This research analyzes the role of the Karang Taruna Organization (OKT) in empowering the community of Tambakrejo Village, Krembung District.  The research method uses a literature review to detail the context and success of social empowerment programs.  Analysis of social, economic and organizational factors, as well as community participation are integrated in the literature review.  Findings highlight the importance of understanding local traditions, gender engagement, and understanding community needs.  Economic factors and resource accessibility influence participation rates.  Responsiveness to feedback, inclusive programs, and developing community networks are strategies to increase participation.  This research provides a conceptual basis for designing effective empowerment programs at the village level involving OKT.

This research uses a literature review approach to investigate the role of Karang Taruna in preserving local culture and values ​​in Balonggabus Village.  Through analysis of the latest findings, this research examines how Karang Taruna collaborates with the government and society to maintain cultural identity in the era of globalization.  Literature findings illustrate joint efforts in preserving traditions, encouraging local entrepreneurship, and creating a balance between modernity and local values.  The results of this research provide in-depth insight into the contribution of Karang Taruna as an agent for preserving cultural heritage, as well as how this collaboration creates a village that is dynamic and open to developments over time.  This study provides a theoretical basis for understanding the role of Karang Taruna in facing the challenges of globalization while maintaining local wisdom.

Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) are rights to property that arise and are born from human intellectual abilities. Whereas Communal Intellectual Property (KIK) is the result of copyrights, works, and cultural traditions that have been passed down from generation to generation by a group of people. Communal Intellectual Property includes Traditional Knowledge (PT), Traditional Cultural Expressions (EBT), Genetic Resources (SDGs), and Geographical Indications (GI). The purpose of this study is to study of Intellectual Property Rights in Indonesia and to determine the role of the Regional Government in protecting and guaranteeing the Communal Intellectual Property of the Batak Toba ethnicity. This type of thesis research uses normative legal research with a qualitative approach method, the research method used, namely Library Research, with data collection techniques using Secondary Data which is divided into Primary Legal Materials, Secondary Legal Materials and Tertiary Legal Materials. The efforts to know about the Batak Toba KIK are based on a statutory regulation, namely Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright and the efforts of the Regional Government to protect and develop the Batak Toba KIK by registering it with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DJKI). Suggestions from researchers are that Batak Toba KIK can be protected by establishing separate KIK laws and regulations, forming a KIK handling group in the midst of society and changing the concept of Batak Toba people's thinking about preserving and protecting Batak Toba ethnic KIK

Previous research or relevant research has a very important role in a scientific work. Through previous or related research, theories and relationships or influences between variables can be strengthened. This article reviews the factors that influence how employee performance is influenced by the work environment, job satisfaction, and commitment to the organization in a literature review in the field of Human Resource Management. The findings from this research literature are that: 1) the work environment influences employee performance; 2) job satisfaction influences employee performance; 3) and commitment to the organization influences employee performance.

The National Land Agency (BPN) as the institution that organizes land registration has a Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program that makes it easier for the community to register land so as to avoid land conflicts. In order to accelerate land registration, PTSL in Samarinda City this time uses media or tools to take measurements using the photogrammetric method, namely the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) to obtain aerial images or the latest images. In its implementation, the community is asked to install boundary signs that have been delivered or socialized by BPN employees. So that the boundaries of the land plot can be seen from the UAV and visible from aerial images  

Evaluation of learning is very important to know whether or not a learning system is implemented by educators. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is a crucial element in modern life, encompassing the management, manipulation, and transfer of information across media platforms. UPTD Teknologi Komunikasi dan Informasi Pendidikan is a Structurally Integrated Service Unit under the East Kalimantan Provincial Education Office. UPTD plays a strategic role in providing technology-related services in the field of education. However, UPTD faces challenges in the inefficient and slow management of employee data, with 28 employees whose personnel data remains unoptimized. To enhance efficiency, the author plans to develop a web-based personnel information system. The problem statement includes inadequate system support, resulting in slow employee search and report generation processes. The objective of this system is to design an efficient, precise, and accurate personnel data management system, aiming to improve work productivity within UPTD Teknologi Komunikasi dan Informasi Pendidikan. The outcome of this initiative is the design of a website serving as an information portal for UPTD profile, developed using the Content Management System (CMS) WordPress.

