The aim of this research is to enhance students' English speaking skills through interview simulation techniques with job application material, making them more active. This research uses experimental techniques that combined with quantitative research techniques through direct speaking tests. The research questions considered in this study are: What are interview simulation techniques effective in enhancing students' English speaking skills? How can interview simulation techniques enhance students' English speaking skills? The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of interview simulation techniques in improving students' English language skills. To assess student results regarding the use of interview simulation techniques in teaching speaking to enhance abilities. This research method consists of pre-test, treatment, post-test. The analytical methods used for data processing are included in Social Science Statistics 22.0 for Windows. The result was that before applying the interview simulation technique, only 50% of students were able to speak English. After applying the interview simulation technique, it increased students' ability to speak English by 80%. Analysis of student test results shows that the interview simulation technique is effective in enhancing students' English speaking skills. Applying simulation techniques in learning English, especially speaking, is the right strategy to enhance students' skills.

The purpose of this research is to improve students' speaking skills through a project based learning, making them more immersive and active. This study used experimental techniques and analysis of students' cognitive abilities with quantitative research techniques through oral tests. The research questions considered in this study are: was there a significant effectiveness of simple project-based learning syntaxes in teaching speaking (pronunciation element) and to what extent was the effectiveness of simple project-based learning syntaxes in teaching speaking (pronunciation element)?. The purpose of this study is to know whether the Simple project-based learning syntaxes to teach speaking (pronunciation element) contributes significantly to the senior high school students’ speaking ability of eleventh grade student of MA NW Juet academic year 2024. And the perpose of this research is to find out the extent of Simple project-based learning syntaxes in teaching speaking (pronunciation element). The analytical methods used for data processing are included in the Social Science Statistics 22.0 for Windows. The results before applying the project based learning technique, only 50% of students are able to spek in English and after applying the project based learning, it improved student's ability to speak in English by 80%. Applying project based learning , especially speaking, This is the right strategy to improve students' speaking skills (pronunciation).

This research examines students' ability to understand mathematical concepts and the impact of implementing the Makerspace STEAM learning approach model on their learning activities. Makerspace STEAM integrates science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics concepts in a practical, project-based learning context. This study uses a quantitative approach to evaluate students' increased understanding of mathematical concepts after engaging in Makerspace STEAM learning activities. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide better insight into the effectiveness of this learning model in improving student academic achievement in mathematics subjects.

This study examines the effectiveness of professional development programs for Indonesian language teachers at SMA 2 and SMA 9 Sijunjung in improving their teaching competence. The focus of the research includes analysis of improving teaching competence, student involvement, and creativity in teaching after participating in the program. The research method used included observation and interviews with the five teachers involved. The results of the study show that professional development programs have a significant positive impact. Teachers have experienced an increase in the application of innovative teaching methodologies and the use of educational technology. Student involvement in the learning process also increases, characterized by active participation in class discussions and assignments. The use of digital media such as learning videos and podcasts helps increase teachers' creativity in delivering more interesting and relevant material. In conclusion, professional development programs play an important role in supporting the improvement of the quality of Indonesian education, with positive implications for developing students' potential and preparing them for an increasingly complex future..

Tegalan Batik is a cultural heritage that faces challenges in its preservation, especially related to the lack of interest of the younger generation in learning batik. This research aims to analyze the obstacles faced in the development of Tegalan batik and evaluate the effectiveness of illustrated books as an educational medium to increase the younger generation's interest and understanding of Tegalan batik. Using descriptive qualitative methods, data was collected through interviews, observation and literature review. The research results show that the lack of regeneration and lack of markets are the main factors in the decline in the younger generation's interest in batik. Illustrated books can be an effective solution in Tegalan batik education

This research describes the development and implementation of affective assessment instruments in the context of Indonesian language learning in five junior high schools in Padang. The research used a four-cycle Classroom Action Research (PTK) design with the participation of five teachers and twenty-five eighth grade students. Research instruments include questionnaires, structured interviews, class observations, and student reflective journals to collect data about students' attitudes, interests, motivation and values ​​towards Indonesian language lessons. Data analysis uses qualitative and quantitative approaches, including descriptive, inferential and thematic statistical analysis. The research results show that affective assessment instruments are effective in increasing student understanding and learning motivation, as well as supporting the development of adaptive and responsive teaching strategies. The practical implication is the importance of integrating affective assessment in education to improve the quality and readiness of students to face the challenges of future learning.

