In the school setting, teacher conflict is frequently inevitable and can negatively affect the collaborative environment, work climate, and attainment of educational objectives. It is crucial for school leadership to mediate, manage, and resolve disputes so that they don't degrade the overall performance of the organization. This study examines numerous theories and empirical research on school leadership, conflict resolution techniques, and their effects on output and workplace culture using a qualitative approach and literature study methodologies. The study's findings demonstrate the importance of effective leadership philosophies like transformational and participative leadership in reducing the likelihood of conflict escalation and fostering productive working relationships. Furthermore, effective dispute resolution can boost the institution's reputation, enhance instructor effectiveness, and establish a positive learning environment. According to this study, school principals should possess both strong managerial abilities and interpersonal skills that enable them to facilitate productive dispute resolution.

This study aims to analyze the concept of "loving for the sake of Allah" based on the Qur'an and Hadith and examine its application in social life, particularly within the campus environment of Zainul Hasan Islamic University, Genggong Probolinggo. The concept of loving for the sake of Allah is a spiritual value that underpins interpersonal relationships in Islam, emphasizing compassion, brotherhood, and selfless sincerity. Using a qualitative approach with field studies and documentation methods, the research involves students, lecturers, and campus administrators as subjects. The findings reveal that the values of loving for the sake of Allah are applied in various social activities on campus, such as religious programs, organizational collaboration, and community service. Qur'anic verses like Surah Ali Imran (3:31) and Hadiths on Islamic brotherhood serve as the primary references for understanding this concept. The implications show that implementing the value of loving for the sake of Allah fosters a harmonious campus atmosphere, strengthens Islamic brotherhood, and motivates students to contribute positively to the community. However, challenges in consistently applying this value arise, particularly due to external influences and a lack of deeper understanding. Therefore, strengthening religious programs and Islamic character development on campus is essential to ensure the sustainability of these values in social life.

The development of digital technology, especially social media, has brought significant changes in the way of interacting and communicating among the younger generation, especially Gen Z. Gen Z, who was born between 1997 and 2012, grew up in the digital era where social media became the main platform for connecting, sharing information, and building community. This study aims to explore the influence of social media on social interaction among Gen Z, with a focus on the positive and negative impacts arising from the use of social media in their daily lives. Social media allows Gen Z to connect with peers, form identities, and participate in various virtual communities. However, while it provides an opportunity to expand social networks, research shows that social media can also reduce the quality of deeper social relationships. Interactions that occur in cyberspace tend to be more superficial compared to face-to-face communication, which can interfere with the development of social skills and empathy. In addition, social comparisons that often occur on social media also affect mental health, causing feelings of anxiety, loneliness, and dissatisfaction with oneself.

This study explores the political impacts of citizenship policy changes on Indonesia’s diplomatic relationships, particularly in the context of globalization and the movement of its diaspora. Indonesia currently maintains a single citizenship policy, preventing its citizens from holding dual nationality. This restriction often complicates the legal and emotional connections of Indonesians living abroad with their home country, while also limiting their economic contributions through remittances and investments. Conversely, many nations have adopted dual citizenship policies to maintain stronger connections with their diaspora and enhance their diplomatic influence. Using a qualitative approach with case studies focusing on countries with large Indonesian diasporas, such as Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, and the United States, this research highlights the potential benefits of dual citizenship. The findings indicate that allowing dual citizenship could strengthen Indonesia’s diplomatic ties and increase economic contributions from overseas Indonesians. However, there are challenges to implementation, including concerns over divided loyalty and complexities in legal enforcement. This paper suggests that Indonesia consider a carefully controlled introduction of dual citizenship, taking into account legal protections, economic benefits, and the role of the diaspora in promoting Indonesia’s interests abroad.

In addition, the cost structure and revenue streams show potential for efficiency improvements through product innovation and strategic partnerships with small and medium-sized enterprises. This research provides important insights for culinary entrepreneurs to design more adaptive and sustainability-oriented business strategies in an increasingly competitive market.

Humans themselves are social creatures who need to interact with other people to build relationships in their daily lives. Current technological developments make it easier for us as humans to communicate interpersonally, not only directly but can be done using platforms to make friends, one of which is the Bumble application. This research aims to analyze interpersonal communication in making friends. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques, namely interviews, literature study, and observation to assess the effectiveness of communication on Bumble based on five aspects of interpersonal communication according to Devito (1997): openness, empathy, support, positivity, and similarity. The research results show that these five aspects support effective communication, facilitate interaction, and strengthen connections between users, especially if there are similar interests or backgrounds. However, challenges in the form of negative behavior, such as hate speech, are still often found. In conclusion, the Bumble app can facilitate positive interpersonal communication, but requires mutual respect to build a better user experience.