This research delves into the dynamics of motor vehicle tax compliance through a qualitative approach, exploring taxpayers' perceptions and attitudes. The identified key factors shaping attitudes toward tax obligations include regulatory complexity, clarity of rules, and personal experiences. Elements such as fairness perception, trust in the taxation system, and supervisory effectiveness also play crucial roles in forming compliance attitudes. These factors, integrated with psychological aspects, provide an in-depth understanding of taxpayer compliance behavior. While acknowledging challenges like regulatory complexity and economic inequality, the study highlights opportunities, including the application of information technology, fiscal incentive development, and cross-sector collaboration, as strategies to enhance compliance. In conclusion, a holistic and adaptive tax policy strategy, considering both local and global contexts, can foster a transparent, fair, and supportive tax environment for sustainable development.

The role of government in agriculture is very important in determining economic policy, in planning to mobilize actors there must be readiness, seriousness and commitment to implement it. In an effort to establish regional autonomy, readiness to face future challenges and effective and efficient management of the regional economy by utilizing regional potential and resources. support that has a comprehensive design is needed, in order to obtain information that is in accordance with the problem formulation and research objectives. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research method. This research is located in Bolaang Mongondow district (North Sulawesi). Regarding the role of the government in controlling the level of competitiveness of farmer groups in Bolaang Mongondow district (North Sulawesi). Data collection methods This research uses secondary data. The role of the government as a regulator is that the government prepares the implementation of development (issuing regulations in the framework of the effectiveness and orderliness of development administration). capital through providing capital assistance to the community. The government as a catalyst, the village government has a position as an agent that accelerates the development of village potential. The research results show that the government's role in controlling the level of competitiveness of farmer groups in Bolaang Mongondow, North Sulawesi, is very important and has a positive impact. With support and assistance from the government, farmers can increase their productivity, expand markets, and increase their income.    

This research has the aim of knowing how the effect of role playing learning on increasing social studies learning motivation in 6th grade students of SD Bojong Salam 4. This study uses an experimental method. or experiment. Based on quantitative data analysis, it can be concluded that this role playing learning model has a significant effect on increasing students' learning motivation.

This article examines the role of the agricultural sector in efforts to reduce poverty and enhance welfare in developing countries. The primary objective of this research is to analyze the extent to which the agricultural sector can contribute to the improvement of social and economic conditions in these nations. The research method involves the analysis of secondary data from various sources, including agricultural production data, food consumption patterns, and socio-economic and policy factors that influence the agricultural sector. The results of the study indicate that the agricultural sector plays a significant role in reducing poverty and enhancing welfare in developing countries. Firstly, the agricultural sector provides employment opportunities for a significant portion of the rural population, often the most vulnerable to poverty. Consequently, the agricultural sector contributes to increased income and access to economic resources for rural communities. Secondly, the agricultural sector also plays a crucial role in providing sufficient and affordable food for the population in developing countries. This positively impacts nutrition and public health, subsequently affecting the quality of life and overall welfare. By improving productivity and access to food resources, the agricultural sector can help reduce hunger and malnutrition. Thirdly, the agricultural sector has the potential to support national economic growth by supplying raw materials to the food processing and textile industries. This creates additional economic opportunities and enhances the competitiveness of developing countries in the global market.

The independent curriculum is a restoration of the 2013 curriculum which was previously implemented in educational institutions in Indonesia. Currently, the restoration of the curriculum to an independent curriculum is due to the need for students to be able to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. With advances in technology, of course the role of an independent curriculum is also very important to collaborate in improving the quality of education in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to find out the role of technology as supporting the success of implementing an independent curriculum in schools, apart from that it also wants to see what are the obstacles to collaborative technological progress in the education system. This research that uses qualitative descriptive analysis produces detailed and clear analysis. In collecting data, researchers use library research by looking at various sources that are relevant to the research. The data analysis technique goes through several steps, namely data collection carried out by researchers by grouping data arranged in narrative form, then data reduction, namely collecting important data from the information found and in accordance with the problem topic, then presenting the data with narrative explanations that are strengthened from the study. literature, and finally draw conclusions.

