Intrauterine device is one of the long-acting contraceptives made of plastic wrapped in copper that is inserted into the uterus through the vagina to prevent pregnancy. IUD is one of the contraceptives that has high effectiveness. IUD has side effects, namely menstrual disorders, spotting, spulsion, vaginal discharge. to determine the relationship between the use of IUD contraceptives with menstrual disorders. type of research correlative with cross sectional design. This research was conducted at PKU 'Aisyiyah Boyolali Hospital in December 2023. The subjects of this study were 58 IUD birth control acceptors at PKU 'Aisyiyah Boyolali Hospital during April – November. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The measuring instrument uses medical records and questionnaires. The data analysis method uses the chi-square test.  the majority aged 31-40 years are 73.1%, have a high school education of 43.6%, the majority use a Nova-T IUD of 58.9% and have menstrual disorders as much as 57.1%. The results of the chi-suare  test obtained results of nilia p-value 0.000 <0.05, then Ha is accepted so that there is a relationship between the use of contraceptives and menstrual disorders. There is a relationship between the use of intrauterine devices and menstrual disorders at PKU 'Aisyiyah Boyolali Hospital

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of leadership on employee performance through the mediation of the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM). The research design used is a survey research that takes samples from a population and uses questionnaires as a tool for collecting basic data. The research locations were carried out at Koja General Hospital, Sulianti Saroso Infectious Special Hospital, and TK II TNI AD M Ridwan Hospital. The number of population as well as the sample in this study is 240 people. To meet the assumptions and analysis models in this study, the Likert Scale was used. The analysis technique used in this study is path analysis using the Amos program. The results of the study show that leadership variables have a significant effect on the implementation of TQM, leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance through the implementation of TQM.

This research aims to determine the influence of service and product quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at PT Bank Mandiri, Tbk.Tanjung Balai Sub-Branch Office. This research is quantitative empirical research using hypothesis research which tests the significant influence and direction of direct relationships and indirect relationships between independent variables and dependent variables through intervening variables. This research used a purposive sampling technique which is part of the non-probability sampling technique. The sample of 100 people was obtained from a population of 20,088 by taking samples using the Slovin formula. The data used in this research is primary data obtained directly from the sample through a questionnaire and measured using a Likert scale. Based on the results of statistical tests using the Smartpls application, it was found that service quality does not directly have a significant effect on customer loyalty, while the product quality of Livin Mandiri has a significant effect. Indirectly, service quality does not affect customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Indirectly, the product quality of Livin Mandiri has an impact on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Sayum Saba Village is one of the tourist villages in Karo Regency, North Sumatra, which has interesting natural and cultural tourism potential. However, the public is still not familiar with this village very much. Dengan menggunakan quantitative methods with a descriptive approach, this study aims to analyze the influence of social media marketing and tourist attractions on brand awareness of Sayum Saba Village. The findings show that social media marketing and tourist attractions have a positive impact on brand awareness of Sayum Saba Village. In order to promote tourist villages, this research suggests that Sayum Saba Village create natural and cultural tourist attractions, work with influencers and travel bloggers, and step up the quantity and quality of its social media marketing. It is envisaged that this study will assist Sayum Saba Village in raising its profile and drawing in more visitors.

Mathematical proof is an important aspect in real analysis courses but is often a challenge for students. This research aims to analyze the types of errors that students often make in mathematical proofs in real analysis courses. The research method uses library research to explore the background, objectives, methods, findings and implications of the problem. The results of the analysis show that logical errors, conceptual errors, notation and writing errors, and heuristic thinking errors are the most common. These findings imply the need to develop more effective learning strategies to help students overcome difficulties in mathematical proofs. By understanding the types of errors that frequently occur, instructors can design learning methods that better suit students' needs.

In the current digital era, the concept of flexible work has become increasingly relevant and pressing. The COVID-19 pandemic that swept the world has accelerated the adoption of flexible work practices, with many organizations forced to adapt to new situations where working from home has become the norm. However, the implementation of flexible work does not always proceed smoothly and presents various challenges, such as cultural and organizational changes, effective performance management, and equality of access and technology. This research analyzes the challenges and inhibiting factors in implementing flexible work based on previous literature studies. These challenges include cultural and organizational changes, performance management and supervision, equality of access and technology, work-life balance, conflict management and communication, as well as variations in the effects of flexible work on job quality. Inhibiting factors include difficulties in assessing individual readiness, technical challenges and infrastructure, competency gaps and technological limitations, as well as managerial difficulties. To address these challenges and inhibiting factors, organizations need to take appropriate steps, including policy adjustments, providing training and technology support, and developing appropriate performance management systems.

