Pemanfaatan lahan kosong di wilayah perdesaan sering kali belum optimal akibat rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap fungsi ruang terbuka hijau dan konsep desain lanskap. Desa Suka Makmur, Kabupaten Pohuwato, merupakan salah satu wilayah yang memiliki lahan terbuka cukup luas namun berada dalam kondisi gersang dan belum tertata. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pemanfaatan lahan kosong melalui sosialisasi dan edukasi desain lanskap ruang terbuka hijau sebagai upaya awal pembangunan lingkungan yang berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan adalah KKN-PAR (Participatory Action Research) dengan tahapan identifikasi awal, sosialisasi dan edukasi, serta evaluasi perubahan pemahaman masyarakat. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner pre-test dan post-test terhadap 24 responden. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat pada seluruh indikator yang diukur, meliputi fungsi ruang terbuka hijau, manfaat ekologis dan sosial, serta konsep dasar desain lanskap. Peningkatan pemahaman ini mengindikasikan terjadinya perubahan perilaku awal masyarakat pada aspek kognitif. Hasil pengabdian ini menegaskan bahwa pendekatan edukatif berbasis partisipasi masyarakat efektif dalam membangun kesadaran lingkungan dan dapat menjadi landasan bagi pengelolaan ruang terbuka hijau yang berkelanjutan di wilayah perdesaan.

Kinerja guru merupakan faktor kunci dalam peningkatan mutu pembelajaran di sekolah. Namun, masih terdapat keterbatasan pemahaman guru terhadap manajemen sekolah dan penerapan disiplin kerja yang berdampak pada optimalisasi kinerja. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru melalui pelatihan manajemen sekolah dan pembinaan disiplin guru di SMP Negeri 03 Limboto Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif melalui pelatihan, diskusi, praktik, dan pendampingan. Pengukuran kinerja guru dilakukan menggunakan angket sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman manajemen sekolah dari 62% menjadi 82%, pengelolaan pembelajaran dari 65% menjadi 85%, serta disiplin kerja guru dari 60% menjadi 80%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi pelatihan manajemen sekolah dan pembinaan disiplin guru efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru secara berkelanjutan.

Anemia merupakan suatu kondisi dimana jumlah sel darah merah atau hemoglobin (Hb) seseorang kurang dari normal. Anemia adalah suatu keadaan dimana jumlah sel darah merah atau konsentrasi pengangkut oksigen dalam darah (hemoglobin) tidak mencukupi kebutuhan fisiologis. Remaja putri dikatakan anemia apabila dari hasil pemeriksaan kadar Hb kurang dari 12 gr%. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk mencegah anemia pada remaja dengan pemberian tablet penambah darah yang terintegrasi dengan olahraga pada remaja. Metode yang dipakai pada kegiatan ini adalah edukasi langsung dan diskusi kelompok terfokus, olahraga/senam terjadwal yang dipandu kader remaja, pembagian tablet Fe dan pemantauan kadar Hb berkala. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu peserta yang hadir berumur 12 tahun dengan prosentase 30,43%, peserta dengan umur16 tahun  prosentase 21,74%, selebihnya peserta berumur 13 tahun (13,04%), 14 tahun (8,70%), 15 tahun (13,04%), 17 tahun (4,35%) dan 18 tahun (8,70%). Jumlah target posyandu remaja di Desa Randusari yaitu 35 peserta, tetapi yang hadir hanya 23 peserta. Hal ini terjadi karena ada beberapa peserta yang belum bisa menghadiri posyandu remaja karena teman sebaya tidak bisa hadir di posyandu remaja. Peserta posyandu di Desa Randusari memiliki kadar hemoglobin normal sejumlah 73,91%, anemia ringan 13,04% dan anemia sedang 4,35%.

