The criminalization of cohabitation is a phenomenon that was recently appointed as a criminal offense in the Draft Criminal Code. Cohabitation, also known as "samen leven" or "living in nonmatrimonial union", refers to the act of living together outside of legal marriage. In this analysis, researchers focus on ethical, moral and legal aspects related to the criminalization of cohabitation. This research also examines how the criminalization of cohabitation can be seen as a step in the criminal law reform process which aims to encourage criminal law reform and meet the needs of the times. In this research, researchers also consider how the criminalization of cohabitation can affect the dynamics of Indonesian society and how Indonesian society sets regulations for themselves and for the benefit of the society concerned. This research method uses a normative legal approach and secondary data collection. The results of this research are that the act of cohabitation must be included in a container with clearer regulations, and the act of cohabitation in Indonesia is an act that is prohibited by all religions.

. Robbery (hirâbah) in Islamic criminal law (fikih jinayah) is defined as the act of taking someone else's property forcibly and openly on a public road by using violence or the threat of violence. Hirâbah is classified as jarîmah hudud because the type and punishment are strictly determined by shara'. Proof of jarîmah hirâbah in Islamic criminal law is based on the perpetrator's confession (iqrâr), testimony (shahâdah), and strong clues/indications (qarînah) that lead to the occurrence of the jarîmah. Legal sanctions for the perpetrators of hirâbah have been stipulated in the Quran surah Al-Maidah verse 33, which consists of the death penalty, crucifixion, cross-cutting of hands and feet, and exile / imprisonment.

Mills is a sports brand that also offers a wide range of products with the lastest quality and technology, whict naturally piques the interest of the public in Mills and generates purchasing intent among consumers towards Mills’ products. The purpose of this research is to determine the extent of the influence of Mills’ Instagram content on purchase intent. The theories utilized in this study include Hermawan’s 2012 marketing communication theory, as well as Kotler & Keller’s Attention, Interest, and Desire theory on the Purchase Intent variable. Miles’2014 theory is applied to the Instagram Content variable, encompassing profile name, comments or feedback, and captions or descriptions. This researh adopts a quantitative approach through a survey method conducted on 85 respondents who follow @millssportid on instagram, selected using simple random sampling technique. The results of this study indicate a high influence of 73,9% of Mills’ instagram content on purchase intent, with the remaining 26,1% influenced by unexamined variables in this research.

A person's reduced ability to see images while performing daily activities or the malfunctioning of their sense of sight is referred to as a visual disability. Children with visual impairments are entitled to a supportive education that will help them excel in school. Parental social support can help with this. The purpose of this study is to find out the social support that parents provide to their children with visual disabilities to help them achieve academically, as well as the factors that hinder and support the implementation of social support. This study was conducted using a qualitative method, descriptive research type, with purposive sampling with four respondents. Interviews, observation, and documentation were used to collect data. The results showed that academic achievement of children with visual disabilities is influenced by parental social support, which includes emotional support, appreciation, instrumental support, information support, and group support. The development of academic skills and cognitive development is influenced by the characteristics of visual disability. This relates to the important role played by parents and SLB - A Pembina Tingkat Nasional school in educating their children who have visual disabilities. Parents provide information or advice verbally or nonverbally that has a positive impact on the action or emotional in the activity.

Educator management has a very important role in knowing the level of success of a learning system implemented by educators. With good management, you can develop a learning system so that it will affect the quality of learning carried out by educators. Educator management is tasked with planning, managing and organizing educators and education staff so that they are able to manage all aspects of education well. When carrying out management, you must pay attention to the basic principles of management and procedures in carrying out management, so that this management can run according to its function. Management is an effort to manage educators from the moment they enter until they leave (retire) to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of learning activities. Therefore, the role of management is very important in improving the quality of educators in Indonesia. This research uses a literature review method by searching for related sources.

SWOT analysis, encapsulating Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats, transcends its traditional business applications to offer profound insights in diverse domains, including education. In the realm of Christian Religious Education (CRE), a critical aspect of the educational landscape, SWOT analysis unveils avenues for both refinement and growth. This paper explores the application of SWOT analysis in the context of CRE, acknowledging its pivotal role in shaping individual character, values, and spiritual beliefs. Tracing the historical trajectory of CRE from ancient churches to contemporary times, the analysis underscores the foundational principles upon which CRE stands. Within the framework of CRE, SWOT analysis serves as a potent tool to discern existing dynamics and chart future trajectories. By identifying internal strengths such as robust faith traditions and biblically grounded curricula, opportunities for enriching CRE education emerge. Simultaneously, weaknesses such as resource constraints and technological integration challenges highlight areas ripe for improvement. Furthermore, SWOT analysis illuminates potential opportunities for CRE advancement, including technological integration and policy shifts. However, it also unveils threats such as societal value shifts and information overload that impede effective CRE delivery. In navigating these dynamics, effective educational management emerges as paramount. Without strategic oversight and management, the pursuit of excellence in CRE remains elusive. Hence, this study delves into the pivotal role of educational management in fostering the quality and efficacy of CRE. Utilizing an analytical methodology, this research delves deep into existing literature and textual sources to unravel insights and generate new knowledge. Through systematic analysis and interpretation, this study seeks to enrich the discourse on CRE and underscore the imperative of strategic planning and management. In conclusion, SWOT analysis emerges as a cornerstone in the enhancement of CRE. By systematically evaluating internal dynamics and external trends, SWOT analysis paves the way for informed decision-making and strategic interventions. Thus, this paper advocates for the systematic integration of SWOT analysis in CRE, heralding a new era of excellence and relevance in religious education.