This study aims to explore the application of authentic assessment by Indonesian teachers at various levels of education (elementary, junior high, high school) in Indonesia. The main problems discussed are the lack of critical thinking skills development in students and the challenges in the implementation of authentic assessment in the context of daily learning. The research method used is a qualitative approach with case studies as the main focus. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, direct classroom observations, and analysis of documents such as Learning Implementation Plans (RPPs) and student portfolios. The results of the thematic analysis highlight general patterns, key themes, and conclusions related to the benefits, challenges, and strategies in implementing authentic assessments. This research is expected to provide in-depth insights into the effectiveness of authentic assessment in improving Indonesian learning in Indonesia.

This article conducts a literature review to discuss the role of technology in optimizing school organizational management. The study looks at how technology can improve administration, communication and decision-making in schools. Furthermore, the article discusses the different types of technology that can be used, including school management information systems, e-learning platforms and digital collaboration tools. Challenges and barriers to technology implementation are also discussed, such as infrastructure limitations and lack of technical expertise among school personnel. Then, the article suggests appropriate strategies to overcome such barriers, such as continuous training and integrated system development, in order to improve the overall management of school organizations. This study offers valuable insights for educators and school administrators who want to improve efficiency and effectiveness through the use of technology.

This research aims to explore and analyze the implementation of the Card Sort method in history learning at MA Al-Amin Tabanan Bali as an effort to enhance student motivation, interest, activity, and improve student learning outcomes. A descriptive qualitative approach was used to collect data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the Card Sort method successfully increased student engagement in history learning, accelerated understanding of the material, and created a more interactive and engaging learning atmosphere. Teachers acted as active facilitators who provided direct guidance and feedback to students, as well as facilitated group discussions. Additionally, this method also encouraged collaboration among students and developed their social skills. The findings of this research support the claim that the implementation of the Card Sort method has a significant positive impact on enhancing student learning motivation, learning outcomes, and overall learning quality. The practical implications of this research are that the Card Sort method can be an effective alternative in history learning, especially in the context of MA Al-Amin Tabanan Bali, and contribute to the development of innovative and student-oriented learning strategies. This research also provides a basis for further research in the field of education to better understand and evaluate the effectiveness of different learning methods.

Covid-19 which is endemic in Indonesia has damaged the entire fabric of Indonesian society, one of which is in the field of education. Education in Indonesia has not been able to be carried out normally as usual since mid-March 2020. This research aims to compare student learning outcomes before and after the Covid-19 outbreak in the Visual Communication Design (DKV) Department of SMK Negeri 10 Medan. The type of research that will be used is observational research. with a comparative or longitudinal research design. The population of this study were all students of the DKV Department at SMK Negeri 10 Medan who took Informatics subjects. This research sample was taken using a stratified random sampling method. Researchers used quantitative data analysis techniques. Data analysis shows a significant decline in student informatics learning outcomes after the COVID-19 outbreak compared to before the outbreak. The availability of devices such as computers or tablets and a stable internet connection greatly influences the effectiveness of online learning. Students who receive support and guidance from their families during online learning show better learning outcomes. Interactive teaching methods and the use of various online learning tools can improve student learning outcomes.