Industri Kecil dan Menengah (IKM) merupakan kontributor penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi daerah melalui penciptaan lapangan kerja, peningkatan nilai tambah, dan penguatan struktur ekonomi berbasis lokal. Namun demikian, banyak IKM masih menghadapi tantangan berkelanjutan yang berkaitan dengan keterbatasan kapasitas inovasi, rendahnya adopsi pemasaran digital, serta lemahnya akses terhadap kemitraan strategis. Sentra IKM Srikayu di Surakarta merupakan klaster industri furnitur yang mengkhususkan diri pada produk berbahan kayu jati dan mahoni dengan karakteristik kualitas yang kuat, namun perluasan pasar dan pengembangan kemitraannya masih belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kondisi internal dan eksternal Sentra IKM Srikayu menggunakan analisis strategis berbasis SWOT sebagai dasar perumusan strategi pengembangan akses pasar dan kemitraan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mixed-method dengan mengintegrasikan diskusi kelompok terfokus, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis data sekunder. Hasil analisis matriks IFAS dan EFAS menunjukkan skor masing-masing sebesar 2,82 dan 2,62, yang menempatkan sentra pada Kuadran I, yang mengindikasikan strategi pertumbuhan agresif. Rekomendasi strategi meliputi penguatan branding dan pemasaran digital, diversifikasi desain produk sesuai tren pasar, perluasan kemitraan strategis, serta peningkatan kapasitas produksi dan kapabilitas sumber daya manusia guna menjamin daya saing dan keberlanjutan jangka Panjang.

Tantangan utama yang dihadapi warga Kelurahan Pesantren, Kota Semarang adalah belum optimalnya pengelolaan limbah lingkungan rumah tangga, khususnya minyak jelantah, yang berpotensi menimbulkan pencemaran dan masih kurang dimanfaatkan secara ekonomi. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan, keterampilan kewirausahaan, dan kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat dengan inovasi ekonomi kreatif. Tahapan pelaksanaannya meliputi observasi dan identifikasi masalah, perencanaan program partisipatif, pelaksanaan lokakarya, pendampingan, dan evaluasi keberlanjutan. Kegiatan program terdiri dari pendidikan kewirausahaan, pelatihan langsung pengolahan minyak jelantah menjadi lilin aromaterapi, dan peningkatan kapasitas dalam pembuatan konten digital dan pemasaran digital melalui media sosial dan pasar online. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan minat berwirausaha di kalangan ibu-ibu PKK, yaitu meningkat dari 40% sebelum program menjadi 80% setelah lokakarya. Secara keseluruhan, program ini efektif meningkatkan keterampilan pengelolaan sampah ramah lingkungan dan mendukung pengembangan ekonomi kreatif berbasis lokal.

Penataan kembali kewenangan lembaga penegak hukum merupakan agenda strategis dalam mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang akuntabel pasca reformasi 1998. Reformasi kelembagaan yang berjalan selama ini cenderung parsial, tidak komprehensif, sehingga melahirkan fragmentasi kelembagaan, tumpang tindih kewenangan, serta lemahnya koordinasi. Tulisan ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaturan lembaga penegak hukum dalam tata kelola pemerintahan, mengidentifikasi kendala pelaksanaan penegakan hukum pasca reformasi, Metode yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan sosiologis melalui kajian peraturan perundang-undangan, putusan pengadilan, dan literatur hukum terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa landasan konstitusional penataan lembaga penegak hukum berpijak pada Pasal 1 ayat (3) dan Pasal 24 ayat (1) UUD NRI Tahun 1945 yang menegaskan Indonesia sebagai negara hukum dengan kekuasaan kehakiman yang merdeka. Kendala utama yang ditemukan meliputi intervensi politik , ego sektoral antarlembaga, dan budaya impunitas yang mengakar. Penataan kewenangan yang ideal mensyaratkan empat langkah: rasionalisasi kelembagaan, delineasi kewenangan yang tegas, pembangunan mekanisme koordinasi antarlembaga yang efektif, serta penguatan lembaga pengawas independen. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa akuntabilitas tata kelola pemerintahan hanya dapat terwujud melalui pergeseran paradigma dari rule by law menuju rule of law yang berkeadilan substantif.

Akuntansi Pajak dan Kebijakan Ekonomi Digital 2026 Asosiasi Riset Ekonomi dan Akuntansi Indonesia

This study aims to analyze the transformative impact of digitalization and technology in the manufacturing sector on improving operational efficiency, particularly in budgeting and resource utilization, as well as to identify the main barriers to technology adoption. Using a Literature Review and Case Study Analysis of secondary data (journals, company reports, and industry publications), it was found that digitalization and Automation supported by Artificial Intelligence (AI) fundamentally transform budgeting functions. This transformation has been shown to improve budget accuracy by up to 50% (reducing human errors) and process efficiency by up to 25%, turning budgets from static documents into adaptive and predictive control tools. Positive impacts are also observed in operations through increased production capacity (revenue surge) and the implementation of Predictive Maintenance, which reduces expenditure and asset downtime, in line with the principles Cost Efficiency and Lean Manufacturing. Nevertheless, the adoption of advanced technology faces significant obstacles, namely high initial capital investment and skill gaps among the workforce. It is concluded that the success of digitalization heavily depends on strategic budget planning to overcome capital barriers and adequate allocation of funds for Human Resource (HR) training to support effective collaboration between humans and machines.