This research aims to explain the concept of Harun Ar-Rashid's thoughts related to Islamic education and its relevance to the current context of Islamic education. The research method used is qualitative research with a literature study approach, exploring information from various sources such as literature, research reports, theses, dissertations, and electronic publications related to Harun Ar-Rashid's concept of thought on Islamic education and its relevance to the present. The results show that Harun al-Rashid's concept of Islamic education has significant inspirational value. A deep understanding of these concepts allows Islamic education to continue to develop and make a positive contribution amid the dynamics of modern times. In the midst of the complexity of the modern world, the values championed by Harun al-Rashid can be an important guideline in defining the role of Islamic education and achieving the expected noble goals.

This research aimed to analyze the content of the English textbook "English for International Tourism" by Peter Strutt using the approach proposed by Brian Tomlinson. The research utilized a qualitative descriptive technique through checklist observations of several indicators of book content criteria. The analysis focused on the relevance, coherence, learner engagement, suitability, readability, and creativity of the materials presented in both textbooks. The findings revealed that "English for International Tourism" successfully presented updated, varied, engaging, and challenging content that not only fostered learner engagement in the tourism industry but also aided in developing learners' confidence and relevant language skills. Moreover, this book met various criteria for effective language learning materials, including facilitating learner comfort, building confidence, providing relevant and useful content, and offering opportunities for communicative language use. The book also considered various learning styles, affective attitudes, and provided feedback for delayed positive instructional effects.

The purpose of writing this article is to determine the intersection of transformational leadership with visionary and situational leadership. This research uses a type of library research. Library research is research carried out by reviewing various journals and related reference books. The results of his research show that the transformative leadership model is a leadership model that can be an alternative to be applied in the current organizational system with various organizational dynamics and changes in line with the increasingly high demands of society. This is in line with the need for leaders who are able to bring about change. Transformative leadership is a leadership model that is different from traditional leadership models which view the relationship between leaders and employees (leadership and followership) as based solely on reward and punishment. A visionary leader is also understood as a leader who has a clear vision and mission in the organization. He has the ability to predict future events and express them in a clear and measurable vision and mission. Visionary leaders are able to raise the enthusiasm of their members with their motivation and imagination, to make the organization more alive and growing. Another situational leadership model is known as the Situational Contingency leadership model which revises the behavioral approach which is considered unable to explain ideal leadership. This approach illustrates that the style developed depends on the leader himself, the support of his followers, and a conducive situation. By analyzing the basic motivations of their subordinates, leaders can place them in appropriate situations. Transformative, visionary and situational leadership models have several elements in common, both in terms of systems, processes and objectives of Islamic Education Management. From the system side, there are elements of education unit leaders, educators, education staff, and various other elements; It is hoped that they can synergize in a process that is conducive to achieving goals.

The researcher used descriptive observational research methods. The descriptive research method is an Approach that aims to create an objective picture or description of a situation. .    

Marketing strategy is an important component in formulating business planning for companies to be able to compete amidst tight industry competition. This study aims to identify the marketing strategies that need to be improved by PT Batik Banten Mukarnas and the level of effectiveness of their implementation. Marketing strategy is also closely related to product innovation, where PT Batik Banten Mukarnas is known to continuously introduce new works in the form of batik motifs created by local artists every year to attract consumers.This study uses a qualitative method with a case study on PT Batik Banten Mukarnas. Data was obtained through interviews and field observations. The results of this study are expected to provide input for the company to continuously improve competitiveness through strengthening marketing strategies and creativity of their batik products as a cultural heritage of the Banten region.