This research aims to examine the significance of the influence of compensation, work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance (case study on PT Rumpun Sari Kemuning, Ngargoyoso District, Karanganyar Regency). This form of research is a survey. The population in this research is 300 employees. The sample in this research was 75 labor employees obtained from the Slovin Formula. The sample sampling method uses random sampling techniques. This research uses a descriptive data analysis method, and is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The data collection strategy uses questionnaires. The findings show that compensation, work discipline and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of PT Rumpun Sari Kemuning employees.

This research aims to understand the influence of Islam on consumer perceptions of a company's brand image and its impact on business success, financial performance and reputation. This study uses qualitative and descriptive research methods to analyze the brand image of Ayam Geprek Sai Lamongan Branch. This research focuses on studying the Islamic business environment in Lamongan Regency, especially Rumah Makan Geprek Sai. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods to collect data from restaurants and data sources collected through observations. This study contributes to the understanding of Islamic business feasibility studies and the potential that can contribute to company success.

The aim of this research is to determine the evaluation of the implementation of the duties of the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade of Pelalawan Regency in developing the Bono batik industry. This research was carried out by looking at the evaluation of the implementation of tasks in the development of the Bono batik industry from several points of view, namely coaching, facilitating facilities and infrastructure, and supervision. In its implementation the researcher carried out data analysis using a descriptive survey where the researcher described the actual situation of what happened. during research by collecting data, classifying and analyzing so that an analytical formulation of the problems faced can be obtained and then a conclusion can be drawn. The type of data used is primary data obtained directly from respondents, namely the Head of the Industrial Development Section and all batik craftsmen at Rumah Batik Andalan. Meanwhile, secondary data is in the form of books, official government documentation obtained from the Industrial Development Section and Rumah Batik Andalan. To collect data, researchers used questionnaires, interviews and observations. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers regarding the Evaluation of the Implementation of the Duties of the Pelalawan Regency Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade Department in Industrial Development (Batik Bono Industrial Study), it can be concluded that the implementation is in the score range of 195 in the Poorly Implemented category. Which means it hasn't been implemented well.

The development of digital technology, especially e-commerce, has brought significant impacts to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This research aims to identify the benefits and challenges of using e-commerce for MSMEs, as well as strategies that can be implemented to optimize the use of this platform. The research method used is a literature study to analyze information related to the benefits, challenges, and e-commerce promotion-strategies for MSMEs. The research findings show that e-commerce provides significant benefits, such as sales and market growth, and operational efficiency. However, MSMEs are also faced with challenges, such as the cost of technology adoption, low levels of digital literacy, and data security issues. To overcome these challenges, effective e-commerce promotion-strategies, such as building strong digital infrastructure, improving digital skills, and facilitating the use of e-commerce platforms, can be applied. The implication of this study is the importance of support and guidance for MSMEs in adopting e-commerce to remain competitive in the digital era.

This classroom action research aimed to explore an innovative approach to teaching English that specifically targets the development of communication skills required for implementing sustainable business strategies. The study was conducted at the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pariwisata Indonesia (STIEPARI) Semarang, involving 30 management students. The research employed a mixed-methods approach, collecting data through surveys, interviews, classroom observations, and English proficiency tests. The findings revealed that the innovative teaching method, which integrated sustainability concepts and focused on developing relevant business communication skills, effectively enhanced students' English competence and understanding of applying sustainability concepts in business. The increased English proficiency positively impacted students' comprehension and ability to implement sustainability principles in business contexts. The study concludes that integrating sustainability concepts into English language learning for business purposes is an effective strategy for developing management students' competencies as change agents in promoting sustainable business practices. Recommendations for future research include expanding the sample, conducting longitudinal studies, exploring teachers' perspectives, and collaborating between business management academics and English language experts.

In the growing digital era, the use of TikTok by local Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises has become a significant concern in an effort to expand markets and increase sales. This article analyzes the challenges and strategies that can be adopted by  in facing e-commerce dynamics and utilizing the TikTok Platform as E-Commerce effectively. The research method used is using a qualitative approach method by conducting literature studies and literature studies. The method for data collection is obtained from the official website (e-commerce usage data) and studying theories from various literatures related to the research. The results show the importance of efficient advertising budget management, optimization of logistics and delivery, improved skills in content creation, strategic collaboration, and campaign performance monitoring as key steps in facing challenges and taking advantage of opportunities in TikTok Commerce. Through a deep understanding of market dynamics and the implementation of appropriate strategies, MSMEs can strengthen their presence in TikTok Commerce and increase their competitiveness in the competitive e-commerce ecosystem. The bank is an official state institution in the financial sector that has the task of withdrawing and disbursing public money. Banks are one type of trusted institution among the surrounding community. Banks that have a non-trivial task make the bank also registered in the law for its security. There are many banks in Indonesia, one of which is BSI. BSI is the only bank that applies sharia principles based on the Koran and hadith. The existence of these principles makes Islamic banks not carelessly choose transactions or cooperation with other parties or customers. Uniquely, Islamic banks also use a profit sharing system as their ratio. Whereas conventional banks use the deposit interest system as their ratio. That is why researchers are interested in conducting research on the difference between the principles of Islamic banks and conventional banks in fundraising products (funding). There are three types of fundraising products in both Islamic and conventional banks, namely checking accounts, savings accounts and time deposit accounts. The difference is that Islamic banks use wadi'ah contracts and mudharabah contracts. This study aims to introduce to all people that Islamic banks have their own uniqueness and characteristics. Therefore, it is necessary to explain the contracts involved in Islamic banking. In this study, researchers used qualitative techniques. There are two data sources: Primary and secondary data sources. The researchers conducted direct interviews with informants based on primary data.