Focusing on Yuli Bakery, this study aims to examine in depth how production planning budgets and cost effectiveness influence business profitability, particularly in the food and bakery industry sector. This research is based on the assumption that effective production planning can optimize the utilization of available resources, minimize raw material waste, and establish more efficient and structured business operational performance. The study explores the implementation of labor management, raw material management, and production process control oriented toward cost efficiency without reducing product quality, thereby enabling sustainable profitability improvement. The results of the analysis show that Yuli Bakery successfully reduced its cost of goods sold (COGS) by IDR 12,800,000, which directly contributed to an increase in operating profit and gross profit. This cost reduction did not affect overall production volume nor generate additional expenses in other cost components. These findings indicate that even in the absence of significant revenue growth, cost optimization through proper production planning can make a substantial contribution to improving Yuli Bakery’s profitability.

Digital transformation has become imperative for organizations worldwide, yet the failure rate of these initiatives remains significantly high. This article aims to analyze the strategic role of Change Management in bridging the gap between technology adoption and human resource readiness. Using a descriptive qualitative method and recent literature review (2019-2023), this study finds that the main challenge in the digital era lies not in technological complexity, but in cultural resistance and employee mental unpreparedness. The results indicate that change management approaches focused on human-centric design, transparent communication, and digital upskilling are key to turning digital disruption into sustainable competitive opportunities. Effective digital transformation requires a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and employee attitudes toward change. Proper application of change management principles can reduce resistance, enhance collaboration, and ensure smoother technology adoption. Therefore, it's crucial for companies to integrate ongoing training and support into every stage of the digital transition to maximize its potential.

This study, entitled "Analysis of the Application of Sharia Economic Principles in Nuris Medika Fund Management," aims to analyze the extent to which Sharia economic principles are applied in the fund management system at the Nuris Medika healthcare institution. Sharia economic principles emphasize justice, transparency, mutual assistance (ta'awun), and the prohibition of riba (usury), gharar (gharar), and maysir (gambling). This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation of managers and related parties at Nuris Medika. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results indicate that fund management at Nuris Medika largely adheres to Islamic economic principles, particularly in terms of transparency in fund use, social responsibility, and the implementation of an interest-free system in internal financial transactions. However, several aspects still need to be strengthened, such as the development of more systematic Sharia-based standard operating procedures (SOPs) and increasing Sharia economic literacy among all institution managers. Overall, the implementation of Islamic economic principles at Nuris Medika can be categorized as good and has the potential to become a model for financial management in Islamic boarding school-based healthcare institutions based on Islamic values.

In the era of information and globalization, critical thinking skills have become an essential competence for children, including students in Islamic boarding schools. These skills include the ability to ask questions, seek and evaluate evidence, compare alternatives, and solve problems logically. Islamic boarding schools inherently provide a disciplined environment grounded in religious values that supports the development of critical thinking. However, observations at Raudlatul Hanan Islamic Boarding School reveal several challenges, such as low social sensitivity, limited constructive conflict resolution, and the absence of consistent critical thinking habits. These conditions have the potential to hinder students’ adaptability and problem-solving abilities in the future. To address these issues, a program entitled “Optimizing Children’s Critical Thinking Character through the Internalization of Socio-Environmental Sensitivity Values” was implemented using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. This approach actively involved students, ustadz/ustadzah, and Islamic boarding school administrators from problem identification through planning, implementation, and reflection. The activities included character education seminars, critical discussions, group competitions, and interviews aimed at fostering social sensitivity, reducing exclusive attitudes, and strengthening critical thinking skills from an early age. The results indicate high and enthusiastic student participation throughout all activities, leading both students and administrators to hope that the program will be implemented sustainably on an annual basis.

Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is a fundamental competence required by vocational school students before entering workplace practice, particularly due to their high exposure to practical activities involving tools, machines, and work procedures with potential risks. This community service activity aimed to provide OSH training for students of SMK Negeri 3 Ogan Komering Ulu as part of their preparation for workplace practice. The activity was conducted using a seminar and case study approach involving 40 vocational students. The implementation stages included preliminary needs analysis, training delivery through structured material sessions and interactive discussions, and post-training evaluation using participant feedback instruments. The training materials covered formal OSH regulations, basic OSH principles, risk mitigation, personal protective equipment, and the relevance of OSH competencies in industrial work environments. The results indicated that participants demonstrated improved understanding of OSH obligations, awareness of workplace risk prevention, and readiness to apply OSH principles during practical learning activities. This community service activity contributes to strengthening students’ preparedness for workplace practice by fostering early awareness of occupational safety culture within the vocational education context.

This study examines the philosophy of Islamic education in the thought of Imam Al-Ghazali, focusing on educational objectives, philosophical foundations, curriculum, educational methods, and their relevance to contemporary education. Al-Ghazali views education as an integral process that is not merely oriented toward intellectual development, but also toward moral formation and the purification of the soul in order to attain true happiness (Sa‘adah) in both worldly life and the hereafter. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach through library research by analyzing Al-Ghazali’s major works, such as Ihya’ ‘Ulum al-Din, Ayyuha al-Walad, and Mizan al-‘Amal, as well as relevant supporting literature. The findings indicate that Al-Ghazali rejects the dichotomy between religious and worldly sciences, as reflected in his concept of fard ‘ain and fard kifayah, which are complementary and interconnected. His educational curriculum is integrative and oriented toward public benefit, while his educational methods emphasize habituation, exemplary conduct of educators, and the process of Tazkiyat Al-Nafs (self-purification). Al-Ghazali’s educational philosophy remains relevant in addressing contemporary moral crises by offering a philosophical foundation for forming the insan kamil a complete human being who is intellectually knowledgeable, morally upright, and spiritually grounded.

According to Al-Ghazali, Islamic education is education that strives to form a perfect human being, both in this world and in the hereafter. According to Al Ghazali, humans can achieve perfection if they are willing to strive to seek knowledge and then practice fadhilah through the knowledge they have learned. According to Al Ghazali, the main goal of Islamic education is to obey Allah the Creator, and the most perfect human being in his view is a human being who always draws closer to Allah. This goal seems to have religious and moral nuances, without ignoring worldly problems. The method used to classify al-Ghazali into two parts: First, the special method of Religious education, this special method of religious education has an orientation towards knowledge of faith because religious education in reality is more difficult than other education, because religious education involves intuitive problems and focuses more on the formation of students' personalities. Second, the special method of moral education, Al-Ghazali said: "Just as a doctor, if he gives his patients only one kind of medicine, will surely kill most of the sick people, so too a teacher, if he shows his students the way with only one kind of practice, will surely destroy their hearts.

This article examines the digitalization of Islamic education management in the Industry 5.0 era by emphasizing a shift from mere “digital administration” to value-based governance. The focus goes beyond adopting applications; it highlights a deeper transformation in how institutions manage processes, data, services, and decision-making to enhance effectiveness, accountability, and alignment with the broader purposes of Islamic education. The article synthesizes key pillars of transformation, including system integration across academic, financial, and learning services, strengthened data governance, capacity building for human resources, and cultural change management. While digitalization may improve efficiency and transparency, the article also discusses recurring risks such as digital divides, organizational resistance, vendor dependency, and ethical/privacy concerns, along with practical mitigation strategies. The main contribution is a conceptual governance framework that connects service performance indicators with institutional values, enabling digital transformation to remain meaningful, trustworthy, and sustainable rather than purely technical or procedural.

This outreach program aims to improve students' understanding of organizational management as part of an effort to develop a young generation with organizational insight at SMA Negeri 1 Ampel. The implementation of this outreach program is motivated by the importance of providing students with management concepts, organizational structures, and self-management skills so they can participate actively and effectively in various school organizational activities. The outreach program is delivered through material presentations and the use of interactive media in the form of Kahoot games designed to facilitate students' understanding of management concepts in a more engaging, enjoyable, and easily applicable way. Evaluation is conducted using a questionnaire covering five aspects: understanding of management concepts, awareness of the importance of management in life, effectiveness of interactive media, motivation to become leaders, and the ability to organize and plan for the future. The evaluation results show that this outreach program is able to broaden students' horizons, increase leadership motivation, and help them focus more on designing future goals. Thus, this outreach program is considered effective in supporting the development of a young generation with organizational insight in a sustainable manner.

