconut processing MSMEs in Gesikharjo Village, Palang District. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with MSME actors, field observations, and document analysis. The research results show that the main strengths of these MSMEs are the availability of local raw materials and community support. However, weaknesses such as technological and management limitations are still challenges. Opportunities such as increasing demand for processed coconut products in local and national markets provide bright prospects, although threats such as price competition and global market fluctuations still need to be watched out for. Research recommendations include strengthening the managerial capacity of MSME players, product innovation, and collaboration with the government and private sector to create a sustainable business ecosystem.
