The plastic waste problem in Indonesia, which is the second largest contributor in the world, prompts the need for innovative and sustainable solutions. One proposed solution is the utilization of plastic waste into ecobricks, which are eco-friendly bricks made from compacted plastic waste. The training program in Jawisari Village involved socialization and practice of ecobricking, aiming to raise community awareness about plastic waste management and provide practical skills. The activity successfully engaged the community, produced ecobricks, and is expected to create a cleaner and healthier environment.

Learning motivation is an important factor in the success of learning. However, low student motivation and learning outcomes are still a major problem in science-biology learning at Sriwedari Junior High School. This study aims to analyze the role of gamification as an innovative learning method that can improve students' motivation, engagement, and learning outcomes. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach involving students in grades VII, VIII, and IX as research subjects. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and documentation. The results showed that the use of gamification elements such as points, badges, and leaderboards managed to significantly increase students' motivation. In addition, students' active engagement in learning increased, seen from consistent attendance and participation in group discussions. Student learning outcomes also improved, with 75% of students achieving scores above the KKM after the implementation of gamification. Gamification creates interactive and relevant learning, allowing students to understand complex concepts more deeply. In conclusion, gamification is an effective approach to improve the quality of science-biology learning. Teachers are advised to strategically integrate gamification elements to create a fun and meaningful learning experience.

Educational supervision in elementary schools is an activity to improve the quality of learning in elementary schools. Educational supervision must also adapt to existing technological developments. For its implementation, supervision is carried out through various processes in the aspect of problem solving that aims to increase teacher effectiveness and efficiency. This study aims to analyze consumer desires and satisfaction with Mochi Crackers innovation products using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) approaches. Indonesia's food and beverage sector, especially snacks, continues to grow by creating innovative products such as Mochi Crackers, which adapts the traditional mochi snack into a modern product with a longer shelf life and crunchy texture. A survey was conducted involving 50 respondents from various backgrounds, using a Likert scale to measure the level of satisfaction and importance of product attributes. The results showed that the majority of consumers were attracted to this product because of its practicality, taste, and affordable price. Through the CSI analysis, a satisfaction index was obtained which shows the overall level of consumer satisfaction. Meanwhile, IPA analysis identifies product attributes that need to be improved to improve product quality and competitiveness in the market. This study provides recommendations to Mochi Crackers manufacturers to focus on improving the quality of packaging and promotion to strengthen the product's position in the market.

This training focuses on efforts to develop the potential of Human Resources (HR) through entrepreneurship training in North Cikarang District with the aim of increasing the entrepreneurial spirit among the local community. Entrepreneurship training is designed to provide an understanding of entrepreneurial concepts, practical skills, and motivation needed to start and manage a business. Entrepreneurship training is expected to be able to change people's mindset to be more innovative and independent in creating business opportunities. The research method used is a qualitative approach by collecting data through observation, interviews, and questionnaires with training participants and related parties. With a participatory approach and structured training, developing human resource potential can be a key factor in strengthening the local economy and increasing people's entrepreneurial knowledge, skills, and attitudes, thereby strengthening their entrepreneurial spirit. It is hoped that this positive impact can contribute to economic growth and community independence and can be developed optimally to support local economic growth through entrepreneurial activities. 

Christian Religious Education (PAK) in the digital era faces great challenges as well as opportunities to develop through learning innovation. With a theological foundation such as Ephesians 2:10, this education does not only aim to develop cognitive aspects, but also to shape character oriented towards personal and spiritual transformation. PAK teachers are required to be inspirers who integrate faith values with innovative learning approaches, such as the utilisation of digital technology, the development of student-based learning models, and the application of creative methods, such as gamification and blended learning.However, this digital transformation is not without obstacles. In Palu City, geographical challenges, technological limitations, and diverse student backgrounds are important issues that need to be addressed. By implementing strategies such as teacher training, collaboration with churches, and contextualised curriculum development, PAK can adapt and be relevant to the times. This research uses a literature review to explore the concept and implementation of innovations in PAK, including improving teachers' skills in technology, learning management, and communication. The results show that a constructivism-based approach, which emphasises hands-on experience and active learning, can improve learning effectiveness. The synergy between technology, faith and local context is the key to the success of Christian education that is able to produce a generation with character and competence to face the digital era..    