This research is motivated by the development of electronic teaching materials based on local wisdom using the Canva and Cap Cut applications to assess, design teaching materials based on local wisdom, improve the learning process in a more interesting way, so that students do not feel bored in class. There is also the aim of knowing the steps for making fairy tale teaching materials based on local wisdom. Theme 8, the area where I live, sub-theme 1, the environment where I live, knowing the quality, effectiveness of the product, student responses before using the product, after using the product. The research methodology uses (research and development/R&D) the ADDIE model (Analysis of the initial stages of product manufacturing planning, Design product planning, Develop product development, Implement use of products that have been validated, Evaluation assess the resulting product which has been tested to see whether the final result is more productive ). Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, validation, trials, questionnaires, documentation. The results of the research show that, teachers' assessment of local wisdom-based electronic teaching materials for 95% of students 91.25% of the criteria is very feasible. Based on student learning outcomes, an average score is obtained. 805 So electronic teaching materials based on local wisdom for classes. IV SDN NO 228 VII Mandiangi Sarolangun Regency received very good criteria

This paper discusses the teachings of the Lord Jesus through a values ​​and love-based approach. Based on my understanding, the teachings of the Lord Jesus have a very important role in the methods that will be used by teaching staff or teaching staff. This paper analyzes the teachings of the Lord Jesus, recorded in the Gospels, not only as spiritual teachings, but also as a moral and pedagogical guide for educators. At the discussion stage, the New Testament shows Jesus as an extraordinary teacher, providing an important example in his life in the world. He not only demonstrated effectiveness and efficiency in his teaching model, but also had specific goals and strategies. His way of teaching is very unique and creative, using practical illustrations from everyday life so that it is easy for everyone to understand. The conclusion of this paper is that the Lord Jesus' teaching model provides a solid foundation for educational practice centered on values ​​and love. The principles he taught are not only relevant in a spiritual context, but also have powerful applications in modern education.

This comprehensive literature review explores the evolving concept of digital leadership within the context of Industry 4.0, aiming to synthesize current research findings, identify emerging trends, and highlight best practices. Through a systematic analysis of peer-reviewed articles, books, and conference papers from the last decade, this study examines the key attributes, strategies, and impacts of digital leadership on organizational performance and innovation. The review reveals that effective digital leaders exhibit a combination of technological proficiency, visionary thinking, and adaptive management skills. Furthermore, it underscores the importance of fostering a digital culture, promoting continuous learning, and leveraging data-driven decision-making to drive organizational success. By providing a holistic understanding of digital leadership, this study offers valuable insights for academics and practitioners seeking to enhance leadership effectiveness in the digital age. One of the materials in biology subjects is Virus where the material is abstract so it is difficult to understand by students and often when carrying out practicum in the laboratory also the results of studying on viral material are still much too low less than KKM which is 75. The purpose of this development research is to develop a virtual media laboratory viral material as a learning medium that facilitates teachers and students in the learning process that is expected to improve student learning outcomes. This research uses a type of R&D research with 4D models consisting of Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate in its development procedures. This research was conducted at SMA SHafta Surabaya by grade 10 of 30 students. Virtual Media Laboratory consists of the design of learning media that will be developed in the form of story boards on Virus materials developed with Adobe Flash CS6 software.  Based on the assessment of material experts, design experts, media experts in a row by 100% , 84.28%, 87.14% which is declared very valid means that new products can be used in the field for learning activities. The results of the field trial assessment of 98.33% are declared very valid meaning that new products can be used in the field for learning activities. There was an increase in students' learning outcomes which was known by comparing the pretest and postest results of 46 and 85. The average improvement of student learning outcomes is 2.6 with high media effectiveness. In conclusion, virtual media laboratory can improve the learning outcomes of grade 10 students of SMA Shafta Surabaya on virus material.