Students’ decisions to buy on the Shopee platform are influenced by various variables. Free shipping vouchers are one of them. The impact of providing free shipping coupons on purchases of the Shopee platform by students. Thirty-eight Shopee users who had received free shipping vouchers were given a questionnaire as part of the research technique. To evaluate the relationship between the independent variable (free shipping coupon) and the dependent variable (purchase choice), data analysis was carried out using basic linear regression. The results of the research show that there is a significant positive influence between providing free shipping vouchers on students’ purchasing decisions. This shows that providing free shipping vouchers can increase students’ interest and motivation to make purchases on the Shopee platform. The managerial implication of this research is that it is important for e-commerce platforms to consider the strategy of providing free shipping vouchers as a way to increase sales and influence consumer purchasing decisions. In addition, this research adds theoretical insight to knowledge about the variables that influence online shopping behavior, especially among students. The results of this research are intended to serve as a guide for future academics who wish to conduct studies on consumer behavior and marketing tactics in the digital era.

Pasarbanggi Village Mangrove Forest Tourism is a tropical natural asset that provides social, economic and ecological benefits. The problems faced are reduced visitors and low environmental awareness. Thematic KKN aims to increase promotions by making flyers. The methods used include direct observation at tourist locations, interviews with managers, and discussion of promotional strategies. Steps include creating promotional flyers, regulatory banners, journal publication, and registering flyers with HKI. This Thematic KKN develops the promotion and sustainability of the Mangrove Forest tourism environment through three approaches: making flyers, making banners of rules and regulations, and planting 50 Ketapang Kencana seeds. It is hoped that this action can increase visitor interest, environmental awareness and sustainability of Mangrove Forest tourism.

The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative using secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency in 2023. The data analysis method used is chi square analysis (X²). The research results show that the level of education influences poverty in East Java Province. The lower the level of education, the higher the level of poverty.

Syntactic analysis isn’t only used for the use of structural grammar, but also for explaining the relationship or connection between functions, categories, and roles in the syntactic structure to achieve a correct sentence structure. The purpose of this study is to describe the function, structure, and role of syntax in Bahasa Indonesia Kelas VII Kurikulum Merdeka book. This type of research is included in a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive design. The method used in this study is the agih method using reading and note-taking techniques, while the method of presenting data using informal data presentation. The data used is the descriptive text from the Bahasa Indonesia Kelas VII Kurikulum Merdeka book. The results of this study found 30 sentences with various sentence patterns from 4 samples of descriptive text with the most frequently found details being S-P-O syntactic functions, noun-verb-noun syntax categories, and actor-activity-target syntactic roles. Through this research it is hoped that it can provide benefits to readers so that they can deepen their knowledge in the field of syntax, and can be used as reference material and references for further research that is in line with this research.

The cross-synergy between Raden Rahmat Islamic University Malang and Baznas Malang Regency is implemented through the Malang Cerdas (Smart Malang) program. This work program aims to help children from underprivileged families continue their education, reaching children studying at various educational levels, from junior high school to higher education. Through cooperation via a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Baznas Malang Regency and Raden Rahmat Islamic University Malang, this program strives to provide appropriate assistance so that these children can continue their education without obstacles. The program, named "One Family One Graduate," targets students of Raden Rahmat Islamic University Malang who are pursuing higher education and come from underprivileged families. In 2021, the "One Family One Graduate" program successfully assisted 12 students from Raden Rahmat Islamic University Malang in pursuing their education. This demonstrates that the program has been effective in helping these students continue their education.

This research aims to investigate the experiences and protection strategies against fraud in digital business, focusing on Anafoya store that sells clothing products. The study reveals various challenges faced by sellers in dealing with fraud in the context of digital business. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study research design through in-depth interviews. The interview results highlight several common forms of fraud, such as non-payment in COD transactions and returns of goods that do not match their condition. To address these challenges, Anafoya store has implemented proactive protection strategies, such as strengthening payment verification procedures and tightening return policies.