This research focuses on the role of leadership rooted in Pancasila values in shaping competitive organizations. The research methodology employs SLR to assess literature related to this concept. The steps of SLR, starting from formulating research problems, developing review protocols, searching for literature, screening inclusions, assessing literature quality, to reporting findings, are detailed. The emergence of the term Financial Technology (fintech) today is one of the changes caused by current developments. Financial technology (fintech) has several types, one of which is payment gateway. Currently, MSMEs in Indonesia have an important role in Indonesia, namely improving its economy and being able to accelerate regional development. The aim of this research is how influential the use of digital payment "payment gateways" is in improving the financial performance of MSMEs, through the findings and views of previous researchers. The method used is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, which aims to find out the results of previous research related to this research. The results of this research show that digital payments "payment gateway" have a positive effect on improving the financial performance of MSMEs.

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by infection with Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex, which is the most frequently found bacteria and is transmitted between humans via the air route. The incidence of TB in Indonesia in 2020 was 301 per 100,000 population. Therefore, family doctors play an important role in promoting health and preventing TB disease, identifying risk factors, clinical problems, and providing management to patients by implementing holistic family doctor services based on evidence based medicine through a patient centered and family approach, the main problem This patient did not wear PPE when in direct contact with other patients while working at PKM Tanah Pasir. In this case report, primary data was obtained through anamnesis (autoanamnesis), physical examination and home visits to complete family data, psychosocial and environmental data. Patient Mr. R, 45 years old, underwent routine TB treatment at the Tanah Pasir Community Health Center and was diagnosed two months ago. The patient has normal nutritional status. Pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions are carried out for patients in the form of education about TB disease for patients and their families. The results of the evaluation of the intervention are that the patient has started to do physical activity and the family has supported the patient's routine treatment.

Academic self-efficacy is a belief based on students' self-confidence in their ability to complete academic assignments, achieve desired academic results, and achieve optimal results. In general, this research aims to identify the low academic self-efficacy of class XII students at SMA Negeri 3 Payakumbuh. This research was carried out in Class XII MIPA 2. Abstract. In the rapidly evolving era of information technology, digital records management is crucial for enhancing the efficiency of tax service tasks. This study thoroughly analyzes the existing digital archive system, emphasizing key aspects such as creation, storage, access, and management of digital records. Results reveal the potential of the digital archive system in the Tax Service Office Pratama Jakarta Pulogadung to boost records management efficiency and streamline information access. However, identified barriers include a limited understanding of the technology's full benefits and challenges in adapting to changes in work culture and traditional data management processes. These findings underscore the need for efforts to increase awareness and understanding of the benefits of effective digital records management. Furthermore, strategic development, focusing on training, cultural change, and technology integration, is crucial for optimizing digital archive systems. This research enhances our comprehension of the digital archiving system's role in improving the performance and efficiency of the Service Section of the Tax Service Office Pratama Jakarta Pulogadung, offering insights for future improvements in tax-related tasks.

This research entitled "The Relation of Religious Moderation in the Malay Muslim Community of South Sumatra to Democratic Stability" aims to analyze the relationship of religious moderation in the Malay Muslim community in South Sumatra and its impact on democratic stability in the region. In the context of a religiously and ethnically heterogeneous society, religious moderation is an important factor influencing the stability of a democratic system. This research methodology includes surveys, interviews and content analysis regarding the understanding and practice of religious moderation in the Malay Muslim community. The resulting data was then analyzed to determine the relationship between religious moderation and democratic stability, taking into account other factors that might influence this relationship. Research findings show that in the Malay Muslim community in South Sumatra, the practice of religious moderation can make a positive contribution to democratic stability. Religious moderation can play an important role in encouraging interfaith dialogue, reducing opportunities for conflict, and increasing inclusive political participation. In this context, understanding and implementing the values ​​of religious moderation in the Malay Muslim community of South Sumatra can be considered as social capital that supports sustainable and stable democratic development. These results have important implications for developing policies and strategic approaches that encourage religious moderation as an integral part of the social and political dynamics of society.