This research discusses educational psychology which has a significant contribution in increasing the effectiveness of Arabic language learning. By understanding the learning and teaching process as well as individual student needs. This research uses a literature review method (library research), where the discussion in this research is based on expert opinions and the results of previous research on psychology and the learning process. The results show that educational psychology is very important in learning Arabic, as in learning other languages. The following are several reasons why educational psychology is important in this context, including (1) Understanding the Learning Process, (2) Student Motivation and Engagement, (3) Effective Classroom Management, (4) Assessment and Feedback, and (5) Needs Special for Students. By utilizing these educational psychology concepts, Arabic teachers can create a supportive, motivating, and effective learning environment for all their students.

Akhlaq education plays an important role in shaping the character and personality of students. However, challenges in learning akhlaq such as limited relevant teaching materials and interesting learning media require innovative solutions. This article discusses strategies for developing teaching materials and learning media for akhlaq that are relevant to technological developments and social changes. This research uses literature study method and implementation analysis in selected schools. The results show that the use of digital media, project-based learning, and collaboration with parents and the community can improve the effectiveness of akhlaq learning.

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of validity and effectiveness of the e-module based on book creator on the distribution of flora and fauna in the world for class XI SMA Negeri 1 Gondang. This study uses the R&D method with the Borg and Gall model. The main subjects in this study were students in class XI-1 SMA Negeri 1 Gondang with a total of 39 students. The results of this study indicate that the results of the media expert validation test were 98%, the material expert validation was 95%, the language expert validation was 98%, and the subject teacher validation was 95%. The results of the effectiveness test through the Paired Sample t-Test showed a significance value of 0.000 which is less than 0.05. Thus, the alternative hypothesis is declared accepted and shows that there is a difference in student learning outcomes before and after using the e-module. So, it can be concluded that the e-module based on book creator on the distribution of flora and fauna in the world is valid according to experts and effective in improving student learning outcomes.

Rapid digital transformation has created significant opportunities and challenges for education systems around the world. This article explores the concept of adaptive school organizational design in response to these changes, focusing on how educational institutions can leverage technology to improve the quality and efficiency of learning. The study explores key elements of adaptive organizational design, including flexible organizational structures, a culture of innovation, and visionary leadership. Opportunities identified include increasing accessibility of education through e-learning, greater personalization of learning, and collaboration enhanced by digital technologies. However, significant challenges also arise, such as the need for high digital literacy, resistance to change, and gaps in technological infrastructure. By analyzing the needs and challenges faced by schools in the digital era, this article develops a model of school organizational design that can be applied to improve educational effectiveness. Practical recommendations for stakeholders are also provided to help implement organizational change in schools. This study is expected to make significant contributions to the academic literature and educational practice, as well as provide guidance for policymakers and education practitioners in developing effective adaptation strategies in the digital era.

Mathematics learning in MTsN 4 Bojonegoro is less effective, especially on the subject of circles. This is because in the learning process they still use conventional methods or lectures. So that this study is based on the researcher's interest in applying the recitation method to the learning process in MTsN 4 Bojonegoro. The problem in this study is: which is more effective between learning with the recitation method or conventional learning on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade VIII students on the subject of the MTsN 4 Bojonegoro circle for the 2023/2024 academic year. This research aims to find out: the effectiveness of the recitation method on learning outcomes mathematics for class VIII students on the subject of the MTsN 4 Bojonegoro circle for the 2023/2024 academic year. The population of this study were class VIII students in semester 2 of MTsN 4 Bojonegoro who were divided into seven classes. Sampling was carried out using a cluster random sampling technique, class VIII A students were obtained as the experimental class, while the control class was class VIII D. In the experimental group learning used the recitation method, while the control group used the conventional method (lecture).

The aim of this research is to look at the effectiveness of cartoon based learning to improve speaking skills. Researchers used a qualitative method. The subject was a Junior High Schooler student (SMP). Research results will show the effectiveness of cartoon base learning from observation and interviews. Cartoons were rated for their effectiveness on improving learning outcomes. The findings and presentation skills improved and their confidence to speak in front of the class increased, students also learned technology which is beneficial for their study and future career. Therefore, suggests that teachers consider this aid in theaching-learning processes.
