This study aims to test and analyze the influence of leadership style , organizational culture and organizational justice partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of the Bank Indonesia Jember Representative Office. The population in this study were all employees of Bank Indonesia Jember with a sampling technique of saturated sampling technique totaling 42 employees. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the data analysis, it shows that partially, leadership style does not have a significant effect on employee performance. However, certain aspects such as decision making, motivation, communication, employee control, and emotional control play an important role. Improvements in this aspect can support performance indirectly. Organizational culture significantly affects employee performance. Self-awareness, aggressiveness, personality, performance, and team orientation play a role in creating a productive work environment. Organizational justice does not significantly affect employee performance. Indicators such as resource allocation, procedural fairness, and personal relationships play an important role. The three variables ( leadership style , organizational culture, and organizational justice) together affect employee performance. In addition, the researcher's suggestions for further research are expected to complement the limitations of the researcher's problems such as increasing the number of samples, for example all employees of KpwBI Jember, or adding independent variables to be studied, for example motivation, discipline, workload, occupational health and work life balance.

The digital era has brought significant changes to the use of Indonesian in various aspects of life, including daily communication, the academic world, as well as the creative industry and tourism. Phenomena such as code-mixing, the use of slang, and the dominance of foreign terms in the formal sphere show that Indonesian continues to develop following the dynamics of globalization. This research aims to analyze how the linguistic development of Indonesian in the digital era affects the structure, meaning, and function of communication in society. The research methods used are literature review and phenomenological analysis of language use in social media, the world of work, and the tourism sector. The results show that although the digital era enriches vocabulary and communication expressions, there are challenges in preserving Indonesian as a national identity. The increasingly dominant influence of foreign languages has the potential to shift the use of Indonesian in formal and academic domains. Therefore, an adaptive language policy strategy is needed, including digital literacy education and increasing public linguistic awareness, to maintain a balance between the development and preservation of Indonesian.

This study discusses the existence and interpretation of women's careers from the perspective of the Qur'an, with the aim of exploring the understanding of the role of women in the world of work according to Islamic teachings. Career women in the modern context often face challenges in combining their roles as mothers, wives, and professionals. The results of the study indicate that the Qur'an provides freedom for women to pursue a career, on condition that they pay attention to the balance between domestic duties and social rights and maintain self-integrity in the work environment. Therefore, the interpretation of the role of career women in the Qur'an can be more relevant and contextual if viewed from a more flexible perspective, while still adhering to the values of justice and welfare in Islam.