The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has opened significant opportunities to support maritime monitoring systems, particularly in detecting anomalies in ship movements that may indicate illegal or abnormal activities. However, the understanding and utilization of this technology among the general public and maritime stakeholders remain limited. This Community Service Program aims to conduct socialization and dissemination of knowledge on AI-based ship anomaly detection through the development and utilization of an interactive and informative web-based socialization platform. This activity is the result of collaboration between a team of lecturers from the Faculty of Communication and Informatics Technology (FTKI) and the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN). The implementation methods include the design of web-based educational content, presentation of fundamental AI concepts and ship anomaly detection, as well as visual simulations of ship movement data analysis results. The web-based socialization platform serves as an educational medium to enhance users’ understanding of the benefits, working mechanisms, and potential applications of AI technology in maritime surveillance. The results indicate an improvement in participants’ understanding of ship anomaly detection concepts and the role of artificial intelligence in supporting maritime security and safety. This PKM activity is expected to promote technological literacy, strengthen synergy between academia and research institutions, and serve as a model for practical and sustainable web-based technology socialization

The Cultural Advancement Facilitation through Pinhole Photography as an Educational Medium for Children program aims to enhance cultural literacy, creativity, and awareness among young generations regarding the preservation of Malay Deli cultural heritage. This initiative is motivated by the declining interest of children in local history and culture amid rapid modernization, particularly in coastal areas with limited access to educational resources. Pinhole photography is employed as an educational approach due to its simplicity and reflective nature, fostering patience, accuracy, and a fundamental understanding of the interconnection between art, science, and culture. The program was conducted over three days through a series of activities, including workshops on constructing pinhole cameras, field exploration and photography at Malay Deli heritage sites namely Maimun Palace, Al- Mashun Grand Mosque, Al-Osmani Grand Mosque, and Sri Deli Park and photo developing and curation sessions. The activities actively involved children from the Rumah Edukasi Anak Pesisir community as primary participants in the visual documentation of cultural heritage. The results indicate an improvement in participants’ understanding of Malay Deli historical and cultural values, the development of creative and reflective thinking skills, and the production of children’s photographic works with potential use as educational and cultural promotion media. The training on computer network cabling conducted in schools serves not only to enhance students’ technical competencies but also functions as a strategic medium for developing collaborative attitudes, technological independence, and religious social harmony. Based on the community service activities carried out at SMA Negeri 3 Kota Sorong, the training integrated LAN cabling practice, the introduction of network devices, and guided sessions through observation, socialization, practicum, and evaluation. Throughout these stages, students gained direct experience in crimping, attaching RJ-45 connectors, testing cables with LAN testers, and simulating network configurations, which collectively strengthened their technical mastery. From the perspective of the sociology of religion, the training created a shared learning environment where students of diverse religious backgrounds collaborated equally in completing collective technical tasks. Values such as mutual respect, cooperation across differences, and social solidarity were visibly demonstrated as students helped one another in solving cabling-related challenges. Evaluation results indicate that participants became more independent in completing technical tasks and more open in communicating and interacting with peers of different beliefs. These findings emphasize that technology training can serve as a constructive medium for fostering religious social harmony and character building through practical experiences and meaningful social interaction.

Digital transformation in education requires Early Childhood Education (ECE) teachers to develop competencies in utilizing digital-based learning media. However, in rural ECE contexts, the use of technology remains limited due to the lack of contextual and sustainable training. This community service program aims to enhance the digital learning media competencies of teachers at PAUD Ath-Thoyyibah in Pangadegan Village through the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. The program was implemented through stages of community asset mapping, collaborative action planning, practice-based training, and post-training mentoring and reflection. The results indicate that ECE teachers were able to develop simple digital learning media based on images, videos, and audio tailored to early childhood characteristics. In addition to improving technical skills, the program increased teachers’ self-confidence and fostered collaborative networks within the educational community. These findings demonstrate that the ABCD approach is effective in strengthening ECE teacher capacity by emphasizing local asset utilization and active community participation. This program contributes to improving the quality of early childhood learning and strengthening adaptive educational communities in response to technological development.