This community service activity aims to introduce the advantages of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) compared to Elementary Schools (SD) and the Paket A Program, particularly in the context of student learning and character development. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah excels in the integration of religious and general education, supporting the holistic development of student character. Based on various studies, including the development of gamification-based literacy media in MI and the internalization of multicultural values in MI, MI has proven to be more effective in instilling important religious and social values at an early age. While the Paket A Program provides educational opportunities for school dropouts, it does not directly accommodate religious education as MI does. The advantages of MI are also reflected in the development of wahdatul ulum-based teaching materials and interactive e-modules to improve science skills, which demonstrate a more innovative approach to teaching and align with 21st-century learning principles. Therefore, this activity aims to increase public understanding of MI's advantages in shaping student character, skills, and socio-economic intelligence, while emphasizing the importance of religious education in supporting the moral and ethical development of children.

The issue of plastic waste has become a global environmental challenge, with Indonesia being one of the largest contributors. This study aims to analyze the business opportunity of eco-friendly custom tote bags as an innovative solution to reduce plastic waste in society. The research adopts the Business Model Canvas (BMC) framework to design strategies for a business that encompasses nine key elements. Findings reveal that custom tote bags made from eco-friendly materials such as muslin and canvas offer added value through personalized designs, effective digital marketing, and market segmentation targeting environmentally conscious youth. This study provides guidance for entrepreneurs to capitalize on the market potential of eco-friendly products and suggests optimizing social media for marketing efforts.

This study aims to describe the role of policy in improving the quality of learning using a qualitative approach. The data sources used in this study are literature study sources that include references from journals, books and other articles. In education, public policy functions to provide equal access to education, improve teacher competence, and develop relevant curricula. Quality education policies must adapt to the times, technological advances, and global challenges. Therefore, education policies are very important to produce a generation that is innovative, intelligent, and ready to face the development of a dynamic society.

This research aims to explore the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model in an effort to improve the learning outcomes of class X IPS E students at SMA Negeri 10 Medan, especially in geographic research material. The background to this research is revealed by the low learning achievement of students, where only 40% of them achieved the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). PBL was chosen as an approach because this method can encourage students to actively participate in the learning process through solving real problems, which is expected to improve their critical thinking skills and conceptual understanding. This research methodology involves systematic planning, data collection through observations and tests, and comprehensive data analysis. The research results show that the implementation of PBL significantly improves student learning outcomes. In the first cycle, there was an increase in understanding of concepts and evaluation values, which further developed in the second cycle with better results. This research concludes that PBL is effective in improving student learning outcomes in geography material and recommends teachers to apply innovative learning methods in the teaching and learning process.  

This research examines the function of catechists in carrying out and spreading the good news through evangelism in modern times. Catechists, who act as teachers and guides in the faith, hold the important responsibility of conveying Christ's teachings to the faithful, including not only the transmission of theological information but also the development of character and spirituality. Catechists are individuals trusted and appointed by the Church to proclaim God's work of salvation. In this situation, digital media is very important as a tool to reach the younger generation and the wider community. In the postmodern era, where skepticism is increasingly widespread, catechists are expected to become more creative and innovative in their approaches. The testimony of the catechist's life is also considered a major factor that can influence the acceptance of the Gospel message by the congregation. Their life in the community must be able to be an example or role model for the people. In addition, this research explores the role of catechists in developing people's faith through religious education programs that are relevant to everyday life. Challenges faced by catechists, such as lack of support from the Church community and limited resources, coincide with efforts to increase the effectiveness of evangelism. The method used is qualitative.

Although technology offers many benefits, this research also highlights the challenges faced, including issues of digital literacy and the balance between personal interaction and the use of digital tools. With the wise adoption of technology, coaches can enhance training quality and optimize athlete performance amidst the increasingly complex changes in the sports environment. ABSTRAK Di era digital, perkembangan teknologi telah mengubah lanskap kepelatihan, menuntut pelatih untuk mengembangkan keterampilan yang lebih adaptif dan inovatif. Penelitian ini membahas berbagai pendekatan inovatif yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pelatih, terutama melalui pemanfaatan teknologi seperti kecerdasan buatan (AI), big data, dan platform e-learning. Fokus penelitian ini adalah bagaimana teknologi dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pelatihan, personalisasi program, serta komunikasi yang lebih baik antara pelatih dan atlet. Meskipun teknologi menawarkan banyak manfaat, penelitian ini juga menyoroti tantangan yang dihadapi, termasuk masalah literasi digital dan keseimbangan antara interaksi personal dengan penggunaan alat digital. Dengan adopsi teknologi yang bijaksana, pelatih dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelatihan dan mengoptimalkan performa atlet di tengah perubahan lingkungan olahraga yang semakin kompleks.