This research aims to determine the effect of accountability and transparency of village funds on the quality of village financial reports in Pematang Lingkung Village, Batang Merangin District, Kerinci Regency. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach, data collection techniques using questionnaires and the sample in this research was 30 village officials and members of institutional organizations in Pematang Lingkung Village, Bapatang Merangin District, Kerinci Regency. The technique for determining the sample is to use a saturated sample by taking the entire population as the research sample. Data analysis using descriptive statistics, research instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research partially show that the Accountability variable (X1) with a significance value of 0.143 > 0.05 and tcount of -1.509 <ttable 1.697 states that accountability has no effect on the quality of financial reports, the transparency variable (X2) with a significance value of 0.514 > 0.05 and tcount of 3.501 > ttable 1.697 states that the transparency variable has a significant effect on the quality of financial reports. Meanwhile, simultaneously with the value that Fcount is 6.789 > Ftable 2.96 and a significance of 0.04 <0.05 states that accountability and transparency of village funds has a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial reports in Pematang Lingkung Village, Batang Merangin District, Kerinci Regency.    

Tax is a mandatory contribution to society, both individual taxpayers and corporate taxpayers to the state. However, taxpayers and business entities often look for ways to reduce the tax burden they have to pay. This is because Indonesia uses a self-assessment system which allows people to cheat in calculating their tax burden. This act of fraud is called tax avoidance. In the practice of tax avoidance there are several types of tricks, some of which are transfer pricing, deferred tax, and loans between affiliated companies. This research aims to determine the extent to which variables namely transfer pricing, deferred tax and loans between affiliated companies influence tax avoidance practices in Indonesia. From the results of several tests carried out in this research, it is stated that transfer pricing and loans between affiliated companies do not have a significant effect on tax avoidance. On the other hand, deferred tax has a significant positive effect on tax avoidance.    

The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of Minimum Service Standards (in the fields of Education, Health and Infrastructure) on community welfare and economic growth in Central Kalimantan Province and whether welfare influences Community Economic Growth in Central Kalimantan? The data used is data originating from the relevant agencies, namely the Central Kalimantan Central Statistics Agency (BPS), and the SPM Minimum Service Standards Reporting of the Directorate General of Domestic Development. The analysis method used is path analysis. The research results prove that minimum service standards in the fields of education, health and infrastructure do not have a significant effect on increasing the welfare of the HDI community, and have no effect on increasing economic growth in Central Kalimantan.

The problem that arose in the implementation of the Family Hope program in Rantau Selamat District was the lack of effectiveness in implementing PKH, where in the process of selecting people who would be given PKH assistance it was often not right on target in realizing the welfare of the people of Rantau Selamat District. This study aims to determine the utilization of the Family Hope Program (PKH) funds for the welfare of the people in Rantau Selamat District. The results of the study explain that in general the implementation and beneficiaries of PKH in Rantau Selamat District have been effective, but there are also PKH beneficiaries who use them for purposes whose categories have been determined by the government.

Standardization of the presentation of accounting information is necessary because many parties (stakeholders) have an interest in the information presented in the company's financial reports. Therefore, the process of presenting financial reports must be based on applicable accounting standards so that the financial information presented provides information that can be understood, relevant, reliable, can be compared in evaluating the financial position and performance of the bank and is useful for users of financial reports (external parties and internal) in economic decision making. Whether conventional (non-shariah) financial institutions or sharia financial institutions, the financial performance of each institution will be visible from the financial reports. Financial reports are media used to conduct research on the health condition of a company consisting of balance sheets, profit and loss calculations, retained earnings and other reports.

This study aims to identify the influence of organizational culture, transformational leadership, and work motivation on the performance improvement of civil servants at the Main Secretariat of the National Civil Service Agency. Data analysis was conducted using Linear Structural Relationship (Lisrel) version 8.80 with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The choice of using SEM in this research lies in its ability to analyze the pattern of relationships between latent constructs and their indicators, latent constructs with each other, and measurement errors directly. The results of the analysis indicate that organizational culture, transformational leadership, and work motivation significantly contribute to the improvement of civil servants' performance. Managerial implications and recommendations for further research are also discussed.                                                                                                                                                      

Brand satisfaction and loyalty are critical aspects of management that help retain the market's competitive advantages. In the context of the self-improvement of domestic products, this study studies the influence mechanism of domestic cosmetics on purchase intention in Chengdu from the perspective of consumers' perceived value. It tests the research hypotheses through questionnaire surveys and practical analysis. It guides how local Chinese cosmetics companies can improve consumers' rational suggestions to perceive value and increase their purchase intention. The number of respondents for this study was 392. The results of this study highlight the significant role of female consumers in the purchase intention of domestic cosmetic products, which is influenced by their brand satisfaction and brand loyalty

This trend has increased the demand for financial management courses among non-financial majors, such as tourism. With Guilin's geographical advantage, many students in the area are pursuing non-financial tourism majors. Therefore, it is crucial to conduct extensive research on this group's willingness to purchase financial management courses, an essential and valuable topic. The knowledge payment market is developing rapidly. Understanding the purchasing intentions of non-financial tourism majors will help grasp market trends and provide market development directions for relevant institutions. The number of respondents for this study was 380. The results of this study show that students’ purchase intention on management courses for their career development would be impacted by performance expectation, effort expectation, and social impact.