Entrepreneurship education in Islamic boarding schools (pondok pesantren) plays a strategic role in equipping students (santri) with relevant skills amidst the challenges of the global economy, particularly in addressing the persistently high unemployment rate in Indonesia, which reached 5.86% in 2023. This article explores how Pondok Pesantren Assuniyyah Kencong Jember taps into the creative potential of its students through an entrepreneurship education approach. The research employs qualitative methods to understand the dynamics of the entrepreneurship learning process. Through in-depth interviews and participatory observations, it was found that the integration of entrepreneurship education into the curriculum not only enhances technical and managerial skills but also encourages students to think creatively and innovatively in response to economic challenges. The findings indicate that a supportive environment, along with guidance from mentors and local entrepreneurs, significantly contributes to fostering an entrepreneurial spirit among the students. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of entrepreneurship education models in other Islamic boarding schools and strengthen efforts to reduce poverty through the creation of ethical and competitive new entrepreneurs.

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of interactive learning approaches in developing explanation skills in early childhood. Explanation skills are an important aspect in children's language, cognitive, and communication development, which supports critical thinking skills and effective social relationships. Although important, these skills are still relatively low in early childhood in Indonesia, largely due to less supportive learning methods. Interactive learning approaches involving games, stories, and discussions have been identified as a solution to improve these skills. This study used a quasi-experimental design with two groups of subjects, namely the experimental group given interactive learning interventions and the control group using conventional methods. Data were analyzed using a t-test to compare the pretest and posttest results between the two groups. The results showed that the interactive learning approach significantly improved early childhood skills. This study suggests the need for ongoing training for teachers and collaboration between schools and families to support the implementation of more effective and relevant learning. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of innovative learning strategies in early childhood education.

Through mobile application-based technology, Samsat Digital seeks to reduce long queues at Samsat offices, increase time efficiency, and provide a more practical user experience. The rapid development of financial technology (fintech) provides innovative solutions to improve efficiency and accessibility in the Islamic finance sector. Islamic finance, based on Islamic principles, faces challenges in financial inclusion, high operational costs, and limited access to financial institutions. This study aims to explore the application of fintech as a solution to these issues. The research method used is literature review and qualitative analysis of various fintech models based on sharia principles, such as peer-to-peer lending, crowdfunding, and digital payments. The results indicate that fintech has significant potential in enhancing operational efficiency and expanding accessibility to sharia-compliant financial services. By utilizing technologies such as mobile applications and blockchain, fintech can reduce transaction costs and offer solutions for underserved communities. However, challenges related to sharia compliance and clear regulations need to be addressed to ensure the successful implementation of fintech in this sector.

This study analyzes the influence of transformational leadership style in building a culture of innovation and increasing the involvement of Gen Z employees at PT. Alfamart. The study is based on the fact that Gen Z, born between 1997 and 2012, has unique characteristics that require a different leadership style than previous generations. Transformational leadership is considered to be able to meet the demands of Gen Z who want an innovative and flexible work environment. This study uses a quantitative method with survey data from 50 respondents of PT. Alfamart Se-Cikarang. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics (SmartPLS) to see the relationship and influence between transformational leadership variables, innovation culture, and employee engagement. The results of the study show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on the culture of innovation and employee engagement. The culture of innovation has also been proven to mediate the relationship bet employee.

The social media-based Problem Based Learning (PBL) model is an innovative approach in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning that utilizes digital platforms to build more interesting and relevant learning interactions. This study aims to examine the extent of the effectiveness of this model in improving students' understanding of Islamic values, such as morals, ethics, and morals. By using social media, students are invited to discuss and solve problems related to current issues, making the learning process more contextual and experience-based. This research was conducted by literature study method, analyzing various literature related to the implementation of the PBL model, the use of social media in education, and its role in the formation of Islamic character. The results of the study show that this model is able to increase students' involvement in learning and deepen their appreciation of Islamic values through active interaction and critical reflection. However, the implementation of this model is inseparable from challenges such as disruption from irrelevant content, lack of digital literacy, and limited access to technology. To overcome this, good social media management, supervision of student activities, and improvement of digital infrastructure in schools are needed. With the right approach, the social media-based PBL model has the potential to be an effective strategy in building students' Islamic character in the digital era.
